Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of teachers in aspects of learning planning, implementation, and assessment of learning Islamic education in Aceh. The research method used is quantitative survey format. The study population was all PAI teachers in East Aceh District, totaling 62 people. The research sample is the whole population (total sampling). The research instrument used a questionnaire Data analysis using inferential statistical tests (F test) assisted by SPSS version 21.0. The results showed that aspects of PAI teacher planning in East Aceh District had been able to apply the 2013 curriculum in learning. This can be seen from their ability to implement PAI learning using the 5M approach and they are able to conduct authentic assessments well. Therefore, special attention needs to be paid by the Regional Government, especially the Aceh Education Office to improve the professionalism of PAI teachers in Aceh so that the objectives of national education can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

The research aims to describe and explain the: 1. local wisdom In the culture of Maluku people as the power of social integration and brotherhood in the multicultural context of Maluku people. 2. The values of multicultural education in culture Pela, Gandong, Famili, Badati, Masohi, Ma’anu. This research uses a qualitative deskrptive method with a content analysis technique (content analysis, Through two steps of procedure, namely: First. Procurement or data collection of multicultural education values in the local wisdom of the Maluku people. Second. Data validation using semantic validation patterns to measure the solitude and depth of symbolic meanings associated with the context of multicultural values in the local wisdom of the Maluku community. The results of this study showed Local wisdom forms that contain the value of fraternity and become the power of social integration, inter-siwalima The Monodualistic Cultural roots, then culture pela, gandong, famili, And each other culture and cooperation such as culture badati, masohi, ma’anu. The values of the Muliticular education in the forms of the wisdom of life between Values understand each other's differences, Respect each other, Love one another, protect each other, sustain one another, and support each other, As the fact or reflection of Multikulturl education, respect for others and respect for self.

Abstract

The communication of teachers in the public room is one of the strategies for transferring the lesson material to the participants. Done through forms of communication so that students are motivated to build dialogue and interaction as part of the learning process. The results of this research show that the teacher's community pattern in the school public room has been effectively and intensely: [1] Process of communication of teachers conducted through observations of behavioral students to know the ins and outs of psychology every learner. Then the teacher seeks to establish good communication with the aim of attracting sympathy. This is done because some learners who are less eager in the learning process, such as: not focused on learning, can not memorize in front of the class, and pay less attention to school assignments. [2] Teacher communication patterns used in learning are: personal and group communication patterns include; [a] Such verbal communication, delivering the material directly to the learners. [b] Non-verbal, such as: demonstrated behavior, neat dressing style, style of speech and the way of dialogue with teachers when delivering material. [3] Media such as: using books relating to the material being taught. With this teacher's communication pattern gives a positive impact on learners so that they can be motivated to follow the subject matter. Keywords: teacher communication pattern, student motivation

Abstract

hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan pengajian keagamaan di negeri Morella yang diprogramkan oleh kepala pemuda ini telah berlangsung 2 tahun lamanya yang telah memberikan dampak dan pengaruh yang besar dalam kehidupan pemuda negeri Morella, baik dalam bidang spritual berupa sudah mulai adanya kesadaran dari para pemuda dalam menjalankan ajaran agamanya, kemudian, bidang sosial berupa sudah mulai adanya hubungan yang baik dengan masyarakat, serta pengaruhnya terhadap psikologi berupa sudah mulai membaik karakter para pemuda. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan pengajian keagamaan ini dapat dikatakan mempunyai andil besar dalam perubahan dan pembinaan akhlak pemuda, walaupun masih terbilang muda, namun pengajian ini mampu menunjukan eksistensinya. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari dukungan yang diberikan dari semua pihak, dimulai dari adanya dukungan dari pemerintah setempat, adanya kesadaran diri dari para pemuda, adanya dukungan dari orang tua, kesabaran dari para pengajar dan fasilitas yang disediakan. Meskipun demikian, pengajian keagamaan juga tidak terlepas dari kendala-kendala yang datang, entah itu masalah mengajak pemuda, anggaran, kurangnya pengajar, manajemen yang kurang baik, kurangnya metode yang digunakan, tidak adanya evaluasi, dan pengaruh teknologi Kata Kunci: Dampak Pengajian Keagamaan, Membina Akhlak Pemuda

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The issues raised in this study are weaking teacher’s personalitycompetence is seen from the phenomenon that many teachers are not optimal in implementing the standards process, just do the job from leadership. And there are many students who are not disciplined in learning. This research was conducted at MA Darul Huda Mandalawangi – Pandeglang. With the object of the research arestudents in the madrasah. This research used survey research method by the primary data collection that used the questionnaire. Selection of samples tested in this research 78 respondents as the sample of MA. Hypothesis testing usedSPSS V.16 for windows.Hypothesis test done / conducted by using themultiple regression coefficient. Result of the research were: First, a significant positive influence from teacher’s personality withlearning result have influence of 42,8%; Second, a significant influence from student learningdiscpiline with learning result have influence of 41,3%; Third, a significant influence from teacher’s personality and student learningdiscipline with learning result both have influence of 51,5% to learning result. Based on the result of this research is expected to be good contribution for the implementation of learning aqidah akhlak up to the goal.
