Abstract

The claim of product innovation in Islamic Banking needs a guidance and the strongest regulation which makes realization of subservience syariah (shariah compliance) and it has an ability to fill all over the market need. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is now being the dominant factor in economic and market of Islamic banking toward the gulf area of Arabian Penninsula, shows the fact of the absent of regulation while the condition of Islamic banking is not well-structured. This research aimed to answer the main problems between the fatwa’s authority of banking and the absent of goverment’s regulation. The result of this research is concluded that the biggest challenge that will be faced by Saudi Arabia such as the pressure of globally financial system, the coordination of Islamic Banking monitoring, the centralization of national banking’s fatwa (guidance), and the firmness toward conventionally banking and foreign.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuibagaimana persepsi jamaah umrah dalam penerapan syariat Islampada pelayanan di PT. Cahaya Azami Wisata Jakarta. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengansumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun dataprimer diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner oleh jamaah umrah PT.Cahaya Azami Wisata Jakarta. Sedangkan data sekunder diperolehdari buku-buku, penelitian dan skripsi sebelumnya. Teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumendari PT. Cahaya Azami Wisata. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 28responden yang merupakan jamaah umrah PT. Cahaya AzamiWisata Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prinsipsyariah Gharar memiliki tingkat persepsi yang paling tinggidibandingkan dengan prinsip syariah lainnya, yaitu : maisir,risywah, amanah, kerja sama dan mashlahah. Ini menunjukkanbahwa jamaah umrah sangat membutuhkan informasi pelayanan danfasilitas yang sangat jelas dari biro perjalanan haji dan umrah.

Abstract

Pendekatan anti kemiskinan dalam kerangka perempuan diranah pembangunan, menempatkan perempuan sebagaikelompok the poorest of the poor, sedangkan akses terhadapsumber daya dapat membebaskan perempuan dari kemiskinan.Asumsi inilah yang memotifasi banyak pihak untuk menjadikanperempuan sebagai kelompok sasaran utama kredit mikro.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, bagaimana analisismaqashid syariah dalam menetapkan hukum Islam terhadappemberdayaan perempuan melalui microfinance. Pertimbanganpertimbangan kemaslahatan dalam tinjauan pemeliharaanagama, jiwa, akal, keturunan dan harta, tidak menciptakanhalangan untuk perempuan dapat bekerja dan bersumberdaya,selama itu tidak menyimpang dari garis-garis ketentuan AllahSWT.Pengertian pemberdayaan perempuan dalam keuangan mikroIslami, berbeda dengan pengertian yang diusung olehfeminisme demokrasi liberal. Pemberdayaan perempuan melaluimicrofinance Islami, hendaknya dapat dengan seriusmempertimbangkan faktor-faktor negatif yang menjadi efekpergerakan program feminisme ala Barat, yang cenderungberlebihan membuat persamaan dan menghilangkan sekat antargender. Pemberdayaan perempuan melalui microfinance Islami,harus bisa menjadi pondasi utama permberdayaan keluarga,karena keluarga adalah bibit unggul bagi masa depan generasidan ummat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literaturdan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, berdasarkan data yang dirilisoleh lembaga-lembaga resmi negara.

Abstract

Infaq is something that is very interesting at this time to be discussed and developed in the world of muamalah, where infaq is part of ZISWAF. Infak is a very interesting instrument that is developed in an open public manner into a real movement in strengthening the existence of Islamic Economy itself. Therefore, the aim of this study to elaborate the concept of infaq based on Quranic view and to determine the role of infaq in empowerment of society, particularly to de economic development for the poor. Thematic interpretation is a method using an approach to current contemporary themes, which requires problem solving from verse reviews, munasabah verses, asbabun nuzul, interpretation of verses and hadiths related to Infaq friends and related to current problems and the best solution is sought. In the Qur'an itself, there are many verses that discuss infaq, but the author focuses on Surah Al-Furqan: 67 (Makkiyah) which relates to the ability of people to give infaq, letters to 2, namely Al-Baqarah: 167 (Makkiyah) relating to people who donate will get a reward both k in this world or in the hereafter, the third letter is Surah Al-Baqarah: 274 (Madaniyyah) which discusses giving infaq in secret. Here the author also discusses Adab and Ethics in giving because this is very important and there is the greatest wisdom for people who likes to donate. The finding of this study are: in the Qur’an Allah mentions several verses regarding the issue of infaq and the role of infaq in economic empowerment has a significant relation to the welfare of mustahik.

Abstract

As the economic sector of Indonesia has developed, Islamic banking has emerged as a solution to the resulting issues. As is widely known, Islamic Sharia has already developed Islamic economies in other countries. Moreover, Islamic banks provide a wide range of products and services to the public, such as the Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bintaro Branch Office, which provides financing options to individuals seeking to expand their enterprises. Including business financing, all forms of transactional activities in Islamic banks will always involve risks. This study aims to investigate the risks connected with the financing products supplied by the Bank Syariah Indonesia and to determine how to lessen the risks associated with business financing products and what steps may be taken to overcome the financing default. This study applies qualitative research using a case study research approach to describe and explain pertinent facts and data collected through interviews and other data collectiong from the institution. This study's findings indicate that risk management was performed at BSI Bintaro in line with specified rules, including the application of the 5C principles in examining the provision of financial viability to prospective consumers. However, BSI  Bintaro must address issues such as internal hazards and the elimination of tolerance analysis. Customers and banks should maintain a high level of professionalism to develop mutually advantageous business partnerships.

Abstract

A strong marketing strategy is crucial for firms since it immediately affects sales growth, brand promotion, and the identification of new market opportunities, leading to a sustained competitive advantage. Using SWOT analysis, which includes assessing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, is a crucial tool for developing a focused marketing strategy for items. This study seeks to explore the utilization of SWOT analysis in formulating the marketing strategy for the Griya Hasanah Home Financing Product (PPR) at BSI KCP Tangerang Villa Melati Mas. It involves a thorough analysis of both internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) variables. This research aims to use a descriptive qualitative technique to thoroughly examine and analyse the strengths, flaws, opportunities, and dangers associated with the Griya Hasanah PPR product at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tangerang Villa Melati Mas. Data collecting involves gathering primary sources, such as interviews, as well as secondary data obtained from other sources such websites, journals, books, and pertinent literature. The study's findings indicate that when using the SWOT analysis framework, internal factors (strengths and weaknesses), referred to as S - W, have a favourable value of 1.08 on the X-axis. On the other hand, external factors (opportunities and threats), represented as O - T, have a positive value of 1 on the Y-axis. Therefore, placing the Griya Hasanah PPR product at BSI KCP Tangerang Villa Melati Mas in quadrant 1 indicates the necessity for the company to implement a proactive marketing plan. By utilizing the company's strengths and capitalising on opportunities, this strategy is positioned to strengthen its competitive position and continuously extend its market presence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of zakat fund management in supporting the BAZNAS Tangerang City Cendekia Scholarship program. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data used were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation collected directly from BAZNAS Tangerang City. The results of this study indicate that the management of zakat funds through the BAZNAS Tangerang City Cendekia Scholarship education program has been running optimally. Optimization is carried out by distributing funds effectively, efficiently, on target, and long-term. The program is supported by internal and external factors. In addition, there are inhibiting factors in implementing the program but they are not very significant, so the management of funds in this program can be said to be quite optimal. The results of this study serve as a basis for BAZNAS and other zakat institutions to maintain and develop educational programs. Because the BAZNAS Tangerang City Cendekia Scholarship has succeeded in becoming an effective program in allocating zakat funds for education. This research is in line with the results of research conducted by Asep Kurniawan (2023) which explains that this scholarship program has been quite effective during its three-year run. The benchmarks for effectiveness are seen from the fluid adaptation of team solidarity, the quality of the programs implemented, the work achievements obtained, job satisfaction, and views from external parties.

Abstract

Keterbatasan informasi dan pemahaman tentang legalitas usaha menjadi salah satu hambatan utama perkembangan UMKM di Desa Ranca Kalapa, Kecamatan Panongan, Kabupaten Tangerang. Banyak pelaku UMKM di desa ini yang belum memiliki Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), yang berdampak pada stagnasi usaha dan keterbatasan akses pembiayaan serta pasar. Selain itu, rendahnya inovasi produk, branding, dan strategi pemasaran menyebabkan daya saing produk UMKM cenderung lemah di pasar modern. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh mahasiswa Universitas Cendekia Abditama (UCA) bertujuan memberikan solusi melalui pendekatan terstruktur, meliputi: (1) asistensi pembuatan NIB, (2) inovasi produk, (3) rebranding dan repacking, (4) seminar sertifikasi halal, dan (5) pelatihan pemasaran berbasis digital. Metode ini diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan pelaku UMKM, pendampingan intensif, hingga evaluasi hasil program. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta berhasil memperoleh NIB, meningkatkan pemahaman tentang legalitas usaha, dan mengakses peluang pasar yang lebih luas. Salah satu keberhasilan program adalah inovasi produk rengginang dengan varian rasa baru, rebranding produk kembang tahu, dan kemasan baru untuk anyaman bambu. Seminar sertifikasi halal juga mendorong pelaku UMKM memahami pentingnya sertifikasi untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Kesimpulannya, program ini mampu meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku UMKM terhadap aspek legalitas, inovasi, branding, dan pemasaran, sehingga memperkuat posisi UMKM di pasar yang kompetitif. Kolaborasi antara masyarakat, mahasiswa, dan pemerintah desa menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan program ini untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Pendampingan Proses Produk Halal (PPH) adalah kegiatan pengabdian yang ditujukan untuk membantu para pelaku UMKM Kedu Emas di Kecamatan Kelapa Dua, Kabupaten Tangerang. Program Sertifikasi Halal Gratis (SEHATI) merupakan program gratis yang ditawarkan oleh Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia melalui BPJPH. Program tersebut merupakan salah satu strategi dalam mengakselerasi peningkatan jumlah pelaku UMKM yang tersertifikasi halal di Indonesia. Metode pada kegiatan ini yaitu PAR (Participatory Action Research) yaitu metode yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan pendampingan proses produk halal di Kecamatan Kelapa Dua, Kabupaten Tangerang. Pelaku usaha yang didampingi adalah pelaku usaha yang bergabung dalam kelompok Kedu Emas dengan berbagai macam produk baik produk makanan seperti siomay, pempek, keripik singkong, keripik kentang, dan sebagainya. Pendampingan ini dilakukan untuk dapat melatih dan mendampingi para pelaku UMKM dalam mengisi Manual SJPH, mengisi aplikasi SiHalal dan menginput data produksi pada aplikasi SiHalal serta melakukan verifikasi dan validasi pada produk yang didaftarkan pada program SEHATI. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah tersertifikasi halal bagi pelaku UMKM yang didampingi sehingga memiliki nilai tambah pada produk yang diproduksi dan terjamin kehalalan produk yang sudah disertifikasi halal melalui program sertifikasi halal gratis (SEHATI).
