Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the feasibility level of investment in BEI index shares for the 2023 period using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method in determining investment decisions. The type of quantitative research is descriptive. The population of this research is financial sector companies, Distribution which are listed on the index IDX Industrial Classification or IDX-IC for the period November 2022 – October 2023 . The sample used was 10 shares of financial holdings industry companies determined by the researcher. This research uses Microsoft Excel linear regression data analysis to determine the beta coefficient of the Capital Asset Pricing Modeling (CAPM) method and compares the expected return with the stock market rate of return during the observation period to better differentiate between efficient and inefficient stocks. The observation results show that 8 companies have efficient shares and 2 companies have inefficient shares which can be seen on the SML Security Market Line (SML) graph or CAPM model securities market line (GPS) for efficient shares and inefficient shares.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the types of stocks that are undervalued and overvalued based on stock returns and risks when making stock investment decisions. This research uses the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method. This study analyzes the shares of companies in the road transportation sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period November 2022 to October 2023. This study took 7 company stocks as samples. The results show that the 7 company stocks fall into the undervalued category because their individual stock returns are greater than the expected rate of return, and none of the stocks fall into the overvalued or inefficient category.

Abstract

In light of the determination to address Sustainable Development Goals, the Indonesian government has established the vision of “Indonesia Emas 2045”, with human development and the ability of science and technology to play a significant role in increasing health and society’s quality of life. To achieve this vision, Indonesia has to solve the challenges in public welfare including stunting as a chronicle condition that affects child growth and development. These challenges related to Zero Hunger of SDG 2 which aims to end poverty and access to safe and nutritious food to be met by all levels of society. In order to gain a comprehensive analysis of the efforts of the Indonesian government to reduce stunting rates, this study has undertaken the limitations of research within the Banyuwangi Regency as one of the top levels of stunting rates in national prevalence in 2018 with an improvement trend of 8% in the following year. This study accessed data from the officials’ site of the Banyuwangi government and the results of previous research to subsequently subjected to descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The findings of this research indicate the significant accomplishment of Banyuwangi Regency’s government in solving the stunting problems within the regency as the result of a commitment to achieving Zero Stunting as the answer to SDG 2.

Abstract

The concept of Green Human Resource Management is expected to be a solution to these problems. This research was conducted to see the implementation of the GHRM concept in Company XYZ as a company engaged in the mining industry. There are several benchmarks, namely Green Training and Development and Green Performance Appraisals and Rewards, and observations of the implementation of goal 8 and goal 13 in SDG's points. Data was obtained by means of interviews with PT XYZ employees and also studies on secondary data sources. The results showed that there was an application of GHRM activities carried out by PT XYZ employees, but the company has not directly stated using the GHRM concept. SDG's activities have also been well implemented, in line with the company's objectives and also the implementation of GHRM

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat dalam Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) telah membawa era transformasi bagi pengelolaan inovasi dalam organisasi. Artikel ini mengembangkan Model Strategis Pemanfaatan Kecerdasan Buatan dalam Pengelolaan Inovasi, bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada dan memaksimalkan potensi manfaat integrasi AI. Meskipun AI menawarkan peningkatan efisiensi dan potensi untuk inovasi revolusioner, organisasi menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam memanfaatkan sepenuhnya potensi AI. Tantangan ini termasuk pengelolaan data dalam jumlah besar, kebutuhan akan infrastruktur teknologi yang kuat, dan kurangnya keahlian dalam pengembangan AI. Lebih lanjut, integrasi AI ke dalam kerangka kerja pengelolaan inovasi yang ada memerlukan penyesuaian organisasional dalam struktur, proses bisnis, dan budaya untuk memastikan implementasi yang efektif dan etis. Model strategis ini menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan visioner dan komitmen terhadap pembelajaran berkelanjutan untuk membangun kemampuan inovasi yang didukung oleh AI. Selain itu, menyoroti kebutuhan untuk menetapkan kebijakan dan standar yang jelas untuk mengatur penggunaan AI, memastikan teknologi mendukung tujuan organisasi sambil menghormati privasi, keamanan, dan nilai-nilai sosial. Model ini menyarankan pendekatan holistik terhadap integrasi AI, fokus pada pemanfaatan strategis, tanggung jawab etis, dan keberlanjutan dalam pengelolaan inovasi. Dengan mengatasi area kunci ini, organisasi dapat menavigasi kompleksitas adopsi AI, memastikan AI berkontribusi positif terhadap inovasi berkelanjutan dan pertumbuhan
