Abstract

The entire population was made sample research. The research instrument for training variables and academic supervision is a poll with a Likert scale model, while the teacher's performance is used APKG I and APKG II. The requirements test is done to test the normality, linearity, and independence between the free variables. The data analysis techniques used correlation and regression and simple correlation and regression and double correlation at the level of significance 0.05. The results clarify that there is a significant influence on training activities, academic supervision towards improvement of teacher's performance.

Abstract

The results showed: 1) the attitude of the school principal of the family education involvement, administration association, library officers, and parents had a positive attitude towards the effectiveness. 2) the implementation of family education effectively and 3) the parent participation, both participation of ideas, energy, possessions and skills participation is very supportive of the implementation of the family education program in increasing the achievement of students' interests and talents.

Abstract

The results of this study revealed three findings: first, the implementation of the communication head of Madrasah with teachers in the performance improvement teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung performed continuously and scheduled. Secondly, the implementation of teacher communication with the head of Madrasah in improving the teacher's performance in Madrasyah Tsanawiyah Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung is continuing to establish communication of working relationship both information and communication assignments and also by the head of the Madrasah to the teacher. Thirdly, the implementation of communication between fellow teachers, education personnel in improving the performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Tembung is exchanging information about both the task information and information that develops or and brainstorm both fellow teachers and fellow educations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship of perception teacher towards school principals supervision and work ethics with the work satisfaction of MAN 3 Stabat. This study used correlational statistics with respondents as many as 78 teachers. The data collection is obtained through questionnaires. The data is analyzed by using simple correlation techniques, regression, double correlation and partial correlation. The findings of the studi are a positive relationship between: (1) The teacher's perception of the principal's supervision with a ry1 of 0.668 with a regression equation Ý = 45.68 + 0, 59X1, (2) working ethic with a ry2 of 0.7313 regression equations Ý = 45.13 + 0, 59X2 and teacher perception of supervision and work ethic jointly with the work satisfaction with ry12 of 0.7310 with regression Y = 43.1191 + 0.001 X1 + 0.591 X2.

Abstract

The data is analyzed by using simple correlation techniques, double correlation regression and partial correlation. The findings of the research are a significant link between perceptions of supervisory academic supervision with professional competence of teachers with ry1 of 0.567. the working commitment with professional competence of teachers with ry2 of 0.617 and perceptions of academic supervision of supervising work commitment together with professional competence of teachers with ry12 of 0.694. The study concluded that there was a significant link between perceptions of the academic supervision of supervisors and work commitments jointly with professional competence of teachers.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the implementation of Islamic guidance &counseling in upholding student discipline in MTs. Al Washliyah Gading Tanjungbalai. This study aims to establish the condition of studenttraining, the application of Islamic advice conducted by guidance & counseling teachers, the implementation of Islamic guidance &counseling in raising student discipline in MTs. Al Washliyah Gading Tanjungbalai. This research is phenomenological in a qualitative approach.The collecting dataused observation, interview, and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher used qualitative analysis with steps of data exposure, data reduction, and conclusion description. The results of this study are: (1) the condition of the student discipline is quite good (2) the implementation of Islamic guidance & counseling conducted by teachers in optimally (3) the application of Islamic guidance & advice in upholding student discipline ineffectively.

Abstract

The results of this research are: 1) The fulfillment of national standards of education in SMK Negeri 2 of Asahan Regency as a whole is well-fulfilled, it is evidenced by the achievement of a very good accreditation level (A) of 7 (seven) programs Expertise managed by SMK Negeri 2 range; 2) The strategy of the school principal in the effort to meet the national education standards in SMK Negeri 2 The range is a delegation of authority to the subordinate based on its principal considerations, implementing supervision, monitoring, evaluation and optimizing School-owned resources; and 3) Factors that also affect the fulfillment of SNP in SMK Negeri 2 range is a commitment and solidarity, loyalty with leadership, engagement in decision making.

Abstract

This study was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Medan. To check the validity of the data was used the triangulation technique with credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The data analysis using Milles and Hubberman approaches is data reduction, presenting data and then concluding. The results of this study were three findings: 1) the planning of quality culture of the program is conducted by means of deliberations managed by the head of Madrasah with all teachers and education personnel. 2) organizing a quality culture improvement program has been well organized and 3) implementation of the quality culture improvement program runs in the desire of achievement of objectives and to give a good influence.

Abstract

The problem in this study is Islamic counseling services in tackling stress learning students class XI SMA Negeri 1 Selesai in years lesson 2018/2019. This research aims to know the stress of learning students inside or outside the classroom. Methodologically, this research is a qualitative phenomenological study. The methods used in data collection are observations, interviews and documentation. To analyze data, researchers use qualitative analysis with data exposure measures, data reduction and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of the study is stressful condition of students have improved enough, the implementation of Islamic counseling conducted by BK teachers has been running with maximum, Islamic counseling services in tackling the stress of learning students class XI SMA Negeri 1 Selesaifully run effectively.
