Abstract

In this study, the aim is to find out whether there is a significant influence on the leadership variable on employee discipline at the Jambi Province Industry and Trade Office. The object of research in this study is the entire population of 130 employees, with the data sources obtained from direct respondent questionnaires and also literature studies and other external data. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and the data is processed using SPSS 24, namely with simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the regression equation was Y=1.704 + 0.517X + e. Then the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.374, which means that the leadership variable (X) is able to explain the discipline variable (Y) at the Jambi Province Industry and Trade Service of 37.4% while 62.6% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables already defined. researched. And partially the magnitude of the influence of the leadership variable is 8.744 and ttable is 1.979. from the comparison results, it can be seen that tcount is greater than ttable (tcount > ttable). With that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. By comparing the number of significant levels (sig) of research with a significant level of 0.05 then 0.000 <0.05, so it can be said that there is a significant influence between the leadership variables on the discipline of the Jambi Province Industry and Trade Office.

Abstract

Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMES) Sparepart Personal Computer Second Jambi is an assembly and computer service. This study aims to analyze and manage risks to Sparepart Personal Computer Second Jambi based SNI ISO 31000: 2018. ISO 31000:2018 is an international standard application for auditing the application of risk management issued by The International Organization for Standardization (ISO), consisting of three elements: principle, framework, and process. The results of this study stated that there were any problems that had to be mitigated because they had high and moderate risks, which is comprised of eksternal risk is multiple business competitors, financial risk is unstable equipment and materials prices, K3 Risk is accidents at work,human resources risk is scarce manpower, and technical risk is blackouts.

Abstract

PT. Lingga Harapan Jambi is a company engaged in bottled drinking water. PT. Lingga Harapan produces two well-known brands, namely Arthess and Citra which have been labeled Halal MUI and have been registered with SNI and BPOM. The research methodology used is, the research uses a design using descriptive methods and quantitative methodes. The population in this study is the community in Tanjung Pinang Village, Jambi Timur, based on the survey results it is known that the number of people in Tanjung Pinang Jambi Timur Village is 13,209 population. Which consists of 6,703 men and 6,506 women. Simple regression analysis, hypothesis testing so that the determinant coefficient and t test. The object of this research is the community in Tanjung Pinang Village, Jambi Timur. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that brand image has an influence on purchasing decisions of 65.7% while the remaining 34.3% is influenced by other variables not examined. Based on the results of the t-test regression, it can be seen that the t-count value 13,709 > 1,984 t table, which means that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in working on a country's economy, which has recently become one of the main drivers of public monetary development. Currently, business conditions are becoming more serious. SMEs that can make a due, obviously use techniques. The motivation behind this research is to decide on testing the advertising system used by SMEs with chicken and fish (Bakar Goreng) in increasing the intensity of their goods. The exploration strategy used is an elucidating strategy with a subjective methodology with interview and examination procedures. The side effects of this study are . The advertising system used in expanding the seriousness of MSME products in BaReng is to do a showcase division but without looking at the market division as far as buyer behavior, without special rules, and not limiting customer time. Deciding to display the time on important occasions, for example, before Eid or Christmas. Utilize a mix of advertising as far as quality of goods and cost of goods. Face the competition by offering items with attractive bundling and reasonable costs. The supporting variables for the MSME promotion system in expanding the seriousness of MSME products are the availability of raw materials and extraordinary product quality. Meanwhile, the repressive elements for MSMEs in presenting procedures in expanding the intensity of MSME items are the market network which is still small, the absence of the use of online media tasks as an advertising tool, and the tight competition.

Abstract

Various ways can be done by companies for tax avoidance and deferral, but still within the framework of tax provisions. Management can directly or indirectly do tax avoidance which of course will have an impact on the profits earned. This study conducted test whether tax avoidance and deferred tax affect earnings management. Selected a food and beverage subsector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Use of descriptive methods by doing regression, classical hypothesis testing, and hypothesis testing. The result of the study is show tax avoidance in a company is carried out directly and indirectly will affect the profits obtained by management. Companies have a tendency to reduce reported earnings in the context of tax deferral. This research proves that the company always takes various ways to minimize the tax burden. Good governance is needed in order to reduce opportunistic actions of management

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to apply the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to the business of oil palm farmers owned by young people in Jambi Province. This study used qualitative research methods through a descriptive approach and case studies. The analytical tool in this study used the Business Model Canvas (BMC). An in-depth analysis is carried out on business activities and the environment. The research sample amounted to 5 people determined by the purposive sampling method. Primary data was obtained through surveys, observations, and interviews, while secondary data was obtained through literature review. The results of the analysis with 9 components of BMC show that in general, oil palm farmers experience limited resources in plantation management to the selling process. The business development strategy that can be carried out is to look for Key Partners to support all fulfillment of the limited resources of Farmers in running a plantation business in a better and optimal manner. Key Partners in the form of “Support System” can be found or formed with the help of other parties. Synergistic Government, Companies, Educational Institutions (GCE) are needed, both at the policy level, as well as technically in an applicable and sustainable manner. The future research can be developed into qualitative and quantitative research, on different objects, with more complex models, involving more than one general business strategy development method such as SWOT Analysis and Blue Ocean Strategy, to marketing strategy, marketing mix, and promotion mix. for more in-depth and complex analysis.
