Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kompetensi sosial Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng tahun 2013, (2) Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng tahun 2013, (3) Pengaruh kompetensi sosial terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng, sedangkan obyek penelitiannya adalah kompetensi dan kinerja pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompetensi sosial Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng cukup tinggi dan perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari skor rata-rata berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 161,86 yang berada dalam rentang skor 158 – 206, (2) Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng berada dalam kategori rendah dengan skor rata-rata 127,13 yang berada pada rentang 109 – 157, (3) Kompetensi sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai kolerasi sebesar 0,596 dan signifikan sebesar 0,002. Secara keseluruhan besar pengaruh kompetensi sosial terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Buleleng adalah sebesar 24,7% dan sisanya sebesar 75,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: kompetensi sosial, kinerja Abstract The aim of this study is to know (1) the social competence Civil Servants performance in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng 2013, (2) job performance Civil Servants performance in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng 2013, (3) the influence of social competence towards Civil Servants performance in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng. The subject of this study is Civil Servants performance in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng, meanwhile the object of this study is competence and job performance in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng. The data were collected through interview method, questionnaire and documentation, then analyzed by descriptive quantitative analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The study showed that, (1) social competence of Civil Servants in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng is sufficient high and it also need to be increased. It can be seen from the mean of the highest score is 161.86 in range 158-206, (2) the job performance of Civil Servants in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng is the lowest category in which the mean is 127.13 with range 109-157, (3) social competence of Civil Servants in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng contribute positive and significance influences towards job performance of Civil Servants in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng. It is showed from the result of correlation is 0.596 and significance score is 0.002 (0.2%). Overall, the effect of social competence towards performance of Civil Servants in Regional Civil Service Agency in Buleleng is 24.7% and the rest is 75.3% and it was influenced by other variables which was not examined in this study. keyword : Keywords: Social competence, job performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan, masa kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Indocitra Jaya Samudra tahun 2013. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi berganda. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Indocitra Jaya samudra sedangkan yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah latar belakang pendidikan, masa kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS 16.0 for windows yang meliputi uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) latar belakang pendidikan karyawan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari perhitungan thitung = 0,451 < ttabel = 1,661 atau p–value = 0,653 > α = 0.05 (2) masa kerja karyawan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari perhitungan thitung = 1,954 > ttabel = 1,661 atau p–value = 0,05 = α = 0.05 (3) latar motivasi kerja karyawan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari perhitungan thitung = 0,774 < ttabel = 1,661 atau p–value = 0,441 > α = 0.05 (4) latar belakang pendidikan, masa kerja, dan motivasi kerja karyawan tidak berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dari perhitungan uji F diperoleh Fhitung = 1,790 < Ftabel = 3.09 atau p–value = 0,154 > α = 0.05.Kata Kunci : latar belakang pendidikan, masa kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. This study aims to find out the affect of educational background, period of work, and motivation to work toward the employee performance at PT. Indocitra Jaya Samudra in the year 2013. This study belongs to descriptive quantitative research which involved 100 respondents. The method gathered data are interview, questionnaire, and documentation method, and analyzed through descriptive quantitative analysis and double regression analysis. The subject of this research was the employees of PT. Indocitra Jaya Samudra, whereas the object of this research was educational background, duration of work, motivation to work, and employee performance. The data were analyzed through double regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 for windows which involved t test and F test. The result of the research shows that (1) Educational background of the employees did not give significant effect toward the employees performance which can be seen from tcount = 0.451 < ttable = 1.661 or p-value = 0.653 > a = 0.05. (2) Work duration of the employee did not give significant effect toward the employee performance which can be seen from tcount = 1.954 > ttable = 1.661 or p-value = 0.05 = a = 0.05.(3) Works motivation of the employee did not give significant effect toward the employee performance which can be seen from tcount = 0.774 < ttable = 1.661 or p-value = 0.441 > a = 0.05. (4) Simultaneously, the educational background, period of work, and the work motivation did not give simultaneous and significant effect toward the employee performance from the calculation of F test, it can be obtained Fcount = 1.790 < Ftable = 3.09 or p-value = 0.154 > a = 0.05.keyword : educational background, period of work, work motivation, employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan ex post facto yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap aktivitas belajar, (2) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar, (3) pengaruh aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar, (4) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui aktivitas belajar Akuntansi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Akuntansi yang berjumlah 160 orang siswa dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 116 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket, dokumentasi dan observasi yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, (1) motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa, (2) motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, (3) aktivitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, (4) Motivasi belajarberpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar secara tidak langsung melalui aktivitas belajarakuntansi. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Belajar, Aktivitas Belajar, Hasil Belajar This research was a descriptive qualitative study which was conducted by using ex post facto approach. It aimed at finding (1) the influence of learning motivation to learning activity, (2) the influence of learning motivation to learning result, (3) the influence of learning activity on learning result, and (4) the influence of learning motivation on learning result trough accountancy learning activity. The population of this research was 160 students of tenth grade of accountancy class, and the sample was 116 students. The data was obtained through questionnaire, documents, and observation, which were analyzed using Path Analysis. The result of this study showed (1) the learning motivation gave influence on students’ learning activity, (2) the learning motivation gave influence on learning result, (3) the learning activity gave influence on learning result, and (4) the learning motivation gave influence on learning result, indirectly through accountancy learning activity. keyword : learning motivation, learning activity, learning result.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada (1) Pengaruh simultan biaya promotion mix terhadap nilai penjualan pada Adirama Hotel tahun 2003-2012, (2) Pengaruh parsial biaya periklanan terhadap nilai penjualan pada Adirama Hotel pada tahun 2003-2012, (3) Pengaruh parsial biaya promosi penjualan terhadap nilai penjualan pada Adirama Hotel pada tahun 2003-2012, (4) Pengaruh parsial biaya personal selling terhadap nilai penjualan pada Adirama Hotel pada tahun 2003-2012. Subjek penelitian ini adalah manajer hotel dan karyawan bagian akunting pada Adirama Hotel, Sedangkan obyek penelitiannya adalah data biaya promotion mix yang terdiri dari: biaya periklanan, promosi penjualan, dan penjualan perseorangan serta nilai penjualan jasa hotel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi dan wawancara. Dalam penelitian ini data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji ttest dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dari biaya promotion mix yang meliputi biaya periklanan, promosi penjualan dan personal selling terhadap nilai penjualan, (2) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dari biaya periklanan terhadap nilai penjualan, (3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dari biaya promosi penjualan terhadap nilai penjualan, (4) Tidak Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dari biaya personal selling terhadap nilai penjualan pada Adirama Hotel.Kata Kunci : Biaya Promotion Mix, Nilai Penjualan This study aimed to determine whether there were (1) Simultaneous effect of promotion mix against the value of sales at Adirama Hotel in 2003-2012, (2) Partial effect of advertising cost on sales value at Adirama Hotel in 2003-2012, (3) Partial effect of promotions cost on the sales value at Adirama Hotel in 2003-2012, (4) Partial effect of personal selling cost on sales value at Adirama Hotel in 2003-2012. The subjects were hotel manager and employees in the accounting department of Adirama Hotel , while the objects of research were the cost of data promotion mix consisting of : the cost of advertising, sales promotion, and personal selling and sales services of the hotel. Data collection methods used in this study were the documentation and interviews. In this study the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the classical assumption test , t-test and F test. The results of this study indicated that (1) Simultaneously, there was a positive and significant impact on the cost of the promotion mix which included the cost of advertising , sales promotion and personal selling to the sales value , (2) There was a positive and significant effect of the partial cost of advertising on sales , (3) Partially, there was a positive and significant effect of the cost of sales promotions on sales value , (4) Partially, no positive and significant effect of personal selling expenses to sales at Adirama Hotel. keyword : Promotion mix, sales value.

Abstract

Pengaruh Kompetensi Emosional dan Pengendalian Pekerjaan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45 Singaraja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanasi yang teruji tentang pengaruh kompetensi emosional dan pengendalian pekerjaan terhadap kinerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial pada karyawan PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45 Singaraja. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 58 karyawan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi ganda. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi emosional dan pengendalian pekerjaan baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : kinerja karyawan, kompetensi emosional, pengendalian pekerjaan The influence of Emotional Competency and Job Control on the Employee’s Performnce in the PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45 Singaraja. The purpose of this research is obtaining explanation finding which was been examined about the influence emotional competency and job control both simultaneously and partial in employee’s performance in the PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45 Singaraja. Data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed by multiple regression analysis. This research had been done in 58 employees by using kuantitative research design. The results of research show that emotional competency and job control both simultaneously and partial had been influenced positive and significant on the emplioyee’s performance in the PD BPR Bank Buleleng 45 Singaraja.keyword : employee’s performance, emotional competency, job control

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi investasi bisnis biodiesel dari minyak jelantah pada UD Samudra Kencana, dan (2) kelayakan bisnis biodiesel dari minyak jelantah pada UD Samudra Kencana. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis secara eksploratif dengan kriteria investasi NPV, IRR, dan Net BC. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa (1) faktor yang mempengaruhi investasi bisnis yaitu peluang usaha, anggaran modal, tenaga kerja, dan tekologi, (2) kelayakan bisnis berdasarkan kriteria investasi menunjukan bisnis layak dijalankan dengan hasil NPV, IRR, Net BC, bisnis biodiesel dari minyak jelantah pada UD Samudra Kencana pada tahun 2012 layak untuk dikembangkan.Kata Kunci : biodiesel, minyak jelantah, studi kelayakan bisnis. This research aim to know (1) the affecting factors investment business of biodiesel oil by used oil at UD Samudra Kencana, (2) business feasibility of Biodiesel oil by used oil at UD Samudra Kencana. Data collected with interview technique, and documentation and also exploration analysed with invesment criterion of NPV, IRR, and Net BC. Result of research which is showing that (1) the affecting factors investment business that is in the form of business opportunity, capital budget, labour, and technology, (2) business feasibility pursuant to investment criterion of showing a competent business run with result of NPV, IRR, Net BC, business biodiesel oil by used oil at UD Samudra Kencana in the year 2012 competent to be developed.keyword : biodiesel, used oil, business feasibility study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) besarnya pengaruh kompensasi finansial secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Delta Satria Dewata Denpasar, (2) besarnya pengaruh kondisi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Delta Satria Dewata Denpasar, (3) besarnya pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan kondisi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Delta Satria Dewata Denpasar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang diberi skor dengan mengacu pada skala likert. Dalam penelitian ini analisis regresi berganda digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa (1) kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Delta Satria Dewata Denpasar sebesar 32,3% yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup sesuai namun masih perlu diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan lagi, (2) kondisi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Delta Satria Dewata Denpasar sebesar 38,5% yang termasuk kategori cukup baik sehingga masih perlu diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan, (3) kompensasi finansial dan kondisi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 30,7% yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang sehingga perlu ditingkatkan lagi kondisi yang baik agar karyawan dapat bekerja dengan nyaman. Kata Kunci : Kinerja karyawan, kompensasi finansial, kondisi kerja This study aimed to determine (1) the magnitude of the partial effect of financial compensation on employee performance in Delta Satria Dewata Denpasar, (2) the magnitude of the partial effect of working conditions on the performance of employees at Delta Satria Dewata Denpasar, (3) the influence of financial compensation and conditions simultaneously work on the performance of employees at Delta Satria Dewata Denpasar. Data collection techniques which used are questionnaires were scored with reference to the likert scale. In this study multiple regression analysis is used as a method of data analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) the positive effect of financial compensation on employee performance on a Delta Satria Dewata Denpasar by 32.3% were included in the category are reasonably fit but still need more attention and improved again, ( 2 ) a positive effect on working conditions performance of employees at Delta Satria Dewata Denpasar at 38.5% were categorized well enough that still need to be considered and improved, (3) financial compensation and working conditions has a positive effect on the performance of employees is 30.7% were included in the category of being so need to be increased again in good condition so that employees can work comfortably. keyword : employee performance, financial compensation, working conditions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komite sekolah sebagai, (1) badan pertimbangan, (2) badan pendukung, (3) badan pengontrol, (4) badan penghubung terhadap pemenuhan standar pengelolaan pendidikan di SLTA se-Kota Singaraja tahun 2013/2014. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komite sekolah telah melaksanakan perannya dengan baik dan pemenuhan standar pengelolaan pendidikan telah memenuhi dalam pelaksanaannya. Hal ini ditunjukan dari skor total komite sekolah berada kategori baik dengan skor total 6973 yang berada dalam rentang skor 6643.2 - 8205.6 dan pemenuhan standar pengelolaan pendidikan.berada dalam kategori memenuhi dengan skor total 2085 yang berada pada rentang 1714.6 - 2116.8. Sedangkan dalam analisis regresi linear sederhana didapatkan hasil bahwa komite sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemenuhan standar pengelolaan pendidikan di SLTA se-Kota Singaraja tahun 2013/2014. Hal ini ditunjukan dari nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,606 atau 60,6% lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel 0,315. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut komite sekolah perlu mempertahankan bahkan lebih meningkatkan perannya dalam memenuhi standar pengelolaan pendidikan di tingkat satuan pendidikanKata Kunci : komite sekolah, standar pengelolaan pendidikan, satuan pendidikan This study aims to determine the effect of the school committee as, ( 1 ) the agency considerations , (2) supporting the body , ( 3 ) weight control , ( 4 ) the agency liaison to the compliance management of a high school education in the city of Singaraja year 2013/2014 . Data were collected through interviews , questionnaires and documentation , which is then analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis . The results showed that the school committee has been carrying out its role properly and compliance management education has met in its implementation . It is shown from the total score of the school committee were both categories with a total score of 6973 which is within the range of scores 6643.2 - 8205.6 and compliance management in the category pendidikan.berada meet with a total score of 2085 which is in the range 1714.6 - 2116.8 . While the simple linear regression analysis showed that the school committee has a significant effect on compliance management in high school education as the city of Singaraja year 2013/2014 . It is shown from the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.606 or 60.6 % greater than the value of 0.315 Ftabel . Based on these results the school committee needs to maintain and even further improve its role in meeting the standards of education management at the unit level of education.keyword : school committees, standards of education management, education units

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) tingkat keberhasilan PMW di Undiksha ditinjau dari aspek unit bisnis tahun 2012, 2) masalah yang dihadapi mahasiswa PMW dalam menjalankan unit bisnis tahun 2012, dan 3) cara mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi mahasiswa PMW tahun 2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian unit bisnis PMW, sedangkan objek penelitian tingkat keberhasilan PMW ditinjau dari aspek unit bisnis. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) tingkat keberhasilan PMW di Undiksha ditinjau dari aspek unit bisnis tahun 2012 secara keseluruhan memiliki pesentase sebesar 35% termasuk dalam kategori tidak berhasil, 2) masalah yang dihadapi mahasiswa PMW dalam menjalankan unit bisnis tahun 2012 yaitu arus kas tidak lancar, sulit mengkoordinasi antar anggota PMW dalam mengelola usaha, omset tidak memenuhi target, modal tidak mencukupi, persediaan barang tidak stabil, dan 3) cara mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi mahasiswa PMW tahun 2012 yaitu menawarkan harga produk yang lebih terjangkau, bekerjasama dengan partner, membentuk sistem kerja yang efektif, mempekerjakan karyawan, meningkatkan intensitas promosi, menghimpun modal dari modal pribadi atau pinjaman rekan kerja, dan menyesuaikan persediaan barang dengan permintaan konsumen. Kata Kunci : PMW, unit bisnis, dan tingkat keberhasilan This research was aimed at investigating 1) the degree of success of students’ entrepreneur program (PMW) observed from the business unit aspect in 2012, 2) the problem that faced by the PMW students during managing their business units in 2012, and 3) the approach to deal with the problem that faced by PMW students in 2012. This research involved descriptive research with the students’ entrepreneur program (PMW) business unit as the research subject, and the degree of success in the students’ entrepreneur program (PMW) observed from the business unit aspect as the research object. Data collection was conducted using interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The data that obtained was analysed using quantitative methods. The result showed that 1) the degree of success of the students’ entrepreneur program (PMW) in Undiksha observed from the business unit aspect in 2012 had 35% overall percentage that categorized in being unsuccessful, 2) the problem that faced by the PMW students during managed their business units in 2012 as follows; uneven cash flow, difficult to coordination between PMW members to manage business, unreachable total earnings, insufficient fund, and unstable goods inventory, and 3) the approach to cope the problem that faced by PMW Students observed from the business unit aspect in 2012 as follows; offer a more affordable product prices, cooperate with partners, establish an effective working, hire employees, increase promotion intensity, raise funds from private fund or co-workers loans and adjust goods inventory in accordance with consumer demand. keyword : PMW, business unit, and degree of success

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) penerapan metode Just In Time (JIT) pada industri ubin Karya Indah, (2) kendala-kendala dalam penerapan metode JIT pada industri ubin Karya Indah, dan (3) tingkat efisiensi biaya bahan baku dalam penerapan metode JIT pada industri ubin Karya Indah periode 2009-2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dari wawancara dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif, sedangkan data yang diperoleh dari dokumentasi dianalisis dengan teknik kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) penerapan metode JIT pada industri ubin Karya Indah dilakukan dengan cara memproduksi ubin berdasarkan pesanan dari konsumen, sehingga pembelian bahan baku dilakukan pada saat dibutuhkan untuk memproduksi ubin yang dipesan konsumen dan jumlahnya disesuaikan dengan besarnya pesanan, (2) kendala-kendala dalam penerapan metode just in time, yaitu perusahaan mengeluarkan biaya pemesanan bahan baku yang lebih tinggi karena sering melakukan pembelian bahan baku, perusahaan harus menambah biaya bahan baku dari produk yang rusak dikarenakan perusahaan mengalami kesalahan dan kegagalan dalam pembuatan ubin, dan pemasok tidak tepat waktu saat mengirim bahan baku yang menimbulkan lead time yang tidak memberi nilai tambah, dan (3) tingkat efisiensi biaya bahan baku dalam penerapan metode JIT periode 2009-2013 menunjukkan rasio efisiensi rata-rata sebesar 100%, artinya biaya bahan baku dalam penerapan metode JIT dinilai efisien. Kata Kunci : efisiensi biaya bahan baku, JIT This study was aimed to recognize (1) the application of just in time method for “Ubin Karya Indah” industry, (2) the obstacles happened during the implementation of JIT method in “Ubin Karya Indah” industry, and (3) the level cost efficiency used for basic materials on the implementation of JIT method in “Ubin Karya Indah” industry in period 2009-2013. This study was descriptive with qualitative approach. The data was collected through interview and documentation. The result of the interview data was analyzed descriptively, while the documentation data was analyzed quantitatively. The result of the study showed that (1) the implementation of JIT Method in the” Ubin Karya Indah” industry was done through the ubin production based on the consumer’s request. There fore, to supply the basic materials was done if it was needed to produce the ubin for the customer and the quantity was served based on the order, (2) the obstacles was faced during the implementation of JIT such as, the company to pay applicable higher raw material because often make purchases of raw materials the company must add the cost of raw materials of the products are broken because the company has experienced an error and failure in the manufacture of tiles and supplier is not timely when sending raw materials which cause lead times do not add value, and (3) the level of cost efficiency of basic materials for the implementation JIT method period 2009-2013 showed the mean of efficiency ratio was 100%, it means the cost of basic materials used for the implementation of JIT method was indicated efficiency. keyword : the cost efficiency basic materials, JIT
