Abstract

The Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) needs to be formed in SegarjayaVillage, Batujaya District, Karawang Regency, West Java with the aim of optimizing thepotential of the village. In Pokdarwis, leadership is needed that can move all members, so thatall people realize the magnitude of the tourism potential which in the future can increaseresidents' income. This group can be a forum for residents to develop their area as a touristvillage. can be an implementation method to foster a leadership spirit and move Pokdarwiscarried out by gathering community leaders and especially young people to be givenunderstanding and to be able to create creative things in their villages which have the naturalpotential of Pulau Putri beach, ancient temples, and typical processed products. JembretTerasi. Another thing to do is work with the Tourism Community in Karawang Regency tointroduce and help promote tourism in Segarjaya Village. The result of the activities carriedout was the growing awareness of the importance of empowering tourism potential inSegarjaya Village. In addition, the tourism community presented can introduce tourism inKarawang more broadly through its media. As a result, tourists on the Putri Island beach haveincreased. Putri Island Tourism Beach and Educational Tourism (Making Jembret Terasi)which can be packaged into attractive tour packages in the future. Tourism is stretched, thepeople's standard of living increases.

Abstract

Realizing the existence of child-friendly media is the first step in realizing inclusive media for everyone.This article looks at the problems that arise in sub-urban areas where the flow of information can pass with amassive volume and high speed. The emergence of alternative media, such as social media, has changed theway suburban people get information. This article tries to see the difference between press media and socialmedia, as the two main sources of information, in terms of realizing child-friendly media. This article alsounderlines the role that all elements of society can play in realizing child-friendly media in their respectiveenvironments.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide assistance for PartnersCommunities in Pringkasap Village, Pabuaran District, Subang Regency – West JavaIndonesia in increasing awareness about environmental sustainability and cleanliness, aswell as improving skills in managing waste. This mentoring activity is carried out in orderto answer the problems faced by partners about 1) Lack of awareness of residents inmaintaining environmental sustainability and cleanliness, 2) Lack of knowledge aboutsorting waste from the source, and 3) How to use waste for economic value. Theimplementation of mentoring consists of stages: 1) interviews and partner observations, 2)socialization. and 3) Counseling on how to increase citizen awareness in maintainingenvironmental sustainability and cleanliness, Providing knowledge about waste sortingand how to use waste for economic value.

Abstract

Information technology in a very fast period of time is growing rapidly making iteasier for humans to access all available information, including in the world of earlychildhood education (PAUD). Early childhood education or PAUD is the level ofeducation that a child takes before he enters elementary school or elementary school.Learning from home activities require educators to be better prepared in preparinglearning activities and force educators to utilize various technologies to facilitatelearning activities. This is one of the problems that arise in the implementation oflearning during the current pandemic. So, we need a system that can providefacilities for educators, especially in recapitulating the assessment and learningoutcomes of children. Therefore, this study proposes the implementation ofAssessment and Learning Outcomes of Children at PAUD Soka Indah. Web-Basedis a website that is used to recap the results of the assessment of early childhoodlearning outcomes. After being tested, the proposed application can be implementedproperly to support the assessment of children's learning outcomes.

Abstract

The use of a website is a common thing by an institution. Almost every institution and organization inIndonesia used the website to reaches audiences and provides services. In addition to media information, thewebsite is also used for branding to marketing goods and services. Therefore, village as the lowest level ofgovernment in Indonesia also needs a website to provide services to villagers, disseminate information aboutthe village, and marketing main village products. This is a community service article in Baros Village, SerangRegency, which previously did not have a village website. The community service team facilitated a focusedgroupdiscussion (FGD) by presenting village stakeholders to formulate steps to create a website..

Abstract

Along with advances in information technology, trends in the business world are also increasingly varied.Having a little knowledge of information technology, business and management, but if you are familiar with computersand have access to the internet, it is actually enough to be the basic capital to run a business via the internet. One ofthe trends in the business world by utilizing information technology is digital marketing. The concept and applicationof digital marketing is something that is done to boost product sales from a brand. As we know, the acceptance oftechnology and the internet in society is very broad, so it is not surprising that digital marketing activities are the mainchoice by companies. As a result, companies compete with each other to create interesting content to display in theirmarketing in cyberspace. The number of digital marketing used by companies, proves that digital has many advantagesand benefits that can be obtained. By implementing a digital marketing strategy, the business can run according to themarketing plan. Easy and practical management will save time and effort, so it will be more focused on businessdevelopment plans.

Abstract

In community service (PKM) previously, the development of a content management system (CMS) hasbeen done for the website of the Bina Berdaya Bangsa Foundation (YBBB). The CMS that was built wasadapted to the needs of YBBB. At that time the development used a prototyping model, not yet at theimplementation phase. This is due to the time constraints of the previous PKM. Therefore, this PKM is a itscontinuation, with a focus on system implementation. In the testing phase, the CMS features are tested. In thesystem implementation phase, the activities consist of data migration, database and website installation tohosting, trial, manual writing, CMS demo, and handover process to YBBB. The Matana University PKMteam is ready to maintain the sustainability of the CMS for the YBBB website so as to improve YBBBservices.

Abstract

English plays an important role in every aspect of human life, one of which is the aspect oftourism which is oriented towards foreign tourists. For this reason, an effort to improve foreignlanguage skills is needed. This service program focuses on increasing motivation in speaking Englishand the confidence of merchant on the coast of Pulau Putri when communicating with foreign tourists.This activity consists of learning about (1) basic English conversation. (2) Directions to confusedtourists. (3) Bargaining communication. At the end of the session, merchant were asked to demonstratethe skills they had acquired after teaching. After this activity took place, it can be seen that 80% of themerchant who sell on the coast of Pulau Putri understand the importance of English for them andincrease their motivation to learn more so that local tourism is more advanced. This is because touristareas have the potential for foreign tourist destination. This success factor occurs through carefulprogram planning, the accuracy of materials and learning methods that are fun, participatory and theavailability of learning support tools.

Abstract

Along with the reduced reserves of energy sourced from fossils, making dependence on oil andgas fuels must be shifted to alternative energy. Furthermore, Karawang Regency has a coastline of84.23 Km in each coastal area, which the yard of its residents' houses is overgrown with coconuttrees. Coconut shell is a solid waste from processed coconut which has been taken from the coconutmeat. However, there are still many people who do not know how to manage it, so they just cast itaway. By educating and outreaching to the community, especially the youth on how to managecoconut shells into briquettes, it is hoped that they will know more about how to manage waste intosomething that has a selling price. The use of coconut shell charcoal briquettes is in line with thesolution to current global problems related to pollution, alternative energy and environmentallyfriendly technology. The training started from collecting coconut shells,to molding and drying.Increasing understanding and awareness through training in making simple briquettes is expectedto have an impact on young people being able to know and also have ideas to later open up businessopportunities that can advance the economy in the areas they live in.

Abstract

Practicum 2 Social Welfare activities at UIN Jakarta are carried out in the form of researchand community service in Sukamaju Village. Community service is carried out with severalactivities such as community empowerment in the form of socialization and ecobrick, nonformalteaching assistance carried out in Kindergarten and Elementary Schools as well asthe implementation of activities to commemorate the 77th Indonesian Independence Day in Sukamaju Village. The implementation method in this service begins with the interview andobservation stage which is then used as a guide to produce activities that are carried out for34 days in Sukamaju Village, Kadudampit District, Sukabumi, West Java. The result of nonformalteaching activities is to motivate children to always be eager to receive education andto instill the importance of education for life. The results of the activity from the delivery ofsocialization about ecobrick were quite good and the community gained new knowledgeabout ecobrick, while from the ecobrick community succeeded in sorting organic and nonorganicwaste and could make works such as tables from ecobricks. The result of the August17 celebration activity is a form of success from the practitioner's servant, namely thepractitioner is asked to be a jury and committee for the August 17 competition at RW 003,RW 005, and RW 006 in Sukamaju Village, Kadudampit District, Sukabumi Regency.
