Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatkan yang optimal pemahaman konsep matematika siswa dan tanggapan siswa kelas VII 4 SMP Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja yang dicapai melalui model pembelajaran auditory intellectually repetition. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII 4 SMP Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2015/2016, sebanyak 31 orang. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data pemahaman konsep matematika siswa menggunakan tes uraian dan tanggapan siswa menggunakan angket. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan optimal terjadi pada siklus III dengan rata – rata skor mencapai 80,10, daya serap 80,10% dan ketuntasan belajar 77,41%. Pelaksanaan yang optimal terjadi pada siklus III dikarenakan diawal pembelajaran dilakukan pengklarifikasian jawaban siswa oleh guru terkait apersepsi, selama proses pembelajaran guru berusaha secara maksimal memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa menyampaikan kembali konsep dengan bahasa sendiri dan memberikan contoh atau bukan contoh supaya mampu memahami konsep yang diperoleh dengan memberikan motivasi, pendekatan secara langsung, menunjuk siswa secara acak dan memberikan penghargaan yang lebih kepada kelompok siswa yang unggul diakhir pelajaran. Selain itu, tanggapan siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran auditory intellectually repetition ditinjau dari rata – rata skor tanggapan siswa sebesar 65,06 berada dalam kategori sangat positif karena siswa tertarik dengan adanya diskusi dan pengulangan.Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition, pemahaman konsep matematika This research was aimed to know enhancement conceptual understanding of mathematics students and students responses VII 4 grade students of SMP Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja achieved through Auditory Intellectualy Repetition learning model. The types of this research was classroom action research implemented in three cycles. The research subject was VII 4 grade students of SMP laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja in academic year 2015/2016, as many as 31 students. The data of conceptual understanding of mathematics was collected by test description and students responses was collected by responses questionnaire. Then, the data of conceptual understanding of mathematics and students responses were analyzed by using descriptive analysis. The result showed that conceptual understanding of mathematics had optimal in cycle III with average scores reached 80,10, absorption were 80,10%, and completeness learning were 77,41%. It because in early learning has been clarified answers to students by teacher about apersepsi and during the learning process, teacher was strive providing opportunity for students to describe concepts in their own words and identify or give examples and nonexamples so that understand it with give a motivation, random appointment, and given gift to group of students at the end of the lesson. Other than that, students responses to the Auditory Intellectualy Repetition learning model in terms of the average score of the students respond by 65,06 were in very positive category, because students interested in their discussion and repetition.keyword : Auditory Intellectually Repetition learning model, conceptual understanding of mathematics

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran AIR berbantuan LKS terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Jurusan Akomodasi Perhotelan SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun ajaran 2015/2016, sebanyak 146 orang yang didistribusikan ke dalam 4 kelas. Semua populasi diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu post test only control group design versi faktorial 2x2. Data skor hasil belajar matematika siswa diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar matematika. Analisis data menggunakan uji ANAVA dua jalur dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa; pertama, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika antara kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran AIR dengan kelompok siswa yang belajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional; kedua, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar matematika antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan LKS konstruktivis dan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan LKS konvensional; dan ketiga, terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan jenis LKS terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa.Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran AIR, LKS, hasil belajar matematika This study aims to determine the influence of AIR learning model aided by worksheet towards mathematics learning outcomes. The population in this study is the eleventh grade students Hotel Accomodation Programs of SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja in the academic year 2015/2016, whict consist of 146 students were distributed into 4 classes. All populations are taken as samples. The study used post test only control group design version factorial 2x2. Data score students mathematics learning outcomes obtained through the learning test results. Analysis of data using ANOVA two paths with significance level of 5%. The results of hypothesis test indicate; first, there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes between groups of students who learn using AIR learning model with a group of students who learn using conventional teaching; second, there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes between groups of students who using constructivist worksheet with a group of students who learn using conventional worksheet; and third, there is an effect of interaction between learning model and type of worksheets towards mathematics learning outcomes.keyword : AIR learning model, worksheet, mathematic learning outcomes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh model pembelajaran ARIAS terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar matematika. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain post-test only control group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Melaya. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling setelah dilakukan uji kesetaraan populasi menggunakan uji ANAVA satu jalur. Data motivasi belajar dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket, sedangkan data prestasi belajar matematika dikumpulkan dengan tes berbentuk essay. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji MANOVA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, terdapat perbedaan motivasi dan prestasi belajar matematika antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran ARIAS dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran konvesional (F = 21,564 dan Sig. = 0,000 < ρ = 0,05); kedua, terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran ARIAS dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran konvesional (F = 13,801 dan Sig. = 0,000 < ρ = 0,05); ketiga, terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar matematika antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran ARIAS dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran konvesional (F = 39,026 dan Sig. = 0,000 < ρ = 0,05). Dengan demikian model pembelajaran ARIAS berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar matematika siswa.Kata Kunci : model pembelajaran ARIAS, motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar matematika This research is aimed to investigate the influence of ARIAS learning model towards motivation and achievement in learning mathematics. This study is a quasi-experimental research with post-test only control group as its design. The population of this study was seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Melaya. The sample of this study was chosen by using random sampling technique after implemented the equality of population was done by using ANOVA. The data of students’ motivation were collected by using questionnaire meanwhile, the data of students’ mathematic achievement were collected by using students’ mathematic learning achievement test in the form of essay. The collected data were analyzed by using MANOVA formula. The result of data analysis showed that: First, there were differences of students’ motivation and students’ mathematic achievement between those were taught by using ARIAS teaching technique and those who were taught by using conventional teaching technique (F = 21,564 and Sig. = 0,000 < ρ = 0,05); Second, there were differences of students’ motivation between those were taught by using ARIAS teaching technique and those who were taught by using conventional teaching technique (F = 13,801 and Sig. = 0,000 < ρ = 0,05); third, there was the difference of students’ mathematic achievement between those were taught by using ARIAS teaching technique and those who were taught by using conventional teaching technique (F = 39,026 and Sig. = 0,000 < ρ = 0,05). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berorientasi masalah ekonomi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ekperimen semu dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah post-test only control group design. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Kelas X Keuangan/Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yaitu sebanyak 128 siswa. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Data kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa diperoleh melalui tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang diberikan di akhir penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan Uji-t satu ekor dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan dk 83. Hasil post-test menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berorientasi masalah ekonomi adalah 72 sedangkan rata-rata skor kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional adalah 64. Dari hasil analisis data, diperoleh thitung = 2,79 dan ttabel = 1,66. Jika dibandingkan nilai thitung > ttabel sehingga H0 ditolak. Berarti bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berorientasi masalah ekonomi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berorientasi masalah ekonomi berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas X Keuangan/Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. This research is a quasi-experiment research which used a post-test only control group design. The population of this study was all students of Class X Finance / Accounting in SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja in the academic year 2015/2016, for about 128 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique to determine the sample. Data of mathematics problem solving ability of students obtained through problem solving ability test given at the end of the study. The data were analyzed using one-tailed t-test with a significance level of 5% and dk 83. The post-test results showed that the average score of mathematical problem solving ability of students that learned with problem based learning with economic problem-oriented is 72 while the average score mathematical problem solving ability of students that learned with conventional learning is 64. From the analysis of the data, obtained tcount = 2.79 and ttable = 1.66. When compared t count > t table so H0 is rejected. Means that the mathematical problem solving ability of students who learned using problem-based learning with economic problem oriented model were better than in the problem solving ability of students which is learned by using conventional learning. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi active knowledge sharing terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII non unggulan SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII B5 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VII B6 sebagai kelas kontrol. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah post-test only control group. Data kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa dikumpulkan menggunakan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematika. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t ekor kanan dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa t_hitung=3,2762 lebih besar dari nilai〖 t〗_tabel=2,0032, sehingga H_0 ditolak. Sehingga kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan strategi active knowledge sharing lebih tinggi daripada kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, penerapan pembelajaran dengan strategi active knowledge sharing memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa.Kata Kunci : kemampuan komunikasi matematika, strategi active knowledge sharing, pembelajaran konvensional. This objective of this research is to investigate the effect of active knowledge sharing strategy to students’ mathematical communication ability. The population were students seventh unseeded grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja in the academic year of 2015/2016. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling technique. The samples were students in VII B5 grade students as the experimental group and seventh B6 grade students as the control group. The research design used in this research is Post Test Only Control Group Design. Data of students’ mathematical communication ability were collected by using students’ mathematical communication ability test. This data were analyzed by using a one-tailed t-test with 5% level of significant. This research result show that t_calculate=3,2762 greater than 〖 t〗_table=2,0032, so that H_0 is diclined. So that students mathematical communication ability who studied using active knowledge sharing strategy was higher than those who studied using conventional learning. Thus active knowledge sharing strategy gives positive contribution toward the students mathematical communication ability.keyword : mathematical communication ability, active knowledge sharing strategy, conventional learning

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 8 Denpasar yang dibelajarkan dengan model process oriented guided inquiry learning (POGIL) lebih baik daripada kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model kovensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian semu dengan desain Post-test Only Group Control Design. Populasi dari penelitan ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 8 Denpasar tahun ajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 6 kelas. Dari 6 kelas diuji kesetaraannya dengan menggunakan nilai ulangan tengah semester matematika dengan menggunakan uji- F satu jalur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA1 dan XI IPA 4 yang diambil menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kemampuan berpikir kritis yang diberikan kepada siswa dalam bentuk tes uraian dan diberikan di akhir penelitian. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji-t satu ekor dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil post-test menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model process oriented guided inquiry learning (POGIL) adalah 75,51, sedangkan rata-rata nilai kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model konvensional adalah 60,92. Dari hasil analisis data, diperoleh t_hitung=4,94 dan t_tabel=1,6639. Jadi nilai t_hitung>t_tabel, sehingga H_0 ditolak. Itu berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model process oriented guided inquiry learning (POGIL) lebih baik daripada kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model konvensional.Kata Kunci : model process oriented guided inquiry learning, pembelajaran konvensional, berpikir kritis This study aimed at investigating whether the critical thinking ability of students who were taught by process oriented guided inquiry learning (POGIL) model is better than critical thinking ability of students who were taught by conventional model. This study was quasi experimental reseacrh with Post-test Only Group Control Design. The population of this study was students of XI Science Class of SMA Negeri 8 Denpasar in academic year 2015/2016 that divided into 6 classes. The equality of 6 classes is tested by testing the mathematic middle test result by using one way F Test. Cluster random sampling was used as the sampling technique in this study, in which XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 4 classes were selected randomly as the samples of the study. Essay test was used to gather the students’ critical thinking ability as the data of this research. One tail independent t-test with 5% significance level was used to analyze the data. The result of post-test showed that the mean value of students’ critical thinking ability that were taught by process oriented guided inquiry learning (POGIL) model is 75,51, while the mean value of students’ critical thinking ability that were taught by conventional model is 60,92. From the data analyzed, if was obtained that t_score=4,94and t_table=1,6639. Then, t_score>t_table so that H_0 was rejected. Therefore, we can conclude that crtical thinking ability of students who were taught by process oriented guided inquiry learning (POGIL) model is better than critical thinking ability of students who were taught by conventional model. keyword : process oriented guided inquiry learning, convensional method,critical thinking

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kreativitas dan kemampuan komunikasi matematika antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan strategi Think Talk Write (TTW) berbantuan mind map dengan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian eksperimen semu ini menggunakan post test only control group design. Populasi penelitan ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja tahun ajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 10 kelas. Uji kesetaraan populasi menggunakan uji Anava. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik random sampling. Data skor kreativitas siswa diperoleh melalui angket dan skor kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa diperoleh melalui tes uraian. Analisis data menggunakan uji MANOVA dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, terdapat perbedaan kreativitas dan kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan strategi Think Talk Write (TTW) berbantuan mind map dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional (F = 4,36 dan Sig = 0,02 ;ρ < 0,05); kedua, terdapat perbedaan kreativitas siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan strategi Think Talk Write (TTW) berbantuan mind map dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional (F = 5,18 dan Sig = 0,03 ;ρ < 0,05); ketiga, terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan strategi Think Talk Write (TTW) berbantuan mind map dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional ((F = 4,62 dan Sig = 0,04 ;ρ < 0,05). This quasi experimental research used post test only control group design. The population of this research was students of X Class of SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja in academic year 2015/2016 that divided into 10 classes. Equality test of the population was doing by Anova. Samples was selected by random sampling. Data of creativity was collected through questionnaires and data of mathematical communication ability was collected through test. Data analyzed using MANOVA with significance level at 5% . The data analysis found that; first, there were differences between creativity and mathematical communication ability between group of students acquired Think Talk Write (TTW) strategy assisted by mind map and group of students acquired conventional learning (F = 4.36 and Sig = 0.02 ;ρ < 0.05); second, there were differences between creativity between group of students acquired Think Talk Write (TTW) strategy assisted by mind map and group of students acquired conventional learning (F = 5.18 and Sig = 0.03 ;ρ < 0.05); third, there were differences between mathematical communication ability between group of students acquired Think Talk Write (TTW) strategy assisted by mind map and group of students acquired conventional learning (F = 4.62 and Sig = 0.04 ;ρ < 0.05).
