Abstract

The research aims to know the purchasing decisions of consumers in order to increase product sales Honda Beat motorcycle in Karangpilang subdistrict of Surabaya. Some of the variabels analyzed as factors that affect the purchasing decision is Brand Trust and Product Quality. The population is the entire Honda Beat motorcycle user in Karangpilang Subdistrict of Surabaya and the samples that are 189 respondents. Sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling. The data collected with a questionnaire and analyzed using Multiple Linier Regression Analysis, hypotheses using F test and T test. The results shows that Brand Trust and Product Quality simultaneously and partially are significant influences toward purchase decision. Based on the data analysis that concluded that there was a simultaneous influence between Brand Trust and Product Quality of Purchase with a value of F of 8,603 sign at 0,000. While testing partially showed that each variable effect on competence with a value of tcalculate Brand Trust of 2,950 sign of 0,000 and Product Quality of 2,619 sign at 0,010. Abstract

This study aims to provide most of the answers to the problems of the interrelationships customers Trust In Brand dimension given to the Manufacturing Company, due to the manner of observation and measurement beyond the more value-value that fell on the dimensions of Trust In Brand in Cement Company PT. Holcim Indonesia, a growing number of complaints arising from its customers about the relationship of trust acquired customers decreased, so the loyalty level pelangganpun influence, therefore the researchers will examine the issue very krausal to increase the level of relationship Trust In Brand and to increase the value of loyalty and through commitment to customers, mainly in manufacturing companies precisely in PT. Holcim Indonesia and will examine the influence of Trust In Brand to influence brand loyalty through Reinforces Commitment. Samples in this study of 144 respondents drawn from the Customer associated with cement products from 2 cities research has been determined in the study of Surabaya and Malang. This study used quantitative analysis and qualitative approaches analysis method using the analysis technique SEM amous PLS versions of 5.00 on a findings are expected to be found positive results and can describe the level of Trust In Brand is further improved and certainty in order to help improve the level of Trust In Brand against Brand Customer Loyalty through Reinforces Commitment to the Cement Manufacturing Company PT. Abstract

One solution to reduce unemployment is by creating many job vacancies. Creating job opportunities must be started as early as possible at school. Therefore, the government instituted the structured model for education within entrepreneurship class. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of students&rsquo; internal factors, such as interest, self-empowerment, and motivation, influencing them on making decision to be an entrepreneur. This study took the sample from the students of Institute of Business and Informatics Stikom Surabaya who have run a business or who have planned to start their own business. The total of collected sample was forty-two respondents. This study employed cluster random sampling to choose the respondent. Conclusion: This study proved that the internal factors, such as interest, self-empowerment, and motivation contributes 50,8% for influencing students to decide to be an entrepreneur. F statistics test result showed 0,000 < 0, 05; thus, it can be implied that variable X (Interest, Self-empowerment, and Motivation) influenced Y (students&rsquo;s decision to be an entrepreneur.) Abstract

Accounting is an information system that generates a report to the parties concerned of the economic activity and the condition of the company. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as the support of the nation's economy is still many who have not applied the accounting in business. This study aims to identify and analyze the application of accounting at the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as well as the constraints faced in this dalamnya.Penelitian took 3 SMEs in the field of poultry farm located in Lamongan district by using a sampling method in order to conduct interviews the validity of the information received. The results showed that most, poultry breeders do not neatly financial records. Breeders only record cash received as out, the majority of these transactions take place every day in business management. The problem faced by the farmers is the lack of knowledge and educational background of the farmers, the financial accounting records. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the financial distress based on the analysis result by using Z-score at garment and textile company which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research type is using qualitative descriptive research. The population in this research is garment and textile Company which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years period which are in the year 2009 until 2013, the sample selection is using purposive sampling and the numbers of samples in this research are 14 garment and textile companies. The data analysis technique is using qualitative descriptive method which are collecting, processing, and interpreting the data obtained theoretically. Based on the research result and the discussion by using Altman Z Score method at the pulp and paper company can be found that the financial condition of each company can be explained as follows: The company which has not indicated value of Z > 2.99 are: PT Pan Brothers Tbk and PT Ricky Putra, it can be said that those two garment and textile companies are in good condition; (2) The companies which have value of Z 1.20-2.99 are PT Panasia Tbk, PT Polychem Tbk, PT Sunson Tbk, PT Indo Rama Tbk, and PT Ever Tbk as a result that all six companies can be categorized in the warning category; (3) The companies which have value of Z < 1.20 are PT Agro Pantes Tbk, PT Unitex Tbk, PT Nusantara Inti Tbk, PT Century Tbk, PT Asia Pasific Tbk, PT Eratex Djaja Tbk, and PT Apac Citra Tbk, both seven companies can be included financial distress. Abstract

nasional melalui upaya-upaya peningkatan seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat dengan terus meningkatkan kesejahteraan secara adil dan merata. Fenomena semakin ketatnya persaingan di era globalisasi, seperti EAC memaksa masing-masing pemerintah daerah Jawa Timur agar mampu mengembangkan potensi wilayahnya dan menerapkan strategi ekonomi yang baik sehingga mampu bersaing pada pasar global.Dalam kerangka pencapaian tujuan pembangunan ekonomi daerah dibutuhkan kebijakan pembangunan yang didasarkan pada karakteristik daerah (endogenous development), dengan memanfaatkan potensi-potensi sumberdaya lokal. Identifikasi sektor ekonomi yang potensial (key sector) menjadi kebutuhan bagi optimalisasi proses dan keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sektor-sektor ekonomi yang menjadi basis di masing-masing kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur untuk selanjutnya dapat dijadikan acuan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam mengoptimalkan potensi daerah sehingga mampu mencapai target pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi. Di samping itu dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan sebuah model untuk memetakan potensi masing-masing kota/kabupaten melalui pendekatan tipologi Klassen, dengan harapan peta ini dapat dijadikan kompas bagi arah dan tujuan pembangunan Jawa Timur. Abstract

Financial decision making is an important aspect in the life of the company as well as private. This decision not only depends on the intellectual ability but also psychological abilities. The proper decision making requires tranquility psychologically and mental maturity of a person. This research intended to analyze the psychology aspect and finance desicion making. Finance desicion making was facilitated by Psychology aspect. Investors as individual and institutional settings conducive to the development of high level of organizational capital. The research by utilizing literature study to analyze variables. Financial decision making and psychological abilities needs a few variables to support them get the goals. These variables in this study revealed which needed by companies. The results of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of human resources, behavior finance and practical in management. Abstract

Bappeda as a institution which is responsible in course of planning of development area have to synergy and coordinated all element, society element and existing potency in one directional movement, systematic and inwrought. As according to problems focus which have been formulated, hence target of research which will reach is to: 1. identitying strength factor and internal weakness and also threat and opportunity of external influencing performance of BAPPEDA, 2. identifying and formulating strategic issues to face and which must be done by BAPPEDA in order to execution of duty planning of development of area reached by performance in an optimal fashion. This research use secondary data obtaided from on duty or related institution like documents and archives related to target and problems of research. To fulfill the target of research hence used SWOT analysis. This analysis used to analyse qualitative about strength, weakness, threat and opportunity to company. This based of analysis of SAP and ETOP. Then tes litmus to strategic issues, hence obtained four strategy able to be applied to make up of performance of BAPPEDA Mojokerto that is as follows: a. exploit SDM which good to improving professionalism as planner b. develop information system development of district and c. upgrade and quality of product planning of development of area and d. improve, repair planning process and observation of planning of development of area. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menganalisa efektifitas pengelolaan piutang pembiayaan konsumen dengan variabel perputaran piutang, umur rata-rata piutang, persentase tunggakan dan NPL pada perusahaan pembiayaan yang tercatat di bursa efek Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan pembiayaan yang telah diaudit dengan mengambil sampel perusahaan pembiayaan yang melaporkan kinerja, posisi keuangan dan skedul umur piutang tahun 2011-2014. dengan metode kuantitatif. Data dianalisa dengan metode analisis tren (indeks dan benchmarking). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pengelolaan piutang pembiayaan konsumen oleh perusahaan pembiayaan yang tercatat di bursa efek dilihat dari rasio perputaran piutang, periode penagihan, rasio tunggakan dan NPL serta risiko kerugian piutangnya mengalami penurunan efektifitas. Kata Kunci: Piutang, Pembiayaan Konsumen, Risiko kerugian piutang.

Abstract

Issues regarding Corporate Governance began emerging, particularly in Indonesia in 1998, when Indonesia is experiencing a prolonged economic crisis. Many parties who said the length of the process improvements in Indonesia are caused by very weak Corporate Governance implemented in companies in Indonesia. Since that time, both the Government and investors are starting to give significant attention in the practice of Corporate Governance. The purpose of this study is to test any real effect the application of Good Corporate Governance as measured by the Board of Commissioners are independent, institutional ownership, Board of Directors, and the existence of the audit committee of the results of the reaction against the stock. The sample in this study are metals and minerals mining company that went public in his report which publishes the BEI and entered in the ranking of Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) in 2011 – 2015. By using the method of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the independent variables, which are represented by the Board of Commissioners are independent, institutional ownership, Board of Directors, and the audit committee does not have an effect on the dependent variable that is market reaction.
