Abstract

Background. This research intended to asses the individual characteristic, to the motivation which must be performed to the employee at PT. Solo Murni in Surabaya. Method. This research was conducted in Surabaya which covered 52 employees as respondent. This research by utilizing Regression, the technique was processed with SPSS 19.0 to analyze some hypothesis. The intercorrelations models between two variables in this study revealed that the hypothesis have significant correlation. Conclusion. The result of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of human resoureces and practice management.

Abstract

Human Resources is a natural resource that is used to drive and synergizing other resources to achieve organizational goals. The role of an indispensable leader in providing motivation to employees as human resources within the company, so employees have a maximal performance. In addition, training is a factor to be considered also by the company that would become the capital of employees do the job technically and according to procedures within the company. Data collection was done by, observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, research conducted on 32 samples of employee respondents rafting CV. OBECH Pesona Nusantara, Pacet, Mojokerto. Using a Likert scale, respondents' answers processed by multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and the test of determination. • The results showed that the sub variable motivation (X1) and training (X2) simultaneously significant or significant effect on employee performance rafting CV. OBECH Pesona Nusantara. This shows that the motivation and training need to be maintained in order to improve employee performance rafting.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis aktualisasi diri karyawan PT. Betonjaya Manunggal Tbk. yang dipengaruhi job involvement dan intellectual capital di Gresik. Sampel dari studi ini berjumlah 104 responden yang terdiri atas karyawan PT. Betonjaya Manunggal Tbk. di Gresik. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada studi ini dilakukan dengan metode proportional random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran dan pengumpulan kembali kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi aktualisasi diri karyawan PT. Betonjaya Manunggal Tbk. di Gresik yang dipengaruhi job involvement dan intellectual capital dan mengetahui bagaimana persepsi responden terhadap aktualisasi diri PT. Betonjaya Manunggal Tbk. di Gresik yang dipengaruhi job involvement dan intellectual capital di Gresik diperoleh melalui penelitian dengan membuat rancangan model. Model hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti menghasilkan job involvement dan intellectual capital yang memiliki hubungan penting terhadap aktualisasi diri. Hasil studi ini juga memiliki arti penting khususnya bagi job involvement dan intellectual capital agar aktualisasi diri karyawan PT. Betonjaya Manunggal Tbk. di Gresik optimal

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengembangan SDM karyawan 4 sub-sektor industri kreatif yang dipengaruhi integritas dan human relationship di Sidoarjo. Studi ini menggunakan variabel bebas yaitu integritas, human relationship variabel intervening dan pengembangan SDM variabel terikat. Studi ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian survei yang digunakan untuk maksud penjelasan atau confirmatory, atau disebut juga penelitian untuk pengujian hipotesis yaitu untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel atau hubungan kausal antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Sampel dari studi ini berjumlah 108 responden yang terdiri atas karyawan 4 sub-sektor industri kreatif di Sidoarjo. Model hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti menghasilkan integritas dan human relationship yang memiliki hubungan penting terhadap pengembangan SDM. Hasil studi ini juga memiliki arti penting khususnya bagi integritas dan human relationship agar pengembangan SDM karyawan 4 sub-sektor industri kreatif di Sidoarjo optimal.

Abstract

The competence of educational personnel is one of the success factors for the sustainability of the Teacher Training Institute which must be regulated dynamically. One of the fundamental things related to the performance of educational personnel is the competence they have. This competence is influenced by many factors including education level, age, and experiences. The three of them are components that affect the productivity and performance of the educational personnel in the Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. The education level data, age, and experiences were collected through the documentation, while the performance of education personnel was collected through a questionnaire. The hypothesis was tested using a quantitative analysis using statistical test tools. The results of this study indicate that (1) the education level has a significant effect on the performance of educational personnel by 10.1%; (2) age does not have a significant effect on teaching staff performance; (3) experience has a significant effect on the performance of educational personnel by 11.4%; and (4) education level, age, and experience have a significant simultaneous effect on the performance of the educational personnel at the Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya by 21.8%. This is indicated by the sig value <.05 for the education level, age, and experience.

Abstract

This research intended to assess the Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction to The Customer Loyalty which must be performed to the product of small industry in Tambak Segoro Village Sidoarjo. This research was conducted in Sidoarjo which covered 25 customers as respondent. This research by utilizing Regression, the technique was processed with SPSS 18.0 to analyze some hypothesis. The inter correlations models between three variables in this study revealed that the hypothesis have significant correlation. The result of this research were empirical date of the development of the theoretical of marketing and practice management.

Abstract

The implications on economic growth and welfare in this framework, it is driven by economic growth.This research was conducted in Surabaya which covered 105 supervisors as respondent. This research was conducted in Gresik which covered 72 employee and a few of manager as respondent. This research by utilizing Regression, the technique was processed with SPSS 20.0 to analyze some hypothesis. The intercorrelations models between two variables in this study revealed that the hypothesis have significant correlation. This research was conducted at by three sub-sector in creative industry in Surabaya which covered 170 employee as respondent. This research by utilizing Regression, the technique was processed with SPSS program 23 to analyze some hypothesis. The intercorrelations models between these variables in this study revealed that three hypothesis have significant correlation. Conclusion. Abstract

Financial decision making is an important aspect in the life of the company as well as private. This decision not only depends on the intellectual ability but also psychological abilities. The proper decision making requires tranquility psychologically and mental maturity of a person. This research intended to analyze the psychology aspect and finance desicion making. Finance desicion making was facilitated by Psychology aspect. Investors as individual and institutional settings conducive to the development of high level of organizational capital. The research by utilizing literature study to analyze variables. Financial decision making and psychological abilities needs a few variables to support them get the goals.
