Abstract

Fasilitas umum yang dibangun oleh pemerinah disatu sisi sangat disyukuri oleh masyarakat, tetapi disisi lain masyarakat belum memanfaatkan fasilitas terebut sesuai fungsinya, demikian juga dalam pemeliharaannya masyarakat kurang bertanggung jawab sehingga banyak bangunan pemerintah yang salah  manfatkan. Hal itu dapat terjadi karena pemerintah belum melakukan secara maksimal kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak dalam pemeliharaan fasilitas tersebut, seperti dengan  tokoh masyarakat, tokoh adat dan para ustadz yang memiliki kharismatik dalam mengajak masyarakat untuk melakukan hal yang lebih baik. Kurangnya kerjasama dengan berbagai elemen masyarakat membuat fasilitas umum  dirusak oleh masyarakat itu sendiri.Kata Kunci: Pembinaan Sikap Mental, Pemanfaatan, dan Pemeliharaan, Fasailatas Umum

Abstract

The background of this title researched, is given there are still many poor people in the Padangsidimpuan city, where of BPS data on Padangsidimpuan city in 2013 showed that there is still a poverty rate of 8.5%, through the funds of PACKAGE PNPM Urban, so the government can assist to empower poor communities with various activities such as housing assistance. People who receive assistance usually seen in its behavior in worship and society worship which is the better, such as increased taklim diligently Islamic gathering of other religious and social activities. The results showed that with the provision of housing assistance by PNPM Mandiri in society, the more diligent they are to pray.

Abstract

Lingkungan sosial banyak memberikan warna kepada  remaja di Kelurahan Aek Tampang Kota Padangsidimpuan, hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh  karena kondisi mental remaja sering  tidak stabil, dimana para remaja di Kelurahan Aek tampang  banyak bergaul dengan teman sebayanya yang belum memiliki jiwa beragama yang kuat. Selain dari pengaruh lingkungan, juga diakibatkan oleh pengaruh keadaan ekonomi keluarganya, dimana keadaan ekonomi keluarga di Kelurahan tersebut banyak yang miskin sehingga orang tua tidak mampu menyahuti keinginan anak remajanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya, yang mengakibatkan remaja menjadi nakal, dan akibatnya mereka banyak yang malas mengamalkan ajaran agama yang di milikinya

Abstract

Internet Banking service is one of the banking services that allows customers to obtain information, communicate, and perform banking transactions through the internet network. However, there are still a few who use or utilize internet banking services in transactions. This is due to the lack of customer knowledge about internet banking where there are still many customers who are still afraid to use this service for security reasons. Because technically, security refers to the existence of legal guarantees of privacy that must be fulfilled effectively. Often the bank neglects the internet banking security system. The purpose of this study was to determine how the perception of IAIN Padangsidmpuan students about the security of internet banking services. The theories used in this research are the theories put forward by Bimo Walgito which discusses the notion of perception, various perceptions, factors that influence perception, the characteristics of perception, the process of perception, understanding of security, types of security systems. network, security indicators, basic components of a security system, understanding of internet banking, benefits of internet banking, advantages of internet banking, and security of internet banking transactions. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of IAIN Padangsidimpuan class of 2017 and 2018 as many as 25 informants to describe research problems regarding the Perceptions of IAIN Padangsidimpuan Students About Internet Banking Service Security in Islamic Banking Transactions with the data sources used were primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data is by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study regarding the perceptions of IAIN Padangsidimpuan students about the security of internet banking services in Islamic banking transactions, the researchers conclude that the perceptions of IAIN Padangsidimpuan students about internet banking services are very good where internet banking services are one of the banking services that allow customers to make transactions via the internet network. . Because this service will really help students in making transactions such as checking balances, transferring money, paying tuition fees, buying credit vouchers and buying electricity tokens.

Abstract

The social environment gives a lot of color to adolescents in Aek Urban Village, Padangsidimpuan City. This can cause the mental condition of adolescents often unstable. Teenagers in Aek Village look like they hang out with peers who don't have a strong religious spirit. Apart from environmental influences, it is also caused by the influence of the economic environment. The economic situation of families in this village is that many poor people are unable to respond to the needs and desires of their teenagers. This encourages teenagers to become naughty, and many are lazy to practice religious teachings

Abstract

Abstract: In many people's lives all disturbances that occurred, which can inhibit the activities to be carried out. Every human being will certainly be impaired social, but the way everyone in receiving interference can be different from one with another. It depends on the level of education and experience as well as human faith that the social disturbed, and in general, every human being no one wants to be the existence of the disorder, even some people who are trying to avoid the interference. Social disruption that occurs is a social condition that needs to be changed and improved, so it depends on the man in question was the one who would bring the direction where the change occurs. Usually people who have the experience that many will certainly have a solution about how to cope with the social disruption. Key Words: Disorders, Social, and ReligiousAbstrak: Dalam kehidupan masyarakat banyak sekali gangguan- gangguan yang terjadi, sehingga  bisa menghambat  kegiatan yang akan dilakukan. Setiap manusia tentunya  akan mengalami  gangguan social, tetapi cara setiap orang dalam menerima gangguan bisa  saja berbeda antara satu dengan lainnya. Hal ini tergantung pada  tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman serta keimanan  manusia yang mengalami gangguan social tersebut, dan pada umumnya setiap manusia tidak ada yang menginginkan akan adanya gangguan tersebut, bahkan tidak sedikit manusia yang berusaha untuk menghindari adanya gangguan tersebut. Gangguan  sosial yang  terjadi   merupakan kondisi sosial yang perlu di rubah dan  diperbaiki, sehingga tergantung pada  manusia yang bersangkutanlah yang akan membawa kearah mana perubahan itu dilakukan. Biasanya orang yang memiliki pengalaman yang banyak tentunya akan memiliki solusi yang banyak tentang cara mengatasi  gangguan social tersebut.      Kata Kunci: Gangguan, Sosial, dan Keagamaan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) is provided to Poor Households with the aim of maintaining their welfare impacted by the increase in Fuel Oil (BBM) prices. In Huristak Godang Village, BLT is distributed to residents who fall into the poor category, both those registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) and those who are not registered (exclusion error) but meet certain criteria, such as not receiving PKH/BPNT assistance, loss of livelihood, and having family members vulnerable to chronic illness. The amount of assistance is Rp. 300,000 per household per month, received every three months. The research problem formulation is about the Effectiveness of Cash Direct Assistance in the Community of Huristak Godang Village, Huristak Subdistrict, Padang Lawas District. The research was conducted using a qualitative method and descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon in the field related to the effectiveness of BLT in the village. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of BLT in Huristak Godang Village is still low. The distribution of assistance does not comply with regulations because there are still pros and cons in the community, with some residents not receiving BLT. Although this assistance provides significant benefits to the poor, its role in reducing poverty is relatively small due to the limited and temporary nature of the assistance.Keywords: Effectiveness, Cash Direct Assistance, Poverty ABSTRAKBantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) diberikan kepada Rumah Tangga Miskin dengan tujuan menjaga kesejahteraan mereka yang terdampak kenaikan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). Di Desa Huristak Godang, BLT disalurkan kepada warga yang masuk dalam kategori miskin, baik yang terdaftar dalam Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) maupun yang tidak terdaftar (exclusion error) tetapi memenuhi syarat tertentu, seperti tidak menerima bantuan PKH/BPNT, kehilangan mata pencaharian, dan memiliki anggota keluarga yang rentan sakit kronis. Besaran bantuan adalah Rp. 300.000 per KK per bulan, diterima setiap tiga bulan sekali. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah mengenai Efektivitas Bantuan Langsung Tunai di Masyarakat Desa Huristak Godang Kecamatan Huristak Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menggambarkan fenomena di lapangan terkait efektivitas BLT di desa tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas BLT di Desa Huristak Godang masih rendah. Penyaluran bantuan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan karena masih terjadi pro dan kontra di masyarakat, dengan sebagian warga tidak mendapatkan BLT. Meskipun bantuan ini memberikan manfaat besar bagi masyarakat miskin, perannya dalam mengurangi kemiskinan relatif kecil karena besaran bantuan yang terbatas dan bersifat sementara.Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Bantuan Langsung Tunai, Kemiskinan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of self-confidence, local culture and religious education on the learning outcomes of economic subjects of students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan. religious education on the learning outcomes of economic subjects of XI social studies class students of SMA Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan both simultaneously and partially. The population of all students of class XI social studies SMA Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan amounted to 62 students, all of whom were used as respondents. Data collection techniques data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis technique. descriptive analysis techniques. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Descriptive analysis of self-confidence students are good, local culture is very good, religious education is good. The results of this study statistically show there is an influence of self-confidence, local culture, religious education on students' economic learning outcomes. (37.7%).(2) There is an influence of self-confidence on the learning outcomes of students' economic subjects (16.56%).(3) There is an influence of local culture on the learning outcomes of students' economic subjects (10.50%).(4)There is no There is no effect of religious education on the learning outcomes of students' economic subjects.

Abstract

Indonesia's market industry is the most competitive in Southeast Asia. This is evidenced by the large number of markets in Indonesia, which accept both foreign and domestic products. Market companies use various marketing strategies to increase public brand awareness. One of them is marketing through television media. Advertising content (X1) and sales promotion programs (X2) are offered and demonstrated as strategies to grow brand knowledge (Y) in the minds of potential customers. Bukalapak uses TV commercials to market. From 2021 to 2023, Bukalapak spent more money on advertising than all other online stores. The number of samples taken in this study amounted to 30 people, with the incidental sampling method. The sample size of 30 people was divided into two groups, each totaling 15 respondents, using a quasi-experiment. experiment. The first group was group who did remember the Bukalapak Harbolnas advertisement in December 2023. The results of this study indicate that the content of Bukalapak's advertisements can influence brand awareness of consumers by 75.4% can affect consumer brand awareness by 75.4%. This is based on with Bukalapak's totality in promotion through television which making Bukalapak as a marketplace brand with marketplace brand with the among others.
