Abstract

Currently, there is no specific platform to manage the adoption process for stray animals in Indonesia. This paper describes the design of a Mobile Application created to address this issue in Jakarta, named myAnimach. This app allows strays and potential adopters to meet their needs easier. myAnimach provides a user-friendly, generic user interface to help them find the strays that meet their criteria or make a post about strays in their neighborhood. Users who want to adopt or offer animals to be adopted can log in or create an account on myAnimach. If the user is interested in becoming an adopter, they need to fill the adoption form. There are several stages in the adoption process. The completion of all the stages will result in an issuance of an adoption letter from myAnimach. Aside from adopting animals, users can also look for adopters for their animals by filling out the upload form on the mobile application.

Abstract

Alternatives to promoting companies with a variety of products, besides being able to reduce paper use which has an impact on promotion costs, and creating a wider market, are the main reasons why this research was conducted. There are two types of websites that can be used in business development, namely online store websites and company profile websites. The purpose of digital company profiles is to display company profiles and build credibility in cyberspace. Digital company profile does not bring revenue directly like online store websites, but digital website-based company profiles become a more accurate and trusted source of information. Through a digital company profile, a better business image can be built and entrepreneurs can show the world that the goods and products offered are of good quality. This digital company profile is a promotional media campaign that is more effective and efficient. Website-based Digital Company Profile application, as a means of promotion, is made with the Design and Development of Multimedia Systems that integrate its components. The end result of this application is in the form of files that can be applied in the form of a disk and uploaded on the website.

Abstract

There are various kinds of sorting data methods that we know of which are Bubble Sort, Selection Sort, Insertion Sort, Quick Sort, Shell Sort, and Heap Sort methods. All of these methods have their respective strengths and weaknesses, the use of which is determined based on needs. Each method has a different algorithm, where the difference in this algorithm affects the execution time. In this paper the authors make a comparison of the 2 methods of sorting data, namely the Sort Sort and Insertion Sort methods, with consideration that the two methods are concise algorithms and have almost the same algorithm pattern. , using the same number and data model. The purpose of this comparison is to provide an overview of the two methods, which method has faster execution time, whether the Selection sort method or the Insertion Sort method.

Abstract

The numerical method is a technique used to formulate mathematical problems so that they can be solved using ordinary arithmetic operations. In general, numerical methods are used to solve mathematical problems that cannot be solved by ordinary analytical methods. In the Numerical Method, we know two types of system equations, namely the Linear Equation System and the Non-Linear Equation System. Each system of equations has several methods. In the System, the Linear Equation between the methods is the Gauss Elimination method, the Gauss-Jordan Elimination method, the LU (Lower-Upper) Decomposition method. And for the Non-Linear Equation System between the methods is the Bisection method (Share-Two), Falsi Regula method, Newton Raphson method, Secant method, and Fix Iteration method. In this study, researchers are interested in comparing the two methods in the Non-Linear Equation System, namely the Bisection method and the Falsi Regula method. And this benchmarking process uses the Java programming language tool, this is to facilitate analysis of method completion algorithms, and monitoring in terms of execution time and output analysis. So that we can clearly know what differences occur between the two methods.

Abstract

This study aims to apply to moodle e-learning to Trisakti University students majoring in informatics engineering and information systems, knowing the feasibility of e-learning produced as a source of student learning, and revealing the effectiveness of e-learning towards the achievement of student learning outcomes. This study shows that e-learning was developed with Moodle through three stages, namely: first planning, design, and development, both e-learning are feasible to use for students, and the third is the application of e-learning to Trisakti University students majoring in informatics engineering and systems information effectively improves student cognitive learning outcomes. This is evidenced by a survey conducted by the author.

Abstract

Content Provider adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bisnis telekomunikasi dengan jasapelayanan SMS premium. Perkembangan dunia telekomunikasi dan teknologi membuat contentprovider saling bersaing untuk membuat layanan atau konten yang menarik. Dengan banyaknyapelanggan yang menggunakan konten tersebut maka pemintaan terhadap layanan SMSmeningkat.PT IVM adalah salah satu perusahaan content provider. Aplikasi SMS Gateway masihberjalan secara sinkron. Hal ini menyebabkan permintaan pelanggan tidak dapat dilayani denganbaik. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi antrian yang dapat menampung data SMS,sebelum data diproses dan dikirim ke operator.Aplikasi antrian yang dibuat menggunakan banyak chanel (Multiple Channel) dan banyakphase (Multi Phase). Aplikasi dibagi berdasarkan operator dan terdiri dari 3 phase, antrian proses,antrian kirim dan antrian basis data. Antrian proses adalah antrian yang menampung data yangmasuk dari operator. Antrian kirim adalah antrian yang menampung data yang sudah diprosesdan siap dikirim ke operator. Dan antrian basis data adalah antrian yang menampung data untukdimasukkan kedalam basis data sebagai log transaksi.

Abstract

Computer course institute Yogz Course is a computer education institution that providecomputer training services. But then, for the time being, the numbers of participant slowly reduced.The reason of this issue is because most of the participants constrainted by travalled distance to thecourse location and not rarely somehow course schedule clashed with other activities. Because ofthat for settling this issue, it is necessary to build an online course application that can be accessedanytime and any where without constrainted by time and distances as long as connected to theinternet. This research goes in a certain direction for producing a simple web based onlinecomputer course application, small, and solid in filling all of the requirement of Yogz Courseinstitution by creating a method of flexible learning and teaching process but still in line with itcurriculum and scoring standard, and also without overrided user friendly element to the end users.To build this application, the method applied is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), consist ofCommunication (Analysis Requirement), Planning, Modeling, Construction, Deployment. Thisapplication coded with programming languages such as PHP, HTML and CSS, plus MySQL asdatabase. The result of this research is website of Yogz Course online computer course. With thisonline course application, it is expected can give an easy way for course institution in recruitingmore participants and facilitate the participants for going through in learning and teaching processwithout any worry of constrainted by the time and distance as long as internet media available, butstill in line with the curriculum applied by the institution.

Abstract

Currently the Hospital Sawerigading Palopo still using manual systems in data processinginpatients and outpatients, the data processing system are now experiencing difficulties in findingthe necessary patient data so it takes a long time. In addition the processing of patient data with thecurrent system does not have a good reporting system, so we need a new system, which canovercome these problems. Therefore, Sawerigading Regional General Hospital (HospitalSawerigading) require patient data processing applications that are capable of handling a varietyof obstacles above. Applications will facilitate the processing of patient data to hospital officials indata processing and printing patient reporting of patient data.

Abstract

During the implementation of database system, needs of getting fast, accurate and highavailabilitydata, has become major clauses for the implementation of “high-availability” system.Oracle 10g RAC is a clustered database solution that requires a two or more node hardwareconfiguration capable of working together under a clustered operating system. A clusteredhardware solution is managed by cluster management software, usually provided by the hardwarevendor. The operating system is also responsible for providing access to the shared disksubsystems. Parameters that used for the performance testing and analyzing of Oracle 10g RealApplication Cluster are the cpu idle, free memory, SGA, buffer cache, and shared pool. As result forthe performance testing and analyzing, it can be concluded that Oracle 10g Real ApplicationCluster was really good for the implementation of “high-availability system” concept. But it alldepends to the analysis for its system.

Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan Tugas Akhir pada Program Studi Informatika Fasilkom UMB, banyakmahasiswa yang mengambil sebuah topik skripsi tidak sesuai dengan kemampuan nya dalambidang tersebut, hal tersebut terlihat dari mata kuliah pendukung untuk topik tersebutmendapatkan nilai yang tidak memuaskan. Sehingga akan berpengaruh kepada kesiapanmahasiswa tersebut dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhirnya. Maka penelitian ini merumuskanbagaimana mengimplementasikan teori Dempster Shafer dalam menghasilkan keputusanpengambilan topik tugas akhir bagi Mahasiswa Program Studi Teknik Informatika. Metodologipenelitian yang digunakan adalah waterfall, dan rekayasa perangkat lunak yang digunakanadalah menggunakan UML. Dengan implementasi teori dempster shafer ini, maka mahasiswaakan diberikan sebuah hasil yang terkait dengan topik tugas akhir yang akan diambil yaituPemrograman Aplikasi atau jaringan.
