<![CDATA[With the expansion of the Pizza Hut business in big cities, it tries to expand its business network. One way is to open a branch in Pamekasan City with district scope, which targets the middle to lower economic community. The purpose of this study was to see and analyze the effect of price, service quality, and atmosphere simultaneously influencing consumer loyalty with the intervening variable of customer satisfaction at Pizza Hut, Pamekasan City. The results showed that there was a significant influence of price, service quality, and atmosphere variables on loyalty through customer satisfaction. This can be seen from the results of the F test on the variables of price, service quality, and atmosphere on loyalty through customer satisfaction, it is obtained an F table of 4.18 < F count of 12.947, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In particular, the price also adjusts to the purchasing power of the people belonging to the district level. The quality of service provided by Pizza Hut in Pamekasan City can be said to be good, but it must also pay attention to local wisdom and be sustainable (recruiting local human resources in Pamekasan Regency).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship courses on students' interest in entrepreneurship in Economics Education students at Ganesha University of Education. This study uses an inferential approach and the type of data is quantitative. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sample used was 77 students from class 2019. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Simple regression data analysis technique, classic assumption test, t test hypothesis test and test the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Entrepreneurship Course had a positive and significant effect on Student Entrepreneurship Interests. This can be seen from the results of a simple regression analysis, the value of the X variable is 0.558, meaning that the increasing X variable will result in an increase in Y variable. The result of the t test is a significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05, which means that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. The test results for the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.496 means that the influence of Entrepreneurship Course (X) on Interest in Entrepreneurship (Y) is 49.6% while the rest is influenced by other variables.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to find out the increase in student learning activeness by applying the problem based learning model. This type of study is classroom action research (CAR). This study involved teacher and student subjects with a total of 27 students consisting of 12 female and 15 male in class 11th Social Studies 2 SMA Negeri 2 Mendoyo for the 2022/2023 academic year. The results of the study found that there was an increase in student learning activity seen from the data obtained after observing students during cycle I and cycle II. Cycle I the average value of students' learning activeness obtained by students was 52% in the less category. Cycle II the average value of student learning activity obtained by students was 82% which was in the very high category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the activeness of student learning using the problem-based learning model in economics subjects in class 11th Social Studies 2 SMA Negeri 2 Mendoyo has increased.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to identify how parents' socio-economic status and financial literacy influence student decision-making about their personal finances among the Class of 2021 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Education, Ganesha. This research uses a causal research design and relies on quantitative data. A questionnaire approach was used to collect data for this investigation. Two hundred sixty five students were surveyed out of a potential seven hundred eighty nine from the Faculty of Economics of Ganehsa University of Education Batch 2021. Deliberate sampling was used for data collection. This research includes a series of statistical tests which include multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests, and classical assumption tests. The findings of this research indicate that (1) the socio-economic status of the parents and (2) the financial literacy of the parents has a significant positive effect on the financial management of their children, and (3) the socio-economic status of the parents alone has no effect on financial management. An X1 value of 0.263 indicates that an increase in X1 will result in an increase in Y, and an X2 value of 0.303 indicates an increase in X2 will result in an increase in Y, this can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression. H1 there is acceptance because the significance value of the t-test does not exceed 0.05 for the variable of parents' socioeconomic status; H2 is accepted because the significance value of the t-test does not exceed 0.05 for the financial literacy variable; and H3 there is acceptance because the significance value of the f-test does not exceed 0.05. <![CDATA[The Gig Economy Worker phenomenon is becoming an option for Generation Z to work; the problems that occur are the lack of attention from the Government in providing good guarantees for Gig Economy Workers, so it is necessary to conduct research that has the objective of How to Form Government Attention in Providing Social Security and Protection for Gig Economy Worker, What is the Role of the Digital Freelancer Marketplace in the Development of the Gig Economy Worker; What is the Role of Social Media on the Development of the Gig Economy Worker. The methodology in this study is that this type of research is analytic observational using a case-control or case-control research design. The results of this study show that there is still a need for more government attention because they do not provide social security and legal protection, and the results of the development of the Gig Economy, Workers are heavily influenced by the Digital Freelancer Marketplace and social media. This research has good implications for the development of science and illustrates that Gig Economy Workers are entitled to social security and protection where Gig Economy Workers work.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine whether cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover affect profitability. This research uses causal quantitative research. Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) di Kecamatan Payangan, constitute the population in this study, there are 48 LPD. The total sample in this study was 33 LPD obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The types of data used are quantitative data, secondary data sources, and documentation data collection. Multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis technique used. The results showed that (1) the level of cash turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability. (2) accounts receivable turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability. (3) the level of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on profitability. The higher the cash turnover, the cash that comes back through sales can be used to fund the company's operational activities. So that the financial condition of the LPD will always be protected and profitability will also increase. The higher the turnover of receivables from disbursed loans will be followed by an increase in profits from the disbursed credit interest thereby increasing profitability.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of volunteer tax assistance, e-filing, and tax socialization on the compliance of individual taxpayers (WPOP) in reporting annual tax returns (SPT) at the Pratama Gianyar Tax Office (KPP). This type of research is causal research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Gianyar, totaling 288.229 taxpayers. The number of samples in this study was 100, calculated based on the Slovin formula and taken using a proportional random sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary and secondary. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 60,463 – 0,384+ 0,332 – 0,334 is obtained. The results of this hypothesis test indicate that the e-filling variable has a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at the Gianyar Pratama Tax Service Office, while the variables volunteer tax assistance and tax socialization have a negative and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at the Gianyar Primary Tax Service Office. Subsequent results show that volunteer tax assistance, e-filling, and tax socialization together have an effect on individual taxpayers (WPOP) in reporting annual SPT at KPP Pratama Gianyar, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount > Ftable (7.371 > 3.091).]]>

<![CDATA[Cooperatives are a form of business that contributes positively to Indonesian economic development and welfare by increasing the remaining results of cooperative operations. This study aims to examine the effect of own capital and total assets on the acquisition of the remaining business results of the Civil Servants Cooperative in Buleleng District. The data analysis method used in this study was the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t-test, and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the research based on multiple linear regression analysis show that (1) there is an effect of own capital and total assets on the acquisition of the remaining business results of the Buleleng Sub-district Civil Servant Cooperative of 0.938, (2) there is an effect of own capital on the acquisition of the remaining business results of the Buleleng Sub-District Civil Servant Cooperative of 0.735, (3) there is an effect of total assets on the acquisition of the remaining results of the operations of the Buleleng Civil Servant Cooperative of 0.928. The test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) were 0.874 (87.4%), while the rest were influenced by other variables by 0.126 (12.6%).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of suitability of compensation, information asymmetry, and organizational commitment on the tendency of accounting fraud at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Tampaksiring District. This research is a causal quantitative research using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 102 respondents from a total population of 181 respondents. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Appropriate Compensation, Information Asymmetry, and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on the Tendency of Fraud Accounting (2) Compensation Appropriate has a positive and significant effect on the Tendency of Fraud Accounting (3) Information Asymmetry has an effect positive and significant towards the Tendency of Fraud Accounting (4) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on the Tendency of Fraud Accounting.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of conducting this research is to find out how the work environment and work commitment actually affect the performance of employees at the Village Credit Institution (VCI), which is precisely located in the Tejakula District area. This research process activity is included in the scope of causal quantitative research using total sampling techniques or the use of saturated samples to carry out the process of determining the number of samples. The number of samples used in this activity was 68 respondents from the recorded population of 104 people. The instrument used by the researchers in the process of data collection activities was in the form of questionnaires using data analysis techniques and also using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of carrying out research activities are: (1) work environment and work commitment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and (3) Work commitment produces a positive and significant influence on employee performance.]]>
