Abstract

An automatic application of discipline is needed in schools to achieve the school's vision and mission. The research method used in developing this application is the Waterfall method. The reason for using this method is because the Waterfall method has a sequential model, so that developers can start doing research until testing is more neat and structured. And this method can easily make improvements if the stage that is being worked on has an error gap. The design of the e-Tartib application itself is designed on an android mobile basis. The programming language used is the Dart language which is included in the Flutter SDK with the MySQL Database. The e-Tartib application is designed to minimize violations committed by students and can record student violations that are integrated and stored neatly. The expected results in this study are that later this e-Tartib application will enable students to understand and follow school rules or regulations so that teaching and learning activities will run optimally. This research was conducted at SMK Bina Citra Asia Jakarta.

Abstract

Providing qualified domestic workers and looking for employers who have good behavior are things that are needed by the community. In addition, the assurance of the contract promised at the beginning of the agreement and its realization from the perspective of the employer and domestic worker is something that must be considered. With Maximom present as the answer needed by the public, Maximom utilizes a website-based application in the form of a company profile and dashboard to convey value and maintain performance to customers. In order to determine the characteristics and needs of users, the author uses the User Persona tool to focus on target users who will operate the display system. It is intended that the resulting UI display matches the expectations of each potential user. The approach that the author applies to UI design is the Google Design Sprint which is superior in terms of time saving, focus on problems and solving goals (in the form of prototypes), and idea development. The stages in Google Design Sprint are Mapping, Sketching, Deciding, Prototyping, and Testing.

Abstract

The leakage of natural gas drilling carried out by PT. Lapindo Brantas, resulted in 3 sub-districts in Sidoarjo affected by mudflow. Since 2006 untill now per-January 2021, the embankments that’s have been built often collapsed, leakage or burst. Meanwhile, there has been no disaster mitigation action when it happened. So far, when the mud flows into residents’s houses, the authorities have taken a long time to act the disaster. And the residents anticipate themselves when the mud overflows their house. So it is necessary to have disaster mitigation strategy that also collaborates with others parties in sub-districts. So that rhe local residents know what to do when disaster happened. Disaster mitigation strategies that will be carried out include pre-disaster, during disaster and post-disaster. With that result residents have a sense of security even though they live in disaster-prone areas.

Abstract

Lapindo mudflow caused by leakage natural gas drilling in charge by neglation of PT. Lapindo Brantas since 2006. It has been 14 years ago but mudflow still can not be stopped and inflict a financial loss to citizen who lived around the embankment. Eventough the embankment and guardrails were built but sometimes the mud flow into resident’s houses while its raining caused of increases water discharge or the embankment subsidience or reep. In fact, there isn’t any mitigation disaster system from any institution who responbility of this disaster. Whereas the resident’s houses located not far from the embankment, around 500 m away.That happens usually is the mudflow is already stagnate at their house it will took for more days to reconstruction the embankment. therefore it will be more efficiently if we monitoring the embankment vibration using accelerometer sensor where located in dike-prone points then it send via smartphone using Blynk application. Every vibration will show real time at Blynk, so the citizen can monitoring security of this Lapindo embankment. When the accident happened the application will send warning and notification to smartphone so they can save their live and property.

Abstract

In the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 the main drivers of economic growth in Indonesia are Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). According to data from the Ministry of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in 2018, the number of MSMEs is 64.2 million or 99.99% of the number of businesses in Indonesia. The absorption of MSMEs is as much as 117 million workers or 97% of the absorbency of the business world workforce. Meanwhile, the contribution of MSMEs to the national economy (GDP) amounted to 61.1%, and the remaining 38.9% was contributed by large businesses amounting to only 5,550 or 0.01% of the number of businesses. But in the midst of the growth of MSMEs that have the potential of economic growth in Indonesia is increasing rapidly does not mean that rapid growth is free from problems. Various problems will certainly come to an end. The way to overcome the various problems that msmes will face is to overcome the risks that may occur and arise in the future. The method used in risk management is to use the STANDARD ISO 31000 method.

Abstract

This study aims to see the performance of the office employees of PT. Petronika for 1 month. This study uses the ms excel method which filters and provides final results for the 1 month. The sample in this study is 11 employees (total sampling). 65 employee performance scores with the lowest score of performance and the highest employee performance. Factors that affect the performance of employees of PT. Petronika is an individual factor and an organizational factor. The factor that has the greatest influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Petronika for 1 month is in the middle to lower average. The results of research on the performance of the office employees of PT. PEtronika for 1 month underperformed. Improving the quality of human resources will increase the ability of employees to carry out work so that employee performance increases.

Abstract

Maturity level assessment is considered very important in the information technology sector, one of which is in the field of education. It includes not only academic activities in the classroom, but also non-academic activities such as organization and committee. During pandemic condition, all activities on campus are required to be completely online, including the orientation period for new students as an annual routine. XYZ University is one of the educational institutions that also implements an online orientation period. Not only meeting with the video conference application as a media, which are members of the committee also create a web-based application where the application contains all information related to orientation period activities, including materials, values, and information about the campus activities which must be shared digital in this situation. The application previously described must be calculated for its maturity level to find out whether it has provided maximum benefits or vice versa for the university as the party that should provide funds and looking for parties from outside the university. To answer this problem, it is necessary to measure IT performance using VAL IT 2.0 which can provide a conclusion of the benefits.

Abstract

Revolusi industri 4.0 menjadikan teknologi sebagai sebuah kebutuhan. Oleh sebab itu perguruan tinggi pada bidang penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berusaha untuk memdesiminasikan hasil penelitian dengan tujuan untuk penguatan masyarakat dan memberikan solusi-solusi cerdas terhadapat permasalahan yang dapat menghambat akselerasi perekonomian masyarakat , diharapkan nantinya masyarakat tidak hanya sebagai pengguna tetapi sebagai technopreneur yang mampu memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian daerah. Dari hasil observasi di sekolah, ditemukan sebuah permasalahan siswa didalam menghitung cepat untuk menyelesaikan tugas sekolah. Oleh sebab itu, di usulkan sebuah solusi cerdas bernama Smart Book Calculator, yaitu sebuah alat hitung berbasiskan Arduino dengan menggunakan keypad. Inovasi ini,selain bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan perhitungan, juga memperkenalkan penggunaan mikrokontroller Arduino Uno yang kedepannya akan dapat diaplikasikan untuk semua peralatan cerdas yang dipergunakan pada era revolusi industri 4.0

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dari bangsa Indonesia adalah lahan yang semakin habis dengan bertambahnya penduduk Indonesia. Hal itu akan menjadikan masalah bagi bidang pertanian, karena selama ini warga Indonesia menggunakan tanah sebagai media penanaman yang utama. Oleh karena itu muncul lah beberapa terobosan dibidang pertanian dengan menggunakan media tanam selain tanah yang disebut juga hidroponik. Tentunya hidroponik ini memiliki beberapa kekurangan, salah satunya adalah perlunya pemeliharaan yang cukup rumit. Salah satu kesulitannya adalah mengontrol suhu dan kelembapan pada lingkungan. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan sensor DHT11 sebagai sensor suhu dan kelembapan pada hidroponik berbasis Arduino uno R3 pada tanaman kangkung. Langkah – langkah yang di buat adalah (1) Proses perancangan desain (2) Proses Perancangan Hidroponik (3) Pembuatan Hidroponik (5) Perancangan Sensor (6) Uji Coba. Setelah sensor DHT11 bisa mendeteksi suhu dan kelembapan, maka Arduino uno R3 akan memberikan perintah pada pompa air dan lampu untuk menyala. Perintahnya adalah, apabila suhu yang ditunjukkan adalah kurang dari 8oC maka lampu neon nya akan hidup. Bila kelembapan nya kurang dari 76% maka pompa airnya akan berjalan. Setelah dilakukan percobaan maka hasil yang didapatkan pompa dan lampu bisa menyala sesuai dengan perintah.

Abstract

Mikrokontroler kini semakin berkembang pesat dan semakin banyak diminati dalam aplikasi sistem kendali. Bahkan saat ini sudah banyak mikrokontroler yang sudah dalam bentuk modul. Salah satu modul mikrokontroler yang banyak digunakan adalah arduino. Arduino adalah jenis suatu papan yang berisi mikrokontroler. Dipadukan dengan modul Bluetooth menjadikan mikrokontroler ini dapat terhubung melalui perangkat Smartphone. Perangkat board mikrokontroler arduino memungkinkan untuk mengolah data hasil pembacaan suhu dari sensor suhu untuk ditampilkan ke unit penampil (display) menggunakan smartphone berbasis android. Data hasil pengolahan dari board arduino ini akan ditransmisikan menggunakan media wireless Bluetooth yang terkoneksi dengan smartphone android.
