Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1). Untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Bidang Pelayanan Depan DPMPTSP Kota Makassar; (2). Hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi untuk perkembangan ilmu masa mendatang agar terus berkembang, khususnya pada jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi yang lebih membahas tentang budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data uji rehabilitas, ujiregresi liniear berganda, uji T(parsial) dan Uji F(serempak). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di bidang pelayanan depan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Makassar secara parsial atau yang berarti memiliki  pengaruh yang saling bertolak belakang, dimana semakin budaya organisasi dinaikkan maka kepuasan kerja akan semakin menurun. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil penelitian ini yang menunjukkan t hitung untuk variabel budaya organisasi (X1) lebih kecil dari t tabel, yakni -3,286 < 2,059 dan nilai signifikansi 0,003 < α 0,05. Dari hasil ini dapat di buktikan variabel bebas secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikatnya. Gaya Kepemimpinan partisipatif bebas tindak mempunyai pengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja di bidang pelayanan depan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Makassar. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai t yang lebih besar dari nilai t tabel 5,888 > 2,059 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < α 0,05 yang berarti dapat digeneralisir mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Ini berarti semakin gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif bebas tindak dinaikkan maka semakin tinggi juga kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan Gaya kepemimpinan otoriter dan demokratis tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, karena kedua gaya kepemimpinan tersebut memiliki nilai signifikansi > α 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dan fungsi pengungkapan diri mahasiswa Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Pangkep dalam menggunakan fitur Instagram. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis dan jendela Johari. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Politeknik Pertanian dari 6 program studi yaitu Budidaya Perairan, Budidaya Peternakan, Peternakan, Agribisnis, Agroindustri, dan Perikanan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk aktualisasi pengungkapan diri mahasiswa dilakukan di area terbuka (area publik) dengan berbagi identitas, perasaan, keinginan, ide dan kegiatan kampus karena mereka mengharapkan umpan balik dari orang lain. Mahasiswa juga melakukan pengungkapan diri secara rahasia karena tidak semua informasi dan masalah yang mereka hadapi diungkapkan di area publik. Fungsi pengungkapan diri untuk siswa di Instagram adalah untuk memfasilitasi komunikasi, mengungkapkan perasaan, mengembangkan diri, dan penjernihan diri.

Abstract

Fenomena beauty influencer menjadi tren baru dalam komunikasi persuasif di media sosial dengan teknik soft selling. Salah satu beauty influencer yang populer lewat Youtube di Indonesia adalah Nanda Arsyinta yang memiliki 686 ribu lebih subscriberserta 4,8 juta penayangan pada salah satu video di channel Youtube-nya. Nanda juga termasuk nominasi influencer terbaik dalam Influence Asia 2017. Namun, agar pesan persuasi yang ia sampaikan dipercaya oleh followers-nya, Nanda harus memiliki kredibilitas yang tinggi. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, peneliti ingin menguji pengaruh kredibilitas Nanda Arsyinta sebagai beauty influencer terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dari produk kecantikan pada remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dimana peneliti memberikan kuesioner kepada sampel populasi yaitu remaja perempuan di Tangerang Selatan sejumlah 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dari variabel X pada variabel Y dengan korelasi cukup kuat yaitu sebesar 0.556. Artinya adanya pengaruh kredibilitas beauty influencer Nanda Arsyinta terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dari produk kecantikan pada remaja.

Abstract

Sebagaimana diketahui bersama komunikasi sangat penting dilakukan tidak hanya hubungan personal tetapi juga hubungan dengan kelompok organisasi. Di dalam organisasi Desa, dipimpin oleh seorang kepala Desa dan dibantu aparatur Desa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi kepala Desa dalam meningkatkan pelayanan pada masyarakat dalam hal ini tentang pendidikan di Desa Tanammawang Kabupaten Jeneponto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif  tehnik pengumpulan data dengan tekhnik observasi dan wawancara serta melakukan penelusuran lewat dokumen, buku, jurnal, majalah dan naskah ilmiah yang terkait. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan cara mengorganisasikan data, pengelompokan data, menguji asumsi atau permasalahan yang ada terhadap data, mencari alternatif penjelasan bagi data, kemudian menuliskan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari data-data menunjukkan bahwa kepala desa kurang memperhatikan masalah-masalah yang ada di Desa Tanammawang salah satunya masalah pendidikan terbukti angka pengangguran semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Kesimpulannya pendidikan di Desa Tanammawang tidak mengalami kemajuan disebabkan kurangnya perhatian pemerintah yang tidak memberikan bantuan  kepada masyarakat di Desa. Selain anak-anak yang membutuhkan bantuan pendidikan, para guru juga perlu perhatian sebagai pendidik untuk anak didiknya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of online media in the recruitment of workers in PT. Grab Makassar City and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, which is a method used to describe or analyze a research result but not used to make broader conclusions the steps are in the form of observation, interviews and documentation in the field as for the location of the research in the Putra Putra Putra Transido Cooperative as a partner of PT. Makassar City Grab. The results showed that the role of online media in the recruitment of workers in the company can be said to be very instrumental in terms of profits for the company or potential drivers or employees as for the supporting factors that do not require a long time in various recruitment processes from the company and easier to get information in recruitment while the inhibiting factors are network instability, incomplete registration file and the use of a cellphone camera that is not good.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of online media advertising on Focallure products on the attitudes and behavior of female students at Makassar Islamic University. Respondents in this study were drawn from students from 8 faculties totaling 1,731 people. Samples selected in this study were 325 respondents with 5% precision. The research data was obtained through a survey of respondents by distributing questionnaires. Data processing and analysis is done by simple linear regression analysis using the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of advertising exposure on student attitudes by 44% and influence on student behavior by 26.9%

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of public service advertisements on social media about abstentions on the opinion of millennial generation in the sospol faculty, Makassar Islamic University. This research uses a quantitative method using an experimental design and is processed with the help of SPSS. Respondents in this study were drawn from students in 2016, 2017 and 2018 from 4 majors totaling 609 people. Samples selected in this study were 73 respondents with 10% precision. The results showed that there were significant changes in the sample after watching public service advertisement videos in assessing voter participation in the 2019 election. Hypothesis testing proved that the value of sig. 2-tailed is smaller than α 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). The difference between -435 to -.166 (90% confidence interval of the difference).

Abstract

Communication planning in the implementation of development becomes a guide in implementing development activities programs such as the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals Program (SDGs). As one of the central government programs embodied in the concept of sustainable development in Indonesia and the regions as the spearhead, the authors examine the communication planning activities of the Pangkep Regency Regional Development Planning Agency as the leading Sector in the implementation of the SDGs program in Pangkep Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods, which attempt to describe the object under study in the field. The data obtained through interviews, observations and collaborated documentation show the results, namely that the Bappeda Pangkep has carried out communication planning based on the strength of the source, processing messages, use of media or channels as well as determining the target of adoption or recipient.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of the Hoaks news on Voa-Islam.com media and to find out the differences in the characteristics of Hoaks news and not the Hoaks on Voa-Islam.com media. This type of research uses descriptive methods with qualitative analysis. Data sources use Primary Data and Secondary Data. The data collection technique used here is to document the Voa-Islam.com news, by studying, exploring, and citing theories. The data analysis technique used is gathering news, analyzing news, classifying news, analyzing news, and determining Hoak sand not Hoaks for their characteristics. The results showed that the characteristics of the Hoaks news in theVoa-Islamic media were not writing the date of the incident, the location of the incident was unclear, the content was strange and straight forward to corner certain parties, the news was not balanced, conveyed facts and biased considerations, the language and sentence structure used were some what ambiguous and unrelated to each other, using emotional and provocative language.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of participants or users of BPJS on the quality of BPJS service quality in Makassar. Respondents in this study were drawn from the Makassar Community who were registered as BPJS participants in Makassar, which amounted to 1.2 million people. The samples selected in this study were 384 respondents with 5% precision. Research data obtained through survey respondents by distributing questionnaires. Data processing and analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and using the help of the SPSS program.The results showed that the satisfaction of BPJS participants or users of BPJS performance and services at the Hospital had not reached expectations of what was considered important by BPJS users or participants. This can be seen from the total suitability level of 72.11% which is still less than the maximum level of customer satisfaction that is 100% and the attributes that need to be considered in each quadrant are quadrants A, B, C, and quadrant D for further enhance BPJS performance against BPJS participants. From the results of this study, the BPJS program should pay more attention to the performance of its services, especially in hospitals by ignoring the attributes in quadrant A whose priorities are very high but the performance or performance obtained is still very poor.
