This research shows that emotional factors play an important role in the formation of an individual's religious personality. When individuals experience an event in their lives that involves deep emotions in a religious or spiritual context, such as feelings of peace when performing worship or calmness in facing life's problems. This experience can be used as an individual's foundation in strengthening religious beliefs. The existence of negative emotions such as feelings of guilt or fear of sins that have been committed in their lives can also motivate individuals to get closer to religious teachings and the Creator. So that this can support the formation of a more balanced religious personality. The process of deepening religious teachings and religious values through learning, discussion, and intellectual dialog is able to help individuals develop a strong religious personality. Abstract

This study examines the effect of job crafting training on job boredom among nurses at X Hospital. This topic is crucial given that high levels of job boredom can impair performance and the quality of healthcare services. We hypothesized that job crafting training would significantly reduce job boredom. A quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test control groups was employed. Participants were randomly assigned to an experimental group (EG) or a control group (CG). The instruments included a boredom scale (α = 0.799) and a job crafting scale (α = 0.949). Hypothesis testing using the Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon tests revealed a significant reduction in boredom levels after training (Z = –2.678, p = 0.007; p < 0.05). The mean post-training boredom score for the experimental group (5.80) was substantially lower than that of the control group (15.20). These findings confirm that job crafting training is an effective intervention for reducing job boredom. Results further suggest its value as a psychological strategy to enhance nurses’ well-being and support proactive approaches in industrial and organizational psychology.

Abstract

Alienation is a condition in which individuals feel isolated from their social environment. Adolescents, particularly those living in orphanages, are more vulnerable to this experience. This study aims to explore the self-disclosure skills of adolescents at Orphanage who experience alienation. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through observations and in-depth interviews with the adolescents and caregivers. The findings reveal that self-disclosure skills among these adolescents include aspects such as accuracy, motivation, timing, intensity, depth, and breadth. They are more likely to share personal stories with peers or older siblings rather than with caregivers. Several factors contribute to their sense of alienation, including negative first impressions, perceived injustice, differences in behavior, physical appearance, difficult personality traits, economic conditions, and residential background. Notably, adolescents with traumatic experiences tend to withdraw more due to negative early interactions within the social environment.
