Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing control, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing control, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan dan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap keterampilan passing control. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa sekolah sepakbola (SSB) Tabanan United U-12 tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Data passing control diukur dengan tes passing control ke dinding. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing control, dengan hasil thitung= 10,31>ttabel= 2,074 (2) pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap kemampuan passing control, dengan hasil thitung= 15,64>ttabel= 2,074 (3) pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap kemampuan passing control, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 17,33>15,92. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing control, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing control, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan passing control antara pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan dengan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan, dimana pelatihan passing berpasangan dua sentuhan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan passing berpasangan satu sentuhan terhadap kemampuan passing control sepakbola Kata Kunci : Kata-kata Kunci : Sepakbola, passing control, pelatihan. This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of training pairs one-touch passing on the skills of passing control, (2) the effect of passing the training pairs two touches to control the passing skills, (3) The difference in the effect of training pairs one-touch passing and two touch passing pairs of skills passing control. The subjects were students of the school football (SSB) Tabanan United U-12 in 2014, amounting to 24 people. The data measured by passing control tests passing control to the wall. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data were analyzed using t-test statistical calculations (t-test) at the 5% significance level. The results of the data analysis (1) training in pairs one-touch passing effect on the ability of passing control, with the result t = 10.31> t table = 2.074 (2) training in pairs of two touch passing on the ability of passing control, with the result t = 15.64> t table = 2.074 (3) training in pairs of two touch passing is better than the effect of training pairs one-touch passing on the ability of passing control, seen with an average yield of 17.33> 15.92. It was concluded that (1) there are significant training in pairs one-touch passing to the increased ability of passing control, (2) there are significant training in pairs of two touch passing to the increased ability of passing control, (3) there are differences in the increase in the ability of passing control between training pairs one-touch passing with unpaired two-touch passing, where the training pairs two touch passing is better than passing the training pairs one touch to control the football passing ability. keyword : Keywords: Football, passing control, training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice terhadap teknik forehand dan backhand dalam olahraga tenis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modificated pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra sekolah tenis Satya Bhuwana Gianyar tahun 2014 sebanyak 30 orang. Forehand dan backhand diukur dengan tes keterampilan forehand dan backhand drive. Data dianalisis dengan uji paired-sampels t-test yaitu dengan membandingkan hasil keterampilan forehand dan backhand dari kelompok perlakuan massed practice dan distributed practice dibandingkan dengan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05). Maka diperoleh thitung 15,67 > ttabel 2,048 untuk metode pelatihan massed practice terhadap variabel forehand dan thitung15,75 > ttabel2,048 untuk variabel backhand, sedangkan untuk metode pelatihan distributed practice diperoleh hasil thitung 43,57 > ttabel 2,048 untuk variabel forehand dan thitung 34,10 > ttabel 2,048 untuk variabel backhand. Sehingga hipotesis metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan forehand dan backhand diterima. Dilanjutkan dengan uji independent-sampels t-test untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan diantara kedua kelompok tersebut, hasil uji independent-sampels t-test untuk keterampilan forehand diperoleh harga thitung > ttabel, 8,126 > 2,048 sedangkan untuk keterampilan backhand diperoleh hasil thitung > ttabel, 9,142 > 2,048. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan; (1) metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan forehand dan backhand, (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice terhadap keterampilan forehand dan backhand.Kata Kunci : Metode pelatihan massed practice dan distributed practice, keterampilan teknik forehand dan backhand. This research aims to determine the effect of massed practice training methods and distributed practice on the forehand and backhand technique in tennis. This research is a quasi experimental design with the modificated pretest-posttest design. The subjects were students of the school tennis son Satya Bhuwana Gianyar 2014 as many as 30 people. Forehand and backhand skills measured by the test forehand and backhand drives. Data were analyzed by paired-samples t test-test by comparing results from the forehand and backhand skills treatment group massed practice and distributed practice compared with ttabel at significance level of 5% (α = 0.05). Then obtained thitung15.67 > ttable 2.048 for massed practice training methods to variable forehand and thitung 15, 75> ttabel 2, 048 for variable backhand, while for the distributed practice training methods obtained results thitung 43,57> ttabel 2,048 for variable forehand and thitung 34,10> ttabel 2,048 for variable backhand. So the hypothesis massed practice training methods and distributed practice effect on the forehand and backhand skills received. Continued with an independent test of the samples t-test to detect differences between groups, independent test results-the samples t-test for the skills acquired forehand the price thitung> ttable, 8,126 > 2,048, while for the results obtained backhand skills thitung > ttable, 9,142 > 2,048. From the research results it can be concluded; (1) massed practice training methods and distributed practice effect on the forehand and backhand skills, (2) there is a difference between the effect of massed practice training methods and distributed practice on the skills of forehand and backhand.keyword : Method of massed training practice and distributed practice, technique skills forehand and backhand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan depth jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan box jump dan depth jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Kintamani berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan box jump berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = -19,261 > ttab = 2,145, (2) pelatihan depth jump berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = -5,264 > ttab = 2,145, (3) Terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan box jump dan depth jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 5,936 > ttab = 2,048. Test data collection using the vertical jump test. Analysis of the data using calculations with independent t-test at the significance level (α) of 0.05, with SPSS 16.0. The results of this study (1) the training effect on the box jump leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = -19.261> ttab = 2.145, (2) depth jump training effect on leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = -5.264> ttab = 2.145 , (3) There is a difference between training box jumps and depth jumps on explosive leg muscle power, with the result thit = 5.936> ttab = 2.048. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat terhadap ketepatan servis atas, (2) pengaruh model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan servis atas, (3) perbedaan pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan servis atas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test post-test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Abang. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 38 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu ketepatan melakukan servis. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dangan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) model pelatihan praktik padat berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 33,026 > ttab = 2,101, (2) model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 51,776 > ttab = 2,101, (3) Terdapat perbedaan perbedaan pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan servis atas, dengan hasil thit = 19,463 > ttab = 2,028. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan; (1) Model pelatihan praktik padat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas, (2) Model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas, dimana model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi lebih baik dari pada model pelatihan praktik padat terhadap peningkatan ketepatan servis atas.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, praktik padat, praktik terdistribusi, ketepatan, bola voli This study aims to determine (1) the effect of massed praktice training methods on the acurate top service, (2) the effect of distributed praktice training methods on the acurate top service, (3) the difference effect of massed praktice training methods and distributed praktice on the acurate top service. This study was done by experimental design The Modified Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Design. This study was done in SMP Negeri 1 Abang. The subjects were 38 students. The data collection was obtained by counting dependent variable to the accurate servis. The data analysis used teknik -t independen test at significant level α = 0, 05. The result of analysis data that (1) there was an effect of massed praktice training methods on the acurate top service, in which thit = 33,026 > ttab = 2,101, (2) there was an effect of distributed praktice training methods on the acurate top service, in which thit = 51,776 > ttab = 2,101, (3) there was a difference on effect of massed praktice training methods and distributed praktice on the acurate top service, in which thit = 19,463 > ttab = 2,028. From the analysis of data and discussion concluded; (1) the massed practice training methods effect on the acurate top service,(2) the distributed practice training methods effect on the acurate top service, (3) there is a difference between the effect of massed practice training methods and distributed practice on the acurate top service,in which distributed praktice training methods is better than massed praktice training methods to increase on the accurate top service. keyword : Training, massed practice , distributed practice, accurate, volley ball

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) pengaruh metode pelatihan passing berpasangan statis, (2) pengaruh passing sambil bergerak, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pelatihan passing berpasangan statis dan passing sambil bergerak terhadap keterampilan passing control bola futsal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMK Negeri 1 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes passing control (passing dan stoping). Analasis data dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05). Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) metode pelatihan passing berpasangan statis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknik dasar passing control bola futsal pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMK Negeri 1 Seririt tahun 2014. (2) metode pelatihan passing sambil bergerak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan teknik dasar passing control bola futsal pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMK Negeri 1 Seririt tahun 2014. (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pelatihan passing berpasangan statis dan passing sambil bergerak terhadap terhadap keterampilan teknik dasar passing control bola futsal pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMK Negeri 1 Seririt tahun 2014. Dari kedua pelatihan tersebut yang lebih baik adalah pelatihan passing berpasangan statis Kata Kunci : passing control bola futsal, pelatihan passing berpasangan. This study aims to find out, 1) the effect of static pair passing training method, 2) the effect of moving passing method, 3) the difference effect of static pair passing training method with moving passing method to the futsal ball passing control sklill. The subject of this study is the students who participate in futsal extraculicullar in SMK Negeri 1 Seririt which are 24 students. The method in this study is an experimental method with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The data was obtained by examining passing control test (passing and stoping). The data were analyzed by using t test in the level of significance 5% (α = 0,05). The result of this study is (1) static pair passing training method gives effect on the improvement of basic skills of futsal ball control passing futsal extraculicullar in SMK Negeri 1 Seririt which are 24 students. (2) moving passing training method gives effect on the improvement of the basic skills of futsal ball passing control futsal extraculicullar in SMK Negeri 1 Seririt which are 24 students. (3) static pair passing training method gives better result than futsal ball moving passing control futsal extraculicullar in SMK Negeri 1 Seririt which are 24 students. From both a better training is training in pairs passing static keyword : futsal ball passing control, pair passing training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan skipping dan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data power otot tungkai diukur dengan tes Vertical Jump . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung = 2,07>ttabel = 0,042 (2) pelatihan double leg speed hops berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung = 7,37> ttabel = 0,042 (3) pelatihan skipping memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 58,44>53,72. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara skippingdengan double leg speed hops, dimana pelatihan skipping lebih baik dari pada pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the (1) effect of skipping training on explosive power leg muscle, (2) the effect of double leg speed hop training on explosive power leg muscle,(3) variability in the effect of skipping and double leg speed hop training on explosive power leg muscle. The subjects were by boys badminton extracurricular participants SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan in 2014 totaling 36 people. The data explosive power leg muscle measured by vertical jump. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design.Analysis of the data using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of 5%. The results of this study (1) skipping the training effect on explosive power leg muscle, the result of t = 2,07> t table = 0,042 (2) double leg speed hop the training effect on explosive power leg muscle, the result of t = 7,73> table = 0.042 (3)skipping training give better effect than double leg speed hop training theexplosive power of the leg muscle, visits with an average yield of 58,44> 53,72. It was concluded that (1) ) there are the influence of skipping training to increase explosive power leg muscle, (2) there are the influence of double leg speed hop training to increase explosive power leg muscle, (3) there is a difference in the increase in explosive power between the leg muscle to skipping with double leg speed hop, where the training skipping than double leg speed hop of the explosive power of the leg muscle. keyword : Skipping training, double leg speed hop training, power of the leg muscle

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai,(3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan box jump dan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. Subjek penelitian adalah pesrta siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli sebanyak 32 orang. Tes pengumpulan data power otot tungkai dengan menggunakan vertical jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Dari analisis data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1.) Pelatihan box jump berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. (2.) Pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. (3.) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan box jump dan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. Pengaruh pelatihan box jump lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan skipping pada power otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 2 Bangli tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit= . 23,89 > ttab = 2,042. (2) Pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap power otot tungkai diperoleh hasil thit= 11,07 > ttab = 2.042. Dilihat dari hasil rata pelatihan box jump = 63,06 > pelatihan skipping = 59,50.Kata Kunci : box jump, skipping, power otot tungkai This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training on the box jump leg muscle power, (2) the effect of skipping training on leg muscle power, (3) differences in the effect of the training box jumps and skipping to the leg muscle power in students' extracurricular participants SMAN 2 Bangli Subjects were 2014 participants extracurricular student SMA Bangl as 32 people. Test date collection limb muscle power using the vertical jump. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data were analyzed using t-test statistical calculations (t-test) at the 5% significance level. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, (2) pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:20 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 dan 1:20 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik SMP N 1 Mengwi tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data kecepatan lari 100 meter diukur dengan tes lari cepat 100 meter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dengan hasil thitung= 11,18 > ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:20 berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dengan hasil thitung = 32,11 > ttabel = 2,042 (3) terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 dan 1:20 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dengan hasil thitung = 5,04 > ttabel = 2,042. Pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:20 memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:20 adalah 15,32 dan rata-rata pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 adalah 15,74. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat (massed practice) dan praktik terdistribusi (distributed practice) terhadap passing atas bola voli putra peserta ekstrakurikuler SMA N 1 gerokgak 2014. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah “eksperimental semu (quasi exsperimental). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Modifed Group Pretest-posttest Control Design”. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMA N 1 Gerokgak. Tehnik pengunpulan data ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variable terikat yaitu kemampuan melakukan passing atas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t independen dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) model pelatihan praktek padat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing atas bola voli, dengan hasil thit= 5.782 > ttab = 2.144 (2) model pelatihan praktek terdistribusu berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing atas boli voli dengan hasil thit= 9.811 > ttab = 2.144. (3). Terdapat perbedaan perbedaan pengaruh model pelatihan praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi terhadap ketepatan passing atas, dengan hasil thit = 2.750 > ttab = 2,048. Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan : (1) model pelatihan praktek padat (massed practice) dan pelatihan praktik terdistribusi (distributed practice) berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan ketrampilan passing atas bola voli. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara dua kelompok model pelatihan praktik padat (massed practice) dan pelatihan praktik terdistribusi (distributed practice) terhadap peningkatan penguasaan ketrampilan tehnik passing atas dimana model pelatihan praktik terdistribusi (distributed practice) memiliki peningkatan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan model pelatihan praktek padat (massed practice)Kata Kunci : pelatihan, praktik padat dan praktik terdistribusi, terhadap, passing atas, bola voli This study aimed to know the effect of massage practice and distributed practice toward passing atas on volley ball in extracurricular participants’ at SMA N 1 Gerokgak in 2014. This study was an experimental research in terms of quasi experimental. The designed that was used in this study namely, modifed group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 30 males’ students who become participants of volley ball extracurricular at SMA N 1 Gerokgak. The result of analysis data that (1) there was an effect of massed praktice training methods on the top passing skills, in which thit = 5.782 > ttab 2.144 = , (2) there was an effect of distributed praktice training methods on the top passing skills, in which thit = 9.811 > ttab = 2.144, (3) there was a difference on effect of massed praktice training methods and distributed praktice on the top passing skills, in which thit = 2.750 > ttab = 2.048. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dribble segi empat terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dribble beranting terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (3) perbedaan pengaruh latihan dribble segi empat dengan dribble beranting terhadap keterampilan dribbling. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014 dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggiring bola secepat mungkin. Analisis data menggunakan statistic uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variabel keterampilan dribbling. Kelompok dribble segi empat dari 11.60 sampai 16,80. Pada kelompok dribble beranting dari 11.60 sampai 17,60. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan dribble segi empat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling, (2) pelatihan dribble beranting berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara dribble segi empat dan dribble beranting dimana dribble beranting lebih baik dari pada dribble segi empat pada siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Dribble segi empat, beranting, keterampilan Dribbling bola basket. This study aimed to (1) the influence of the rectangular training dribble dribbling skills, (2) the effect of training on the relay dribble dribbling skills, (3) differences in the effects of exercise dribble dribble relay rectangle with the dribbling skills. Subjects were participants in extracurricular basketball student SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014 the number of 30 people. This study uses the modified experimental group pre-test - post-test design. Test data collection was done with the dribble as quickly as possible. Data were analyzed using t-test statistics (t-test) at a significance level of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of data analysis showed an increase in the average value of the variable dribbling skills. Group rectangular dribble from 11.60 until 16.80. In the group of dribble relay of 11.60 to 17.60.
