Abstract

Bakso Gian Restaurant is one of the famous meatball restaurants in the Bogor area. Bakso Gian restaurant sells various types of meatballs, such as original meatballs, egg meatballs. Not only meatballs, Bakso Gian Restaurant also sells various other types of food and drinks such as original chicken noodles and various types of juices and packaged drinks. The financial reports of the Bakso Gian Restaurant have problems in terms of recording sales and inventory data, making reports on sales of incoming and outgoing food supplies there are still frequent errors, where the financial reports do not match the incoming and outgoing inventory. To overcome these problems the authors conducted research to create an application that helps restaurants to make it easier to get reports quickly and accurately. In this study the authors used bootstrap and the codeigniter framework, as well as a MySQL database as data storage for incoming and outgoing goods reports. And the author uses the Waterfall model in making the design flow. It is hoped that the design application for this web-based sales transaction and food supply information system design can make it easier for employees to input and record incoming and outgoing food ingredients at the Bakso Gian Restaurant so that managers and employees no longer need to write or check manually.

Abstract

With the increase in learning activities from home and working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic, of course it will also affect the increase in users of computer devices such as laptops and desktop PCs. Computer equipment service providers are services that are in great demand, especially by computer users who are new to using computer equipment during this pandemic, however, just like other business actors, MSMEs, computer equipment service providers, have also experienced a decrease in the number of customers which resulted in a decrease in turnover at the beginning of the pandemic. COVID-19 due to the lack of promotional activities during the pandemic by computer service service business owner. Given these problems, the design of a geographic information system mapping the locations of computer equipment service providers is quite possible to provide convenience to people who want to make repairs to their computer equipment and assist computer equipment service providers in promoting their services, the development of this geographic information system. using the Waterfall method, and for the programming language using PHP and MySQL database.

Abstract

PT XYZ is the largest retail company in Indonesia. PT XYZ is definitely inseparable from problems regarding stock items. The problem is generally about the difference in stock of goods that can occur due to the condition of goods in transit from the warehouse to the store or vice versa (Goods in Transit), goods lost on the way, or the store has not made a goods receipt report. One strategy to overcome this problem is to build a Stock Monitoring application for web-based Goods in Transit (GIT) report generation using the Flask Framework. The application is built using the Python programming language and the Waterfall method. The application of the MVC (Model, View, Controller) architecture of the Flask Framework and the Waterfall method can support the development of the Stock Monitoring application because the code settings are easy to manage and each process is carried out systematically so that the workflow becomes structured and easy. The result of this research is the application of the Flask Framework and the Waterfall method in the Stock Monitoring application which is used to generate GIT reports to overcome the problem of missing stock.

Abstract

One of the hospital's external reporting systems is the inpatient morbidity report (RL 4a), at X Hospital it has not fully used computerization, currently inpatient morbidity reports are still being processed using Microsoft Excel which takes quite a long time and has an impact on monthly and even annual reporting . This study aims to create a planning framework to overcome the ongoing gloom at X Hospital by using Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Access as information data storage using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) strategy. Descriptive qualitative research is the type of research used. The result of implementing the RAD method is to produce an inpatient morbidity information system and RL 4A reporting that makes it easier for officers to make reports, improves hospital quality and reduces delays in hospital external reporting.

Abstract

The practicality of digital document processing has made various companies and organizations switch physical documents to digital. However, the process of extracting data from physical documents manually requires effort and is prone to input errors due to human error. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology can be a solution to this problem. OCR is used to recognize letters or characters in an image, and then stored into text data on a computer. In this research, the implementation of OCR technology on a web-based application with Long Short-Term Memory method. Based on accuracy testing, the average error value at the character level is 6.56% and at the word level is 9.98%. From the results obtained, it shows that the application of OCR technology with Long Short-Term Memory method on web applications can be the right solution in the process of extracting data from physical document.

Abstract

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in free-range chicken meat is promising for business an entrepreneur. With a high level of interest in meat, you can make a profit. The problem experienced by chicken farmers is that the condition of the chicken eggs that hatch deeply is not seen continuously due to the large number of them, and the lack of attention to temperature when the eggs are hatched. The solution used is to make egg incubator equipment and record the results of hatching eggs, thereby reducing the failure hatching failure rate and the chickens' safety hatch. The use of the method is to analyze the comparison of natural hatching of eggs from hens by comparing the hatching of eggs using incubator equipment. The use of equipment in the incubator includes NodeMCU ESP 8266 as a processor, Current Sensors, Ultrasonic sensors, and lamps as incubator heaters. The aim of the research is to maintain the stability and hatching time of the eggs. Besides that, it can help human performance by recording the time of hatching eggs so there is no loss. This research produced incubator equipment equipped with an IoT system with adjustable temperatures ranging from 380C to 400C using two lamps as heaters and fans as coolers. The average time needed by the heater to raise the temperature from 380C to 40oC is 55 seconds. Tool equipment, namely there is a notification using an ultrasonic sensor that functions as a Buzzer switch when there are chicks in it.

Abstract

Up-Selling and Cross-Selling are part of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy. Up-Selling is a way to encourage consumers to buy a better product that has a higher value than what has been purchased. Meanwhile, Cross-Selling is a method to offer complementary or additional products. In large outlets with product items that can reach thousands, it is not easy to be able to identify related products automatically and quickly. To be able to provide a solution to this problem, a literature study will be carried out in several journals regarding CRM, Data Mining and Call-Centers. In the Cross-Selling strategy, Data Mining can be used to identify a product that is related to any product by analyzing the customer's shopping basket in the transaction history, this technique is also known as MBA (Market Basket Analysis). The results of Data Mining are product/service recommendations that have a strong correlation with several other products that customers usually buy. By adding Call-Center technology and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) recommendations from Data Mining can be followed up by Telemarketing Agents to offer products/services directly to Customers.
