The usage of informatics in this case was e-governement in the government which was included in presidential instructions No.3 2003 was already implemi through regional e-governement that was adjusted based off of local resources and regional needs. The importance of e-governement was affected by at least 3 factor: electronic communication between public sector and society offering both of them a new way to participate and interact. The cyber room in public service makes the deletion of bureaucracy structure and the classic process in E-governement community can improve the service and also offers information on a local level. Even though the dermaji village government has implemented the e-governement but there's more to delete the old bureaucracy system that was old and complicated. Executive informatics is one of the type of informatics for executive that was used to facilitate informatics need in order to reach the goal of an organization. In the implementation this technology was often time utilized by the Village government for main source of information in supporting decision making, particularly when arranging a weak budget in terms of mechanism and supporting data source. With this system we hope that the decision making in budget arrangement became more objective. The development method in this system was scrum.

Bencana alam mengakibatkan ada beberapa mayat yang baru ditemukan beberapa minggu, sehingga terkadang jaringan kulit hilang, sehingga sulit untuk mengenali mayat tersebut. Dalam ilmu kedokteran hukum dan forensik identifikasi wajah manusia dari tengkorak adalah proses penting, khususnya bila tidak ada sarana lain yang tersedia, metode yang selama ini dipakai menggunakan tanah liat untuk menghasilkan wajah manusia sehingga dapat mengidentifikasi seseorang. Pada penelitian kali ini gambar atau citra sebagai data terdiri dari 15 citra CT dalam posisi sagital dengan rincian 5 digunakan sebagai gambar training dan 10 sebagai gambar testing, pengujian data dimana tujuannya yaitu membandingkan antara jarak baru yang didapat dari hasil interpolasi lagrange dengan jarak sebenarnya kemudian dilakukan analisa keakuratan interpolasi lagrange dalam menentukan titik baru berdasarkan data yang sudah ada dengan pembatasan umur, jenis kelamin dan ras karena tiap daerah bisa berbeda dari segi bentuk maupun tebal kulit tengkorak.Hasilnya berupa interpolasi lagrange 1 menghasilkan rata-rata akurasi sebesar 81% dan akurasi besar sudut 95%dan interpolasi lagrange 2 menghasilkan rata – rata akurasi tebal titik antropolog sebesar 78% dan akurasi besar sudut titik antropolog sebesar 80%.

Indonesia is a country that has a tropical climate where there are only two seasons namely summer and rainy season. During the summer, the biggest source of energy used to dry clothes is sunlight. Whereas during the rainy season there are a lot of problems that arise or obstacles experienced by some people to dry clothes, especially for school children ... Often when on the way to the workplace or place where the school is caught in the rain so the clothes used are a little moist or even wet. From these problems, a prototype was designed, namely a clothes dryer using wind produced through a fan. This prototype is called LEBANO (Arduino Uno based clothes dryer cabinet). Lebano uses Arduino Uno as a microcontroller and Dht11 temperature sensor as a detector for the humidity temperature of an object. When the object's humidity is still below a certain limit, the fan will still rotate. The process of this research begins with a social approach by carrying out activities with prospective users of innovation, which is integrated with the approach to design thinking to be able to produce technology-based innovations that are beneficial to these prospective users. From the results of testing with prospective users, satisfactory results were obtained in terms of ease of use of technology, benefits of innovation and function in prototypes.

CV. Mandiri Jaya Logam is a metal smelting that produces aluminum bars with a production capacity of 300 - 350 kg / day where the average weight of each aluminum bar weighs 4.3 kg. This UKM has a production area of ??15m x 6m where the area where the production is very irregular and not ergonomic both from the work environment and working conditions. The irregular location of raw materials and the location of the furnace that is far from the mold makes the bucket must be heated repeatedly so that the work becomes inefficient. Therefore it is necessary to design an ergonomic production space layout that can facilitate the production process, providing comfort to workers in doing work so that productivity will increase. This research will provide the best layout of a number of alternative layouts seen from the moment of material transfer. The layout chosen is the one that has the lowest material transfer moment. In addition, the level of productivity will be measured based on the number of products that can be produced.

The improvement of information technology has significant impact in human life including changing the life style. As one of the improvements is the development of web-based market place. People can purchase something without physically coming to the market by accessing the web-based market place. This paper presents the marketplace for diet community which connecting people that adopting healthy lifestyle with catering and nutritionist. Consultation can be made online, and recommendation can be directly sent to catering to provide healthy daily food. Laravel and Scrum approach are used in developing this web-based marketplace. This web base market place has received good responses from several customers, nutritionist and diet catering, However, further development is still needed to improve the performance of this marketplace

Today Information and Communication Technology (ICT), such as the Internet of Things (IoT), has a decisive influence on all aspects of human life. IoT as a dominant phenomenon is a transformation of daily life through the use of intelligent functions such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Wireless Sensor Technology Networks (WSN). Along with the development of IoT in size and dimensions thus increasing many community contexts; like, a traditional library system. This study proposes an execution framework on the use of IoT to update conventional library structures and schemes to smart online systems. IoT enables real-time connectivity of physical objects (such as books or other types of text) through the use of RFID tags and sensors. Monitoring books in real time and geographic location of objects are some of the characteristics of using IoT tags. These IoT features enable the implementation of library staff through supply chains, integration with various types of technologies such as databases, data collection, and cloud systems. The Internet of Things also offers an overview of links between a large number of universities and libraries in the world in real time and at any time. It was concluded that the application of IoT in library management systems became a promising structure that could play an important role in organizing human knowledge and in accessing information to help researchers, designers and officers in more efficient and intelligent ways.

The development of smart mobile devices and big data technology and mobile applications has become an efficient tool for sharing information. This mobile learning system provides an interactive teaching platform between lecturers and students. Learners can study online classes at any time and anywhere with the help of mobile devices. This research proposes a mobile learning application to Android and Blackberry smart phones. The mobile application provides e-learning services on the client side for students and sharing service interface on the service side. The concept of big data uses volume, variety, velocity, veracity and value or abbreviated as 5V. This research explains why and how to design a mobile campus portal to meet the requirements of the education big data environment, introduce the topology, applications and structure of the mobile portal campus system and discuss the implementation of the 5V big data concept on the mobile portal campus. This study applies the concept of 5V big data in designing an effective mobile campus portal. The final results of Mobile Campus Portal research at the application level provide five types of application modules for users including teaching management, administrative management, financial management, research management and public services. In meeting the requirements of the big data environment on campus, the Mobile Campus Portal applies the five dimensions of the big data concept to the entire data processing cycle. Data integration uses volume and dimension variations. Data translation uses the speed dimension and the data security control uses the truth and authentication dimension. Data mining uses the value dimension.

A large population, very high mobility, congestion in every major city and the selection of public transport in carrying out daily activities are the background of making a search application for public transport routes in malang city using greedy algorithm. Inevitably, they will be troubled because of the large number of city public transportation that passes through the road. This greedy algorithm is a search algorithm that can be used to find solutions that can approach these problems, especially with the number of different public transport routes in each public transportation department. There will be many alternative roads from the place of origin to the destination. And also, the relative cost of going for each public transportation. The greedy algorithm uses a heuristic method that can calculate the estimated cost from a particular node to another node. In this discussion the reference variables include the road distance and estimated costs. This application was developed using android SDK framework, java, PHP, MySQL and Google Map. With the route search application of public transport using mobile GIS (Geographical Information System) and Android is expected to be an alternative that makes the users right in determining the public transportation that to be used both in terms of distance and time.

Managing personal finance is simpler than managing a company's finances. The increasing cost of living is one of the reasons for the importance of managing personal finance so that it is not trapped in poor financial conditions. Managing finance begins with understanding the concepts of income and expenditure. A variety of mobile applications are available that can be used to facilitate financial records and planning, so you need to choose and understand the features of the application before using it. This study aims to conduct a comparative study of mobile-based personal finance management tools. Recording of financial transactions is attempted using three different financial management applications, including: My money, Wallet and Monefy. Receipt budget data, expenditure budget data and their realization are prepared in this study to be inputted and processed using the three applications. After the experiment, a comparison was made using eight parameters. Experimental results in the study show that my Money, Wallet and Monefy applications each have standard features that can be used as a tool in conducting standard financial management. But for more facilities, Wallet provides additional various types of financial statements, while Monefy provides features of currency exchange and synchronization

Industry 4.0, in agriculture, push developing technology which combining automation system and update data exchange via internet technolgoy. The technological developments, in agriculture, in Indonesian have not developed significantly, therefore it is needed a technological development toward industri 4.0. One of the developments in industry 4.0 in agriculture is monitoring system. The goal of this research is to design a monitoring system which conected to internet and using telegram application for accessing data in smart farming. In this research, data, taken, is temperature and moisture soil since both of data are very influencing in plant growth process. Thi design is just a prototype that is used for simulating monitoring process on agriculture land then it is needed temperature and moisture soil sensor for sensing, STM 32 as microcontroller, LCD for displaying monitoring data, bluetooth as connecting to gateway, PC as gateway to connect to internet and android cell phone for installing telegram application. The simulation result show data at IoT device matched to data on telegram application. With telegram application that could access monitoring data from agriculture land will increase agriculture quality result so as implementation of this technology could be one of supporting agriculture development toward industry 4.0
