Abstract

The need for transportation is an absolute thing in today's life, almost all people today already have a means of transportation, most of which are motorbikes. With the development of today's technology, motorcycles have made some progress, such as in terms of transmission. For example, on automatic motorbikes whose transmissions are produced manually, there are many variations of automatic motorbikes such as: Beat, Vario, Scoopi and Space. In choosing an automatic motorcycle, of course, consumers want to get the best and right choice. Almost all consumers want automatic motorcycles that are affordable, fuel efficient and comfortable to use. Therefore, we need a decision support system that can assist consumers in choosing the best automatic motorcycle according to consumer desires. This decision support system uses the electre method as a process in determining the best motorbike so that the results are that vario and scoopi dominate more than beat and space.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in toddlers due to chronic malnutrition, resulting in toddlers or children being too short for their age standards. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of stunting to toddlers at the Public Health Center Kasih Ibu airtiris, kampar. The method used in this study is the binary logistic regression method. Based on the results of the study indicate that the factors that influence the incidence of stunting in toddlers at Public Health Center Kasih Ibu airtiris, kampar namely the nutritional status of body weight based on age. The binary logistic equation with the resulting logit function is . The value of the determination of the classification of stunting events using binary logistic regression is 83,6%.

Abstract

Salah satu cara agar dapat meningkatkan kondisi pendidikan di setiap kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur adalah dengan menggunakan analisis pengelompokan sesuai dengan karakteristik pendidikannya. Analisis Klaster merupakan analisis yang termasuk ke dalam golongan analisis multivariat yang bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan objek berdasarkan karakteristik yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis klaster tipe agglomerative dengan lima metode. Analisis klaster ini disebut dengan “agglomerative hierarchy clustering”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan metode analisis klaster herarki tersebut dengan mencari model terbaik melalui pencarian nilai koefisien korelasi cophenetic terbesar. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Jawa Timur dan Kementerian Pendidikan Republik Indonesia. Pada pengelompokan Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur berdasarkan indikator pendidikan dengan menggunakan metode Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering dihasilkan bahwa algoritma optimal yang digunakan yaitu pada algoritma average linkage dengan nilai korelasi cophenetic yang diperoleh sebesar 0,807. Berdasarkan indikator pendidikan dari 38 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur terbagi menjadi dua cluster dimana pada cluster pertama beranggotakan 3 Kabupaten/Kota dan cluster kedua 35 Kabupaten Kota. Abstract

In this paper we apply combinatoric principle on linear diophantine equation. The method being used on this research is theoritic method. Generally, the linear diophantine equation is a polynomial equation. The form of equation being solved in this paper is linear diophantine equation. As for the solution of this equation is limited to natural numbers and whole numbers. By using the combinatoric principle, we got the number of solution of these linear diophantine equation which is the combination for natural numbers solution and for whole numbers solution.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) was first discovered at the end of 2019 in Wuhan, China. The virus attacks the respiratory system with pneumonia-like symptoms. This virus is classified as a new virus so it does not have an antidote and has spread throughout the world until it is out of control. There are more than 200 countries reporting covid-19 cases including Indonesia. Because the biggest effect of COVID-19 is death, so researchers need to predict whether the mortality rate of COVID-19 patients. One method for predicting covid-19 patients who died in East Java is using the spline truncated regression method. Spline regression is a regression analysis that is able to estimate data that does not have a specific pattern and has a tendency to seek data estimates fro, the formed pattern on its own, while truncated is a function that can be interpreted as a function of slice. And produces a GCV value of 51.0167, a MAPE value 47.0096, MSE 32.9825, and R-Sq 0.9998. Based on the MAPE value, the prediction model is said to be still reasonable.

Abstract

Pendekatan regresi dapat dilakukan dengan tiga pendekatan yaitu pendekatan parametrik, semiparametrik, dan nonparametrik. Salah satu pendekatan nonparametrik yang dikembangkan adalah menggunakan estimator deret Fourier. Deret Fourier merupakan estimator yang baik untuk menduga suatu kurva regresi yang bentuknya periodik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh bentuk estimator deret Fourier dalam regresi nonparametrik dengan menggunakan metode PLS (Penalized Least Square), serta memodelkan tingkat penjualan produk musiman di pamekasan dengan menghasilkan kurva sinus, cosinus, sinus dan cosinus pada data yang bersifat periodik. Estimator regresi nonparametrik dengan pendekatan deret Fourier diperoleh nilai GCV, MSE terkecil serta R2 tinggi. Model terbaiknya berada pada basis cosinus dengan nilai GCV sebesar , MSE sebesar dan sebesar 100%.
