Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix including product, price, location, and promotion partially and simultaneously on consumer buying interest in Minimarket 212 Mart Karawaci Tangerang.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, which is included in the non-experimental quantitative method.The sampling technique in this study is the method of sampling random sampling, which is the technique of taking data sources that are chosen randomly.The results showed that the marketing mix includes Product (X1) and Price (X2) partially a significant positive effect on Consumer Purchase Interest in Minimarket 212 Mart Karawaci Tangerang.Whereas Location (X3) and Promotion (X4) partially did not have a significant positive effect on Consumer Purchase Interest in 212 Mart Karawaci Tangerang Minimarket. Simultaneously or together marketing mix variables which include Product (X1), Price (X2), Location (X3), and Promotion (X4) have a significant positive effect on Consumer Purchase Interest in Minimarket 212 Mart Karawaci Tangerang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuibagaimana persepsi jamaah umrah dalam penerapan syariat Islampada pelayanan di PT. Cahaya Azami Wisata Jakarta. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengansumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun dataprimer diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner oleh jamaah umrah PT.Cahaya Azami Wisata Jakarta. Sedangkan data sekunder diperolehdari buku-buku, penelitian dan skripsi sebelumnya. Teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumendari PT. Cahaya Azami Wisata. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 28responden yang merupakan jamaah umrah PT. Cahaya AzamiWisata Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prinsipsyariah Gharar memiliki tingkat persepsi yang paling tinggidibandingkan dengan prinsip syariah lainnya, yaitu : maisir,risywah, amanah, kerja sama dan mashlahah. Ini menunjukkanbahwa jamaah umrah sangat membutuhkan informasi pelayanan danfasilitas yang sangat jelas dari biro perjalanan haji dan umrah.

Abstract

Perbankan sebagai lembaga intermediasi mempunyai perananyang penting di dalam mewarnai lingkungan global maupunnasional atau lokal yang ada. Karena misi perbankan syariahadalah bagaimana mempraktikkan ekonomi dan keuangansecara syariah Islam. Hal inilah yang menjadi daya tarik penulisuntuk menganalisis perkembangan perbankan syariah, apakahsudah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah.Market share bank syariah di tingkat global terdiri dari negaranegara yang tergabung dalam GCC sebesar 42,9 %, Iran sebesar35,6 %, Asia 20 % dan Eropa 2,5 %. Sedangkan market shareperbankan nasional baru mencapai 3,8 %. Market sharedimaksud sangat kecil, mengingat dibandingkan dengan jumlahpenduduk yang mayoritas Islam (90 %). Adapun beberapapenyebab kecilnya market share dimaksud, antara lain praktikyang ada belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan prinsip-prinsipSyariah baik untuk tingkat internal maupun external. Persoalaninternal terkait dengan Struktur Organisasi dan Sumber DayaManusia, sedangkan faktor external terkait dengan Regulasi,Dewan Syariah Nasional dan Dewan Pengawas Syariah,Lembaga Bisnis dan struktur persaingan bisnis yang ada baikdalam negeri maupun dalam negeri. Pada kesimpulandisampaikan bahwa untuk menjadikan bank syariah mempunyaimarket share yang meningkat terus, maka bank syariah harusbenar-benar berbeda dengan bank konvensional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Almaqasid assharia as a basic decision of Muslim consumers to choose property. The research method uses rating scale as a measuring tool to know the elements of maqashid al-syariah, these are consist of protecting the religion (hifdzu-din), protecting the soul (hifdzu-nafs), protecting the mind (hifdzu-'aql), protecting offspring (hifdzu-nasl), and protecting property (hifdzu-mal. The results of this study indicate that the elements of Maqashid al-Shariah play a very important role to influence Muslim consumer’s decision, especially from the element of protecting religion (hifdzu-din), protecting the property (hifdzu-mal), and protecting the offspring (hifdzu-nasl). The study expects that the results may enrich and expand further the future research in the same field.

Abstract

Sebagai Negara berpenduduk mayoritas muslim terbesar di dunia,Indonesia tentu mempunyai kesempatan besar dalam halpengumpulan zakat yang dapat digunakan oleh yang membutuhkan.Hasil kajian yang dilakukan ADB (Asian Development Bank) danBAZNAS (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional) menyatakan, potensi danapengumpulan zakat Indonesia dapat mencapai Rp. 217 Triliun.Sementara zakat yang terkumpul yang tercatat di Asosiasi LembagaZakat di Indonesia yaitu Forum Zakat nasional baru sekitar 1,5triliun rupiah (Rini Supri Hartanti, 2015). Zakat sangat berperandalam mengatasi kemiskinan. Hal ini karena zakat merupakansarana yang dilegalkan agama dalam pembentukan modal. Dalamkonteks ini, pembentukan modal tidak semata-mata daripemanfaatan dan pengembangan sumber daya alam, tetapi jugaberasal dari sumbangan wajib orang kaya yang menyisihkansebagian harta kekayaannya. Di samping itu, zakat juga berperanpenting dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia danmenyediakan sarana dan prasarana produksi. Penanggulangankemiskinan harus menjadi agenda bersama umat Islam Indonesia.Sehingga tidak bisa hanya berpangku tangan dan menuntutpemerintah untuk mengatasi kemiskinan yang jumlahnya terusmeningkat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihatbagaimana pengelolaan zakat di Dompet Dhuafa, program-programzakat produktif yang ada, dan bagaimana dampaknya terhadapkesejahteraan sosial. Dengan tekhnik penelitian dokumentasi, studiliterature, dan wawancara dan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptifpenelitian ini dilakukan.

Abstract

AbstractThe empirical study of Micro Finance Institution (MFI) to investigate MFI performance in rural economics development perspective have been conducted in Java and off Java, in the early 2007 through PRA approach with group interview and individual in depth interview, involve the MFI board and customer. By using qualitative descriptive analysis approach of purposive chosen MFI, the result study obtained a following picture: (a) the existence of MFI is strategic role as intermediation of economics activities for the people who didn’t reach of conventional bank services; (b) in fact MFI services have been successful, but it was still bias of non agricultural business activities. The scheme of agricultural loan didn’t priorities, the budget of farming systemsupport relatively small. That is not more then 10 % from total of MFI budget; (c) Critical success factors of agricultural MFI development are: legality of MFI institute, management capability, seed capital support, reasonable farming system, characteristic of farming system, training of MFI management and technical guidance of customer MFI; (d) Human resource development, seed capital support and technical guidance of MFI customer are needed of the initiation and development of agricultural MFI.his Keywords: Maqashid al-Syari'ah, the concept of Islamic dwelling, the decision of Muslim consumers.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Muslimah program on female student consumptive behavior in online shopping at the Islamic Village Islamic School of Economics. The variables used in this study were the Muslimah program (X) and consumptive behavior (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all active students of the Islamic Village Islamic School of Economics with a sample of 66 female students. Sampling was done using simple random sampling technique, namely random sample selection without considering existing positions in the population. The results showed that there was an influence of Muslimah program on the consumptive behavior of Islamic Village Islamic Economics College students in shopping online. This is evidenced by using the t test which shows that the t count is 5.083 with the t table of 1.66901. It can be concluded that t is greater than t table, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that there is an influence between Muslimah programs on female student consumptive behavior. When viewed from a simple regression analysis, it shows that Y = (0.7166) + 0.378X and the correlation coefficient value is 0.537 and the coefficient of determination is 0.288 or 28.8%. This means that the Muslimah program has an influence on female student consumptive behavior in online shopping amounting to 28.8% while 71.2% is influenced by other factors. Thus, Muslimah programs have a positive effect on student consumptive behavior in online shopping.Keywords: Instagram, Muslim Celebrities, Consumptive Behavior.

Abstract

This research was appointed and based on the view that people are still experiencing difficulties in terms of the economy and borrowing funds whose repayment system uses high interest, and the pandemic conditions exacerbate this. In Islam this is known as usury which is hated by Allah SWT, therefore there must be a sharia financial institution that is a place for people to borrow to help their economic problems. The people of Rancagong Village, Legok Sub-district today are still making loan transactions to moneylenders with a 4:6 system, they are forced to borrow from moneylenders because there is no Sharia Cooperative that can become a forum for economic problems in the village. This study focuses on the opportunities for establishing a sharia cooperative in Rancagong Village and SWOT analysis of Sharia cooperatives. The types of this research are: field research (Field Research) with a qualitative descriptive approach and using SWOT matrix analysis. The main data sources of this research are experts on sharia cooperatives, village officials and the people of Rancagong Village.

Abstract

 The settlement of Islamic economy disputes has become a new challenge for the Religious Court since the enactment of Law no. 3 of 2006 in conjunction with Law Number 50 of 2009. By regulation, the settlement of Islamic economy disputes in the Religious Courts becomes a trust for the Religious Court which are under the Supreme Court. This study aims to review the settlement of Islamic economy disputes in the Religious Court which is the absolute authority in receiving, examining, and deciding cases, especially in Islamic economy disputes. Descriptive qualitative method is the choice in this study on the regulation of the Law on the Judicial Power. Religious Court in carrying out their absolute competence based on the regulations of Law No. 3 of 2006 and Law no. 50 of 2009 have fulfilled the aspect of justice for disputes, especially in handling and deciding Islamic economy disputes. This is based on the number of cases in the Religious Court that have been successfully decided and have progressed, although some of the justice seekers have filed appeals and cassation. This shows that the Religious Court is competent in responding to challenges and doubts in resolving sharia economy disputes.Keywords: Islamic Economics; Religious Court; Dispute; Islamic LawPenyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syari’ah menjadi sebuah tantangan baru bagi Pengadilan Agama semenjak diberlakukannya UU No. 3 Tahun 2006 Jo UU Nomor 50 Tahun 2009. Secara regulasi penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syari’ah di Pengadilan Agama menjadi sebuah trust terhadap Pengadilan Agama yang berada dibawah Mahkamah Agung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syari’ah di Pengadilan Agama yang menjadi kewenangan absolut dalam menerima, memeriksa, dan memutus perkara khususnya dalam sengketa ekonomi syari’ah. Metode kualitatif deskriptif  menjadi pilihan dalam penelitian ini terhadap regulasi Undang-undang Kekuasaan Kehakiman. Pengadilan Agama dalam menjalankan kompetensi absolutnya berdasarkan regulasi Undang-undang No.3 Tahun 2006 dan Undang-undang No. 50 Tahun 2009 telah memnuhi aspek keadilan bagi para sengketa khususnya dalam menangani dan memutus sengketa ekonomi syari’ah. Hal ini berdasarkan dengan jumlah perkara di Pengadilan Agama yang berhasil diputus dan telah incraht meskipun sebagian dari pencari keadilan mengajukan banding dan kasasi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa badan Peradilan Agama telah kompeten dalam menjawab sebuah tantangan dan keraguan dalam menyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syari’ah.  Keywords: Ekonomi Syari’ah; Peradilan Agama; Penyelesaian Sengketa; Hukum Islam

Abstract

Perkembangan pegadaian saat ini telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang cukup pesat. Dengan semakin bertambah pesatnya industri gadai tentunya membuat persaingan antar lembaga gadai semakin ketat. Untuk memajukan perusahaan maka pihak pegadaian syariah perlu cermat dalam melihat  permintaan konsumen terhadap suatu produk atau jasa yang akan ditawarkan, salah satunya yaitu dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan , setiap pegadaian hendaklah mampu membuat suatu strategi yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas salah satunya adalah mutu jasa yang diharapkan. Produktivitas dan mutu menjadi faktor yang sangat penting karena dapat menggambarkan kinerja ekonomis dari suatu  perusahaan jasa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel acak (Random Sampling) dengan subjek penelitian adalah nasabah cabang Pegadaian Syariah unit Pasar Babakan Kota Tangerang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil uji F Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan yang terdiri dari Bukti fisik (X1), Kehandalan (X2), Ketanggapan (X3), Jaminan (X4), serta Empati (X5) terhadap variabel Keputusan Nasabah (Y) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Keputusan nasabah melakukan gadai di cabang Pegadaian Syariah unit Pasar Babakan Kota Tangerang. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa hasil nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 dan nilai F hitung (67,243) lebih besar dari F tabel (2,22). Dan koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 80,7% artinya variabel Bukti fisik (X1), Kehandalan (X2), Ketanggapan (X3), Jaminan (X4), serta Empati (X5) mempengaruhi variabel dependen yaitu Keputusan Nasabah (Y) sebesar 80,7%. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan (Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Empati, Bukti Fisik); Keputusan Gadai; Gadai Emas; Pegadaian Syariah.
