Abstract

Tugboats are one type of ship that has a high level of maneuverability. This is very suitable for water activities both at the port and offshore (Kantharia, 2020). This study uses the HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control) method that identifies hazards that can occur in routine or non-routine activities on tugs (Petro Suban) in 2015-2018 period , assessing the frequency of occurrence of hazards and their impacts followed by controlling and reduce the value of risk to the point acceptable to the company, the source of research data obtained from risk assessment activities based on the scope of work of the ship such as personal transfer, fuel transfer process and the process of assisting tankers when lifting oil. Research shows that there is the potential for fire and explosion hazards, navigational hazards, collision hazards, dangers of oil spills and people falling into the sea. The potential hazards that have been identified are classified in the high risk classification

Abstract

Prestasi belajar mahasiswa dalam pendidikan kebidanan sangat penting untuk menilai tingkat keberhasilan dalam pencapaian tujuan belajar yang telah ditetapkan dalam kurikulum kebidanan. Ada dua faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi belajar yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal adalah faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri mahasiswa yaitu motivasi. Pada hakikatnya motivasi belajar adalah dorongan internal pada seseorang yang sedang belajar untuk mengadakan perubahan tingkah laku, pada umumnya dengan beberapa indikator atau unsur yang mendukung, hal ini mempunyai peranan besar dalam keberhasilan seseorang dalam belajar. Sedangkan faktor eksternal salah satunya adalah kompetensi yang dimilki oleh seorang dosen. Untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi intrinsik dan persepsi mahasiswa tentang kompetensi dosen terhadap pencapaian nilai mata kuliah asuhan kebidanan nifas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa semester III Program Studi Diploma Tiga Kebidanan STIKes Indramayu, dengan jumlah sampel 28 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square. Menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan motivasi intrinsik dan persepsi mahasiswa tentang kompetensi dosen terhadap pencapaian nilai mata kuliah asuhan kebidanan nifas dengan nilai p value <0,05. Abstract

In accordance with what we see today, the population in prison is increasing and the health problems of prisoners are quite large. The correctional facility is currently designed taking into account the sentence of the detainee. The purpose of this study is to analyze the health of a prisoner in prison, because health indicates a major problem in supervision of correctional institutions related to mental health, as well as infectious diseases. Effective delivery of health services to detainees depends on a partner or a prison warden and one way to overcome this is by the existence of new regulations that must be considered by the government so that the health of prisoners can be maintained.

Abstract

Stroke sufferers in the world experience disability with permanent disability 52%, mild disability as much as 23% and as many as 25% of stroke sufferers are able to avoid disability after rehabilitation. Efforts that can be made to prevent disability is to follow a rehabilitation program by doing a range of motion or called Range of motion (ROM). ROM implementation must be followed and carried out routinely so that it requires motivation from patients and that motivation can be formed with the support of the family. The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation for implementing ROM exercises in stroke patients based on family support. Type research is a description of the correlation with cross-sectional approach. Sample uses 75 with total sampling. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and bivariate test using chi-square analysis test. Based on the results of the hypothesis test shows that the motivation to implement ROM exercises is influenced by family support. Suggestions are given to nurses to provide counseling and assistance to families so that families provide support in implementing ROM exercises

Abstract

Smoking behavior in the Ujung Gebang Village community home is more than 50%, of the 200 households monitored by 74.5% smoking inside the house. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the role of family, health workers and the media as a source of information on knowledge of smoking bans in homes in Ujunggebang Village. The research uses survey method with Cross Sectional approach. The population of the study was 1321 heads of households, the determination of the sample was using the Slovin formula of 93 heads of households, the sampling technique used accidental sampling using a questionnaire, statistical tests using the Chi-Square Test. The results showed there was an influence between the role of family on knowledge with a value of p = 0.007, there was no effect between the role of health workers on knowledge with a value of p = 0.105, and there was no influence between the role of the media on knowledge with a value of p = 0.098. family role. So family members must be educated about the dangers of smoking and prohibit smoking in the house

Abstract

Background: HIV/AIDS are currently a health problem that threatens Indonesia and many countries around the world. Adherence with taking medication is one of the important factors in the success of ART. The latest innovations in the use of Mobile Phone Reminder (MPR) such as messaging, telephone calls, and application use are considered successful in increasing medication compliance among patients undergoing ART and have been examined and implemented in many countries with high-quality evidence that shows success for patients in improving adherence . Objective: To find out the use of MPR in an effort to improve adherence in PLWHA. Method: This study uses a systematic review based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews & Meta-Analyzes (PRISMA) to identify all literature published by using relevant keywords. Results: In the 10 articles we have analyzed, the use of mobile phone reminders has been used in several countries such as China, Malaysia, Kenya, India, Cameroon, Boston, Sandiego. The ways that can be done to use MPR by using the method of voice calls and text messages as a reminder and support for PLWHA to obediently ART. Conclusion: MPR can be used as an option in an effort to improve adherence in PLWHA

Abstract

Tumbuh kembang merupakan manifestasi yang kompleks dari perubahan morfologi, biokimia, dan fisiologi yang terjadi sejak konsepsi sampai maturasi/dewasa. Dalam tahap ini terdapat beberapa masalah yaitu keterlambatan perkembangan yang dapat mempengaruhi pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar manusia anak itu sendiri. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar manusia oleh caregiver pada anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLBN Pahlawan Indramayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu caregiver yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus. Sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Instrumen menggunakan lembar kuesioner tentang pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar manusia. Analisa data menggunakan cut of point. Penyajian dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian sebanyak 29 responden (52,7 %) dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar manusia. Sebanyak 38 responden (69,10 %) terpenuhi kebutuhan fisiologis, 32 responden (58,18 %) terpenuhi keselamatan dan keamanan, 28 responden (50,90 %) terpenuhi kebutuhan cinta dicintai, 29 responden (52,72 %) tidak terpenuhi kebutuhan haga diri, 33 responden (60,0 %) terpenuhi kebutuhan aktualisasi diri. Simpulan bahwa pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar manusia oleh caregiver pada anak berkebutuhan khusus terpenuhi sebanyak 29 responden (52,7 %). Disarankan agar perawat maupun caregiver mampu bekerjasama melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan terkait pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar manusia dan lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan dasar pada anak berkebutuhan khusus terutama pada kebutuhan harga diri.

Abstract

personality typeis divided into 2 extrovert and introvert who has extrovert edpersonality types are good at socializing, Stress is a psychological phenomenonthat is often encountered indaily life, in which every individual must have experienced it low, strandart and high.but the level stress suffered by any person not the same aim of this study to know Relationships Personality Types with levels of stress student D-IV midwife STIKes Indramayu 2018 Analytical method with acrosssectional descriptive study, the sample in the study all students study the D-III program midwife STIKes Indramayu year 2018. Metode total sampling, total of 40 people, the research instrument is a questionnaire, and processed with computer programs.The results showed the majority of personality ektrovert is 26 students (65%) and mild stress levels is 25 students (62,5%). The analysis shows that using spearman rank p = 0.066 and 0.05 significance level. And the correlation coefficient (rs) is equal to - 0.279 means that there is no relationship between personality type with student stress levels.

Abstract

In carrying out fishing activities, fishermen often face the risk of work accidents. Two factors cause accidents, which are unsafe actions and unsafe conditions. The work activities of Pantura fishermen did not escape the risk of workplace accidents. From 2013-June 2014 in the port of Karangsong Indramayu recorded 29 cases of accidents with 39 victims lost/died. Research is needed to analyze risk factors for the work accident of Pantura fishermen. The study population was Pantura fishermen, with 116 cases and control samples. The dependent variable was the accident event, the independent variable consisted of action and condition . Design a case-control study with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Analysis with multiple linear regression statistical tests. The results of the study found that there was a significant relationship (α=5%) between unsafety action with a work accident (p=0,000) with an odds ratio of 8.25. Some risk factors for unsafety action after calculating the effect together are sub-variables: using a damaged safety device with an odds ratio of 6.577, and joking in the workplace with an odds ratio of 6.33. The research found that joking in the workplace is 6 times the risk for accidents compared to non-jokes in the workplace.

Abstract

Introduction: Personal protective equipment is a tool that serves to protect workers against exposure to hazards that cause illness and death in workers in the work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to Nurse Compliance in the Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) During the COVID-19 Pandemic Period at Hospital. Dr. H. Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja in 2021. Method: This research uses Quantitative research design with cross sectional analytic survey method. The population in this study were employees at RSUD Dr. H. Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja in 2021. The sampling of this research was determined by purposive sampling, namely the employees of the RSUD Dr. H. Ibnu Sutowo Baturaja each as many as 76 respondents. Data collection by using a questionnaire. Results: There is a significant relationship for the variables Knowledge (p value 0.03) and motivation (p value 0.03). From the results of the multivariate statistical test, the dominant factor was obtained, the knowledge variable (p value 0.03) with an OR value (5.79). Conclusion: Knowledge is the dominant factor in nurse compliance in the use of PPE. Keywords: Personal Protective Equipment, Compliance and Hospital
