Abstract

The crime of commercial sexual exploitation of children has become a major issue both nationally and internationally because it is considered a gross violation of human rights. Indonesia is one of the countries that is committed to combating the commercial sexual exploitation of children. It is reported that North Sumatra is one of the senders and receivers of the trafficked children. Medan, one of the cities in North Sumatra is included in the category of sender and recipient. This is supported by the geographical location of Medan which is very strategic as the capital of North Sumatra province. Based on this, the problems discussed in this research were: 1) How to manage the child protection from commercial sexual exploitation of children in accordance with the laws and regulations in Indonesia; 2) What response to commercial sexual exploitation of children in Medan was; 3) What obstacles found in the prevention of commercial sexual exploitation of children in Medan were. This research used descriptive analytical method with juridical normative approach by describing how the commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) happened and how to overcome it. The legal source materials used were primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The results showed that the regulations of commercial sexual exploitation of children have been regulated generally on national and international scale. Crime prevention efforts against sexual exploitation of children in Medan was based on two approaches, penal and non-penal policy. It could be seen from the penal policy of the Court Verdicts No. 1554/Pid.B/2012/PN.Mdn and No. 2743/ Pid.B/2006/PN.Mdn in which the defendants were found guilty. But it seemed that the sentences did not meet the elements of justice. While in the non-penal policy, some efforts to prevent were applied in Medan, such as preventive and repressive supervision and handling the CSKA. There were three obstacles found in the prevention of CSEC; in terms of legislation, law enforcement officials, and culture.

Abstract

Oral literature is a type of literary work produced by society based on a creative process, in which the values ​​and norms of life are conveyed orally, using language as the medium. Poetry is one of the oral literary works that is currently less popular with the public, especially the younger generation. This happens because they just read without delving into the meaning of the poetry, so that the true purpose and meaning are not conveyed to the reader. In fact, if understood in depth, poetry is not only a literary work that functions as entertainment, but poetry can also function as an educational medium. One of them is the poem Baabus Shiaam, this poem not only contains aesthetic values, but also contains religious values ​​in it. This research aims to review the actual meaning and role of Baabus Shiaam poetry, especially in teaching Islamic religious values. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Interview techniques, recording, documentation, transcription, and transliteration are all used in data collection methods. The results of this research are that the poetry of Baabus Shiaam has the aim of creating something related to people's lives, namely helping people recognize and remember things related to fasting. Apart from that, the poet also teaches religious values ​​through this poetry. So, it can be concluded that Baabus Shiaam's poetry has a very important role, namely functioning as a medium for education and teaching Islamic religious values ​​to society.

Abstract

English This test aims to determine: 1) effect of entrepreneurship competence on sme performance 2) effect of entrepreneurship competence on competitive advantages 3) effect of hr competence on sme performance 4) effect of hr competence on competitive advantages 5) effect of supply chain management on sme performance 6) effect of supply chain management on competitive advantage 7) effect of sme performance on competitive advantage.This research variable includes dependent and independent variables. The dependent variable used is SME Performance and Competitive Advantage. While the independent variables consist of Entrepreneurship Competence, HR Competency and Supply Chain Management. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique using 74 owners of SMEs processing fishery products. The data used in this study was carried out with quantitative data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) entrepreneurship competence influences the performance of sme, 2) entrepreneurship competency influences competitive advantage, 3) hr competency influences sme performance, 4) hr competency influences competitive advantage, 5) supply chain management affects sme performance , 6) supply chain management influences competitive advantage, 7) sme performance influences competitive advantage. Indonesia Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UKM (2) pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing (3) pengaruh kompetensi sdm terhadap kinerja UKM (4) pengaruh kompetensi sdm terhadap keunggulan bersaing (5) pengaruh supply chain management terhadap kinerja UKM (6) pengaruh supply chain management terhadap keunggulan bersaing (7) pengaruh kinerja UKM terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi variabel dependen dan independen. Variabel dependen yangdigunakan yaitu Kinerja UKM dan Keunggulan Bersaing. Sedangkan variabel independen terdiri dari kompetensi kewirausahaan, kompetensi sdm dan supply chain management. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan 74 pemilik UKM pengolahan hasil perikanan. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UKM, 2) kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, 3) kompetensi sdm berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UKM, 4) kompetensi sdm berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, 5) supply chain management berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UKM, 6) supply chain management berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, 7) kinerja UKM berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing.
