Abstract

Students who used the Learning Together cooperative learning approach and students who used traditional learning methods were compared to see if there were any differences in economic learning outcomes. There were 94 XI IPS students in the study population. There were 63 students in the sample, 32 of whom were in the experimental group and 31 in the control group. The method of random sampling was used for the sampling. Pre- and post-test test procedures were used to collect data. The provided data were evaluated with the help of an independent sample t-test. The sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000-0.05 indicated that incorporating the Learning Together cooperative learning model into conventional teaching and learning practices had a significant impact on students' economics-related learning outcomes. The findings lead us to the conclusion that the Learning Together cooperative learning approach has the potential to enhance student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to determine the influence of leadership style on employee productivity, the influence of motivation on employee productivity, and the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee productivity at PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Tangerang. 841 employees of PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Tangerang, which is spread across various parts of its production activities, are used as a population in research. The sample used the Slovin formula for 89 employees. Multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, t-tests, f-tests, and determination coefficients are used for data analysis techniques. The results obtained are to explain that leadership style partially has a negative effect on employee work productivity; in other words, leadership style does not have much effect on employee work productivity at PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Tangerang; motivation partially has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Tangerang. Leadership style and motivation simultaneously affect the work productivity of employees at PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Tangerang.

Abstract

In carrying out this research activity, the objectives were to test: (1) the influence exerted by entrepreneurial knowledge on student entrepreneurial interest, (2) the influence exerted by social media on student entrepreneurial interest, and (3) the influence exerted by entrepreneurial knowledge and social media on student entrepreneurship interest. This type of research uses causalitative research. The population used was in the form of students from the Faculty of Economics who had succeeded in obtaining existing entrepreneurship courses in the 2019 to 2022 school year with a total of 1,842 people, so that the sample was ultimately used with a total of 329. The sample technique that the researchers used was a simple random sampling technique. The method used in carrying out the process of data collection activities is in the form of a questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis. In the final stage of testing the hypothesis in the form of a t-test and F-test, which are processed with the help of an application called SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of research activities show that (1) entrepreneurial knowledge has an influence that leads to positive results and also significant results on student entrepreneurship interest, (2) social media has an influence that leads to positive results and also significant results on student entrepreneurship interest, and (3) entrepreneurial knowledge and social media have an influence that leads to positive results and also significant results on student interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how far the quality of service between Expectations and Reality provided by Koperasi Laksmi Prasanthi Tembok Village Buleleng Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods in the form of questionnaires, but first tested validity and reliability. The number of samples used was 110 respondents. The sampling technique used Slovin's formula by taking the number of samples that must be representative so that the research results can be generalized and the calculation does not require a sample size table. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that of the 27 attributes studied, they have a total GAP value of -0.2. A total of 10 attributes have a positive GAP value where the quality of service is said to be quality and satisfying, while the other 17 attributes have a negative GAP value where the quality of service is said to be not quality and satisfying.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price discounts, bonus packs, and in-store displays on impulse buying behavior among Willy Mart Luwus consumers. Determination of the sample of 91 respondents using a nonprobability sampling technique with accidental sampling. The data used is causal quantitative. Using the analysis technique, namely multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that (1) the price discount has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying for Willy Mart Luwus consumers with a sig. of 0.016; (2) the bonus pack has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying for Willy Mart Luwus consumers with a sig. of 0.015; (3) in-store display has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying for Willy Mart Luwus consumers with a sig. of 0.000; (4) price discounts, bonus packs, and in-store displays have a simultaneous effect on impulse buying (Y) behavior for Willy Mart Luwus consumers with a sig. of 0.000.

Abstract

This research intends to analyze (1) the factors that influence the decisions of cooperative members in utilizing savings and loan services at KSP Manunggal Tama and (2) the dominant factors influencing the decisions of cooperative members in utilizing savings and loan services at KSP Manunggal Tama. This research uses a type of quantitative research. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique used was factor analysis. The sample in this research is members of the KSP Manunggal Tama cooperative with technical means of purposive sampling. The number of samples in the study was 155. The results of this research indicated that (1) the factors that influence the decisions of cooperative members in utilizing savings and loan services are management trust factors and ease of administration, and (2) the dominant factors implicate the decisions of cooperative members in utilizing savings and loans at KSP Manunggal Tama as a factor of management's trust in value Varimax Rotation 51.099%.

Abstract

This study aims to reverse-examine the effect of the variables of work motivation with work discipline, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of Credit Union (CU) employees in Dolat Rayat District. This type of research is causal quantitative using a data collection method in the form of a questionnaire, but first tested for validity and reliability. The number of samples used is 40 respondents. The sampling technique used is a multiple sample technique. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis t-tests, and hypothesis F-tests. The results of this study indicate: (1) there is a positive and partially significant effect of work motivation on the performance of CU employees in the Dolat Rayat District as indicated by the t-count value of the X1 variable of 5.154 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 (2) there is an influence positive and partially significant from work discipline to the performance of CU employees in Dolat Rayat District as indicated by the t-count value of the X2 variable of three,791 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 (3) there is a simultaneous significant effect of work motivation and discipline work on the performance of CU employees in Dolat Rayat Subdistrict as indicated by the F-count values ​​of the variables X1 and X2 of 14,837 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of educational interactions and the provision of rewards on student learning achievement in the economics subject class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Uluan for the academic year 2022/2023. There are 65 students as a population and sample with a total sampling technique. In addition, data was collected by using documentation and a questionnaire. The results of the research that can be seen from the acquisition of statistical data prove that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of educational interactions and the provision of rewards on student achievement. The equation that can be obtained is Y = Y = 28.269 + 0.3888X1 + 0.292X2. The data obtained on the coefficient of determination test (R Square) is 0.522. That is, educational interactions and the provision of rewards simultaneously on student achievement are 52.2%, and the remaining 47.8% are influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of entrepreneurial attitudes on students' interest in entrepreneurship in managing teaching factories at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. (2) How much influence does an entrepreneurial attitude have on students' entrepreneurial interest in managing the teaching factory at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja? This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja, with a total sample of 83 students from the acquisition of the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling. This type of research is causality research with a quantitative approach and data collection methods using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis.The results of this study are that it is known that the attitude variable (X) has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so that attitudes have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship at SMK N 1 Singaraja. Judging from the magnitude of the influence, the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) 0.878 is equal to 87%.This means that the entrepreneurial attitude variable affects the interest in entrepreneurship variable by 87%, and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aimed at investigating the effect of product differentiation strategies and promotions on consumer buying interest in the wawa cake business in semparuk. This research is quantitative research. This type of research is field research (field research) conducted by direct observation of the object under study to obtain appropriate data. The population in the study were all consumers of kue wawa semparuk. The sample in this study was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with random sampling, totaling 30 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variables of product differentiation and promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. The results of the F test (simultaneous) are 8.740, and the coefficient of determination is 0.393, meaning that the results above have the influence of variables XI and X2 together or simultaneously on variable Y by 39.3%, and the remaining 60.7% is influenced by other factors outside the variables that researchers do.
