Abstract

Companies can now handle and organize data systematically thanks to advances in information technology. Monitoring is a daily assessment (evaluation) of activities and progress. On the other hand, evaluation is an assessment carried out periodically regarding all achievements. Well-managed data will help companies make decisions. PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk is engaged in the manufacturing industry which meets customer needs by making product samples. One of the problems is that document control is carried out manually, which makes obtaining product trial data difficult. Additionally, there is no storage space for product sampling documents, which results in loss or damage to copies of documents. Product sampling is used according to customer needs, allowing companies to develop new products that meet customer or customer needs. Thus, the products produced will try to meet customer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to improve the services provided by PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk by building a goods delivery document monitoring system using the prototype method. To achieve this goal, previously built systems must be evaluated. The results obtained from monitoring goods delivery documents can increase the efficiency and efficiency of the service process with shorter waiting times and simpler delivery procedures. Using the prototype method can help PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk improve the efficiency and performance of its services.

Abstract

The development of science and technology in the management system of social and public facilities will assist in improving the performance of the sub-district government. Currently, the Pasar Kemis District office does not yet have a web-based infrastructure and facility management system to overcome the problem of collecting data on social and public facilities that still use a semi-computer system, namely recording infrastructure and facility data using paper, then recapitulation is carried out to make reports on social facilities. And general. This system still has shortcomings such as difficulty in finding data, allowing errors in data collection, data piling up and requiring a long time in the reporting process. To overcome the problems faced, the authors propose a web-based social and public facility management system so that data collection on facilities becomes easier, shortens time, is organized in data storage. The author uses the method of Observation, Interview, and Literature Study in collecting data. All data are summarized and then clearly described in the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making a prototype system using Adobe XD application and in analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the system, the researcher uses the SWOT method. This system is made using the PHP programming language with the Codeigniter framework. The system was tested using the Black Box Testing method. The computerized system makes it easier to manage infrastructure and facilities data so as to assist in the data collection process, data retrieval and reporting of social and public facilities.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin cepat membuat pola berfikir manusia berubah, dengan proses yang seperti ini diharapkan generasi yang akan datang diharuskan mempunyai keahlian yang lebih baik dibidang teknologi itu sendiri. Kebutuhan akan adanya kemudahan dari segi pemasaran saya rasa penting sekali bagi perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang supplier distributor guna menunjang dari segi akurasi dan kualitas pemasaran itu sendiri. Namun sistem yang berjalan saat ini masih tergolong kurang efisien dalam melayani kebutuhan customer. Hal ini dikarenakan sistem pemasaran produk hanya bisa diakses secara manual dan belum adanya media informasi seputar produk yang ditawarkan, oleh sebab itu dibuatlah suatu perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mengatur pemasaran produk di PT. Citra Karya Mitra Nusantara serta menjadi bahan dalam membuat laporan sistem penunjang keputusan. Dalam perancangan ini menggunakan metode data mining market basket analysis dan Max-Miner sebagai algoritma. Serta menggunakan metode penerapan sistem Waterfall atau sering dinamakan siklus hidup klasik (classic life cycle). Dengan demikian penelitian ini mengacu kepada bagaimana cara agar pemasaran produk dapat di akses dengan mudah, cepat, dan akurat dimanapun dan kapanpun calon customer dapat mengakses tanpa terkendala waktu dan tempat serta menjadi wadah Decision Maker dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology causes the need for information systems to increase to encourage people to carry out an activity so that it can be carried out quickly and precisely, and are required to be able to make decisions using the right method. so as to obtain benefits for the progress of information systems. The information system needed in handling the payment process must be precise and fast, errors in the payment entry process and payment calculation and the process of recording payment results. Currently the handling of tuition payments is still done semi-computerized using Microsoft Excel. then a system is needed that can equalize or convert courses. The method used in this information system is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method of the waterfall type model, which is expected to be able to easily determine the achievement of a system, where a website system that has been designed uses PHP with the Laravel Framework as its programming language and MySQL as a container. database storage, and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a system model to describe the flow of procedures in the form of objects consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams, The results of this test are in the form of data or information about payments. From the test results, it can be concluded that this system can perform the expected functions. Hopefully with this system, it can help the finance department to check the results of student payments in order to know whether the payment results are correct or not, so as to minimize recalculation in the management of financial statements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mempelajari bagaimana stres dan motivasi berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Sulfindo Adiusaha. Untuk bertahan dalam persaingan, setiap bisnis harus mempunyai sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang tangguh. SDM harus dilihat sebagai gabungan yang tangguh yang membentuk sinergi, dan peran sangat penting. Sampel dari 34 karyawan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan dengan kuesioner yang di bagikan, observasi, dan wawancara langsung. Asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, dan analisis deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini membuktikan Teori Two Factor Theory dan hubungannya dengan variabel penelitian. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Sulfindo Adiusaha. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana pengaruh stres dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan

Abstract

Pencatatan proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku di perpustakaan SMA Negeri 4 Cilegon hingga kini masih dilakukan secara manual. Akibat tidak adanya sistem penyimpanan data yang terintegrasi, petugas perpustakaan harus melakukan pengecekan berulang yang seringkali menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, termasuk terjadinya duplikasi data. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah website yang berfungsi sebagai sistem pencatatan peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan sistem berbasis Unified Modeling Language (UML), dengan menerapkan diagram use case, activity, dan class dalam tahap perancangan. Sistem diimplementasikan menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter serta basis data MySQL untuk pengelolaan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa website yang mendukung proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku secara digital. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui metode alpha dan beta test. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur telah berhasil dikembangkan dan berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya. Selain itu, hasil beta test dengan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sebesar 98% mengindikasikan bahwa sistem ini dinilai layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology compels educational institutions to adopt digital-based systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning and assessment processes. This study aims to design and develop a web-based online examination system at SMK Al Hikma. The system is expected to provide a solution to the limitations of conventional paper-based exams, which are time-consuming, prone to human error, and inefficient in terms of scoring. The system development method used is prototyping, with requirements analysis based on the PIECES framework (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service). The system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. Testing is conducted using the black-box method. The results of the study indicate that the developed system improves time efficiency, reduces operational costs, and enhances the accuracy of exam results.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to determine the influence of leadership style on employee productivity, the influence of motivation on employee productivity, and the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee productivity at PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Tangerang. 841 employees of PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Tangerang, which is spread across various parts of its production activities, are used as a population in research. The sample used the Slovin formula for 89 employees. Multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, t-tests, f-tests, and determination coefficients are used for data analysis techniques. The results obtained are to explain that leadership style partially has a negative effect on employee work productivity; in other words, leadership style does not have much effect on employee work productivity at PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Tangerang; motivation partially has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Tangerang. Leadership style and motivation simultaneously affect the work productivity of employees at PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Tangerang.

Abstract

The digital era demands organizations to adapt through sustainable business transformation that combines technological innovation and sustainability values. Digital leadership plays a crucial role in building an adaptive culture, driving innovation, and utilizing technology as a business strategy. This study aims to explore digital leadership strategies in supporting technology-driven business transformation aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The method used is a literature review and case study analysis of leading companies like Amazon, Tesla, and Gojek that have successfully undergone digital transformation. The focus of the research includes leadership vision, the utilization of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, and IoT, as well as the integration of sustainability principles through the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework. The findings show that a clear vision, mastery of technology, and commitment to sustainability are key factors for successful transformation, while also providing strategic insights for organizations in formulating relevant, competitive, and sustainable digital strategies. In order to achieve SDG goals, this study also highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration and the use of technology to create positive social impacts.

Abstract

PT Federal International Finance yang lebih dikenal dengan FIFGROUP merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembiayaan berupa sepeda motor, elektronik, gadget, furniture, umroh, haji, dana tunai, dan kontraktor alat berat. Strategi penerapan media promosi sebagai penggerak bisnis perusahaan masih kurang efektif karena selalu tertinggal dari pesaing. Peneliti menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk menganalisis permasalahan, sedangkan untuk desain souvenir peneliti menggunakan Adobe Illustrator , Adobe Photoshop CS6, dan CorelDRAW CS6 untuk menunjang kebutuhan promosi perusahaan dan menambah desain souvenir sebagai terobosan bagi perusahaan agar lebih mudah mendapatkan profit setiap bulan.
