The agriculture department of Solok West Sumatra district especially Agricultural Extension Agency (BPP) of Lembang Jaya Sub-district, has decreased the productivity of onion every year. This plant has decreased because it often attacked by pests or diseases, and lack of knowledge about the symptoms of onion’s pests or diseases. To fix this problem, made an application to facilitate the farmers, to know the type of pest or disease from symptoms on the onion and solution of each type of diseases. The method used is Forward Chaining. Forward Chaining Method is collection of data from each symptom that appear on the Allium Cepa Var Aggregatum. Then, made a decision to get the results about the solution and type of disease on the Allium Cepa Var Aggregatum. The results of this study is to show the type of disease and solution that has been detected based on symptoms on the Allium Cepa Var Aggregatum.

Alumni is a person who finished their studi from colege or university. Alumni STMIK Nusa Mandiri or commonly referred to as IKANI has an important role in showing the imaging and quality of a university, because the alumni container is not just a forum of friendship between alumni, but also a container to counsel and communicate efforts and efforts in advancing university. By utilizing the internet facility then created a social networking site for alumni STMIK Nusa Mandiri which can facilitate communication between the alumni. Communicating using this site can make friendship and knowledge in teh ITC, become closer than other site which already axist in Internet. This site was created by starting the first system design using UML then continued with the creation of user interface and by using programming language PHP and MySQL as database management. The site still has some disadvantages in terms of both features and security.

The exam is a test to given to assess the lessons that have given by a teacher to student in a period of time. Usually almost every six months the school always organizing the exam like the midterm or the final exams for one semester. Before the semesters started usually a teacher the result are wired to make about submitted to the biannual the organizing committee .To help the committee in conveying information to each teachers and remind teachers to collect the exam questions then a reminder is needed. Reminder is a messaging feature that can help to remind something at a certain time. Reminder application becomes one of the alternatives to help the committee and become a faithful remind for the teacher to make it easy to use to access anywhere and anytime. In this research, the writer will make reminder application to collect test questions in SMK Jakarta 1 by using PHP programming language with notification to teacher's email and committee, and design process flow using UML (Unified Modeling Language).

In higher education, information systems become a strategic tool for the continuity of universities or institutions themselves, especially in the running business processes. The disruption of information systems in higher education will have a bad impact, especially for the continuity of business processes, information systems that initially as a tool will then turn into a threat and even become a risk if it is not properly addressed and mitigated. The problem that arises is that University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang has never conducted a system risk analysis assessment of existing information, including policies relating to information technology security. This study aims to provide information to the University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang regarding the risks, threats and weaknesses of information technology found and recommendations that can be applied to mitigate risks that can arise. This study uses the octave-s risk analysis method combined with ISO 27001: 2013 control standards. The results of this study are in the form of a final document that can be used as a guideline and help in the future development of a risk analysis assessment at UMT. The results of the evaluation obtained, it is known that risk management is in the MEDIUM position, meaning that UMT does not experience risks that can stop / damage information systems that have an impact on the cessation of teaching and learning, but risks and weaknesses in universities can have an impact on decreasing university performance immediately.

Power consumption of PLN customers from household sector is quite large. It comes from the use of household appliances, such as refrigerators, televisions, dispensers, lights and air conditioners. The customers assume that their electricity usage is wasteful, but unfortunately it couldn’t be known in detail which household electrical appliances spend the most electricity. So that, difficult for the customers to monitor the power usage of each household electrical equipments. Regarding to this issue, this research focused on making a prototype of a household electrical power usage monitoring system. This system can be used by PLN customers of households sector to find out which household appliances use large power, so that the customers can manage the use of household appliances. In implementing that monitoring, it needs a capable wattmeter devices to measure the power usage of household electronic equipments The results of this measurement electric current, voltage, and power data measured through sensors. Those measurement data is sent to the database server system monitoring through the internet of things (IoT) device so that monitoring can be done through the system in a real time. This study produced a prototype of household electronic equipments power usage monitoring system based on IoT.

The most common phobia in the entire world is Acrophobia (fearing heights), there are about 23% of the population stating that they are afraid of heights. Acrophobia sufferers will always look anxious and in a panic where the closest people need to be around to calm down. Excessive fear of anything is generally not good because it can hinder daily activities. So from that it is necessary to know the symptoms of acrophobia sufferers for the surrounding community to be able to take action to calm sufferers when sufferers of acrophobia relapse. The results of this study are expected to create a virtual reality-based software prototype to help people better recognize the symptoms of acrophobia sufferers. Researchers sincerely hope that the results of this study more or less provide benefits specifically for researchers and generally for all communities. Strategic plan IS/IT is an identification process portofolio application IS bases on computer that will support organization in execution of business plan and implement its business target. Strategy Planning IS/IT studies influence IS/IT to business performance and contribution for organization in selecting strategic steps. In other hand strategic plan IS/IT also explains various of toolses, technique and framework for manjemen to harmonize strategy IS/IT with business strategy, even prowl just pass by innovative technology implementation. In course of strategic plan IS/IT with object of LEPISI College research this, writer uses framework according to Jhon Ward and Peppard. Concept of idea from strategic plan IS/IT from Jhon Ward left from existence of invesment condition IS and TI in the past that less can give benefit for target of organization business, catch business opportunity, and existence of phenomenon growing of competitive excellence organization because can exploit potency IS and IT. Situation is referred can happen because strategic plan IS and TI that out of focus at business, conducted by part that less understand business opportunity, and make only strategy because technology need. Sistem penjualan pada PT. Karya Mandiri dilakukan dengan cara pembeli datang langsung ke penjual untuk melakukan transaksi penjualan, transaksi tersebut diolah menggunakan program aplikasi MS Excell, sehingga mengakibatkan tidak ada histori data atau data log dan data sulit digunakan secara bersama sama serta saat rekonsiliasi data membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Dari permasalahan diatas, penulis melakukan perbaikan sistem berupa sistem informasi penjualan Rooling Door yang berbasis e-Commerce yang bertujuan untuk pengolahan data penjualan Rooling Door. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang diawali dengan pengumpulan data, analisa dan perancangan sistem yang melibatkan pengguna hingga mencapai sistem yang diingikan dan diakhiri dengan implementasi sistem.

Mercu Buana University is one of the private universities in Indonesia, especially in DKI Jakarta, which has a large number of students and a number of graduations. However, the University management has difficulty predicting a pattern and graduation rate from existing student data in each academic year. Most researchers use data mining techniques to find a regularity of patterns or relationships set on large data. In this paper, to predict patterns and analyze student graduation rates researchers use data mining by focusing on the classification process using emerging pattern algorithms on the timeliness of student studies. In this study the data used came from combined data between student master data and graduation data. The results of testing the data carried out by researchers in the data mining application produce graduation patterns with various variations according to the learning attributes used, namely gender, class, study program, lecture system and student GPA. By using the results of testing this study, it is expected that the resulting data can help the management of the University as a basis for analysis in planning the teaching and learning process strategy to increase the graduation rate on time and as a support for the management of Mercu Buana University

PT BETANET as Non-Bank Fund Transfer Provider has an obligation to comply the provisions of 19/10 / PBI / 2017 concerning about Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction. (AML/CFTWMD) for Non-Bank Payment System Service Providers and Non-Bank Foreign Currency Exchange Business Operators. Having Remittance partners abroad and Domestic transactions with an average of 50 thousand transactions per month, BETANET must have a special AML & CFT unit to ensure that fund transfer activities are complies with the PBI about AML & CFT. The duties of the AML & CFT Unit are routinely ensure that funds transfer transactions which are deemed suspicious or not. The parameter of suspicious transaction has been set out in the policy. However, the current conditions of BETANET, it does not have a monitoring system which is integrated with the Host Remittance System. It means that the AML & CFT activities are still carried out manually every day, so that it will create several risks such as Operational risk, Reputation risk, Legal risk. Judging from these conditions and problems, this study will propose to build a security system for web-based fund transfer transactions. Based on the results of system monitoring, there is no need to do manual checking for suspicious transactions. The AML & CFT Officer will get an Alert or Notification to the Email automatically every day. So they can run the next process such as Enhanced Due Diligenced (EDD) to partners if any suspicious transaction found. It helps Financial Transaction Reporting and Analysis Center (FTRAC) for transactions of Suspected Terrorist Lists and Terrorist Organizations (STLTO), as well as the List of Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism and the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction. (AML/CFTWMD)
