Jurnal JU-ke adalah kepanjangan dari jurnal ketahanan pangan. Jurnal ini disusun untuk mewadahi hasil-hasil penelitian yang berbasis pada ketahanan pangan yang diartikan secara integrasi yang holistik. Ketahan pangan bisa dilihat dari aspek hukum, pendidikan, pertanian, kebijakan publik, bisnis, teknik, lingkungan, agama, ekonomi dan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu dari semua jurusan dalam masuk didalamya tetapi ketajaman analisis ujung-ujungnya (the end) mendukung pada ketahanan pangan yang berorientasi pada manajemen pangan.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to create a learning multimedia with Microsoft Power Point-based using Visual Basic for Application (VBA) as well as to describe the effectiveness of its application in learning Mathematics of Economy both quantitatively and qualitatively. Mathematics of Economy is a subject studied by 4th semester students of Mathematics Education study program in Teacher Training and Education Faculty of University of Islam Malang. The effectiveness is assessed from two factors, they are student’s learning outcome and student’s learning motivation. This study gives an alternative in learning Mathematics of Economy which is more attractive and more interactive. By using this multimedia in the class, the learning materials will be easier to be understood so that the student’s learning outcome and learning motivation can be improved. The result of the quantitative analysis shows that the students in the class where the learning multimedia with Microsoft Power Point-based using VBA is applied have better learning outcomes than students with conventional learning method in the class. While the results of observation and interview as the way to do the qualitative analysis shows that learning motivation is improved in the class where the learning multimedia with Microsoft Power Point-based using VBA is applied.

Abstract

Households in rural East Java consume protein below the national protein adequacy standard. This study explains the effect of price, income and demographic variables on animal food demand using the Quadratic Almost Ideal Demand System model approach. The research data use the 2016 Susenas data. The results show that the increase in income increases the consumption of animal food. All animal food is a luxury item except eggs and preserved fish. Powdered milk is most sensitive to changes in income, followed by beef. Price increases reduce animal food consumption Income policies are more effective than price policies
