Abstract

Human resource in a company is essential as the main mover in determining the goal as well assisting to compete in an increasingly competitive business world. Dividing the workload on every organizational activity, dividing the workload on every employee, or dividing the workload on important office holder in organization equally can create a conducive work environment. Furthermore, it can make the work environment become more comfortable and safe. The objective of the study was to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee work environment at Kantor Pos Cabang Utama Surabaya city with 59 employees as samples. In addition, the data collection was by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale from 1 to 5. The study used a quantitative approach with Smart PLS analysis tool. The study found that factors such as workload and employee work environment determined 56.92% of employee performance, while other factors accounted for 43.08%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Liquidity (Quick Ratio), Total Asset Turnover, and Company Size (Size) on Profitability as measured by Return On Assets either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study are all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The sample selection was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique in order to obtain as many as 22 companies. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, in the form of financial statement data sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The test method to see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is the multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of the study simultaneously, it is known that QR, TATO and SIZE have a effect on the profitability of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector for the 2017-2020 period. However, partially, QR and SIZE have an effect on the company's profitability (ROA), while TATO has no effect on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

The presence of smart technology allows consumers to go to supermarkets and complete transactions without having to go to the supermarket. The competitive, innovation-driven retail industry includes an ever-evolving array of companies that are continually impacted by a highly diverse and dynamic environment. This research aims to propose the development of a model inidentifying essential services, the determinants influencing the technological advances offered by different smart technologies in supermarkets retail that affect the quality of life the community during the COVID-19 pandemi. The design/methodology used data collected using a questionnaire survey (n=308). The method used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The results of the study or findings provides a more complex view that engagement has an important role in influencing people's quality of life. If consumers return to old habits, new regulations, and procedures are likely to change the way people buy products and services with the advancement of smart technologies in supermarkets retail

Abstract

The industrial sector plays an important role as the main driver and support for the national economy. Strategies to promote products in today's business world to be more creative. The purpose of the study was to determine and simultaneously analyze the influence of Tagline and Brand Ambassador variables on the Brand Image of Nature Republic products. This research used quantitative research methods. In collecting the data, this research uses a questionnaire, the source of the data taken is primary data. Research population of consumers of Nature Republic products at Outlet Tunjungan Plaza 6 Surabaya. To obtain maximum results, the sample taken is 100 respondents to consumers who have purchased Nature Republic products at the Tunjungan Plaza 6 Surabaya Outlet. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling. Classical assumption test consists of Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Normality Test. The analytical technique used in this research is using multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that the Tagline and Brand Ambassador variables simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on Brand image

Abstract

The business sector at this time has severe challenges, due to the lack of income earned which gives a threat to the sustainability of a business. At this time the company leader is expected to be able to apply the right leadership and is expected to be able to encourage employees to contribute more. The purpose of this study is to examine the Empowering Leadership model in optimization in the New normal Era in one of the business fields engaged in the sale of food and beverage products, namely Envy Restaurant. This study uses qualitative and quantitative types of data, using data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were 6 people chosen using purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study found that leaders at Envy Restaurant implemented empowerment to employees in the form of support that was seen from certain aspects such as employee motivation, trust and self-efficacy

Abstract

This study aims to describe the pattern of economic education in students' families and the obstacles faced in internalizing economic education in students' families at SMA Negeri 1 Kayan Hulu. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research design. Data collection techniques used by interviews and observations. The data validity technique uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. The data analysis technique used is the interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman with the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Informants in this study were parents and children of students at SMA Negeri 1 Kayan Hilir. The results showed that parents of students applied family economic education through habituation, example, explanation and giving rules and punishments. In addition, parents also teach children to manage finances wisely and introduce the work they are engaged in by teaching children to participate while working. The pattern of economic education carried out varies, including the pattern of democratic education and the pattern of authoritarian education. The obstacles faced by parents in internalizing economic education in the family include differences of opinion in terms of consumption patterns, the tendency of children today to be more wasteful, and lazy to help parents work because children prefer to play

Abstract

The current modern trend is to use celebrities in order to market their products, namely by using Celebrity Endorsers and also maintaining product quality in order to maintain their superior products. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Celebrity Endorsee and Product Quality on Impulse Purchase Interest of Scarlett product consumers. This type of research is descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The data collection method used in this study is to use a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses F test for simultaneous test and t test to test the relationship partially. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, the Celebrity Endorser variable and product quality have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Partially, the celebrity endorsee variable has a significant and significant effect on buying interest and the product quality variable also has a significant and significant effect on buying interest.

Abstract

Interest in the brand of a company product can certainly generate interest in consuming or knowing more about a product. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence Brand ambassadors and Brand personality have on buying interest in Pond's skincare products for Pond's product customers at the Wonokromo Village Cosmetic Center. This research is a type of quantitative research because the data comes from the answers of respondents through the distribution of written instruments, namely questionnaires. The use of this method is used in accordance with the intent and purpose of the variabel measurement scale using a Likert scale, which consists of 5 scales. The population of this study are consumers who buy Pond's products at the Wonokromo Village Cosmetic Center who are users of Pond's skincare products. Based on the Slovin formula, the sample in this study was 400 respondents. The sampling method in this study is probability sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this study include validity and reliability tests. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis

Abstract

In achieving the company's goals, maximum attention is needed in improving the performance of each employee so that later they can obtain maximum results as expected, by making efforts to pay attention to and manage performance in a predetermined framework, which includes objectives, standards and competency requirements. planned. Performance is an achievement or result achieved by an individual in relation to the duties and authorities assigned to him. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. Cargo Deleveri Special. The population used in this study are employees at PT. Special Cargo Deleveri Surabaya in the operational section as many as 52 people and the sample of this study used a saturated sample. In this study using quantitative methods using structural equation modeling and partial least squares (PLS) as analytical tools. This study found that compensation is able to contribute to improving employee performance and work stress has a negative contribution to improving employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, management skills, and business strategy on work productivity in UKM shoes and sandals in Prajurit Kulon, Mojokerto Town. The method used is quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out randomly and proportionally by region to 160 UKM of shoes and sandals. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. This study uses three independent variables, namely entrepreneurial orientation, management ability, business strategy and one dependent variable, namely work productivity, which is then analyzed using multiple regression tests. Based on the results of the study, showed partially that entrepreneurial orientation had an effect on work productivity, management ability had an effect on work productivity, and business strategy had an effect on work productivity, as well as entrepreneurial orientation, management ability, and business strategy simultaneously had an effect on work productivity. The magnitude of the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, management ability, and business strategy on work productivity is 77.75%, while the difference is contributed by other variables outside the independent variables used in this study
