Abstract

This French language training is based on the limited ability of foreign languages other than English, namely French for tour guides in Pangandaran Regency. Until now there has been no formal education institution that provides French language in Pangandaran Regency, even though this area is an important tourist destination for West Java which is visited by many french tourists in 2019 (see Nurroni, 2019). Meanwhile, according to BAPPEDA West Java Provincial Government, this regency will become an international class tourist destination in 2021-2025. Departing from this goal, this service program provides training in French Tourism which can provide insight into french language skill to tour guides in Pangandaran Regency so that it will lead to improving the quality of their languages. This service aims to 1) provide French Tourism training for tour guides in Pangandaran Regency; 2) conduct a simulation of the jeux de rôles-actes de parole technique (role play-technical speaking acts) based on local wisdom of Pangandaran Regency. Based on the results of the training, tour guides in Pangandaran Regency are familiar with the French alphabet and numbers, are able to carry out simple conversations, and introduce tourist objects in Pangandaran in a simple manner

Abstract

Merokok merupakan kondisi yang memberikan dampak kesehatan baik pada perokok aktif maupun perokok pasif. Terlebih pada masa pandemi COVID-19, merokok dapat mengganggu sistem kekebalan tubuh. Menciptakan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) merupakan salah satu upaya menekan dampak buruk dari rokok. Kawasan Tanpa Rokok diharapkan dapat menjadi faktor pendukung meningkatkan imunitas. Mengupayakan KTR bukan tanggung jawab individu ataupun pemerintah saja melainkan upaya kolaboratif bersama melalui pemberdayaan masyarajat yang dapat meningkatkan cakupan KTR. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat dalam mengupayakan perwujudan KTR sebagai upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan melalui survey awal, focus group discussion, diseminasi dan evaluasi. Target dan sasaran adalah warga RW 01 Kelurahan Paledang Kota Bandung. Hasilnya adalah kegiatan dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dimana tahapan metode tercapai dengan kondisi masyarakat yng sangat antusiaisme mengikuti kegiatan walaupun dengan segala keterbatasan di masa pandemi. Saran yang  diajukan adalah adanya keberlanjutan dalam upaya mewujudkan KTR melalui kerjasama lintas sektor dan lintas program serta perluasan cakupan KTR di Kelurahan Paledang.

Abstract

Kampung Rambak merupakan kampung tematik yang dibentuk berdasarkan adanya produksi rambak kulit sapi. Namun kegiatan Kampung Rambak dirasa belum maksimal karena aspek sosial ekonomi belum maksimal mencirikan Kampung Rambak. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini yaitu secara umum memperkuat ciri Kampung Rambak dengan diversifikasi produk berbahan rambak, dengan tujuan khusus yaitu peserta pelatihan memiliki (1) pemahaman tentang karakteristik dan nilai gizi rambak kulit; (2) keterampilan membuat bakso rambak. Metode yang digunakan adalah (1) penyuluhan tentang karakteristik dan kandugan gizi rambak kulit (2) pelatihan keterampilan membuat bakso rambak. Prosedur kerja yang dilakukan sebagai berikut: (1) penyuluhan mengenai karakteristik dan kandungan gizi rambak kulit, (2) sosialisasi mengenai produk olahan rambak kulit yaitu bakso rambak, (3) pelatihan membuat bakso rambak yang sehat, (4) pendampingan membuat bakso rambak yang sehat. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu  (1) kegiatan penyuluhan berhasil dengan baik ditunjukkan sebanyak 89,5% peserta memahami karakeristik dan kandungan gizi rambak kulit, (2) kegiatan pelatihan berhasil dilaksanakan terlihat sebanyak 90,9% peserta berhasil membuat bakso rambak.

Abstract

Bidang keagamaan menghadapi tantangan serius dalam memberikan penguatan moderasi beragama khususnya bagi santri serta mengimbangi pesatnya perubahan teknologi yang sedang dialami masyarakat saat ini. Dengan demikian, perlunya mengadaptasi teknologi tersebut untuk menguatkan pemahaman moderasi beragama. Video adalah salah satu media pembelajaran virtual yang memungkinkan santri untuk lebih memahami dan menyimpan informasi dengan lebih baik. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman moderasi beragama santri Madrasah Diniyah Hidayatul Mutholibin Tanggung di Kota Blitar melalui penggunaan video sebagai media belajar mengajar. Kegiatan ini melibatkan partisipasi sepenuhnya bersifat sukarela, berdasarkan persetujuan lisan yaitu dari sepuluh santri yang menanggapi permintaan untuk berpartisipasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis konten. Santri menganggap video secara umum bermanfaat bagi kegiatan belajar mereka. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa santri memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap video sebagai media belajar mengajar. Persepsi dan sikap terhadap pembelajaran berbasis video memberikan wawasan yang menarik berkaitan dengan konsep dan penerapan moderasi beragama.

Abstract

Stunting prevention in children under five is the main program of the Indonesian government. This community service aims to provide education about stunting and its prevention, the snakehead fish benefits and training on how to process it into products.  From Focus Group Discussion of the Medical faculty of Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya Team with the chairman of Fatayat NU Bangil, known that members of Fatayat NU Bangil are not familiar with snakehead fish and how to process it, nor does anyone have an independent business of processed snakehead fish. The training was held on December 24, 2021 at the Anisah Foundation building, Bangil district in Pasuruan, attended by 50 participants. The presenter were from the Chairman of the PasuruanRegency Forikan, Department of Industry and Trade, the Pasuruan Regency Fisheries Service. The post test results showed that after the training the participants had understood about stunting and its prevention, snakehead fish benefits and could also process food made from snakehead fish. To encourage independent business partners, the Community Service Team also freezer, mixer impulse sealer. It is hoped that after this activity participants can socialize eating fish habit and can also produce processed food from snakehead fish.

Abstract

Taman pintar “Tunas Bangsa” saat ini telah menyelenggarakan berbagai macam kegiatan termasuk Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (KBM). Namun demikian masih banyak fasilitas KBM yang belum memadai, termasuk belum tersedianya perangkat teknologi pembelajaran. Kendalanya aktifitas pembelajaran menjadi kurang  efektif, sehingga kurang menarik minat belajar terutama siswa PAUD, anak, dan remaja yang tergabung dalam komunitas tersebut. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pendampingan instalasi perangkat  Android TV, internet, dan pendukungnya, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pembuatan materi ajar multimedia sederhana yang dapat dterapkan pada perangkat tersebut.  Metodenya yaitu melakukan survei analisis situasi, persiapan kebutuhan perangkat pembelajaran dan pelatihan, pendampingan instalasi Android TV dan internet, dan pelatihan multimedia sederhana dengan MS-Powerpoint, serta monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasilnya, instalasi perangkat multimedia berbasis Android TV telah terlaksana dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Setelah mendapat pendampingan dan pelatihan, mitra telah dapat mengoperasikan  perangkat, dan dapat mengunakan aplikasi multimedia sederhana pada proses pembelajaran dengan perangkat Android TV.

Abstract

One of the catfish breeding areas in Semarang Regency, Central Java is Gedong Village, Banyubiru District. The population in Gedong Village is sufficient large also affects the fulfillment of large needs, especially in terms of fulfillment of large food needs. Based on the results of observations, some people Gedong Village has a job as a catfish farmer. In catfish nurseries The people of Gedong Village still use the natural spawning system. However the system is less suitablebecause of the process that takes a long time and results from the spawning is not maximal. Based on this background, the KKN Team PGRI University in Semarang has a solution to solve problems in the village Gedong, Banyubiru District, Semarang Regency by conducting training artificial insemination to increase production of quality catfish in quantity time-effective. Besides that, it also conducts catfish processing training and provides online marketing training

Abstract

The presence of modern stores has led to the climate of unfair competition harmful traditional stores. The existence of a minimarket can turn off 20-50 small grocery stores, while a supermarket can be lethal up to 200 grocery stores, while hypermarkets and 500 grocery stores. minimarket establishment, in a radius of 500 meters will result in a decline in income of up to 57.92 percent. At a radius of 1 km to 30 percent. Defeat competing with traditional stores because of low competitiveness. This situation experienced by both partners, traditional shop "Darul Ulum" and Toko Abdul Khamid.These service activities seek to address the problem of lack of competitiveness in the form of partners, and exacerbated by the low-performance service standards for record-keeping and accounting system is still manual. Therefore, the outcome of devotion is a solution to the problem. Such as 1) program to improve competitiveness, 2) development of accounting information systems. The approach used is a method of interactive participation, in which both partners will play a role in the analysis process for planning activities and the strengthening of internal organization.The method of implementation program to improve competitiveness, carried out in phases: 1) a SWOT Analysis, 2) Guarantee of perception and deal program, 3) Modernization store, 4) Training service standards, 5) Training governance and SOP, 6) creation of SOP shops, 7 ) Implementation and mentoring. Program information systems development shops, stages: 1) analysis of requirements and design of information systems, 2) identification and preparation of database product items and members or prospective members, 3) Making accounting software, 4) Application of accounting information systems, 5) training information system accounting, 6) special units of cooperative stores, to disseminate the members, administrators and managers of cooperatives, 7) Implementation and facilitation of the use of the system. As quality assurance efforts in the implementation of each of the partners will be accompanied by two students.

Abstract

Lobang Village, Limpung District, Batang Regency is one of the coffee-producing centers in Batang City. Quite remote area and low quality of human resources were the challenge for regional progress. This causes the need for modern technology to become one of the problems faced by coffee farmer groups in Lobang village which causes low productivity and quality of coffee produced. The technology dissemination service activity of UPGRIS service team aims to improve economy and welfare of residents, especially coffee farmers. The methods used include; observation, interviews, collecting data on the conditions and problems that faced by partners, then conducting discussions and socializing solutions that can be resolved to partners, followed by the implementation of activities as well as mentoring and evaluation. Technology dissemination service activities are carried out through increasing coffee production capacity with the introduction of motor-based fresh red coffee skin peeling machine technology, the introduction of the somatic embryogenesis method as a regeneration method that is able to produce superior and quality coffee plant and fruit seeds. Making various coffee-based products to help improve the family's economy, as well as delivering materials on sales, marketing and financial management that will assist residents in managing their businesses.

Abstract

The Community Service Program was carried out in Tanjung Pakis Aji Jepara Village by selecting palm sugar partners. Based on the observations that we have done, there are several priority problems to be resolved in this KKN program, namely the limitations of palm sugar, palm sugar printing and packaging that is too simple, marketing that is only done traditionally, and there is no product identity. In this activity we provide several solutions to problems that exist in partners, including 1) innovating palm sugar molds which were originally round into a more economical shape for easy packaging. 2) in terms of packaging, it is packed using plastic with a weight of 250 grams and 500 grams. 3) put a label on the package. 4) marketing palm sugar through social media so that palm sugar can be known to the wider community. The purpose of service in palm sugar partners is to help find solutions to problems that exist in partners. In addition, to improve student skills in solving problems in society.
