Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) kemampuan siswa kelas IV di SDN 6 Panjer dalam kegiatan mengkomunikasikan pembelajaran tema cita-citaku dengan pendekatan saintifik pada kurikulum 2013, dan (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa kelas IV di SDN 6 Panjer dalam kegiatan mengkomunikasikan pembelajaran tema cita-citaku dengan pendekatan saintifik pada kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IVA dan IVB SDN 6 Panjer. Objek penelitian ini adalah kemampuan siswa dalam kegiatan mengkomunikasikan pembelajaran tema cita-citaku dengan pendekatan saintifik pada kurikulum 2013. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kemampuan siswa dalam kegiatan mengkomunikasikan sudah ditemukan kompetensi sikap jujur sebesar 91,5%, sikap teliti sebesar 40,05%, sikap toleransi sebesar 86,4%. mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir sistematis sebesar 55,05%, kemampuan mengungkapkan pendapat dengan singkat dan jelas sebesar 40,05%, dan kemampuan berbahasa yang baik dan benar sebesar 47,3%. (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam kegiatan mengkomunikasikan adalah faktor internal (inteligensi, kebiasaan belajar, kecemasan, dan motif) dan eksternal (pribadi dan sikap guru, dan lingkungan sosial siswa di sekolah). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan kemampuan siswa dalam kegiatan mengkomunikasikan sudah mendekati kompetensi sikap jujur, toleransi, dan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir sistematis. Namun belum mendekati kompetensi sikap teliti, mengembangkan kemampuan mengungkapkan pendapat singkat dan jelas dan kemampuan berbahasa yang baik dan benar. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa dalam kegiatan mengkomunikasikan adalah faktor internal dan eksternal.Kata Kunci : Kemampuan siswa, kegiatan mengkomunikasikan, pendekatan saintifik, dan kurikulum 2013. This study aimed to described (1) students’s ability of class IV SDN 6 Panjer in communication activities learning theme cita-citaku with scientific approach on curriculum 2013 and (2) factors that influenced students’s ability of class IV SDN 6 Panjer in communication activities learning theme cita-citaku with scientific approach on curriculum 2013. This study was a descriptive. The subject of this study were student of class IVA and IVB SDN 6 Panjer. This study focused on students's ability in communication activities learning theme cita-citaku with scientific approach on curriculum 2013. Data collection technique used were observation, documentation, and interview. The analysis technique used in this study was descriptive qualitative. The results of this study showed (1) student's ability in communication activities learning had been found competence honest attitude by 91.5%, conscientious attitude by 40.05%, tolerance attitude by 86.4%. Develop the ability to think systematically by 55.05%, the ability to express briefly and clearly opinions by 40.05%, and language ability were good and right by 47.3%. Factors that influenced of students’ ability in communication activities were internal (intelligence, study habits, anxiety, and motif) and external (personality and attitudes of teachers and social environment of students in the school). Thus it could be concluded students’ ability of class IV SDN 6 Panjer in communication activities had approached competence honest attitude, tolerance, and develop the ability to think systematically. But it had not approached competence conscientious attitude, develop the ability to express briefly and clearly opinions and language ability were good and right. Factors that influenced students's ability in communication activities were internal factors and external factors.keyword : Students’ ability, communication activities, scientific approach, and on curriculum 2013.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek dan (2) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IVA SD Negeri 26 Pemecutan yang berjumlah 38 siswa tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Data hasil belajar IPS dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pra siklus diperoleh persentase rata-rata hasil belajar IPS yaitu 63,29% dikategorikan rendah dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 60,53%. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pembelajaran pada siklus I, persentase rata-rata hasil belajar IPS menjadi 74,60% dikategorikan sedang dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 71,05%. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 84,10% dikategorikan tinggi dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 81,58%. Sementara itu, rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada siklus I yaitu 82,50 dengan kategori di bawah rata-rata dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 90,89 dengan kategori rata-rata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas IVA SD Negeri 26 Pemecutan tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek, hasil belajar IPS, dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif. The aimed of this study was (1) to improve the students’ learning outcomes of social science through the implementation of scientific approach with project assessment and (2) to improve the students’ creative thinking ability through the implementation of scientific approach with project assessment. This study was classroom action research in two cycles. The subjects of the study were the students of class IVA of SD Negeri 26 Pemecutan that were consisted of 38 students in academic year 2014/2015. The data of learning outcomes of social science and creative thinking ability were gathered by test. The data have gathered were analyzed by quantitative descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this study show that in pre cycle is obtained the percentage of learning outcomes of social science is 63,29% in low criteria with the classical completeness is 60,53%. When repaired the learning process in first cycle the percentage of learning outcomes of social science to be 74,60% in medium criteria with the classical completeness is 71,05%. In second cycle, it improves to be 84,10% in high criteria with the classical completeness is 81,58%. Meanwhile, the average of creative thinking ability in first cycle is 82,50 in below average criteria. It improves in the second cycle to be 90,89 in average criteria. Based on the results of study, it can be concluded that the implementation of scientific approach with project assessment can improve the students’ learning outcomes of social science and creative thinking ability the students of class IVA of SD Negeri 26 Pemecutan in academic year 2014/2015. keyword : scientific approach with project assessment, the learning outcomes of social science, and creative thinking ability.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pengetahuan IPA dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian projek pada tema Cita-citaku. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IVB SD Negeri 22 Dauh Puri Denpasar Utara yang terdiri dari 34 siswa. Sedangkan obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar pengetahuan IPA dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Data hasil belajar pengetahuan IPA dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dikumpulkan melalui metode tes. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif Pada pra siklus rata-rata hasil belajar pengetahuan IPA siswa adalah 70,79. Kemudian pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar pengetahuan IPA menjadi 78,2. Dan pada siklus II kembali terjadi peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar pengetahuan IPA yaitu menjadi 83,38. Untuk kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada siklus I skor rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa adalah 86,59 Kemudian pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa menjadi 92.15. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian projek dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pengetahuan IPA dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Kata Kunci : Pendekatan Saintifik dengan Penilaian Projek, hasil belajar, pengetahuan IPA, Berpikir kreatif. Abstract This classroom action research aimed to improve students’ learning outcomes of science and creative thinking ability by applying scientific approach with project assessment on the theme “Cita-citaku”. This study consisted of two cycles. Subjects of this study were students in IV B class of SD Negeri 22 Dauh Puri North Denpasar which consists of 34 students. The object of this research was the learning outcomes of science and creative thinking abilities students. The data of the learning results of science and creative thinking abilities of students were collected through test method. The collected data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis method. On pre-cycle, the average of students’ learning outcomes of science was 70.79. Then, on the first cycle, it occur improvement in the average of science learning becoming 78.2. On the second cycle, there were improvements again in the average of science learning from the first cycle becomes 83.38 . For creative thinking abilities of students on the first cycle, the average score was 86.59. Then, on the second cycle, it occur improvement in the average ability to think creatively becoming 92.15. So, it could be concluded that scientific approach with project assessment can improve students’ learning outcomes of science and their creative thinking abilities.keyword : Scientific Approaches with Project Assessment, learning outcomes, science, creative thinking.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan IPA tema cita-citaku siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 13 Dauh Puri dan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA tema cita-citaku siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 13 Dauh Puri, setelah diterapkan pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian projek. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 13 Dauh Puri yang berjumlah 34 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi untuk mengetahui hasil belajar keterampilan IPA dan tes uraian untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan persentase rata-rata hasil belajar keterampilan IPA sebesar 14,71% dari 65,29% pada siklus I menjadi 80% pada siklus II. Terjadi peningkatan persentase rata-rata kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA sebesar 17,41% dari 65,19% pada siklus I menjadi 82,60% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian projek dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan dan kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA tema cita-citaku siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 13 Dauh Puri.Kata Kunci : saintifik, projek, keterampilan IPA, konsep IPA. The aim of this research was to improve the learning outcomes of scientific skills and science conceptual understanding ability of grade 4 students at SD Negeri 13 Dauh Puri. “My Future Goal” was the theme for the scientific approach and projects based assessments that were applied. This research was a class action study conducted in two cycles to improve the learning process. The subject of the research was the grade 4 students of SD Negeri 13 Dauh Puri with the total number of 34 students. Observations were used as the method to collect data for this study. The observations were used to determine the objective; to find out the learning outcomes of scientific study skills and essay tests to be applied in the conceptual understanding and abilities in science. The data was then analyzed by using quantitative descriptive technique. The result of the research shows that there is an increasing percentage of scientific study skills outcomes average totaling 14,71% from 65,29% on the first cycle to 80% on the second cycle. There is also an increasing percentage in science conceptual understanding ability totaling 17,41% from 65,19% on the first cycle to 82,60% on the second cycle. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the application of scientific approach using project based assessment can improve the scientific learning skills outcomes and the science conceptual understanding ability of grade 4 students at SD Negeri Dauh Puri with “My Future Goal” as the theme.keyword : scientific, project, scientific skills, science concept.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar keterampilan IPS antara siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik menggunakan pertanyaan produktif dan siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik menggunakan pertanyaan tidak produktif siswa kelas IV tema cita-citaku SD Gugus 8 I Gusti Ngurah Rai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra eksperimen dengan rancangan prates-pascates kelompok statis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas IV SD Gugus 8 I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar Selatan yang berjumlah 256 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 3 Sanur berjumlah 31 siswa sebagai kelompok yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik menggunakan pertanyaan produktif dan siswa kelas IVA SDN 10 Sanur berjumlah 31 siswa sebagai kelompok yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik menggunakan pertanyaan tidak produktif. Metode Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes unjuk kerja. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t menunjukkan thitung = 1,14 < ttabel = 2,00 untuk dk = 60 dan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian, maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Adapun nilai rata-rata hasil belajar keterampilan IPS pada kelompok yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik menggunakan pertanyaan produktif adalah 70,97, sedangkan pada kelompok yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik menggunakan pertanyaan tidak produktif adalah 66,94. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh pendekatan saintifik ditinjau dari karakteristik pertanyaan guru terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan IPS tema cita-citaku siswa kelas IV SD Gugus 8 I Gusti Ngurah Rai.Kata Kunci : Pendekatan saintifik, pertanyaan produktif, pertanyaan tidak produktif, hasil belajar keterampilan IPS. This research aimed to know the significance difference on the students’ IPS Skill learning achievement between students who were through Scientific Approach using productive questions and using unproductive questions with the my ambition theme at fourth grade students of SD Gugus 8 I Gusti Ngurah Rai. This research was an pre experimental research by applying Pre-Test and Post-Test Statistical Group as research design. The population of this research was all of the students at fourth grade of SD Gugus 8 I Gusti Ngurah Rai in sounth denpasar totaling 256. The sample was taken by using Random Sampling Technique. The sample of this research was the students at fourth grade of SDN 3 Sanur totaling 31 students who were through by using scientific approach with productive questions, and the students at fourth grade of SDN 10 Sanur totaling 31 students who were through by using scientific approach with unproductive questions. The method of collecting data used in this research was performance assessment. Based on the result of post-test, the data analysis was analyzed using t-test showed that thitung = 1,14 < ttabel = 2,00 with significance degree was 5%. According to the testing criteria so Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. The mean of post-test on Group who were through by using scientific approach with productive questions was 70,97 and 66,94 on Group who were through by using scientific approach with unproductive questions. Finally, based on the findings and discussion above, it can be concluded that there is no effect of scientific approach on the teachers questions characteristics to social skill learning achievement in the fourth grade students with my ambition theme at SD Gugus 8 I Gusti Ngurah Rai. keyword : Scientific Approach, Productive Questions, Unproductive Questions, Social Skill Learning Achievement

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk (1) meningkatkan hasil belajar pengetahuan matematika siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio pada tema cita-citaku Kelas IV SD N 11 Peguyangan Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 dan (2) meningkatkan sikap spiritual siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio pada tema cita-citaku Kelas IV SD N 11 Peguyangan Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD N 11 Peguyangan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara yang berjumlah 45 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tes yaitu hasil belajar dan non tes yaitu kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) nilai rata-rata hasil belajar pengetahuan matematika meningkat 12,88 dari 72 pada siklus I menjadi 84,88 pada siklus II, (2) nilai rata-rata sikap spiritual meningkat 0,88 dari 86,27 pada siklus I menjadi 87,15 pada siklus II, dan (3) ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar pengetahuan matematika meningkat 44,48% dari 42,22% pada siklus I menjadi 86,7% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis asesmen portofolio dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pengetahuan matematika dan sikap spiritual siswa pada tema cita-citaku kelas IV SD N 11 Peguyangan.Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, asesmen portofolio, hasil belajar pengetahuan matematika, dan sikap spiritual This classroom action research aimed to (1) improve the learning outcomes of mathematical knowledge of students through the application of scientific approach based on portfolio assessment on the theme of cita-citaku in fourth grade students of SD N 11 Peguyangan academiy year 2014/2015 and (2) improve the spiritual attitude of the students through the application of the scientific approaches based on portfolio assessment on the theme of Cita-citaku in fourth grade students of SD N 11 Peguyangan academiy year 2014/2015. The subjects of this study were the fourth grade students of SD N 11 Peguyangan North Denpasar District which amount 45 people. The method to collect the data which used in this study was test method that was the result of the learning process and non test that was quistioner.The data which analyzed by descriptive quantitative analysis method and descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of this study showed that (1) the mean score of the mathematic knowledge increased 12,88 from 72 in the cycle I became 84,88 in the cycle II, (2) the mean score of the students spiritual attitude increased 0,88 from 86,27 in the cycle I became 87,15 in the second cycle, and (3) the classical completeness of the learning outcomes of the mathematic knowledge increased 44.48% from 42.22% in the first cycle to 86.7 % in the second cycle. Based on the results of this research it can be concluded that the application of the scientific approach based on portfolio assessment can improve the learning outcomes of mathematical knowledge and spiritual attitudes of students on the theme cita-citaku of fourth grade students in SD N 11 Peguyangankeyword : scientific approach, portfolio-based assessment, learning outcomes of mathematical knowledge, and spiritual attitudes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif melalui penerapan pendekatan Saintifik dengan penilaian proyek dan (2) meningkatkan hasil belajar pengetahuan Matematika melalui penerapan pendekatan Saintifik dengan penilaian Proyek. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Masing – masing siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu, perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Serangan dengan jumlah 25 siswa, yang terdiri dari 15 siswa perempuan dan 10 siswa laki-laki. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tes yaitu tes uraian untuk kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan tes objektif untuk hasil belajar pengetahuan Matematika. Data tersebut, di analisis dengan metode deskritif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data diperoleh persentase rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif meningkat 8,53% dari 76,66% pada siklus I menjadi 85,19% pada siklus II. Persentase rata-rata hasil belajar pengetahuan Matematika meningkat 12,80% dari 68,26% pada siklus I menjadi 81,06% pada siklus II. Dengan ketuntasan klasikal yang dicapai yaitu 84% melebihi indikator keberhasilan yang diharapkan yaitu 80%. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Pendekatan Saintifik dengan Penilaian Proyek dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif dan Hasil Belajar Pengetahuan Matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Serangan.Kata Kunci : Pendekatan Saintifik, Penilaian Proyek, Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif, Hasil Belajar, Matematika This study aimed to (1) improving the creative thinking ability through scientific approach with project assessment, (2) improving the Mathematical knowledge learning outcomes through scientific approach with project assessment. It is a kind of classroom action research (CAR) that is conducted in 2 cycles. Each of those cycles consist of 4 steps such as planning, action, observation, ada reflection. The subject of this classroom action research are the students at IV grade of SD Negeri 2 Serangan with the total of 25 students; consists of 14 female students and 11 male students. The data collection of this research is done usingtest method, consists of essay tes for creative thinking ability and objective test for the Mathematical knowledge learning outcomes. Those data are analyzed using descriptive kuantitative method. The result of data analysis obtained average percentage of creative thinking abilities increase 8,53% from 76,66% in the first cycle to 85,19% in the second cycle. The average precentage of the student’s Mathematical knowledge learning outcomes increase 12,80% from 68,26% in the first cycle to 81,06% in the second cycle. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran siswa melalui pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek, dan meningkatkan hasil belajar pengetahuan Matematika melalui pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IVB SD Negeri 1 Peguyangan yang berjumlah 39 orang. Tindakan dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Siklus I terdiri atas 3 pertemuan dan Siklus II terdiri atas 3 pertemuan. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan 4 tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tes. Data kemampuan penalaran siswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes uraian, sedangkan data hasil belajar pengetahuan Matematika dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes pilihan ganda biasa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase rata-rata kemampuan penalaran pada siklus I 69,53% menjadi 84,78% pada siklus II. Persentase rara-rata nilai hasil belajar pengetahuan Matematika pada siklus I 68.88% menjadi 82,73% pada siklus II. Ketuntasan klasikal siswa mencapai 82,05% melebihi indikator keberhasilan yang diharapkan yaitu 80%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan saintifik dengan penilain proyek dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran dan hasil belajar pengetahuan Matematika siswa kelas IVB SD Negeri 1 Peguyangan. Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, penilaian proyek, kemampuan penalaran, hasil belajar pengetahuan Matematika The purpose of this study was to develop the students’ reasoning ability and the result of learning process in math through scientific approach with project assessment. This kind study was classroom action research. The subject of this study was 39 students in class IVB SD Negeri 1 Peguyangan. The study has done in two cycles. Both of the cycles consisted of three meeting. Every cycle in this study was done by four stages such as planning, action, observing and reflection. The data collection in this study was done by test method.The data about students’ reasoning ability were collected by using essay test, meanwhile the data about the result of learning process in math were collected by using multiple choice test. The data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The result of this study shows percentage of reasoning ability in the first cycle is 69.53 % become 84.78 % in the second cycle. The average percentage of the result in math learning process for the first cycle is 68.88% and become 82.73% in the second cycle. Classical completeness of students reach 82.05 % exceed the indicators of success which expected is 80 %. So it can be summarized that the scientific approach with project assessment can improve reasoning ability and the result of leaning process in math for the students in class IVB SD Negeri 1 Peguyangan.keyword : scientific approach, project assessment, reasoning ability, the result of Mathematic leaning process

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pengetahuan IPS melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek tema “Cita-Citaku” siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 26 Pemecutan dan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek tema “Cita-Citaku” siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 26 Pemecutan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV C SD Negeri 26 Pemecutan yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tes. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar pengetahuan IPS dan kemampuan penalaran siswa kelas IV C SD Negeri 26 Pemecutan setelah diterapkannya pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek. Pada pra siklus diperoleh persentase rata-rata hasil belajar pengetahuan IPS sebesar 66,37% dikategorikan rendah dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 66,37%, pada siklus I diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 73,71% dikategorikan sedangkan dengan nilai ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 71,45%, dan pada siklus II diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 80,57% dikategirikan tinggi dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 80%. Berkaitan dengan kemampuan penalaran siswa, siklus I diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 66,87 dengan kategori sedang dan pada siklus II diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 80,09% dengan kategori tinggi. Berdasakan temuan penelitian ini dapat di simpulkan bahwa pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pengetahuan IPS dan kemampuan penalaran siswa kelas IV C SD Negeri 26 Pemecutan tahun pelajaran 2014/2015.Kata Kunci : Pendekatan Saintifik, Penilaian Proyek, Hasil Belajar Pengetahuan IPS, dan Kemampuan Penalaran To improve students' reasoning skills this paper introduces the scientific approach project "Cita-citaku" and to advance students capability in their social studies. Grade 4C of 26th National Elementary school Pemecutan under assessed based on the grading used within the project theme "Cita-citaku". This research was carried on within the class in two cycles. Within each cycle, there are four major steps; planning, actioning, observing and reflecting. The subject chosen for this project is a class of 35 students, students are given in-class tests that needs to be filled out as a part of their class activities. Raw data collected from these tests results are analyzed using statisitic descriptive quantitative methods. the results of those data shows that students are improving their knowledge on social studies as well as reasoning skills after adapting the scientific approach. Before the approach was introduced, the percentage of students result for social studies are 66.37% and is categorized as low with the classical completeness of 66.37%. After the first cycle students were categorized as low they achieved 73.71%, with the classical completeness of 71.45%. While the second cycle accumulated a result of 80.57% categorized as high with classical completeness of 80%.For reasoning skills students in first cycle achieved the average of 66.87% and categorized as average and on the second cycle students result categorizing as high with 80.09%. Based on these statistical data it can be derived that the scientific approach implemented helped improve students with their social studies knowledge and reasoning capability across the board.keyword : To improve students' reasoning skills this paper introduces the scientific approach project

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan IPS dan (2) meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek pada tema cita-citaku. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IVA SD Negeri 2 Padangsambian tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang terdiri dari 39 orang. Data hasil belajar keterampilan IPS diperoleh dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan data kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa dikumpulkan melalui tes berbentuk uraian. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan IPS siswa. Dari refleksi awal diketahui rata-rata hasil belajar keterampilan IPS siswa sebesar 62,82 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 41,03%. Pada akhir siklus I rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 70,51 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 79,49%. Hasil belajar keterampilan IPS siswa kembali meningkat pada siklus II yaitu menjadi 81,20 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 94,87%. (2) Kemampuan pemahaman konsep juga mengalami peningkatan. Pada refleksi awal diketahui rata-rata kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa sebesar 62,22. Pada akhir siklus I rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 75,81 kemudian pada siklus II rata-rata meningkat menjadi 81,45. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan penilaian proyek efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar keterampilan IPS dan kemampuan pemahaman konsep tema cita-citaku pada siswa kelas IVA SD Negeri 2 Padangsambian, kecamatan Denpasar Barat tahun pelajaran 2014/2015.Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, penilaian proyek, hasil belajar keterampilan, kemampuan pemahaman konsep This study aims to (1) improve learning outcomes of social skills and (2) to improve students' understanding of concepts through the application of scientific approach with assessment project on the theme of my goal. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects were students in the IVA class of SD Negeri 2 Padangsambian in academic year 2014/2015 consisting of 39 persons. Learning outcomes of social skills data obtained using observation and understanding of the concept of student capability data collected through the essay test. Data collected quantitatively analyzed descriptively. Results showed (1) the apllication of scientific approach with assesment project is proven to improve learning outcomes of social skills. From the early reflections known to the average learning outcomes of social skills at 62,82 with 41,03% classical completeness. At the end of the first cycle students’ average increased to 70,51 with 79,49% classical completeness. Learning outcomes of social skills to increase again in the second cycle that becomes 81,20 with 94,87% classical completeness. (2) The ability of understanding the concept also increased. On early reflections known to the average the ability of understanding the concept at 62,22. At the end of the first cycle students’ average increased to 75,81 after the second cycle of the average increased to 81,45.
