Abstract

Abstract . The main problem in this study is whether lifestyle, brand reputation and service quality have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions. The research method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis approaches. This study uses the SPSS 17.0 program. The results showed that lifestyle variables, brand reputation and service quality had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions Keywords: Lifestyle, Brand Reputation, Service Quality and Purchasing Decisions Abstrak Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah gaya hidup, reputasi merek dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

English This test aims to determine: 1) effect of entrepreneurship competence on sme performance 2) effect of entrepreneurship competence on competitive advantages 3) effect of hr competence on sme performance 4) effect of hr competence on competitive advantages 5) effect of supply chain management on sme performance 6) effect of supply chain management on competitive advantage 7) effect of sme performance on competitive advantage.This research variable includes dependent and independent variables. The dependent variable used is SME Performance and Competitive Advantage. While the independent variables consist of Entrepreneurship Competence, HR Competency and Supply Chain Management. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique using 74 owners of SMEs processing fishery products. The data used in this study was carried out with quantitative data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) entrepreneurship competence influences the performance of sme, 2) entrepreneurship competency influences competitive advantage, 3) hr competency influences sme performance, 4) hr competency influences competitive advantage, 5) supply chain management affects sme performance , 6) supply chain management influences competitive advantage, 7) sme performance influences competitive advantage. Indonesia Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UKM (2) pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing (3) pengaruh kompetensi sdm terhadap kinerja UKM (4) pengaruh kompetensi sdm terhadap keunggulan bersaing (5) pengaruh supply chain management terhadap kinerja UKM (6) pengaruh supply chain management terhadap keunggulan bersaing (7) pengaruh kinerja UKM terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi variabel dependen dan independen. Variabel dependen yangdigunakan yaitu Kinerja UKM dan Keunggulan Bersaing. Sedangkan variabel independen terdiri dari kompetensi kewirausahaan, kompetensi sdm dan supply chain management. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan 74 pemilik UKM pengolahan hasil perikanan. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UKM, 2) kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, 3) kompetensi sdm berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UKM, 4) kompetensi sdm berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, 5) supply chain management berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UKM, 6) supply chain management berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, 7) kinerja UKM berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Abstract

English This study aims to determine the implementation of product strategies in the competitive advantage of cake products in Malang Kendedes Cake & bakery. Qualitative research methods are used with a case study approach. And withdrawing data by dept interview from the informant by purposive sampling. The results of the study show: (1) The product strategy adopted by Citra is to develop new products (2) The competitive advantage in the image is to have product differences compared to competitors; (3) The constraints experienced by Citra are multuative marketing or in certain months, the solution is to strengthen sales estimates at each store Keywords: implementation of product strategies, competitive advantage, baking products Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi produk dalam keunggulan bersaing produk kue di citra kendedes cake & bakery malang. Digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dan penarikan data dengan dept interview dari informan dengan cara purposive sampling. Abstract

English the remuneration system at PT.Matabiru Indonesia has a weakness in the procedure of filling in the list and related functions. The purpose of this study was to determine the systems and procedures for payroll and wages at PT. Matabiru Indonesia to improve the company's internal control and whether or not the control has described the elements of good corporate internal control. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses a qualitative approach using descriptive research methods. Based on research conducted, there are still weaknesses in filling the attendance list of employees who are still manual and lacking supervision, as well as incomplete documents used, in related functions there is still a dual responsibility for the director and personnel functions, in the wage payment process still uses manual way. Suggestions for PT. Matabiru Indonesia, namely the use of fingerprints, should use documents such as proof of cash out and changes in salary rates, should each task has a different function, wages should use transfers to reduce errors or fraud Keywords: System, Procedure, Internal Control. Indonesia Sistem penggajian dan pengupahan pada PT.Matabiru Indonesia memiliki kelemahan pada prosedur pengisian daftar dan fungsi yang terkait. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem dan prosedur penggajian dan pengupahan pada PT. Matabiru Indonesia untuk meningkatkan pengendalian internal perusahaan dan apakah pengendalian tersebut sudah atau belum menggambarkan elemen pengendalian internal perusahaan yang baik. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, masih terdapat kelemahan pada pengisian daftar hadir karyawan yang masih manual dan kurang pengawasan, serta masih belum lengkapnya dokumen- dokumen yang digunakan, pada fungsi yang terkait masih terdapat perangkapan tanggungjawab pada direktur dan fungsi personalia, pada proses pembayaran upah masih menggunakan cara manual. Saran untuk PT. Matabiru Indonesia yaitu pengabsenan menggunakan fingerprint, sebaiknya menggunakan dokumen seperti bukti kas keluar dan perubahan tarif gaji, sebaiknya masing-masing tugas memiliki fungsi yang berbeda, pengupahan sebaiknya menggunakan transfer untuk mengurangi kesalahan atau kecurangan Keywords: Kompetensi Kewirausahaan, Kompetensi SDM, Supply Chain Management, Kinerja UKM dan Keunggulan Bersaing.

Abstract

English This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of corporate governance by the independent commissioner and audit committee, profitability and leverage on the disclosure of intellectual capital in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2013-2015) The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2015 period, the sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling technique so that a total sample of 90 was obtained, and the publication of its reports was published. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the classic assumption test that is multiple linear regression analysis, t test and the coefficient of determination test with the SPSS 17 program. The results of this study indicate that the independent commissioner and audit committee variables have a significant effect on intellectual capital disclosure, while the profitability and leverage variables have no significant effect on intellectual capital disclosure Keywords: Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, Profitability, Leverage, Intellectual Capital Disclosure Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruhcorporate governanceyang diproksikan komisaris independen dan komite audit , profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap pengungkapan modal intelektualstudi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2013-2015) Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2013-2015, sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 90, dan telah mempublikasikan laporan tehunannya. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan program SPSS17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel komisaris independen dan komite audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengungkapanmodal intelektual, sedangkan variabel profitabilitas dan leveragetidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pengungkapanmodal intelektual. Abstract

English This study aims to determine the effect of halal label on buying interest, religiosity to buying interest, halal label on purchasing decision, religiosity to purchase decision, halal label on buying decision through buying interest, religiosity to buying decision through buying interest, and buying interest on purchasing decision On cosmetic buyer wardah in pretty healthy cosmetic shop.This type of research is explanatory research (explanatory research) with quantitative approach and using path analysis. This population is a buyer Wardah Beauty House Surabaya. The sample used in this research as many as 100 respondents taken using Insidental sampling. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the halal label has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, halal label has a positive effect and no significant purchase decision. Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision, the label has a significant effect on purchasing decision through buying interest. Religiosity has a significant effect on buying keputisan through buying interest, buying interest have positive and insignificant effect to purchasing decisio. Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh label halal terhadap minat beli, label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian, religiusitas terhadap minat beli, religiusitas terhadap keputusan pembelian, label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli, religiusitas terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli, dan minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian pada pembeli kosmetik wardah di Wardah Beauty House Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis jalur. Populasi ini adalah pembeli kosmetik wardah diwardah beauty house Surabaya. sampel yang digunakan dalam penenlitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil menggunakan Sampling Insidental. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa label halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, label halal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan keputusan pembelian. Religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, label berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli. Religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputisan pembelian melalui minat beli, dan minat beli berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
