Abstract

Bogor Regent Decree Number 443/432 / Kpts / Per-UU / 2020 contains the prohibition of locations that must be closed and locations that are allowed to be opened in the context of Preventing the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the decision of the Bogor Regent Number 443/432 / Kpts / Per-UU / 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) phase three. The research data were collected using a questionnaire, interview, and observation instruments. Research shows that residents have tried to follow the rules and obey them so that people are free from the spread of Covid-19 and try to provide the best service according to the rules. AbstrakSurat Keputusan Bupati Bogor Nomor 443/432/Kpts/Per-UU/2020 yang berisi tentang Larangan lokasi yang harus ditutup maupun lokasi yang diperbolehkan dibuka dalam rangka Pencegahan Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas keputusan Bupati Bogor Nomor 443/432/Kpts/Per-UU/2020 tentang Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) tahap tiga. Data Penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi.  Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa warga telah berusaha mengikuti aturan dan mematuhinya, supaya masyarakat terbebas dari penyebaran Covid-19 dan berusaha memberikan pelayanan terbaik sesuai aturan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing regulations in the prevention and control of COVID-19. This study uses legal research methods based on empirical normative research. The results of the research: it was found that a series of government policies in handling the COVID-19 pandemic, had a significant impact after the implementation of policies during the pandemic period, efforts to prevent, control and control the COVID-19 pandemic were carried out in such a way at the research location despite facing various obstacles and violations. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan aturan dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yang berbasis pada jenis penelitian normatif empiris. Adapun hasil penelitian: ditemukan rangkaian kebijakan pemerintah dalam penanganan pandemik COVID-19, terjadi dampak yang cukup signifikan pasca penerapan kebijakan di masa pandemi, upaya pencegahan, pengendalian, dan penanggulangan pandemi COVID-19 dilakukan sedemikian rupa di lokasi penelitian meski menghadapi berbagai kendala dan pelanggaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of online learning in RW. 07 Haur Jaya and know the advantages and disadvantages of online learning. The research data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. This study found that students still do not understand the online learning system. Therefore, there needs to be guidance from parents and the need for monitoring from parents. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan pembelajaran daring di RW. 07 Haur Jaya serta mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan pembelajaran daring. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, interviu, dan observasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa para siswa masih belum mengerti sistem pembelajaran daring. Karena itu, perlu adanya bimbingan dari orang tua dan perlunya pemantauan dari orang tua.

Abstract

Perwali no.64 of 2020 is a regulation issued by the Mayor of Bogor by implementing administrative sanctions for the people of Bogor City who violate the regulations of the Perwali to prevent the spread and transmission of Covid-19. From the observations there were residents' activities that were at risk of causing the spread and transmission of Covid-19 and receiving administrative sanctions during the PSBB. Of the activities that have received administrative sanctions, residents of Rukun Warga 16 have tightened health protocols following applicable regulations. AbstrakPerwali no.64 tahun 2020 adalah peraturan yang dikeluarkan oleh Wali Kota Bogor dengan menerapkan sanksi administratif bagi masyarakat Kota Bogor yang melanggar aturan dari Perwali tersebut dalam rangka pencegahan penyebaran dan penularan Covid-19. Dari hasil observasi terdapat kegiatan warga yang berisiko menyebabkan penyebaran dan penularan Covid-19 serta mendapat sanksi administratif selama PSBB berlangsung. Dari kegiatan yang telah mendapat sanksi administratif itu, warga Rukun Warga 16 mengetatkan protokol kesehatan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.

Abstract

At the end of 2019, the world was being shocked by the emergence of a new Coronavirus, namely Covid-19. The emergence of this virus causes all aspects of human life to change and experience a decline, resulting in many deaths. With the emergence of this virus, people feel restless, so that to prevent the spread of this virus, many efforts and prevention are made, one of which is Social Distancing which is also implemented in Indonesia as stated in Government Regulation Number 21 of 2020. This research uses qualitative research methods with an empirical literature approach. . Data obtained from government regulations, as well as phenomena that occur in the field. From the results of this study it is concluded that the community is worried about the Coronavirus, but is also aware that to prevent transmission, residents feel it is important to carry out the implementation of Social Distancing to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. AbstrakPada akhir tahun 2019 dunia sedang dikagetkan dengan munculnya Coronavirus baru, yaitu Covid-19. Munculnya virus ini mengakibatkan semua aspek dalam kehidupan manusia berubah serta mengalami penurunan, hingga banyak pula munculnya kematian. Dengan munculnya virus ini masyarakat merasa resah, sehingga untuk mencegah penyebaran virus ini dilakukan banyak upaya dan pencegahan, salah satunya adalah Social Distancing yang diterapkan juga di Indonesia yang tercantum dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur empiris. Data yang didapat dari peraturan pemerintah, serta fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa masyarakat resah dengan adanya Coronavirus ini, namun juga sadar untuk melakukan pencegahan penularan, warga merasa penting untuk diadakannya pelaksanaan Social Distancing guna mencegah penyebaran Coronavirus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see whether the current regulations have met the expectations and targets that are wanted in the context of dealing with the spread of the Coronavirus. The research data were collected using a questionnaire and also interviews. The research was conducted in the Pabuaran Mekar environment. The results showed that (1) the majority of the public already knew about the regulations made by the government regarding PSBB in general. (2) The majority of the people have carried out the government's recommendations as stated in the PP. (3) The majority of the public thinks that the existence of regulations regarding PSBB will be able to reduce the spread of COVID-19 to be smaller which continues to increase every day. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah peraturan yang telah ada saat ini telah memenuhi ekspektasi dan juga target yang dinginkan dalam rangka penanganan penyebaran virus Corona. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan cara kuesioner dan juga interviu. Penelitian dilakukan di lingkungan Pabuaran Mekar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Mayoritas masyarakat sudah mengetahui tentang peraturan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah mengenai PSBB secara garis besar. (2) Mayoritas masyarakat telah menjalankan anjuran pemerintah sebagaimana yang telah tertuang di dalam PP tersebut. (3) Mayoritas masyarakat menilai bahwa dengan adanya peraturan mengenai PSBB ini akan mampu menekan angka penyebaran COVID-19 menjadi lebih kecil yang terus meningkat setiap harinya.
