Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin kerja dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Kedungwaringin di Jl. Raya Kedoeng Gedeh No.10 – 17540. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja pegawai dilihat dari empat indikator melalui ketepatan waktu, penggunaan peralatan kantor, tanggung jawab yang tinggi, dan taat terhadap aturan kantor sedangkan untuk kualitas pelayanan diketahui dari lima dimensi melalui berwujud, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, dan empati. Disiplin kerja pegawai dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Kedungwaringin masih belum berjalan dengan maksimal hal ini diketahui dari permasalahan yang terjadi, sebaiknya Kecamatan Kedungwaringin perlu evaluasi terhadap para pegawai selama proses pelayanan dan evaluasi terhadap masyarakat dalam bentuk laporan atau pandangan masyarakat dalam selama proses pelayanan, dan perlu ditingkatkan lagi sarana dan prasarana yang lebih baik guna membantu proses pelayanan.Kata kunci:  Disiplin kerja, Kualitas pelayanan, Pelayanan publik

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work culture on employee performance. In this study, samples taken as many as 124 people. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis of the leadership of PT Densha Indoguna Jaya Indonesia have a score of 5650 with an average value of 470.83 and are in the agreed criteria, work culture has a score of 5284 with an average score of 440.3 and are on the agreed criteria, employee performance has a score of 5353 with the average score was 446.1 and was in the agreed criteria The results of the correlation analysis test (r) between leadership (X1) and Work Culture (X2) amounted to 0.506. This shows the relationship between the variables of Leadership to Work Culture is quite strong and positive. The results of the linear regression test partially the influence of Leadership (X1) and Work Culture (X2) on Employee Performance, the partial influence for leadership (X1) on employee performance (Y) amounted to 10.89%, while the partial influence for work culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) of 16.56%. The results of the simultaneous influence of Leadership and Work Culture on Employee Performance are 41.0%, while the remaining 59% of employee performance is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to conduct an investigation into the level of service provided by PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk in the Karawang Area. Participants in this study include both employees and customers. This study employs qualitative research methods that are descriptive. Research focuses on five aspects of Prasuraman's theory: responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), tangibility (physical), empathy (empathy), and reliability (reliability). These five aspects are listed as follows: responsiveness, assurance, tangible (physical), empathy (empathy), and reliability (reliability). The data collection method consisted of three stages, which were observation, interviews, and documentation of the results of the interviews. There are obstacles in the Responsiveness dimension, specifically in responding to messages from the community through WhatsApp services, and there are obstacles in the Physical Evidence dimension, specifically in the facility of interference, according to the findings of research related to the five dimensions of service quality. The dimensions of Assurance, Empathy, and Responsiveness all fall into the good category. increased gas pressure, which results in the gas being unstable. The findings of this research provide information that can be used by PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk, Karawang Area in terms of the quality of service on what dimensions ought to be evaluated so that it can be improved.

Abstract

Catering is service requirement for some people who have a celebration for important events that bring many people to come. Catering provides food, decoration, and service for customers who have a celebration . In Karawang it self the tradition of using catering services has become a necessity of life, to help the success and smooth running of the event. One of the caterers in Karawang city is Citra Nusantara Catering, which was founded in 2018 by Mrs. Dwi Indriyani Rezeki. Promotion has an important effect on Citra Nusantara Catering to the wider community so that it can increase sales turnover. Bussines projections function as policy making and budgeting in the business. This study aims to project how the sales result of Citra Nusantara Catering in the development of small industrial businesses in Karawang Regency. Thus, this research is the first research on the application of business projection techniques using the least square method related to Citra Nusantara Catering Sales

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and discipline on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach. This population is employees of PT. Yorozu Automotive Indonesia, located in the Mitra Karawang Industrial Area, has 176 employees. A sample of 122 people was taken because the Slovin formula was used. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and analysis tools use SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that there is a partial influence between the Compensation variable (x1) on Employee Performance (y) with a calculated t value > t table (9.733> 1.979) and there is a partial influence between the Work Discipline variable (x2) on employee performance (y) with a value t count > t table (4.776> 1.979) and there is a simultaneous influence between the variables compensation (x1) and Work Discipline (x2) on Employee Performance (y) with a value of F count > F table (95.044> 3.07), namely 61, 5%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees of the Karawang UKM Cooperative Service. This research is verification research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was employees of the Karawang UKM Cooperative Service, totaling 45 respondents. Sampling used a total sampling technique with a total of 45 respondents. The data collection method is using a questionnaire and analysis tools using SPSS 22 with a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the research show that there is a partial influence between the Work Discipline variable (x1) on Employee Performance (y) with a calculated t value > t table (5.502 > 2.014) and there is a partial influence between the Work Environment variable (x2) on Employee Performance (y) with calculated t value > t table (2.280 > 2.014) andsimultaneously there is an influence of Work Discipline Variables (x1) and Work Environment (x2) on employee performance (y) withcalculated F value > F table (27.876 > 3.22).

Abstract

Warung nasi pecel Madiun Pak Slamet menawarkan berbagai macam masakan khas Madiun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan pada warung nasi pecel Madiun Pak Slamet dalam upaya meningkatkan serta menganalisis bauran pemasaran yang telah diterapkan. Jenis data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pertanyaan yang mewakili variabel produk, harga, promosi, tempat. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitan ini adalah penelitian lapangan, serta teknik analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa warung nasi pecel Madiun Pak Slamet memiliki analisis lingkungan dengan harga yang terjangkau, kelengkapan produk, memiliki pelanggan yang loyal, dan memiliki tempat yang strategis dengan lokasi yang berada di pusat kota. Pada variabel produk dengan indikator kualitas produk adalah produk yang ditawarkan telah sesuai harapan kosnumen akan tetapi masih perbedaan perbedaaan kualitas dengan produk nasi pecel yang ada di Madiun serta harga dan tempat yang dimiliki telah sesuai dengan harapan konsumen, pada variabel promosi terdapat kekurangan dalam penerapanya yaitu promosi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan banner dan spanduk cukup baik tetapi pelanggan hanya bisa memesan produk secara offline atau langsung. Penulis memberikan solusi yaitu melakukan promosi secara online degan pada grab food atau gofood agar perluasan cakupan penjulan serta memudahkan konsumen.

Abstract

Human resources play a crucial role in achieving a company's success, including at PT Indah Kiat Karawang Tbk, which operates in the paper and packaging manufacturing sector. An interesting phenomenon has emerged regarding employee job satisfaction, which is influenced by several factors, such as the work environment and workload. Previous research has shown varied results, thereby creating a research gap concerning the impact of these two variables on job satisfaction. This study aims to analyse the influence of the work environment and workload on employee job satisfaction at PT Indah Kiat Karawang Tbk. A quantitative method was employed, with a population consisting of 68 employees from the security division, who also served as the saturated sample. Data were collected through a survey and analysed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that, partially, the work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Conversely, the workload variable shows a significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Overall, the work environment and workload contribute 50.3% to job satisfaction, while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

PT Jaya Kencanamas Farma, is a pharmaceutical health sub-distributor company that began operating in 2022. The objectives of this study include internal communication in the dimensions of internal communication, internal communication relationships or interactions, and barriers in internal communication. Using a descriptive qualitative approach research method, this research involves interviews, observations, and documentation studies as data collection methods and uses data source triangulation validity techniques. The results showed that internal communication in the company PT Jaya Kencanamas Farma has an important role in improving employee performance. The conditions of internal communication dimensions both vertically and horizontally at PT Jaya Kencanamas Farma are mutually sustainable to carry out work processes that are structural in nature, personal and group communication relationships are also carried out optimally to improve performance but there are major obstacles in internal communication in the form of miscommunication that occurs due to lack of clarity in the direction of communication and message interpretation. Various efforts have been made by the company to improve the quality of internal communication to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan promosi terhadap minat beli produk skincare di TikTok Shop pada karyawan PT Chang Shin Indonesia baik secara parsial maupun simultan dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel adalah 109 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara persepsi harga dengan promosi. Persepsi harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, Promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Persepsi harga dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat. Besarnya pengaruh persepsi harga dan promosi terhadap minat beli sebesar 69,1%, sedangkan sisanya 30,9% minat beli dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
