Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penggunaan tata bahasa dan makna pada kata-kata berbahasa Inggris yang digunakan dalam iklan yang ada di Televisi Indonesia, yakni Antv, MNC TV, Trans 7, SCTV, RCTI, and Indosiar. Program acara televisi tersebut yang dijadikan sumber penelitian adalah program yang siar pada pukul 19:30 to 20.48 Wib. Sebanyak 15 kata-kata iklan makanan dan 18 kata-kata iklan lainnya yang dijadikan unit analisis dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dimana data dikumpulkan melalui kata-kata, prase, dan gambar-gambar. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan content based analysis dan pendekatan linguistik. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwasanya terdapat banyak kesalahan dalam iklan berbahasa Inggris yang dipakai dalam iklan televisi di Indonesia

The research aims to know relation, (1) self-efficacy and achievement of study, (2) social interaction and achievement of study, (3) with together between self-efficacy and social interactionwith achieviement of study in student environment guidance conceling Islamic Department Dawah Faculty and Communication science of IAIN Padangsidimpuan on academic 2013/2014. Kind of this research expost facto. Population of the research all of students guidance conceling Islamic Department Dawah Faculty and Communication science of IAIN Padangsidimpuan on academic 2013/2014, are totally 187 students sampling technique is used sampling nonprobability with saturate sample technique on often mentioned study cencus so sample totally 187 students.Collecting data method is used that questionarry method to measure self-efficacy and social interaction and record keeping method to measure of achievement study. Analysis data technique is used descriptive statistic analysis and regression analysis.The results showed that: (1) (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and the learning achievement with a correlation of 0.686. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between interaction social and the learning achievement with a correlation of 0.788. (3) Taken together there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and interaction social to learning achievement with correlation of 0.854. Based on these results, it was concluded that student achievement is influenced by self-efficacy and interaction social.

The background of this title researched, is given there are still many poor people in the Padangsidimpuan city, where of BPS data on Padangsidimpuan city in 2013 showed that there is still a poverty rate of 8.5%, through the funds of PACKAGE PNPM Urban, so the government can assist to empower poor communities with various activities such as housing assistance. People who receive assistance usually seen in its behavior in worship and society worship which is the better, such as increased taklim diligently Islamic gathering of other religious and social activities. The results showed that with the provision of housing assistance by PNPM Mandiri in society, the more diligent they are to pray.

The emergence of Islamic education institutions was driven by the necessity to build character. One of the Islamic institutions that deal with these necessity above is Islamic higher education. By taking a case in IAIN Padangsidimpuan, one of character building is used in it is Matrikulasi Kepribadian that can be used to build character knowing, feeling, and action to applicate the students’ character on life. But, in dealing with the purpose that the leader management must improve many aspects to get the better result in character building, as educational management in Matrikulasi Kepribadian, method, and funding.

The problem in this study is whether the self-concept, role of educational interaction of parents, and emotional intelligence provides a positive and significant influence on the independence of student learning in Tadris Matematika Padangsidimpuan IAIN either separately or simultaneously. The population in this study were all students of mathematics at IAIN Padangsidimpuan Tadris totaling 520 students. The sampling technique in this research is to use a simple random sampling technique. Data collection instruments used is by using questionnaires. Test the validity of the questionnaire item analysis using product moment correlation formula, reliability calculated using Cronbach Alpha. The data analysis technique used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test.Self-concept variables (X1) positive and significant impact on student learning independence by using the t test is tcount ttable or 7.778 1.987. Similarly, the role of educational interaction variables parents (X2), the result is also stated that there is a positive and significant influence on the independence of student learning using the t test is tcount ttable or 4.869 1.987. Similarly, emotional intelligence variable (X3), the variable is also stated there was a positive and significant influence on the independence of student learning using the t test is tcount ttable or 8.613 1.987. Simultaneously any self-concept variables (X1), the role of educational interaction of parents (X2), and emotional intelligence (X3) positive and significant impact on the independence of the variables studied mathematics majors at IAIN Tadris Padangsidimpuan (Y) using the F test is Fcount Ftable or 37.359 2.704. Student learning independence can be explained by the independent variables of 0,539 or 53.9%.

The first period of this faculty (FASIH) leaded by Dr. H. Sumper Mulia Harahap, M.Ag. with 6 departments (4 the new depertements); Ahwal Syakhsiyah, Hukum Ekonomi Syari’ah, Hukum Tata Negara (Siyasah), Perbandingan Mazhab, Ilmu Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir, serta Zakat dan Wakaf. This faculty wants to be a top faculty in the regional of Sumatera in the year of 2025 and also to gain the wants of many people to the improvement of this institute become university. Based on the available and the relevance of the efforst to develop the syari’ah field and knowlwedge of laws (syari’ah) in the region of South Tapanuli, the departments in the Fasil faculty will concentrate to both fields. This is because of two reasons; first, the presence of this faculty is the natural development to the field of laws nad the second, one serious problem is less people understand and interest in this field in the integrative and interconnective ways. This weakness can be solved by presenting of Fasih faculty in State Institute for Islamic Studies Paangsidimpuan. To this reason, this research tried to answer the general views of syari’ah knowledge and laws in South Tapanuli, and also in order to picture the hopefulness and perception of the societies to the Fasih faculty generally and specifically. This research has been done through qualitative research in the social studies and the specification about the chance and prosperity can be given as the contribution to the development of Syariah and Laws Faculty (Fasih). This research used the techniques suggested by Lexy J. Moleong by applying the theory from Bogdam, Wirk and Miller and also Lofland and Lofland. The data analyzed simultanously from collecting the data.The result of this research was that the basic problems of this field were management, lecturers or human resources, and the facilities. The management problems were the management of the institute which is done traditionally; whether it was to the private institution or even in the state institution. This made the educational institution didnot do optimally. Further, in this region there are many Islamic private schools which did not have good management in making programs about learning process. To the problems of teaching human sources (lecturers), there are still many of them still need to improve their competence to be a proffesional ones. From the perception of the societies to the Fasih, it can be concluded that in general many societies support the good planning can be implemented, and this faculty must be a top faculty to give the response to many problems of laws in the region of South Tapanuli.

The research aims to describe of perception toprofesional lecture IAIN Padangsidimpuanconcicst of: (1) pedagogic competence, (2) personality competence, (3) professional competence, (4) social competence. Kind of this research is survey research of students IAIN Padangsidimpuan. The subject of research are students of IAIN Padangsidimpuan that is listed as active student on academic year 2013-2104. The students in III (third), V(fifth), and VII (seventh) semester. The population totally 2695 students, and for the research sample totally 270 students.Instrument of collecting data doneby use research questioner. Data is collected analysed by descriftive analysis,althoughcentral dispasing or with presentaceThe result researchshow that: (1) students perception of IAIN Padangsidimpuan to pedagogic competence 19,6% very good, 67,1% good, and 13,3% enough, (2) students perception of IAIN Padangsidimpuan to personality competence 79,1% very good, and 20,9% good, (3) students perception of IAIN Padangsidimpuan to profesional competence 72% very good, and 28% good, and (4) students perception of IAIN Padangsidimpuan to social competence 75,1% very good and 24,9% good.

The problem of this research is the stories of what is contained in the stories of surah Al-Kahf, and how the strategy of development muslim personality in the stories of surat Al-Kahf. The problem of this research is how the role of income smoothing in the financial statements according to Islamic economics . Furthermore, this study aims to determine the role of income smoothing in the financial statements according to Islamic economics . The theory behind this research is the theory of agency ( agency theory ) which states that the earnings management practices are influenced by conflicts of interest between principal and agent management that arises when each party seeks to achieve or maintain a desired level of prosperity respectively .The method used in this study is a literature method by analyzing the literature , articles , research results . In various literature review found that the normalized earnings Income smoothing is done intentionally to achieve a particular trend or level of profit motivation that encourages income smoothing is to improve relations with creditors , investors, and employees , as well as leveling the business cycle through a psychological process .Reported income smoothing can be defined as a deliberate attempt to flatten and mengfluktuasikan sehinnga profit level at the present time is deemed normal for a company. In Islam this income smoothing activity seems contrary to the rules of fiqh muamalah , which contain elements of fraud ( tadlis ) and uncertainty ( gharar ) because there are those who hide information to the other party (unknown to one party ) with the intent to deceive others for his ignorance about that information . And if this action is proven , then it is forbidden in Islam , because it violates the principle of "an taraaddin minkum" ( both pleasure).
