Language errors in the writing of autobiography conducted by the students of S-1 Program Statistics FMIPA Unimus can be grouped into errors from the point of writing / spelling and errors from the point of grammar. Spelling mistakes include prepositional and affixed writing errors, capital letter writing, abbreviation, and numerical errors. Grammatical errors include fragmentary sentences, confusing sentences, sentences with predictions of transitive active verbs but not directly followed by objects, and unclear sentences of the subject.

Slavoj Žižek introduces definition of subject through the concept of The Real. He decribes it use the Lacan’s psychoanalys triagle. The process of reaching The Real causes the subject to do something that can be out of the symbolic. Therefore, the position of subject could be decided at this stage. This kind of subject is seen in The Help (2011) film. It is represented by Skeeter. She tries to out from the symbolic order to get the real. In her process to reach the real, she is unable to release herself from the symbolic completely because of her educational background, her thought, and her conscience. Therefore, Skeeter could not be defined as the radical subject based on the process. Still, her effort in order to out from the symbolic is never succeeded. It is because she always does everything with full consideration. In fact, she only moves to the new symbolic order.

The market is where sellers and buyers meet. Meeting the sellers and buyers in traditional markets cause them to greet each other. For that purpose, they use the greeting word in interacting. What greetings are used in the traditional market of Surya Kusuma Semarang is discussed in this paper. Data collection was done by using observation method developed with basic technique of tapping and advanced technique in the form of notes technique and recording technique. Based on the results of research of greeting words used in traditional markets covers pronouns, relatives, limbs, title, profession, greeting intimate, and greeting where self. Speakers use greeting words by considering physical appearance, gender, and age. The greeting word is used by the seller to greet the buyer with the intention of captivating the buyer. Therefore, his merchandise is selling well

Lexical interference is the entry of vocabulary from certain languages / languages into other languages / languages. In the use of official Indonesian languages, often people also use vocabulary commonly used in informal languages, such as kayak, bilang, bikin, cuman, cewek, nggak, dikasih, gitu, and gini. Good and right Indonesian should avoid things like that.

In the context of promotion there are interesting phenomena related to the process of traveling chicklit and teenlit novels since going out from the publisher's warehouse to the readers. The process is through systems and mechanisms that involve many professional workers outside the field of literature. They are the marketing profession; from a public-relation, sales-promotion, to event organizers. To spread the chicklit and teenlit novels, team-work utilizes mass psychology conditions. The potential for public consumerism is exploited through various strategies. Every major publisher such as Elex Media Komputindo, GagasMedia, and Gramedia Pustaka Utama, has a promotion and marketing division that is responsible for selling products and ensuring the smooth distribution of products to consumers in the broadest range of regions. This business involves professional workers in certain fields that work in synergy. Promotional tips are carried out through event launching, book launching, book reviews, "meet the authors", and others. That way, marketing novels is not enough just to be stacked in a shop window, but promoted on a large scale through magazines, newspapers, book covers, even on-line bookstores (e-shop) on the internet.

Burung yang Baik Dipelihara dan Tidak dalam Serat Ngalamating Kutut Mirya Anggraini

This study aims to reveal the meaning of the pekutut bird in Serat Ngalamating Kutut. Material object of this research is Serat Ngalamating Kutut. Serat Ngalamating Kutut consists of nineteen stanzas and contains myths about perkutut bird. The text describes fifteen kinds perkutut bird. Of the fifteen kinds can be divided into two. Nine kinds are good turtles and the other six are bad birds. The results showed, the characteristics of perkutut birds that have good and bad influence there is in the text. Birds that have good characteristic are recommended to maintain. Contrarily, birds that have bird characteristics that can bring problems are not recommended, even forbidden to maintain.

Writing popular articles in the mass media is admittedly very difficult for students. In addition to adjusting the latest issues, popular articles in the mass media must also be adjusted to diction, spelling, mass media characters, and free of plagiarism. The purpose of this study was to improve the skills of writing popular articles on students through the One Student One Creation program (SAMA SAYA). The sample in this study were 42 second semester students of the Islamic Education program at STAINU Temanggung academic year 2018-2019. This action research was designed with the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of the study indicate that the SAMA SAYA program can improve popular article writing skills. Starting the aspect of determining the current problem / issue, from 14 students (33.3 percent) to become 40 students (95.2 percent), determining interesting titles from 18 students completed (42.8 percent) increased 39 students completed (92.8 percent), the selection of correct diction, from 12 students completed (28.5 percent) to 38 students completed (90.4 percent). In the aspect of using PEUBI rules which initially 14 students completed (33.3 percent) to 30 students completed (71.4 percent), understanding the character of mass media initially 5 students completed (11.9 percent) to 40 students completed (95.2 percent ), not plagiarism under 25 percent as many as 12 students completed (28.5 percent) increased to 37 students (88.0 percent).

Because the baby is a novel written by priska savira. The novel tells about the experience of life of the main character named queensha.the purpose of this research is to identify queensha's love and obsession as the main character of the novel.library research is conducted in this study. In this research, the writer uses extrinsic theory includes obsession and sigmund freud's concept of id, ego, superego.the result of the research shows that queensha's obsession and conflict has affected her behavior that makes her feel hesitated.this condition brings her to a conflicts that happen with herself and external conflicts with other people

AbstractThe lyrics of the song are like the poetry of an aesthetic element that builds them as intrinsic elements, such as diction, rhyme, images and rhetorical means. In the hands of creative authors will create an interesting private diction diction and bring up beautiful metaphors. Song lyrics are created based on the author's emotional expression both from personal experience and see around him as the object of his creation. One of the most widely made is the lyrics of the song with the theme of romance, both ranging from approach / introduction, romantic seduction to the sadness left by her lover. This article discusses the metaphorical phrases in the lyrics of popular songs with the study of aesthetics, the elements that build the lyrics and their meaning. IntisariLirik lagu tak ubahnya seperti puisi ada unsur estetis yang membangunnya berupa unsur intrinsiknya, seperti diksi, rima , imaji dan sarana retorika. Di tangan pengarang yang kreatif akan memunculkan diksi private symbol yang menarik dan memunculkan metafor-metafor yang indah. Lirik lagu diciptakan berdasar ekspresi emosional pengarangnya baik dari pengalaman pribadi maupun melihat di sekitarnya sebagai objek penciptaannya. Salah satu yang paling banyak dibuat adalah lirik lagu yang bertemakan percintaan, baik mulai dari pendekatan/pengenalan, rayuan romantisnya sampai pada kesedihan ditinggal kekasihnya. Artikel ini membahas kalimat-kalimat metaforis dalam lirik lagu populer dengan kajian estetikanya, yaitu unsur yang membangun lirik dan maknanya.
