Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan split jump terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan split jump dan skipping terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Seririt tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Data hasil penelitian ini diuji menggunakan Uji Least Significant Difference (LSD), dengan hasil (1) pelatihan split jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil rata-rata pre-test 47,47 dan rata-rata post-test 49,93, sehingga didapatkan rata-rata gain-score 2,47, (2) pelatihan skipping berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil rata-rata pre-test 46,93 dan rata-rata post-test 50,60, sehingga didapatkan rata-rata gain-score 3,67, (3) pelatihan skipping memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan mean difference 1,200. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan skipping terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) Ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan split jump dan skipping terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, dimana pengaruh pelatihan skipping lebih baik dari pada pelatihan split jump terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Kata Kunci : split jump, skipping, daya ledak, otot tungkai. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the split jump training on explosive power leg muscle , (2) the effect of skipping training on leg muscle explosive power , (3) the difference between the effect of the split jump and skipping training on explosive power leg muscle . The subjects were male student extracurricular participants badminton SMP Negeri 1 Seririt 2014 , amounting to 30 people . This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre - test post - test design . Test data collection using vertical jump test . Data analysis using ANOVA test calculations with one lane significance level α = 0.05 SPSS 16.0. Data were tested using the Least Significant Difference test ( LSD ) , with the result (1) training split jump affect the increase in leg muscle explosive power with the average results of pre-test average of 47.47 and a post-test 49.93 , so we get an average gain -score of 2.47 , (2) training skipping effect on the increase in leg muscle explosive power with the average results of pre-test average of 46.93 and a post-test 50.60 , so we get the average -rata gain -score of 3.67 , (3) training skipping give better effect than the split jump training to increase the explosive power of the leg muscles with a mean difference of 1,200 . It was concluded that (1) There is an effect of split jump training to increase leg muscle explosive power , (2) There is the effect of skipping training to increase leg muscle explosive power , (3) There is a difference between the effect of the split jump and skipping training to increase explosive power leg muscle , where the effect of skipping training is better than the split jump training to increase explosive power leg muscle. keyword : split jump , skipping , explosive power , muscular legs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler taekwondo di SMP Negeri 2 Banjar tahun 2014 berjumlah 36 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes standing long jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 6,82 > ttab = 2,042, (2) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 10,71 > ttab = 2,042, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 35,37 > ttab = 2,042. Pelatihan single leg speed hop memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan single leg speed hop = 202,67 > pelatihan double leg speed hop = 198,78. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan single leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dimana pelatihan single leg speed hop lebih baik daripada pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. The results of data analysis (1) the effect of double leg speed hop training to increase leg muscle power, with the result thit=6.82 > ttab=2.042, (2) the effect of single leg speed hop training to increase leg muscle power, with the result thit=10.71>ttab=2.042, (3) the difference between effect of double leg speed hop and single leg speed hop to increased leg muscle power, with the result thit=35.37>ttab=2.042. The single leg speed hops training give a better effect than the double leg speed hop training to increase leg muscle power, seen from the average single leg speed hops training=202.67 > double leg speed hop training=198.78 . It was concluded that (1) the double leg speed hop training take affect to increase leg muscle power, (2) single leg speed hop training take affect to increase leg muscle power, (3) there is a difference between effect of double leg speed hop and single leg speed hop to increased leg muscle power, where the single leg speed hops training give a better effect than the double leg speed hop training to increase leg muscle power. keyword : double leg speed hops , single leg speed hop , leg muscle power

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan power drop dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan overhead throw dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan power drop dan overhead throw dengan medicine ball terhadap kekuatan otot lengan. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 36 orang. Data kekuatan otot lengan diukur dengan tes push-ups. Metode penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan power drop berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 11,04>ttabel = 2,042 (2) pelatihan overhead throw berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan hasil thitung = 6,88> ttabel = 2,042 (3) pelatihan power drop memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 26,00>22,28. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan power drop terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan overhead throw terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan antara power drop dengan overhead throw, dimana pelatihan power drop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan overhead throw terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikansi antara hasil bentuk latihan power drop dengan hasil bentuk latihan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini terbatas hanya pada pengaruh pelatihan power drop dan overhead throw terhadap kekuatan otot lengan peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. Kata Kunci : Power drop, Overhead throw dan Kekuatan otot lengan. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of power training with medicine ball drop against the arm muscle strength, (2) the effect of training overhead throw the medicine ball against the arm muscle strength, (3) The difference in the effect of training overhead power drop and throw the medicine ball against arm muscle strength. Subjects were participants in badminton extracurricular at SMAN 7 Denpasar in 2014, amounting to 36 people. Data of arm muscle strength was measured by push-ups test. The Experimental research method with the modified design of group pre-test-post-test design. Analysis of data using statistical t-test (t-test) at a significance level of 5%. The results of data analysis (1) training effect on the power drop arm muscle strength, with the result t = 11.04> table = 2.042 (2) training overhead throw affect the strength of the arm muscles, with the result t = 6.88> table = 2.042 (3) training of the power drop is better than the effect of training on muscle strength overhead throw arm, seen with an average yield of 26.00> 22.28. It was concluded that (1) there are significant drop of power training to increase muscle strength of arm, (2) there are significant overhead throw training to increase muscle strength of arm, (3) there is a difference between the arm muscle strength increase power drop with an overhead throw, where the training power drop better than the training overhead throw to increase the strength of the arm muscles. Based on the analysis of data showed that there were significant differences between the results of the exercise of power drop form with the results of the exercise form overhead throw against the arm muscle strength, thus the results of this study is limited to the effect of the drop and overhead power training on muscle strength arm throw participants extracurricular high school badminton SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar. keyword : Power drop, Overhead throw and arm muscle strength.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan lari interval terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan lari bolak-balik terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lari interval dan lari bolak-balik terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler pencak silat katagori laga di SMP Negeri 5 Denpasar berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified non-randomized pre-test post test group design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kecepatan tendangan depan. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil deskripsi uji data menggunakan LSD, pelatihan lari interval berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference -1,133, pelatihan lari bolak-balik berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference 1,133, dan pelatihan lari bolak-balik memberikan pengaruh lebih baik daripada pelatihan lari interval terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan pencak silat dengan mean difference 1,133. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan lari interval terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan lari bolak-balik terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (3) pelatihan lari bolak-balik lebih baik dari pelatihan lari interval terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan. Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: kecepatan, tendangan, pelatihan, ekstrakurikuler This study aims to determine ( 1 ) the effect of the speed interval training running front kick, ( 2 ) the effect of the training run back and forth to the front of the kick velocity, ( 3 ) the difference between the effect of interval training run and run back and forth to the front of the kick velocity. The subjects were students extracurricular martial arts match in the Junior High School category 5 Denpasar amounted to 30 people. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified non-randomized pre-posttest group design. Test data collection using the skills test speed front kick. Data analysis using anava test of the path α = 0.05 significance level SPSS 16.0. The description of the test data using LSD, interval training run effect on the speed of the front kick with a mean difference -1.133, training run back and forth affect the speed of the front kick with a mean difference 1.133, and training to run back and forth to give effect better than interval training run the speed of the front kick martial arts with mean difference 1.133. It was concluded that (1) no effect on the speed interval training running front kick, (2) there was an effect of training to run back and forth to the front of the kick velocity, (3) training run back and forth better than interval training run on the speed front kick.keyword : Keywords : velocity, kick, training, extracurricular.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box drill fitness, (2) pengaruh pelatihan boomerang run terhadap kelincahan, (3) perbedaan hasil dari pelatihan box drill fitness dan boomerang run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler taekwondo SMP Maulana Pegayaman tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modifide group pre-test pos-ttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes shuttle run. Analisis Data dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil deskripsi uji data menggunakan LSD, pelatihan box drill fitness berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference -0,048, pelatihan boomerang run berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference 0,048, dan pelatihan boomerang run memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference 0,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan boomerang run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) ada perbedaan hasil peningkatan kelincahan antara pelatihan box drill fitness dan boomerang run, dimana pelatihan boomerang run lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap kelincahan siswa putra ekstrakurikuler taekwondo SMP Maulana Pegayaman. Kata Kunci : pelatihan, box drill fitness, boomerang run, kelincahan, taekwondo This Study means to know (1) The effect of box drill fitness training, (2) boomerang run training effect for agility, (3) The differences of training results between fitness box drill and boomerang run for agilities enhancement. The subject for this study are 30 male students of taekwondo’s extracurricular in SMP Maulana Pegayaman on 2014. The Research using experimental method the modifide group pre-test pos-ttest design, data collection using shuttle run test. Data analysis with ANOVA test one lane significance level α = 0,05 program supported SPSS 16.0 The description of research using LSD, box drill fitness training affect increased the agilities by mean difference 0,048,and boomerang run training results showing a better effect then box drill fitness training for agility enhancement by mean difference 0,048. The conclusion is (1) there is effect of box drill fitness training for agilities enhancement (2) there is effect of boomerang run training for agilities enhancemen (3) No difference in the result of increased agility between box drill fitness and boomerang run , boomerang run training better than box drill fitness training for agility junior taekwondo extracurricular in SMP Maulana Pegayaman. keyword : training, box drill fitness, boomerang run, agility, taekwondo

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan box jump dan side hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 1 Banjar tahun 2014, berjumlah 30 orang laki-laki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan manual uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil analisa data: (1) pelatihan box jump berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 8,94 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan side hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 16,51 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan box jump dan side hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 10,01 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan side hop memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan box jump terhadap power otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan side hop = 52,80 > pelatihan box jump 48,80. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan box jump yang segnifikan terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan side hop yang segnifikan terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) Ada perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara pelatihan box jump dan side hop, dimana pelatihan side hop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box jump terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : Power, otot tungkai, pelatihan, ekstrakurikuler This study aims to determine ( 1 ) the effect of the training box jump to the leg muscle power , ( 2 ) the effect of the training side hop on leg muscle power , ( 3 ) the difference effect between the training box jump and hop side of the leg muscle power . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan pull-up terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan push-up terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan pull-up dan push-up terhadap kekuatan otot lengan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli MAN Patas berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes expanding dynamometer. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik Nonparametrik pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan pull-up berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan, (2) pelatihan push-up berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kekuatan otot lengan, (3) tidak ada perbedaan kekuatan otot lengan yang signifikan antara pelatihan pull-up dan push-up. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Pelatihan pull-up berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli MAN Patas tahun 2014, (2) Pelatihan push-up berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli MAN Patas tahun 2014, (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan push-up dan pull-up terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot lengan pada siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli MAN Patas tahun 2014. The subjects were male student extracurricular volleyball MAN Patas numbered 30 people. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre - test - post - test design. Test data collection using expanding test dynamometer. Analysis of data using statistical calculations Nonparametric at a significance level of 0.05. The results of data analysis (1) The pull-up training a significant effect on the increase in forearm muscle strength, (2) training of push-ups a significant effect on the arm muscle strength, (3) there was no difference in muscle strength significantly between the training arm pull-up and push-up. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014, (2) pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan dot drill dan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014 berjumlah 30 orang. Data kelincahan diukur dengan tes dogging-run. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pretest-posttest the same subject design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 0,05%. Hasil pretest pada kelompok pelatihan dot drill menunjukan hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,915 dan posttest sebesar 0,87 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,045, persentase peningkatan sebersar 4,95%. Sedangkan hasil pretest pada kelompok pelatihan down the line drill menunjukan hasil rata-rata sebesar 0,875 dan posttest sebesar 0,835 dengan peningkatan sebesar 0,4, persentase peningkatan sebesar 4,5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan dot drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil nilai t hitung 9,83 > t tabel 2,101 (dk = 23), (2) pelatihan down the line drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dengan hasil nilai t hitung 14,284 > t tabel 2,101 (dk = 23), (3) pelatihan down the line drill memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata nilai t hitung 2,604 > t tabel 2,028 (dk = 38). Berdasarkan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dot drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) terdapat perbedaan kelincahan antara dot drill dengan down the line drill, dimana pelatihan dot drill lebih baik daripada pelatihan down the line drill terhadap peningkatan kelincahan atlet karate usia 13-15 tahun Klub Karate Batur tahun 2014. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the dot drill training to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014, (2) the effect of training down the line drills to increase agility athletes 13-15 years old karate Karate Club Batur 2014, (3) the difference between the effect of training dot drill and drill down the line to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014. Subjects were 13-15 years old karate athletes Karate Club Batur in 2014 amounted to 30 people. Data agility measured by test-run dogging. This study used an experimental method with the modified design pretest-posttest design the same subject. Analysis of data using statistical calculation test at a significance level of 0.05%. Pretest results on the dot drill training group showed an average yield of 0.915 and a posttest at 0.87 with an increase of 0,045, a percentage increase of 4.95% sebersar. While the results of the pretest on group training drills down the line shows the average yield of 0.875 and posttest of 0.835 with an increase of 0.4, the percentage increase of 4.5%. The results of data analysis (1) training dot drill affect the increase in agility, with the results of the t value 9.83> t table 2.101 (df = 23), (2) training drill down the line to affect the increased agility, with the results of the t value 14.284> t table 2.101 (df = 23), (3) training drill down the line gives a better effect than the dot drill training to increase agility, seen with an average yield of 2,604 t value> t table 2.028 (df = 38) . Based on data analysis concluded that (1) there is the influence of the dot drill training to increase agility, (2) there is a training effect down the line drills to increase agility, (3) there is a difference between dot agility drill with drill down the line, where the dot drill training better than training drill down the line to increase the agility of karate athletes aged 13-15 Batur Karate Club in 2014. keyword : Keywords: Dot Drill Training, Training Drill Down The Line, Agility, Karate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh metode pelatihan keseluruhan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat. (2) pengaruh metode pelatihan bagian terhadap peningkatan keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pelatihan keseluruhan dan metode bagian terhadap peningkatan keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet pemula (10-12 tahun) putra di perguruan Bakti Negara Kecamatan Tegallalang Gianyar yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) metode pelatihan keseluruhan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat, dengan hasil thit = 14,10 > ttab = 2,048, (2) metode pelatihan bagian berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat, dengan hasil thit = 7,20 > ttab = 2,048, (3) terdapat perbedaan penguasaan keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong antara metode pelatihan keseluruhan dan metode bagian, dengan signifikansi hitung adalah 0,000 lebih kecil daripada α (0,000ttabel = 2,048, (2) half training method method influenced to to the skill of bare hand single stance of pencak silat, with its result thitung = 7,20 >ttabel = 2,048, (3) there are differences inskill of single stance between whole and partial training methods, with the results of gaint score thitung=11.086and the significance of the count is 0,000 smaller than α (0.000 half training method=4.77.keyword : training method, the skill stance, bare hands, pencak silat, beginner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan hexagon drill terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dodge the rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan hexagon drill dan dodge the rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subyek penelitian adalah karateka usia 13-18 tahun Kecamatan Sukasada Buleleng berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified two group pretest – posttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lompat jauh tanpa awalan. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan hexagon drill berpengaruh terhadap terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 2,41 > ttab = 2,14, (2) pelatihan dodge the rope berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 2,19 > ttab = 2,14, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara pelatihan hexagon drill dan dodge the rope, dengan hasil thit = 0,43< ttab = 2,04. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan hexagon drill terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dodge the rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara pelatihan hexagon drill dan dodge the rope. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Hexagon Drill, Dodge the Rope, Power otot tungkai karateka This study aims to determine (1) the effect of hexagon drill training toward the increase of limb muscles power, (2) the effect of dodge the rope training toward the increase of limb muscles power, (3) the different increase of limb muscles power between the hexagon drill training and dodge the rope training. The subjects of this research were 30 karateka at 13-18 years old from Sukasada Buleleng Karate team. This research was an appearance experimental study, with the modified group pretest – posttest design. The data collection test was using standing broad jump test. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the hexagon drill training affected to increase the limb muscles power, with result thit = 2,41 > ttab = 2,14, (2) the dodge the rope training affected to increase the limb muscles power, with result thit = 12,19 > ttab = 2,14, (3) there was not differences in the increase of limb muscles power between the hexagon drill training and dodge the rope training, with result thit = 0,43> ttab = 2,04. training. The giant score of hexagon drill training = 8,13 cm > dodge the rope training= 5,86 cm. The conclution of the study are (1) the hexagon drill training affected to increase the limb muscles power, (2) the dodge the rope training affected to increase the limb muscles power, (3) there was not differences in the increase of limb muscles power between the hexagon drill training and dodge the rope trainig. keyword : The hexagon drill training, the dodge the rope training, Karateka limb muscles power.
