Nilai Kinerja Dosen (NKD) system in higher education institutions can help managers to monitor the teacher learning activity periodically . The information generated by NKD system is limited with statistical data only and with text content only. This study observed the data output from the NKD system can be processed into more valuable information and have good information visualization. One part of this research is develop a dashboard information prototype with data-centric approach. The selection of data-centric approach for quantity and variety factors of data that are found can be visualized. This study found that interactivity and analytical factors in NKD dashboard information not quite satisfy users who are top level.

In the development of technology in the current era is one of the most rapid progress, it is marked by almost all managers of data and information has been done with the computer because of the increasingly diverse information issues handled, Detection of objects is one of the most important early stages before Done object recognition process. Eye blink detection can be used to open a new file or an application. In this research use case detection eye blinking on video using OpenCV to open notepad application. The blink detection uses the haar cascade classifier method for realtime detection and the OpenCV Library. The first step determines the pattern 1111100000. Next enter the video sample avi format to match with a predetermined pattern. In this program the system managed to detect the eye according to the pattern by circling the eye area when the eyes are open or literate and when the eyes closed or brake there is no circle in the eye area for the correct video sample.

Franchising is essentially a marketing concept in order to expand the network of one way that is as strong just a conventional marketing strategy in developing the business franchise is considered to have many adventages, especially regarding financing, human resources and management, unless the brand owner’s willingness to share it whithothers by member of the franchise to pay some money to get the ringht conoperation and sale of a product, as well as selecting a highly effective distribution channels tobring products to consumers. Processing franchise by leveraging information and communication technology is expected to encourage performance improvement and management of a franchise making it easier and more efficient in monitoring the sales report. With the rapid growth in current technology, academic systems in higher education has been computerized. Academic who has a computerized system is considered more effective. The computerized system has can be used to plan the academic activities of students for taking Strata 1 at the College of Technology Adisutjipto. The system uses Decision Support System (DSS) to give some conditions on Best First Search (BFS) method so that the method can be used in a subsequent advisory list of the best courses in accordance with the terms that have been obtained, which will help students in making academic decisions. Of the BFS method, students are given a solution in the form of a list next semester of courses that can be taken in accordance with the terms obtained from the previous semester in the form of Performance Index and the solution was given until the end of the lecture the student and provides the calculation of the total cost of each semester.

Human is perfect creation o f God. Hower, the human ability in processing data in not as effective as computer, as long as the data is saved in the computer memory. By utilizing the computer, such as mobile phone based on android, Google Maps, and GPS, user can make application that can remind the agenda. At this case, the data that has been saved before can be used anytime when needed. This final repot is developed a remainder application based on android using Google Maps and GPS. This system use postgreSQL database the implanted in server. It makes the android smartphone that has been installed with the reminder application become a to client. As the result, the system has some feature. From these feature, the usres are expected to use Android smartphone to help remembering the activities agenda, whenever and wherever.

The increasing consumer demand for printing services that utilize existing capacity resulting in an imbalance in the production floor. When orders come in, the company has always approved the transaction without first reviewing the available resources. Time capacity planning and control is one very important element in decision-making. On research planning and control of production capacity using the data available capacity in each period and the capacity required to fulfill orders in the period.Capacity Planning and Control Production Time Rough Cut Capacity Planning Methods to determine the estimated processing time, capacity reports, and decisions o f the order. The test results o f the 30 respondents apilkasi display application users are 67%, 70% users ease, clarity of information and data is 80%, 57% apilkasi usefulness, 80% rated the overall application. One of the methods to improve the understanding of the learner is to use an interactive simulator aircraft by utilizing information and communication technology so as to explain the flight control system and its functions better. Making this simulator using Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, and 3DRad. The software used to create the interface design, 3D design, as well as as simulator engine. Simulator Extra 300 L aircraft provide convenience to the user to know and understand the control plane fly Extra 300 L.The use of this simulator is more interactive in the delivery of information to the user than an explanation using propsor in video form. This simulator is designed user friendly as well as trials conducted by 30 respondents, the majority of respondents stated that this simulator is good and fit for use as a medium of learning control of an aircraft.

The learning model in the digital era has changed from traditional face-to-face learning to online learning. This causes stuttering and uncertainty for educational institutions, including the State Islamic Religious University (PTKIN), especially the readiness of lecturers. Each lecturer has different models, strategies and learning media in managing the class according to their understanding and ability in online learning. This study aims to see the readiness of PTKIN lecturers for online learning through MOOCs media with a heutagogy approach using the e-learning system at their respective universities.The quantitative research method uses 5 elements of heutagogy and 1 element of MOOCs with 52 sampling data on PTKIN lecturers.The results show that lecturers have competence and readiness in using online learning technology, but there are weaknesses in lecturers' understanding in using the heutagogy approach in learning.

Vigenère Cipher is one of the well-known ciphering algorithms of the past. Modifications to Vigenère Cipher algorithm is made to improve its security, making it more difficult to decipher by a cryptanalyst. Due to the nature of the algorithm, these measures have to be taken to maintain the confidentiality of ciphered data. This research modified the Vigenère Cipher using Catalan Numbers method and Double Columnar Transposition. Catalan Numbers method is a mathematical method used to randomize the initial key so as to generate a key which is longer and having stronger characteristics; a key which is harder to guess, either by cryptanalysts or by key-deciphering methods. In addition to the first method, Double Columnar Transposition is used to rearrange the position of data in the generated ciphertext in order to make it appear more random, hence slowing down the cryptanalysis process of the encrypted text. Double Columnar Transposition is done by applying columnar transposition twice to the ciphered text. The applied modifications to Vigenère Cipher are then tested using Kasiski Examination. Resulting ciphertexts are known to have randomised characteristics, which made it difficult to guess the ciphering method used to generate the ciphertexts. Tests done using Kasiski Examination {1, 2, 4} proven that the ciphertexts passed the test, hence putting down the possibility of easy deciphering, and the modifications successfully provided a better and stronger encryption to the Vigenère Cipher.

PKP-PK (Pertolongan Kecelakaan Penerbangan dan Pemadam Kebakaran) is the most important thing in preventing aviation accidents, with the aim of preventing or reducing losses to fatalities. Based on General Air Transportation Regulation KP Number 14 of 2015, every airport is required to provide and provide PKP-PK services in accordance with the required airport PKP-PK categories. Thus the feasibility of airport operations is an important factor in an airport, measuring readiness for airport operational feasibility is important in order to meet general air transportation regulations KP No. 14 of 2015. With an application that can be used to measure airport operational readiness, it is increasingly providing convenience to airport managers for airport operational readiness.
