Abstract

ABSTRAK          Pengelolaan keuangan menjadi salah satu masalah yang seringkali terabaikan oleh para pelaku bisnis UMKM di Tanjung Bumi, khususnya berkaitan dengan penerapan kaidah-kaidah pengelolaan keuangan dan akuntansi yang benar. Masalah ini biasanya timbul dikarenakan pengetahuan dan informasi pelaku UMKM mengenai akuntansi sangat terbatas, latar belakang pendidikan para pelaku UMKM juga mempengaruhi pengetahuan para pelaku usaha Objek yang akan dianalisa yaitu akuntansi berbasis SAK ETAP. Tujuan khusus dari pengabdian ini yaitu mereka mampu menerapkan dan menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai SAK ETAP. Adapun pelaksanaanya akan diadakan selama 2 (dua) hari, yaitu: yang pertama, memberikan pemahaman mengenai manfaat penyusunan laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK ETAP kepada peserta dan langkah-langkah dalam penyusunannya. Kemudian di hari berikutnya akan diadakan pendampingan pembuatan laporan keuangan sesuai langkah-langkah yang sudah di pahami. Nantinya peserta/pemilik UMKM batik di tanjung bumi diharapkan dapat menyusun laporan keuangan dan melakukan pelaporan keuangan sesuai standdar SAK ETAP demi baik dan sehatnya bisnis yang dijalankan.Kata kunci: UMKM, SAK ETAP, Batik.

Abstract

This research aims to find out implementations of GCG (Good Corporate Governance) in thecompany of PT. Penerbit Erlangga, thebranch of Surabaya. TheMethod of data collection inthese studies uses questionnaires and GCG uses likert scaleto measure the level ofimplementation. The results of this research show the implementation of Good CorporateGovernance in this company does not reveal the financial information clearly and it can not beaccessed by interested parties easily or lack of transparency.However,PT Penerbit Erlanggakeepsapplying Good Corporate Governance principles well.Keywords: GCG (Good Corporate Governance)

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam pendidikan akuntansi selama ini menekankan pada peningkatan kemampuan dan kecerdasan intelektual (akal). Oleh karena itu, pemahaman akuntansi seringkali diukur berdasarkan kecerdasan intelektual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemahaman mahasiswa atas akuntansi berdasarkan kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan kecerdasan sosial. Fenomenologi digunakan sebagai alat analisis pemahaman akuntansi dan kesadaran emosional, spiritual/ religius dan sosial mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, salah satu jenis dalam penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Peneliti memilih jenis penelitian fenomenologi karena peneliti ingin memahami dan mengungkapkan fenomena dalam pemahaman kecerdasan emosional, spiritual, dan sosial yang terjadi di lapangan secara alami, utuh, dan akurat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of integrated digital marketing in the home industry marketing strategy in Bandang Daja Village, Tanjung Bumi District. The population in this study are all home industry entrepreneurs who are in the village of Bandang Daja and are affected by the economy from the current COVID-19 pandemic, which amounts to around 10 entrepreneurs. The results show that in the future every home industry in the village of Bandang Daja chooses demographic, psychographic, and consumer behavior segmentation groups in digital marketing and does not only choose one segmentation. This digital marketing strategy will later be used to increase distribution or distribution that focuses on platforms, as well as a marketplace that provides several product details and is also equipped with a contact person which will contain the address of the instant messenger. It is also hoped that in the future the home industry in Bandang Daja village will carry out integrated digital marketing as the main marketing strategy to maximize sales and profits. Little by little and consistently the use of digital media really helps the home industry in the village of Bandang Daja in carrying out marketing functions effectively and efficiently as well as improving the economy during a pandemic that puts pressure on it like it is today.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is very important in the development of the digital business world in Indonesia, which is currently in a state of the covid pandemic. This community service aims to provide training and digital marketing assistance to the home industry in the village of Bandang Daja to be able to improve the economy of the village community, it is necessary to have knowledge about the use of digital marketing applications in this case Canva and social media. This service method is carried out by counseling, discussing, asking questions and continuing with direct practice of using the application. From the results of this activity, the response of the Home Industry owner to the delivery of the material was 80% very understanding and 20% understood. While at the practice stage, the response of the Home Industry owner to the practice session was 90% very understanding and 10% understood. With this training, it is hoped that it can improve the entrepreneurial spirit during the current covid pandemic and have a positive influence on the knowledge of Home Industry owners and their application in digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study was made to determine the effect of ease of use, promotion, risk and service features on the use of e-wallet (Flip) with attitude as an intervening variable in Bangkalan City. The independent variables are ease of use, promotion, risk, and service features, with the dependent variable being use and the intervening variable being attitude. The sample is the population of Bangkalan city totaling 100 respondents. Sampling was done by Snowball sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test including f test and t test. The results showed that simultaneously the x variable had an effect on the z variable (attitude) F counted 68,413 and a significance value of 0.00 <0.1, simultaneously the x variable had an effect on the y variable (Usage) with an calculated F value of 121,605 and a significance value of 0, 00 < 0.1, the variable y affects the variable z because in equation 1 the result is a significance value of 0.058 > 0.05, but simultaneously the variable x on y through z does not have a significant effect because in equation 2 the value of direct influence > influence indirect

Abstract

This research was taken from the phenomena that exist in the village of Tanjung Bumi, Bangkalan Regency. Where the village of Tanjung Bumi has the largest number of home industries compared to other villages, there are 49 batik home industries in Tanjung Bumi and it also attracts more workers to work in the home industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of housewives in improving family welfare and employment in the Batik Home industry. The method used in this research is descriptive method, where this method is an overview in the field regarding the role of housewives to improve family welfare and employment in the Batik Home industry by using in-depth interviews. The data used are primary data and secondary data which the researcher then reveals the content or meaning of the predetermined legal rules. The results of this study indicate that before the existence of the batik home industry, most housewives worked only as housewives and waited for their husbands to come work as fishermen, farmers, casual laborers. With the existence of a batik home industry, housewives can help ease the burden on their husbands and increase their income through the production of batik products

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of Lifestyle, Literacy, Attitudes and Social Environment on Financial Management (study of shipping wives in Lajing village, Arosbaya subdistrict).This research was created to determine the influence of lifestyle, literacy, attitudes and social environment on financial management (study of shipping wives in Lajing village, Arosbaya subdistrict) from an economic financial perspective. The independent variables in this research are lifestyle, literacy, attitudes and social environment. The population in this study were all shipping wives in Lajing village, Arosbaya subdistrict. The sample in this study used convenience sampling. Convenience sampling is a sample to obtain information quickly, cheaply and easily. Convenience sampling is often used. The sample was chosen because it was considered suitable for the research and could provide the information needed so there were 95 people sailing in Lajing village. The data collection technique used in this research is by observation, questionnaire and bibliography, while the data analysis technique in this research is the quantitative influence technique. The results of this research show that lifestyle and literacy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on financial management. Meanwhile, attitudes and social environment simultaneously do not have a positive and significant influence on financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of diffusion of innovation in the implementation of hygiene programs in Bangkalan Regency, to understand how hygiene innovations are accepted and adopted by the local community as well as the challenges faced in the cleanliness program implemented by the Bangkalan Initiative Community, to find out how much influence the success and failure of diffusion of hygiene innovations, including public awareness, limitations of infrastructure,  and participation in environmental cleanliness programs. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative research type. The types and sources of information used in this study are using 2 types, namely primary data and secondary data. Initial information obtained from the first source of information or field hands, then we obtained this secondary information based on observations from podcasts along with documentation on Bangkalan social media initiatives such as: YouTobe, Instagram, and Tik Tok. The results of the study show that although there are a number of efforts to increase public awareness and provide hygiene facilities, the low level of community participation and limited human resources (HR) are still the main obstacles. Therefore, a more interactive innovation diffusion strategy that involves direct community participation in each stage of the program is urgently needed to increase the effectiveness and reach the cleanliness program in Bangkalan. This study provides recommendations for improvements in the design and implementation of a more inclusive and sustainable hygiene program. The Bangkalan program initiative has a great impact in the field of cleanliness, especially the Bangkalan community. The first step in the process of diffusion of innovation in the Bangkalan cleanliness initiative is the role of education, especially educators, which is the main factor.

Abstract

Pengelolaan media dapat berjalan dengan baik dan efesian maka diperlukan sarana dan prasaran. Fasilitas yang lengkap tentu dapat meningkatkan mutu peserta didik jika digunakan sebaik mungkin. Terutama penggunaan media komputer maka diperlukan peran dari sekolah terutama bidang sarana dan prasarana dalam pemanfaatannya. Media sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun terkadang ketersediaannya kurang dilain pihak peserta didik dituntuk pintar dalam menggunakan komputer. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik mengambil permasalahan ini. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas penulis ini mengkaji pengelolaan media komputer dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi kelas XI. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peerencanaan pengunaan media komputer, pemanfaatan komputer serta kendala yang dihadapi. Metode yang di gunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan tehnik observasi , wawancara dan dokumentasi. Perencanaan pengunaan media komputer yang menentukan tujuanm keterpaduan, keadaan peserta didik, ketersediaan media komputer dan biaya. Pemanfaatan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan minat peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Kendala dalam media komputer yaitu faktor eksternal berupa sarana prasarana yang belum memadai, sedangkan faktor internal adalah kurangnya kepercayaan diri guru dalam menggunakan media komputer.
