Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the application of accounting information systems, in particular the implementation of systems and procedures implemented by the sale of PT. True peace Makassar. The analytical method used is descriptive comparative ie an analysis that describes and compares the application of accounting information systems sales , particularly in the application of systems and procedures implemented by the company sales with sales accounting information systems, in particular the implementation of systems and procedures for effective sales based on review of literature through the literature on systems and procedures sale". The results of this study show that Overall , sales of systems and procedures implemented by the management of PT. True peace Makassar has been implemented effectively and fairly. Systems and procedures applied in the company is one of the means of support required by the management company to be able to obtain assurance that all members or any elements within the company has been able to work well together to achieve corporate objectives .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the principle of transparency in the delivery of local government in the province of Gorontalo Pohuwato and to determine the factors that affect the application of the principle of transparency . Application of the principle of transparency in local governance which have not been running as mandated by Act No. 32 of 2004 on Regional Government does not operate effectively . The factors that lead to ineffective application of the principle of transparency in local governance in Pohuwato are a lack of personnel resources and the limited facilities and infrastructure .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the variable labor discipline and motivation to work on the performance of employees at PT. Semen Tonasa (Persero) Pangkep. This study is a survey research. The population in this study were all employees of PT . Semen Tonasa (Persero) in the civil service Tonasa Unit IV 102 people. The number of samples determined by using Slovin approach as many as 50 people . The analysis model is a multiple linear regression model . The results showed that the discipline of work and work motivation significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance, in which motivation is the dominant factor that affects the performance of employees of PT. Semen Tonasa (Persero) Pangkep, with a fairly high degree of prediction, which is 0.582 (58.2 %)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of leadership style on the performance of retail companies in the city of Makassar, through the role of organizational culture that is responsive customer and knowledge management business competitiveness. The shape of this research is explanatory Researh performed in retail establishments of Modern Makassar. The sample was 375respondendari entire employee population numbering 2,312 people. Samples were taken by random sampling of each type of company and the type of work in retail establishments proportionally. Data were analyzed statistically through structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Model). The results showed that the impact of leadership style on performance improvement retailer directly and indirectly , through the role of organizational culture and knowledge management customer responsiveness and competitiveness of the retail company's business. However, knowledge management is not able to support the competitiveness of the business to increase the performance of retail companies in the city of Makassar.

Abstract

Effect of Value Added Capital Employed and Human Capital for Financial Performance in Banking Companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonseia. This study aimed to analyze the effect of value added capital employed and value added human capital on financial performance. The research data was obtained from the documentation that the company's financial statements to be sampled with the following criteria: banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2009, and published financial statements for two consecutive years (2009 and 2010). The number of samples in this study were as many as 26 companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, which is preceded by the analysis of the classical assumption, normality test, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation test, as well as heteroscedasticity test. Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded That Value Added Capital Employed variables not significant effect on financial performance. The magnitude of the effect of variable Value Added Capital Employed on the financial performance of 25.6% with a significance level of 0.081. while the variable Human Capital Value Added a significant negative effect on financial performance. The magnitude of the effect of variable Value Added Human Capital on the financial performance was 79.7% with a significance level of 0.037.

Abstract

This Research aim to know how far influence of service quality given by Self-Supporting PT Bank (Persero). Branch the Makassar Sulawesi to its client. Population in this research is all Self-Supporting Bank client Branch The Makassar Sulawesi. Intake Sampel in this research is done by using approach of is non random sampling with the technique exhaustive, in this case in taking sampel as much 50 client people as research responder. Technique analyse the data weared by is doubled linear regression. Result of research indicate that the overall of form of dimension of service quality (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible) signifikan influence the client satisfaction, where dimension assurance as dominant service quality dimension influence the client satisfaction. Abstract

This Research is executed as a mean to know how prima service system (service excellent) what is applied by PT. XYZ Branch the Makassar in improving cutomer satisfaction. Analyse the data used is descriptively that is give the prima service system picture of PT. XYZ in the effort make-up of cutomer satisfaction. Result of research, showing, that prima service (service excellent) what is done by PT. XYZ Branch the Makassar will very influencing is make-up of cutomer satisfaction. Especial variable causing the mentioned of caused by its is prima service in post service sell the motorbike honda which have been applied by company to all its cutomer so that induce at make-up of satisfaction of cutomer by doing cooperation with the cutomer (stakeholder) to do the post service sell to the direct consumer, goodness of service and also maintenance of regency area / town, ready also spare part and purchasing return the product of motor honda from cutomer which w ish to sell the return. This matter give the positive impact at satisfaction of cutomer and also progressively the wide-speading of areal market which can be included by company in its sale
