To increase service its member, company earns to make member as potential market segment for the service improvement. But if we like to improve company growth, management have to orient to its member. Of course, the transaction proportion with member have to be more a lot of compared to a transaction proportion with non member, cause of however service mission to member have to be more be majored from at mission of company growth of cooperative small medium business. Result of effort obtained by transacting in external market will be more precisely be used for development of company, cause progressively expand the company indirectly also will improve its member prosperity. Abstract

Analyzed of Performance by Employee on Employment, Population and Transmigration Instance Gowa regency. These research aimed : (1) To know what affected of compensation variable toward performance by employee, (2) To know what affected of facility variable toward performance by employee, (3) To know what affected of job environment variable toward performance by employee, (4) To know what affected of education variabel toward performance by employee, (5) To know what affected of facility variable toward skill by employee, (6) To know what affected of education variabel toward skill by employee, (7). To know what affected of skill variable toward performance by employee. These research applied On Employment, Population and Transmigration Instance Gowa Regency, with total population as amount 51 employee. The method of take sample applied based on sensus method with take in all of population as amount 51 employees. In these research used of data analyse as follows : (1) descriptive statistic analyzed, (2) Path analyzed. These research to teste : (1) What compensation variable (x1), facility (x2), job environment (x3), education (x4) and skill (y1) to affected in positive and significant toward performance variable ( y2), ( 2). What the compensation ( x1), facility ( x2), job environment ( x3) and Education ( x4) affected in positive and significant toward skill (y1). The result obtained : (1) Compensation variable (x1), facility (x2), Job environment (x3), education (x4) and Skill (y1) affected in positive and significant toward performance (y2). (2) facility variable (x2) and education variable (x4) affected positive and significant toward skill variable ( y1).

This research was aimed to knowing the motiffs which influence the constumer’s to purchase at Hypermart Panakkukang Makassar. Beside, it was aimed to finding out the dominant motiff which influences the constumer’s to purchase at Hypermart Panakkukang Makassar. Abstract

Formal Sector represent the sector which play role important in good Indonesia economics in this time and also in a period to coming because easy in character entered the easy to enter the. The important role shown by fact that informal sector in Indonesia in the year 2005 permeating more or less 60 percentage of entire all labor force in Indonesia. This number consistently can be perceived from year to year may even exist tendency to go up. microly is its his important is informal sector role can be perceived from ability of Cloister Merchant ( PKL) provide the goods and service which cheap relative so that can be accessed by society widely especially from economic faction lower. But, the mentioned cannot meniadikan view which is leaving for each other the back cause the government of Town Makassar have to take the policy having the character of to duplicate the ( Double Standard). In one side of Pemetintah Town do conduct the construction to informal sector and make hay through retribution for example, but on the other side Town Government also conduct the enjoinment and dissipating of because damage reason of town image and police the public. This matter have caused the informal sector is angle;corner on course which marginal always pulled over and always become in trouble Set Of Police of Pamong District public service.
