Jurnal ULTIMA InfoSys merupakan Jurnal Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Multimedia Nusantara yang menyajikan artikel-artikel penelitian ilmiah dalam bidang Sistem Informasi, serta isu-isu teoritis dan praktis yang terkini, mencakup sistem basis data, sistem informasi manajemen, analisis dan pengembangan sistem, manajemen proyek sistem informasi, programming, mobile information system, dan topik lainnya terkait Sistem Informasi. Jurnal ULTIMA InfoSys terbit secara berkala dua kali dalam setahun (Juni dan Desember) dan dikelola oleh Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Multimedia Nusantara bekerjasama dengan UMN Press.

<![CDATA[The background of this research is based on the operational needs in human resources department to organize all the data and business processes that occur in this division. The role of the Human Resources division significantly to manage labor resources that contribute to the implementation of the organization’s operations. The objectives in this research is to build a model of information system that can support the operation in employee management system, which consists of employees’ personal data, attendance report, and document about employees competence. The method of this research refers to model lifecycle database [1]. The results achieved in this study was the establishment of a model of information systems and database design that can support the operations of the Human Resources Department that can be operated and controlled directly by the relevant employees, so that the operational process can be performed effectively and efficiently. <![CDATA[The success of a project is determined by the success of a software team in estimating the budget plan the cost of the software. The purpose of this paper is the creation, devise ways to estimate project budget software. To be able to compose a Planned Value (PV) project software required several steps. The first step is the preparation of WBS. Division of phase-phase creation of software applications in this paper follow the steps in the development of the software spiral. The second step is a software metric, method is the most straightforward and easiest in its application is a measurement based on metric size oriented. Intentionally taken a sample project that contains the work of hardware, so that can be made analysis unit price for the item that has a high price and need analysis. A summary of which can be taken from this discussion is the preparation method of estimating budget projects have successfully made systematically. One standard that can be used to measure the maturity level of information security in an organization is the KAMI index developed by Depkominfo standards refer to ISO standard ISO / IEC 27001: 2009. <![CDATA[The quality of the software can be measured by its return on investment. Factors which may affect the return on investment (ROI) is the tangible factors (such as the cost) dan intangible factors (such as the impact of software to the users or stakeholder). The factor of the software itself are assessed through reviewing, testing, process audit, and performance of software. This paper discusses the consideration of return on investment (ROI) assessment criteria derived from the software and its users. These criteria indicate that the approach may support a rational consideration of all relevant criteria when evaluating software, and shows examples of actual return on investment models. Conducted an analysis of the assessment criteria that affect the return on investment if these criteria have a disproportionate effort that resulted in a return on investment of a software decreased. <![CDATA[In the Korean express delivery service market, many companies have been striving to extend their own market share and interested in collaboration through sharing resources such as line-haul vehicles and service centers. Collaboration has recently attracted a great deal of attention as an effective way to secure competitive advantage for companies with limited resources. Some companies operate line-haul vehicles in milk-run types of pick-up and delivery services among consolidation terminals and service centers with locational disadvantages so they can represent as traditional pick-up and delivery problem (PDP). <![CDATA[Since the first Android smartphones were released, many applications have been developed until today. One of them is security application. Security applications consist of several types of applications such as Antivirus, SIM Card Change Alarm, and Applocker. SIM Card Changed Alarm is a security application that has capability to monitor SIM Card change in Android smartphones. Although there are many SIM Card Change Alarm applications which are available in Google Playstore, there are many people who are not satisfied with this applications. It happens due to them only sends the SMS alert to the owner without locking the phone to prevent other people using it. The outcome of this research will have the same feature as SIM Card Change Alarm but with additional features such as locking the smartphone if the SIM Card has been changed, locking and unlocking remotely using SMS, triggering loud alarm, and calling-back to owner when the smartphone has been lost or stolen. The outcome expected for the Prifone Application is a userfriendly application which could be used by many people around the world and also is able to secure Android smartphones. <![CDATA[This research aimed to determine the impact of the use of e-procurement technology and the use of e-procurement technology on the procurement performance at PT. VivaStor Techno Logica. The method used in this research consisted of three phases. The first stage is the study of literature that aims to deepen the knowledge about the topic of e-procurement and electronic procurement system (SPSE) on the Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE Ministry of Finance). The second stage was distributing questionnaires, which aims to obtain primary data from companies. The last step was observe the e-procurement business processes that are running on the website LPSE. The samples in this study using purposive sampling technique (judgment sampling). Questionnaires were distributed to users of e-procurement PT. VivaStor Techno Logica, then distributed questionnaires to 30 respondents. The results showed that the usage of e-procurement technology gives effect to the procurement practice at VivaStor Techno Logica; e-procurement technology usage has influences on procurement performance at PT. VivaStor Techno Logica; and procurement practices gives effect to procurement performance at PT. VivaStor Techno Logica.
