Abstract

The purpose of this research is  to prove and analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, capital adequacy ratio, funding costs, and operational efficiency on liquidity risk and credit risk in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the population used were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the sample consisted of 27 banking companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used to prove the truth of the hypothesis is panel data regression which is processed using SPSS 20. The data used is from 2016 to 2020. Based on the results of hypothesis testing it was found that Bank size has a positive significant effect on liquidity risk and has a non-significant positive effect on credit risk. Profitability has an insignificant negative effect on liquidity risk and an significant negative effect on credit risk. The capital adequacy ratio has a significant positive effect on liquidity risk and an insignificant positive effect on credit risk. Funding costs have a significant positive effect on liquidity risk and an insignificant negative effect on credit risk. Operational efficiency has an insignificant negative effect on liquidity risk and an insignificant negative effect on credit risk.

Abstract

Catering is service requirement for some people who have a celebration for important events that bring many people to come. Catering provides food, decoration, and service for customers who have a celebration . In Karawang it self the tradition of using catering services has become a necessity of life, to help the success and smooth running of the event. One of the caterers in Karawang city is Citra Nusantara Catering, which was founded in 2018 by Mrs. Dwi Indriyani Rezeki. Promotion has an important effect on Citra Nusantara Catering to the wider community so that it can increase sales turnover. Bussines projections function as policy making and budgeting in the business. This study aims to project how the sales result of Citra Nusantara Catering in the development of small industrial businesses in Karawang Regency. Thus, this research is the first research on the application of business projection techniques using the least square method related to Citra Nusantara Catering Sales

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of financial literacy and saving behavior towards retirement planning of private-sector workers in Blitar. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire method. The sample of the data studied are private-sector employee who have worked at least 1-2 years in several company totaling 100 people. Data obtained by using a questionnaire to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is SEM analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that financial literacy has a significant effect on retirement planning for private-sector workers in Blitar and saving behavior has a significant effect on retirement planning for private-sector workers in Blitar district.

Abstract

The impact of the covid-19 pandemic has changed the state or habits, be it in the field of education, social, even economic. So pandemics do not allow a person to meet in person with others or face-to-face. The purpose of this study is to find out business actors in developing the creative economy in the the coffe beverage sector during the covid-19 pandemic. The research data was obtained through the interview process with the owner of the coffe shop “MR Brew Indonesia” located in Bandung. The result of this research aim ti find out business actors in the development of the creative economy in the coffe beverage sector during the covid-19 pandemic such as sales channel and digital marketing.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an emotional state that is pleasant or unpleasant for employees to view their work. Organizations that are not able to provide job satisfaction to their employees, will face the risk of productivity, increased turnover and high levels of employee absenteeism and allows increased work accidents, decreased physical and mental health of employees. Therefore, business organizations need to try to minimize the possibility of risk due to job dissatisfaction.The study tries to describe the actual situation regarding job satisfaction and motivation affect the performance of employees of PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Banjarmasin.The research population is the entire subject to be studied. The subjects studied here are all employees of PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Banjarmasin, totaling 80 (eighty) people. While the samples taken were 76 (seventy six) people.Employee job satisfaction affects performance while the factors that influence it are socially, physically and financially, the most influential factor is the financial factor because employees really hope that the company provides bonuses and incentives, the measurement of SPSS data processing uses a Likert scale to measure social factors , physical factors.

Abstract

This research was conducted using a descriptive study approach. This descriptive qualitative research aims to conduct an in-depth exploration of the role of social media (Instagram) and its implications for lifestyle in the city of Banjarmasin for FISIP students at Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. This study used in-depth interviews with 20 informants, namely students of FISIP, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarmasin. The results of this study indicate that social media (Instagram) is very popular among young people, because it is considered more appropriate to their needs than other social media (such as Facebook which is considered more identical for older people). Social media (Instagram) has become an inseparable part of lifestyle in the scope of activities of daily life today. The position of social media (Instagram) in life can already be considered as a primary need because the intensity of access is > 10 hours per day. Through social media (Instagram), there is an externalization process (such as realizing dreams, channeling creativity, and the necessity to follow trends) and internalization processes (such as meeting the information needs of the outside world, the need for inspiration for innovation and creativity and a reference source for daily activities, e.g. choosing daily clothes) which is part of Social Construction Theory. Social Media (Instagram) which was originally functioned as a medium for exchanging information and interacting socially has also undergone many shifts, one of which has become a market place. The great potential of social media (Instagram) as a market place is recognized as being able to trigger entrepreneurial interest. All informants in this study are business actors (privately owned) although still on a small scale (monthly turnover <Rp 4,000,000, - per month) which are generally engaged in fashion, cosmetics and food. Running a business through social media is felt by the informants to add value to their lives (such as pride), because their lifestyle is not only focused on being consumers (shopping through Instagram social media) but also producers (earning additional money and the process of applying business knowledge gained from the learning process on campus). Keywords : Social Media, Instagram, Social Contruction Theory, Lifestyle

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi akhir-akhir ini memaksa kita untuk melakukan perubahan, hal ini mengakibatkan terjadinya disrupsi kebiasaan yang dimana dalam berkegiatan hanya di luar jaringan menjadi berbaur masuk ke dalam jaringan. Kebanyakan Pengguna internet di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan adalah pengguna social media, sehingga dari kejadian ini menimbulkan peluang bagi Usaha Kecil Mikro (UKM) untuk melakukan pemasaran pada social media.Kedai Ikhtiar merupakan salah satu Usaha Kecil Mikro (UKM) yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman ringan serta menggunakan manfaat dari sosial media di usahanya. Hal ini menyebabkan perlunya strategi yang tepat dalam menghadapi persaingan. Berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti mengenai Pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian yang dimediasi Electronic Word of Mouth (Studi Kasus: Konsumen Kedai Ikhtiar Banjarbaru).Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Explanatory survey method (suatu metode penelitian survey yang bertujuan menguji hipotesis). Pengertian metode survey ini dibatasi pada pengertian survey, di mana informasi dikumpulkan dari sebagian populasi dan besarnya sampel dengan formula slovin sebanyak 80 responden yang tersebar di kota Banjarbaru. Metode Pengumpulan data yaitu kuisoner dan studi pustaka, analisa menggunakan model Partial Least Square dengan uji-t. PLS sebagai Teknik analisis data dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.9.
