Abstract

The tiitle of this research is The Influence of Head School Leadership And Work Motivation On Teacher Work Satisfaction In Public Elementary School 112/1 Perumnas  Sub-district of Muara Bulian, Batang Hari Regency. Testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by using t test and F test. The magnitude of the effect is known through testing the Path analysis. Based on the discussion it can be concluded that the effect of Leadership (X1) and Motivation (X2) together on Job Satisfaction (Y) is 53.547%. In the t test, the effect of Leadership (X1) and Motivation (X2) has a partial effect on Job Satisfaction (Y). in the F test, Leadership (X1) and Motivation (X2) has a simultaneous influence on Job Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

One of the activities in HR management is the recruitment and promotion of positions. Recruitment is a process of gathering a number of applicants who have qualifications in accordance with what is needed by the company, to be employed company (Malthis, 2001). The benefits of recruitment is to have the function of "the Right Person in the Right Place", where this becomes a guide for managers in at the placing the existing workforce in the company. PT. Jambi Wood Industry is a company engaged in the processing of semi-finished wood. Reliable and competent human resources are the lever factor for PT. Jambi Wood Industry, so the development of Human Resources Competence is one of the key factors that succeed. Based on the Effect of Recruitment and Job Promotion on Employee Performance at PT Jambi Wood Industri, Rantau Puri Village. Where Recruitment with t count of 2.632> t table 1.678. and. Job Promotion with t count 9.096> t table 1.678. Job Promotion Optimizes Employee Performance at PT Jambi Wood Industri Desa Rantau Puri. At the level of confidence (α = 0.05) and df 2: 47 obtained f table value of 3.20 through the calculated f value of 51.341. Abstract

Analysis of the company's financial statements is needed to determine the company's ability to overcome the company's financial problems and make quick and right decisions. Liquidity ratio analysis is a ratio used to measure a company's ability to meet its short-term obligations. Profitability ratio analysis is a ratio used to measure a company's ability to generate profits derived from sales. Earning Per Share is a form of giving benefits to shareholders from each share owned. This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the solvency, liquidity, profitability and Earning Per Share ratio of PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna TBK on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2014 - 2017. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna TBK on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2014 - 2017. Liquidity ratios are intended for short-term debt which in this research year can show that PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk is very able to meet these obligations, after that the Profitability Ratio is set aside for company profits which in this research year can generate profits even though its development fluctuates with a downward trend. And the last Earning Per Share which is limited to the price per common stock outstanding in this research year can be seen a nominal stock price split. With this research PT.Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, Tbk still needs to improve its asset management as much as possible.

Abstract

In the business world Forecasting is one of the most important factors that must be applied in a business. Forecasting is a method for estimating a value in the future by using past data effectively and efficiently. This research was conducted at Warnet Bulian City In this study, the author discusses the analysis of forecasting (Forecasting) sales of services at the Bulian City internet cafe in Muara Bulian. Forecasting is done using three methods namely the MOVA (Moving Average) method, the WMA (Weight Moving Average) method and the Exponential Smoothing Method by comparing the smallest error rate Forecasting using the MA (Moving Average) method for 3 periods is predicted the level of profit to be gained by Bulian City Warnet in August amounted to. 11,117,833 with MAD 1,487,370. Forecasting using the Weigh Moving Averages (WMA) 3 method is forecasted at 12,287,300 with MAD Error 3,016,016 while the forecast using the double exponential smoothing method is 13,522,572 with MAD 5513617,364 then the forecasting method chosen is the Single Exponential Smoothing method with the Forecast value in August 2018 9,581.69 for the The Forecast Error is MAD of 1,378,375 which is the method with the smallest error rate.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is How the Development of Regional Retribution in Batanghari Regency in 2017 and How the Analysis of Contribution of Retribution for Health Services to the Receipt of Regional Retribution in Kabupaten Batanghari in 2017, with the scope of Special Retribution for Parking, Retribution for Health Services and Retribution for Motorized Vehicle Testing. While the purpose of this study was to determine the development of Regional Retribution and Retribution Contributions to Health Services for 2017 Regional Retribution Receipts. The type of data used in this study is a set of information or facts recorded through direct observation while the data used is sourced from the Batanghari Regency Central Bureau of Statistics . From the results of the study, it was found that the Development of Regional Retribution in Batanghari Regency during 2017 experienced fluctuations, the largest development occurred in November 2017, namely 110.18% increase in Regional Retribution from the previous month (October 2017), while the biggest decline occurred in December 2017 where there was a decrease in revenue from Regional Retribution of 57.64% from the previous month (November 2017). During 2017 the average contribution of Retribution for Health Services to Regional Retribution was 76.67%, this shows that Health Service Retribution is the largest source of Retribution in the Regency of Batanghari in 2017

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (X1) Motivation, (X2) Work Discipline, (X3) Work Competence on (Y) Employee Performance pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Batang Hari. Day. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample of this study was 53 people. Based on the results of research and discussion, then some of the main points of research conclusions can be explained as follows: Based on the results of the partial test (t test). Obtained tcount for (X1) Work Motivation of -0.272 and value of ttable of 1.67655 because tcount is smaller than ttable, it can be concluded that work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. Whereas (X2) Work Discipline obtained tcount value of 5,542 and ttable value of 1.67655 because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. And for (X3) Work Competence obtained tcount of 3,805 and value of ttable of 1.67655 because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that work competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F). Obtained Fcount value of 75,665 and Ftable value of 2.79 because the Fcount value is greater Ftable, it can be concluded that work motivation, work discipline and work competence show a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the Coofesien Determination (R2) obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.812 can be concluded the percentage influence of Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Work Competence (X3) on Performance (Y) of 81.2% and 18.8% influenced by variables - other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Department, Cost and Quality on Student Decisions to enter Kujuruan Middle School (SMK). This research is descriptive quantitative with the number of respondents as many as 110 people from students of SMK Negeri 2 Batanghari. The analysis used is multiple regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and determination test (R2). The results showed that the most dominant independent variable or a positive influence was the Cost variable (X2) with tcount (10,969)> t table (1,65936). For F Test it is known that Fcount = 101.212> Ftable = 2.69 This means that together the Department, Cost and Quality influence the Student's Decision to enter SMK Negeri 2 Batanghari because the calculated f value of 101.212 is greater than the f table 2.69 (101.212 > 2.69). While seen from the coefficient of determination. Department, Cost and Quality influence the Decision of Students to enter SMK Negeri 2 Batanghari by 73.4% and the remaining 2.66% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study is entitled the effect of competence on employee motivation Office of jambi province relationship. This study uses path analysis and t test in testing. Competence has a partial effect on motivation (Y). The effect of competence on motivation is 4.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of Leaders Behavior and Teacher Commitment to Job Performance in MTs Negeri Terusan Muara Bulian Subdistrict. The analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The test of significance of influence of Leader Behavior variable (X1) and Teacher Commitment (X2) as independent variable, and Work Achievement (Y) as the dependent variable is done T Test and F Test. The result of hypothesis testing on the effect of Leader Behavior and Teacher Commitment to Work Achievement that the value of t arithmetic is 2,139 > from the t table number 2,05183 and the significance level of (α) 0.05 (5%) it can be seen that this Leader Behavior has influence on Job Performance. The result of hypothesis testing on the basis of the variable Teacher Commitment to Work Achievement that the value of t arithmetic amounted to -1.728 and with a significant level of 5% obtained t table 2.05183 it can be seen that the value of t arithmetic of -1.728 > from number t table 2.05183 and number of significance of 0.05 (5%) it is known that this Master's Commitment has an effect on Work Achievement. The result of hypothesis test on Lead Behavior variable and Teacher Commitment to Work Achievement showed that F value obtained by F value 2,372 with significance level 0,05 value f table 3,34 this mean that F count (2.372 > F table (3,34) thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that Leader Behavior (X1) and Teacher Commitment (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously or together on Work Achievement at MTs Negeri Terusan Muara Bulian Subdistrict Adjusted R Square is 0,86. So it can be concluded the percentage of influence of Leaders Behavior and Teacher Commitment to Job Performance in MTs Negeri Terusan of 0.86% and 91.4% in influencing other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. The analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Testing the significance of the influence of selection variables (X1) and training (X2) as independent variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable carried out t test and F test. The results of testing the hypothesis on the effect of selection variables on employee performance that the t count is 3.560> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.001 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%), thus it can be known that selection has an influence on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis of the effect of training variables on employee performance that the t count is 2.089> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.004 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%), thus it can be known that training has an influence on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis of the selection and training variables on employee performance shows that the F value obtained F count 15.956 with a significance level of (0.000 <0.05), the value of F table of 3.11 means that F count (15.995) > F table (3.11) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that selection (X1) and training (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously or together on the work performance of employees of PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. Adjusted R square generated is 0.265. So it can be concluded that the percentage of the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari amounted to 26.5% and the remaining 73.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
