Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dribble segi empat terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dribble beranting terhadap keterampilan dribbling, (3) perbedaan pengaruh latihan dribble segi empat dengan dribble beranting terhadap keterampilan dribbling. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014 dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggiring bola secepat mungkin. Analisis data menggunakan statistic uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variabel keterampilan dribbling. Kelompok dribble segi empat dari 11.60 sampai 16,80. Pada kelompok dribble beranting dari 11.60 sampai 17,60. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan dribble segi empat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling, (2) pelatihan dribble beranting berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dribbling, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara dribble segi empat dan dribble beranting dimana dribble beranting lebih baik dari pada dribble segi empat pada siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Dribble segi empat, beranting, keterampilan Dribbling bola basket. This study aimed to (1) the influence of the rectangular training dribble dribbling skills, (2) the effect of training on the relay dribble dribbling skills, (3) differences in the effects of exercise dribble dribble relay rectangle with the dribbling skills. Subjects were participants in extracurricular basketball student SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014 the number of 30 people. This study uses the modified experimental group pre-test - post-test design. Test data collection was done with the dribble as quickly as possible. Data were analyzed using t-test statistics (t-test) at a significance level of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of data analysis showed an increase in the average value of the variable dribbling skills. Group rectangular dribble from 11.60 until 16.80. In the group of dribble relay of 11.60 to 17.60. From the analysis of data and discussion is concluded that (1) training dribble rectangular effect on improving the skills of dribbling, (2) training dribble relay effect on improving the skills of dribbling, (3) there is a difference between the effects in terms of four and a dribble dribble dribble relay where the relay is both of the rectangular dribble the basketball student extracurricular participants SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014. keyword : Dribble Training rectangular, relay, basketball Dribbling skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, (2) pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:20 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 dan 1:20 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler atletik SMP N 1 Mengwi tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data kecepatan lari 100 meter diukur dengan tes lari cepat 100 meter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dengan hasil thitung= 11,18 > ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:20 berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dengan hasil thitung = 32,11 > ttabel = 2,042 (3) terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 dan 1:20 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dengan hasil thitung = 5,04 > ttabel = 2,042. Pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:20 memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 terhadap kecepatan lari 100 meter, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:20 adalah 15,32 dan rata-rata pelatihan interval anaerob dengan rasio kerja istirahat 1:10 adalah 15,74. Kata Kunci : pelatihan, interval anaerob, rasio kerja dan istirahat, kecepatan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan plyometrics depth jump dan double leg bound terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar tahun 2014 Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pretest-posttest the same subject design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 30 siswa yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 15 orang pelatihan depth jump dan 15 orang pelatihan double leg bound. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari dua variabel yakni variabel bebas berupa pelatihan plyometrics depth jump dan double leg bound, sedangkan variable terikat yaitu daya ledak otot tungkai. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu daya ledak otot tungkai. Data-data tersebut berupa data yang didapat dari hasil tes awal (pre-test) dan hasil tes akhir (post-test) pada masing-masing kelompok. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dangan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0 Berdasarkan hasil analis data menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai. Kelompok dengan pelatihan plyometrics depth jump mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,53 sedangkan model pelatihan plyometrics double leg bound meningkat sebesar 10,6. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan depth jump dan double leg bound terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, pelatihan double leg bound mengalami peningkatan lebih baik dari pada pelatihan depth jump untuk meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai pada siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar tahun 2014. Kata Kunci : pelatihan plyometrics depth jump, pelatihan plyometrics double leg bound, daya ledak otot tungkai this study aims to the determine the effect of plyometrics depht jump training and double leg bound to power leg muscle of student of SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in academic year 2014. This study was done by experimental design the modified pretest-posttest the same subject design. This study was done in SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. The subject were 30 students. There were 2 groups that 15 students depth jump training and 15 student of double leg bound training. There were two variable used in this study: independent variable : plyometrics depth jump and double leg bound training, dependen variable : the power of leg muscle the data collection was obtained by counting dependent variable to the power of leg muscle. The data were obtained from first result (pre-test) and final result (post test) to each group of depth jump and doble leg bound training. The data analysis used teknik t independent test at significant α = 0,05. Based on the data analysis, the data showed that, there were significant improvements to the standard score of power leg muscle. The group of Depth jump training were 4,53 and training of double leg bound group were 10,6. Based on that facts, it could be concluded that there were differences of the influence of the depth jump excercise and double leg bound toward the power of legs muscles of the students who participated in volley ball extracurucullar at SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar year 2014.keyword : plyometrics depth jump training, plyometrics double leg bound training, the power of leg muscle

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing atas berpasangan terhadap kemampuan passing atas, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing atas individu terhadap kemampuan passing atas, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing atas berpasangan dan passing atas individu terhadap kemampuan passing atas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan The Modified Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Design). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN Patas. Jumlah subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu ketepatan melakukan passing atas. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dangan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan passing atas berpasangan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing atas, dengan hasil thit = 15.963 > t tab 2,145 , (2) pelatihan passing atas individu berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing atas, dengan hasil thit =15,370 > t tab 2,145 , (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing atas berpasangan dan praktik passing atas individu terhadap kemampuan passing atas, dengan hasil thit = 2,599 > t tab 2,048. Pelatihan passing atas berpasangan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan passing atas individu terhadap kemampuan passing atas, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan passing atas berpasangan = 34,93 > pelatihan passing atas individu = 33,26 Kata Kunci : pelatihan passing atas berpasangan, pelatihan praktik passing atas individu, kemampuan passing atas This study aims to determine (1) the effect of passing over the training pairs on the ability passing over, (2) the effect training of individuals passing on the ability passing over, (3) the difference effect of passing over the training pairs and training of individuals passing on the ability passing over. This study was done by experimental design The Modified Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Design. This study was done in MAN Patas. The subjects were 30 students. The data collection was obtained by counting dependent variable to the ability passing over. The data analysis used teknik -t independen test at significant level α = 0, 05. The result of this study showed that (1) there was an effect of passing over the training pairs on the ability passing over, in which thit = 15,963 > ttab = 2,145, (2) there was an effect of individuals passing on the ability passing over, in which thit = 15,370 > ttab = 2,145, (3) there was a difference on effect of passing over the training pairs and individuals passing on the ability passing over, in which thit = 2,599 > t tab 2,048. Passing over training pairs gave a better effect than of individuals passing over on the ability passing over. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing formasi segitiga terhadap keterampilan passing, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing formasi dalam lingkaran terhadap keterampilan passing, (3) perbedaan pengaruh latihan passing formasi segitiga dengan formasi dalam lingkaran terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014 dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen The Modified Group Pre-test – Post-test Design. Tes pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melempar dan menangkap bola. Analisis data menggunakan statistic uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variable keterampilan passing (chest pass). Kelompok passing formasi segitiga dari 12,73 sampai 24,00. Pada kelompok passing formasi dalam lingkaran dari 12,80 sampai 19,40. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan passing formasi segitiga berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass), (2) pelatihan passing formasi dalam lingkaran berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass), (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara passing formasi segitiga dan formasi dalam lingkaran dimana passing formasi segitiga lebih baik dari pada passing formasi dalam lingkaran pada siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan passing formasi segitiga, formasi dalam lingkaran, keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket. This study aimed to (1) the effect of passing the training triangle formation on passing skills, (2) the effect of passing training in circle formation on passing skills, (3) the effect of passing drills in a triangular formation with the formation of the circle passing skills (chest pass). Subjects were participants in extracurricular basketball student SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014 the number of 30 people. This study used an experimental method The Modified Group Pre-test - Post-test Design. Test data collection is done by throwing and catching a ball. Data were analyzed using t-test statistics (t-test) at a significance level of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of data analysis showed an increase in the average value of the variable skills of passing (chest pass). Group passing a triangular formation of 12.73 to 24.00. In the group in a circle formation passing from 12.80 until 19.40. From the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that (1) the training effect on the triangular formation passing passing skills (chest pass), (2) passing the training effect on the formation of the circle passing skills (chest pass), (3) there is a difference between the effect of passing triangular formation and formation in a circle passing a triangular formation which is better than passing in a circle formation on the student participants in extracurricular basketball SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014. keyword : Training passing a triangular formation, formation in a circle, passing skills (chest pass) basketball.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball grab terhadap daya ledak otot lengan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan pull over pass terhadap daya ledak otot lengan, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball grab dan pull over pass terhadap daya ledak otot lengan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data daya ledak otot lengan diukur dengan tes two-hand medicine ball put. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan medicine ball grab berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 2,34>ttabel = 0,042 (2) pelatihan pull over pass berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 1,98 > ttabel = 0,042 (3) pelatihan medicine ball grab memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan pull over pass terhadap daya ledak otot lengan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 4,71>4,52. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan medicine ball grab terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan pull over pass terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan antara medicine ball grab dengan pull over pass, dimana pelatihan medicine ball grab lebih baik dari pada pelatihan pull over pass terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot lengan. Kata Kunci : Medicine ball grab, Pull over pass This study aims to determine the (1) the effect of medicine ball grab training on explosive power arm muscle, (2) the effect of pull over pass training on explosive power arm muscle, (3) variability in the effect of medicine ball grab and pull over pass training on explosive power arm muscle. The subjects were by boys badminton extracurricular participants SMP N 5 Singaraja in 2014 totaling 36 people.The data explosive power arm muscle measured by two hand medicine ball put.This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design.Analysis of the data using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of 5%. The results of this study (1) medicine ball grab the training effect on explosive power arm muscle, the result of t = 2,34> t table = 0,042 (2) pull over pass the training effect on explosive power arm muscle, the result of t = 1,98> table = 0.042 (3) medicine ball grab the training give better effect than pull over pass training theexplosive power of the arm muscle, visits with an average yield of 4,71> 4,52. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan skipping dan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data power otot tungkai diukur dengan tes Vertical Jump . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung = 2,07>ttabel = 0,042 (2) pelatihan double leg speed hops berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thitung = 7,37> ttabel = 0,042 (3) pelatihan skipping memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 58,44>53,72. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara skippingdengan double leg speed hops, dimana pelatihan skipping lebih baik dari pada pelatihan double leg speed hops terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the (1) effect of skipping training on explosive power leg muscle, (2) the effect of double leg speed hop training on explosive power leg muscle,(3) variability in the effect of skipping and double leg speed hop training on explosive power leg muscle. The subjects were by boys badminton extracurricular participants SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan in 2014 totaling 36 people. The data explosive power leg muscle measured by vertical jump. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design.Analysis of the data using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of 5%. The results of this study (1) skipping the training effect on explosive power leg muscle, the result of t = 2,07> t table = 0,042 (2) double leg speed hop the training effect on explosive power leg muscle, the result of t = 7,73> table = 0.042 (3)skipping training give better effect than double leg speed hop training theexplosive power of the leg muscle, visits with an average yield of 58,44> 53,72. It was concluded that (1) ) there are the influence of skipping training to increase explosive power leg muscle, (2) there are the influence of double leg speed hop training to increase explosive power leg muscle, (3) there is a difference in the increase in explosive power between the leg muscle to skipping with double leg speed hop, where the training skipping than double leg speed hop of the explosive power of the leg muscle. keyword : Skipping training, double leg speed hop training, power of the leg muscle

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control dalam sepak bola pada tim sepak bola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinamis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control dalam sepak bola (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis dan passing control berpasangan dinamis terhadap peningkatan passing control. Subjek penelitian adalah yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data passing control diukur dengan tes passing control dengan dinding. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil Penelitian ini(1) pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung= 9,06 > ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan passing control berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung = 18,14 > ttabel = 2,042 (3) terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis dan passing control berpasangan dinamis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung = 19,02 > ttabel = 2,042. Pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinamis memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinmais adalah 18,33 dan rata-rata pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis adalah 16,05. Hal ini berarti rata-rata kelompok pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinamis lebih baik, karena hasil rata-rata lebih baik atau lebih meningkat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan passing control berpasangan statis.Dari hasil penelitian bahwa pelatihan passing control berpasangan dinamis lebih berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control. Subjects were a total of 36 people. Passing control data measured by passing a test with a wall control. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data were analyzed using t-test statistical calculations (t-test) at the 5% significance level. The results of this study (1) training pairs passing control static effect on improving the skills of passing control, with the result t = 9.06> t table = 2.042 (2) passing control training effect on improvement of skills of passing control, with the result t = 18.14> table = 2.042 (3) there is a difference between training pairs passing control of static and dynamic pairs passing control to increase control passing skills, with the result t = 19.02> table = 2.042. Training pairs passing dynamic control give better effect than static training pairs passing control to control passing skills enhancement, seen from the average of the training pairs passing control dinmais is 18.33 and the average training pairs passing static control is 16.05. This means the average pairwise group training dynamic control passing better, because the average yield better or more increased from an average yield of training pairs passing control statis.Dari research that training more dynamic passing control pairs affect the improvement of skills passing control. keyword : control passing skills, training, static, dynamic

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan berpasangan terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, (3) perbedaan kecepatan dribbling bola antara kelompok perlakuan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris dan berpasangan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 2 kerambitan berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified Non-randomized pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kecepatan dribbling bola. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, dengan hasil thit = 50.473 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan berpasangan berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, dengan hasil thit = 35.225 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan kecepatan dribbling bola antara pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris dan berpasangan, dengan hasil thit = 2,526 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan berpasangan terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan dribbling formasi pemain berbaris = 15,64 < pelatihan berpasangan = 17,02. This study aimed at investigating (1) the effect of formation dribbling line up players on dribbling speed, (2) the effect of couple dribbling on dribbling speed, (3) the difference of dribbling speed between the group of formation dribbling line up players and couple dribbling. 30 students of SMP Negeri 2 Kerambitan was chosen as the subject of this study. This study used the modified Non-randomized pre-tes post-test design. Dribbling speed test was used as data collection. The data was analyzed by using independent sample t-test (α: 0,05), with assissted by SPSS 16,0. The result of this study showed that (1) there was an effect of dribbling formation line up players on dribbling speed, in which thit = 50.473 > ttab = 2,048, (2) there was an effect of couple dribbling on dribbling speed, in which thit = 35.225 > ttab = 2,048, (3) there was a difference on dribbling speed between dribbling formation line up players and couple dribbling, in which thit = 2,526 > ttab = 2,048. Dribbling formation line up players gave a better effect than couple dribbling on the dribbling speed. It could be seen from the mean score of dribbling formation line up players was 15,64 < couple dribbling was 17,02. keyword : Formation dribbling line up players, couple dribbling, dribbling speed football.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan antara kelompok perlakuan dot drill dan down the line drill. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 3 Gadungan berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kelincahan shuttle run. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 56,53 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil thit = 80,14 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan antara pelatihan dot drill dan down the line drill, dengan hasil thit = 5,37 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan down the line drill memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan dot drill = 9.41 < down the line drill = 8.60 Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) ada perbedaan peningkatan kelincahan dot drill dan down the line drill, dimana pelatihan down the line drill lebih baik daripada pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Dot Drill, Down The Line Drill, Terhadap Peningkatan Kelincahan Bulutangkis This research’s aim is to know (1) the impact of dot drill training improvement agility, (2) the impact of down the line drill training to increase agility, (3) the difference between the improvement of agility to among dot drill agility and down the line drill agility in the way they do. The subject of the research is students who participate the extracculicular(Badminton) in junior high 3 Gadungan which the sum is 30 students. The research use the experimental methode which is designed by the modified group pre-test post test design. This accumulation data test uses the test of agility skills of shuttle run. The analysis of data use calculation with uji-t independent at significance level of analyzing with (α) 0,05, with the SPSS 16,0 program. The results of this research is (1) the training effect on the dot drill agility improvement, with the result of thit = 56.53> ttab = 2.048, (2) training down the line to affect the improvement of drill dot agility, with the result of thit = 80.14> ttab = 2.048 , (3) There is a difference between the improvement in agility training dot drill and down the line drill, with the result of thit = 5.37> ttab = 2.048. Training drill down the line gives a better effects than the dot drill training to increase agility, seen from the average of the dot drill training = 9.41
