Abstract

he curriculum transition from “kurikulum-13” to “Kurikulum Merdeka” certainly brings a new paradigm in classroom learning. There is something new in the new curriculum at the high school level, namely entrepreneurship learning which is contained in one of the P5 themes (Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project). This study aims to determine the efforts of teachers in developing students' entrepreneurial principles on entrepreneurial projects. This study used qualitative research methods. The source of the research data is a high school teacher from the Semarang UPGRIS Laboratory School who teaches economics subjects. The results of the study found that teachers' efforts in developing entrepreneurial principles by providing knowledge in the form of deepening students' creativity towards new product innovations, providing knowledge about strategic management, providing knowledge related to marketing management and also motivating them to always innovate and not be satisfied with the results of their business achievements.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the differences in the financial performance of the Healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after the entry of covid-19 in Indonesia. The financial performance includes net profit margin, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and total asset turn over. The type of research used is quantitative. The population used is healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020 with a purposive sampling technique so that 40 data are obtained. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis technique, paired sample test and Wilcoxon. The results of this study indicate that the net profit margin, debt to equity ratio, and total asset turnover have no difference before and when Covid-19 entered Indonesia. Meanwhile, the current ratio has a difference between before and when Covid-19 entered Indonesia.

Abstract

Career maturity is an individual's readiness to make career decisions supported by strong information about work, based on the exploration that has been done. The problem behind this research is the low level of maturity of final year students in Semarang City. This can be seen from BPS (2022) which shows the unemployment rate fluctuates. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires through google form to all Semarang City final year students who were completing their thesis, with a sample of 125 students as respondents. The data analysis technique that will be used is by using SPSS 26 for windows software. The results of this study indicate that self efficacy and internal locus of control have a significant effect on career maturity because they have a sig value. 0,05. While self-concept, family support, and emotional intelligence have no significant effect on career maturity because the sig value 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) has an adjusted R square value of 0.662, which shows that the variables of self efficacy, internal locus of control, self-concept, family social support, emotional intelligence are 6.62% of career maturity.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to test how much influence Environmental Organizational Citizenship Behavior (EOCB) has directly from Digital Person-Job Fit (DPJ-Fit) and indirectly through Job Satisfaction (JS). This research is the recent research on OCB in the hospital nurse’s environment. This study employed a population of nurses in type C hospitals with a sample of 209 people. The type of sampling technique in this study applied simple random sampling. Multivariate data analysis techniques or Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were implemented with analysis tools using Partial Least Square software (Smart PLS 3.0). The results showed that DPJ-Fit directly and indirectly affects EOCB. The greater influence on EOCB is through the mediating role of JS. Further research may allow Job Satisfaction for similar research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Product Quality, Store Atmosphere and Experiential Marketing on Repatronage Intentions through Brand Awareness as an Intervening variable. This study used a sample of 100 respondents, namely consumers at the Yogya Department Store, Pemalang. The sample used was purposive sampling technique. The testing in this study was carried out using the method multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study obtained there is a significant influence between variables Product Quality,  Atmosphere,  Experiential Marketing to Repatronage Intentions. Furtheremore, there is a significant influence between  Product Quality,  Atmosphere,  Experiential Marketing  on Repatronage intentions through Brand Awarenes as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMPN 2 Kragan, Rembang Regency, with the aim of proving the influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of teachers and employees of SMPN 2 Kragan, Rembang Regency. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a population of 55 people. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 software for data processing. The data type is subject data and the data source is primary data. The results of his research show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of teachers and employees of SMPN 2 Kragan, Rembang Regency, and the work environment has a significant positive effect on the performance of teachers and employees of SMPN 2 Kragan, Rembang Regency.The implication of the results of this research is that to improve employee performance as teachers, high work discipline and a supportive work environment are needed so that it can have a positive impact on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of payment gateway transactions and financial inclusion on financial performance with financial literacy as a variable that can strengthen the relationship between variables. This study used a quantitative research method with a sample of 130 micro entrepreneurs in Boja District. Testing the data obtained in this study using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this study state that payment gateway transactions affect financial performance with a P-Value 0.000. Financial inclusion has no effect on financial performance with a P-Value 0.163. The results of this study also state that financial literacy strengthens the influence of the relationship between payment gateway transactions on financial performance with a P-Value 0.001, but financial literacy actually weakens the effect of the relationship between financial inclusion on financial performance with a P-Value 0.220.

Abstract

The development of market places and digital finance has a negative effect on young people's finances, especially on their financial behavior. This study aims to prove the effect of hedonic lifestyle and financial literacy on financial behavior by taking the location and respondents of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, YPPI Rembang University. Students in the 2019-2022 batch were used as a population with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a total sample of 150 students. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that a hedonic lifestyle has a significant positive effect on financial behavior, while financial literacy has an insignificant positive effect on financial behavior.
