Abstract

This activity aims to provide knowledge about oyster mushroom cultivation for the community in Gunung Kupang Village, Cempaka District, Banjarbaru. The implementation method in this community service activity is a method that includes counselling, providing understanding and assistance to the people of Gunung Kupang Village, Cempaka. The application of these methods is so that activity participants understand the practical techniques of oyster mushroom cultivation as an alternative protein and additional income. Activities The community service activities carried out by means of face-to-face meetings, discussions, which include training and counselling and empowerment went well. From this service activity, it appears that most of the participants do not know and understand how to practically cultivate oyster mushrooms as an alternative protein and additional income. to be able to increase income in the community of gunung kupang cempaka village. With this activity, the community is more motivated and active in increasing knowledge and production of oyster mushrooms.

Abstract

This research is very in-depth and focuses on developing innovative performance management models to increase productivity in the digital era at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tanah Laut, South Kalimantan. Explanation of the research, in the context of the digital era, and the research methodology used, including the literature study method chosen to gain an in-depth understanding of this research topic. The attached literature review provides a good overview of key concepts relevant to performance management in the digital era. This research has included important theories and findings that support the theoretical basis of the research. The research results highlight the development of innovative performance management models relevant to the digital era, with an emphasis on performance optimization through digital technology, data analytics and efficient improvement processes. Implementation of the model in an organizational context, including specific steps such as goal setting and communication, is an important element in turning the model into concrete action. In addition, the solutions offered to overcome challenges and obstacles that may arise during implementation are wise steps. It reflects a solution-oriented approach and is ready to face changes that may occur on the way to more innovative performance management. This article also demonstrates an understanding of the importance of employee satisfaction, ongoing training, and a focus on results in the context of more adaptive performance management. Thus, this research appears to be a valuable resource for management practitioners, organizational leaders, and researchers interested in understanding and implementing effective performance management in the digital era. Congratulations on your efforts in conducting relevant research and contributing positively to the development of innovative performance management models.

Abstract

The Industrial Era 4.0 has brought profound changes in various industrial sectors throughout the world. This research explores the challenges and opportunities of human resource management (HR) in facing these changes, with a focus on Syamsudin Noor International Airport, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. The digital era and Industry 4.0 have changed the business landscape, demanding rapid adaptation in managing the workforce. A key challenge is the lack of digital skills required by employees to operate in an increasingly digitalized environment. This research provides an overview of changes at Syamsudin Noor Airport, which has an important role as a regional gateway and logistics center. The airport is facing changes in technology, regulations and increasing customer expectations. HR management must play a strategic role in overcoming this challenge. The conclusion of this research is that HR management must prioritize developing employee digital skills, changing organizational culture, and understanding regulations related to the digital era. This is crucial to ensure the success of Syamsudin Noor Airport and similar organizations in facing Industry 4.0. Opportunities exist in operational efficiency, data analytics and work flexibility. In conclusion, adaptive HR management and a focus on developing digital skills will play a key role in responding to challenges and exploiting opportunities in the Industry 4.0 era.

Abstract

In a global context influenced by the pandemic, HR adaptations to support remote work are important for organizational continuity and productivity. This research highlights the lessons learned from a case study at Uniska MAB Banjarmasin, which effectively adapted their HR practices in the post-pandemic era. Diverse research methods, including case studies, in-depth interviews, document analysis, and participant observation, provide in-depth insight into the adaptation process. The research results show that Uniska MAB Banjarmasin experienced significant changes in work patterns, performance evaluation, and reward policies as a response to remote work. Despite emerging challenges, such as remote management and work-life balance, the adaptation of effective strategies, such as technology training and an open communication approach, has resulted in increased employee engagement, productivity and job satisfaction. The implications of this research are not only practical, with recommendations for other organizations wishing to adopt similar practices, but also theoretical, providing a deeper understanding of HR management in the context of remote work. By considering the challenges overcome and lessons learned from Uniska MAB Banjarmasin, this research highlights the potential for positive adaptation of HR practices to support organizational success in facing rapidly changing work environments.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang terjadi akhir-akhir ini memaksa kita untuk melakukan perubahan, hal ini mengakibatkan terjadinya disrupsi kebiasaan yang dimana dalam berkegiatan hanya di luar jaringan menjadi berbaur masuk ke dalam jaringan. Kebanyakan Pengguna internet di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan adalah pengguna social media, sehingga dari kejadian ini menimbulkan peluang bagi Usaha Kecil Mikro (UKM) untuk melakukan pemasaran pada social media.Kedai Ikhtiar merupakan salah satu Usaha Kecil Mikro (UKM) yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman ringan serta menggunakan manfaat dari sosial media di usahanya. Hal ini menyebabkan perlunya strategi yang tepat dalam menghadapi persaingan. Berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti mengenai Pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian yang dimediasi Electronic Word of Mouth (Studi Kasus: Konsumen Kedai Ikhtiar Banjarbaru).Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Explanatory survey method (suatu metode penelitian survey yang bertujuan menguji hipotesis). Pengertian metode survey ini dibatasi pada pengertian survey, di mana informasi dikumpulkan dari sebagian populasi dan besarnya sampel dengan formula slovin sebanyak 80 responden yang tersebar di kota Banjarbaru. Metode Pengumpulan data yaitu kuisoner dan studi pustaka, analisa menggunakan model Partial Least Square dengan uji-t. PLS sebagai Teknik analisis data dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.9.

Abstract

Oyster mushrooms are a type of woody mushroom that has a higher nutritional content compared to other types of woody mushrooms. Some nutrients contained in oyster mushrooms, such as protein, fat, phosphorus, iron, thiamin, and riboflavin, are higher than other types of mushrooms, and contain 18 types of amino acids needed by the human body without containing cholesterol (Djarijah, 2001). Although rich in nutrients, oyster mushrooms have a relatively short shelf life. This causes the selling price of oyster mushrooms to tend to be low if not sold immediately. Gunung Kupang Village is a transmigration village from the island of Java where the majority of the people who live there or their ancestors come from Java, where their descendants were born as banjar people of South Kalimantan. In Gunung Kupang village, it is located in the RT area. The results of our survey and research found that there is an oyster mushroom MSME entrepreneur “UD Jamur Semesta” where the business was formed in groups. After the formation of the group, each member decided to develop their respective oyster mushroom cultivation with individual businesses. UD Jamur Semesta has 8 employees, all of whom are family members who can still be productive together to run their business. However, the business has not been maximized in its sales, which still receives orders from word of mouth, local residents who buy at home and packaging is still using ordinary plastic, purchase of at least 1 kg. And there is no processing that makes added value for universal mushroom farmers. This Community Service activity is at the Mushroom Universe Farmer business, in Gunung Kupang Village, Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge in the human resources of the universe farmer business, in terms of oyster needles and their benefits and being able to become one of the business ideas and increase the added value of oyster mushroom cultivation (making processed oyster mushrooms into meatballs).ABSTRAKJamur tiram merupakan jenis jamur kayu yang memiliki kandungan nutrisi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan jenis jamur kayu lainnya. Beberapa nutrisi yang terkandung dalam jamur tiram, seperti protein, lemak, fosfor, besi, thiamin, dan riboflavin, lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan jenis jamur lainnya, serta mengandung 18 jenis asam amino yang diperlukan oleh tubuh manusia tanpa mengandung kolesterol (Djarijah, 2001). Meskipun kaya akan kandungan gizi, jamur tiram memiliki masa simpan yang relatif singkat. Hal ini menyebabkan harga jual jamur tiram cenderung rendah jika tidak segera terjual. Desa Gunung Kupang adalah desa transmigrasi dari pulau jawa dimana mayoritas yang tinggal disana masyarakatnya atau nenek moyangnya berasal dari jawa, dimana keturunannya lahir sebagai orang banjar kalsel. Di desa gunung kupang letaknya di wilayah RT. 30 hasil survei dan research kami menemukan ada pengusaha UMKM Jamur tiram “UD Jamur Semesta” dimana yang diawali terbentuk usahanya berkelompok. Setelah terbentuknya kelompok dari setiap anggota memutuskan untuk mengembangkan budidaya jamur tiramnya masing-masing dengan usaha perorangan. UD Jamur Semesta mempunyai 8 karyawan dimana dari 8 orang pekerja tersebut semua dari anggota keluarga yang masih bisa produktif bersama-sama untuk menjalankan usahanya. Namun usaha tersebut belum maksimal dalam penjualannya, yaitu masih menerima pesanan dari mulut ke mulut, warga sekitar yang membeli ke rumah dan pembungkusan kemasan masih menggunakan plastik biasa, pembelian minimal 1 kg. Dan belum ada pengolahan yang menjadikan nilai tambah bagi petani semesta jamur. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah pada usaha Petani Semesta Jamur, di Desa Gunung Kupang, Kecamatan Cempaka, Kota Banjarbaru. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah bertambahnya pengetahuan pada SDM usaha petani semesta, dalam mengenai jarum tiram dan manfaatnya serta mampu menjadi salah satu ide usaha dan meningkatkan nilai tambah budi daya jamur tiram (membuat olahan jamur tiram menjadi bakso).

Abstract

This research examines Talent Management in the Digital Era with a focus on the application of technology for recruitment and retention at PT. Arutmin Indonesia. This company has successfully implemented a technology-based talent management strategy using digital platforms, artificial intelligence and data analysis. Recruitment processes, career development and employee retention management through technology have a positive impact on efficiency, effectiveness and employee satisfaction. The research results show that PT. Arutmin Indonesia faces challenges, including employee resistance to technology and data security. Companies address these challenges through technology training, involvement of IT experts, and implementation of strict data security policies. In facing changes in higher education governance, PT. Arutmin Indonesia also implements innovation and change management strategies. Therefore, the conclusion is to increase technology integration, develop data analysis, and strengthen technology-based skills development. The application of intelligent technologies, such as artificial intelligence, may be a future focus for improving talent management. The conclusion confirms that the technological approach to talent management has had a positive impact and provides valuable insights for other companies that wish to involve technology in managing their human resources in the digital era.

Abstract

In the increasingly advanced digital era, companies in various sectors must adapt to technological changes to remain competitive. PT Benawa, an advertising and printing company in Banjarbaru, faces challenges in talent management amidst digital transformation. This study aims to explore how PT Benawa utilizes technology to improve the recruitment and retention process of talent. The use of information and communication technology, including AI-based recruitment software, HRIS, and data-based employee retention platforms, has increased the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent management process. This study uses the ADDIE model to ensure that the application of technology is carried out systematically and structured. The results of the study show that technology can improve employee experience, work flexibility, and company image, despite challenges in adapting to technology and changing organizational culture. With the right strategy, PT Benawa can achieve a competitive advantage in talent management in the digital era.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in regional economic growth, including South Kalimantan. However, the low level of understanding of financial management and utilization of marketing technology is a major obstacle to increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. This study examined the effects of financial management and marketing training on MSME empowerment in the region. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory method, data were collected through a closed questionnaire from 100 MSME actors who participated in the training. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that financial management training (β = 0.465; p = 0.001) and marketing training (β = 0.387; p = 0.003) had a positive and significant effect on MSME empowerment. Both variables simultaneously explained 67.4% of the variation in empowerment (R² = 0.674). This finding confirms that structured training is an effective intervention for encouraging independence, increasing assets, and increasing market access for MSME actors. This study provides a practical contribution to the formulation of MSME empowerment policies through need-based training programs

Abstract

MSMEs in general are directed to support efforts to overcome poverty and inequality, create employment opportunities and increase exports, as well as revitalize agriculture and rural areas, which are national development priorities in 2006 (Suyahya, 2017). Within that framework, the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is directed to provide a significant contribution to the creation of employment opportunities, increasing exports and increasing competitiveness, while the development of micro-scale businesses is directed to contribute to increasing the income of low-income communities, especially the "Community Service Program" to Improve the Feasibility of MSME Businesses in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. This Community Service Program activity was attended by 20 participants, of which 10 participants were from MSME actors in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. And 10 participants were from Uniska students. The "Community Service" activity was organized by Mr. / Mrs. Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics, Management Study Program. Islamic University of Kalimantan MAB Banjarmasin. The concrete form of this community service program directly empowers a large number of businesses, particularly micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Community Service research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The theme is "Entrepreneurship Mentoring to Improve the Business Viability of MSMEs in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City." It involves field studies, direct observation, and lectures, tutorials, and discussions. The goal is to improve the understanding and skills of MSMEs in preparing business feasibility studies, identifying business development needs, and implementing appropriate strategies. The community service activities are designed to optimize the use of mentoring to improve business viability for MSMEs in Cempaka District, Banjarbaru City. The goal is to provide training and mentoring to MSMEs, providing materials and guidance to improve their business viability. During the community service activities, mentoring and monitoring will be conducted to ensure that MSMEs can implement the knowledge and skills they have acquired in the materials and guidance provided to improve business viability. The community service team will provide guidance and useful input to address any obstacles or problems that may arise during the adaptation process. The overall impact of this community service program is expected to have a positive impact on increasing knowledge, insight, and experience for MSMEs. It is hoped that MSMEs will be able to face modern business challenges and achieve greater profits in a competitive market by improving their business viability.ABSTRAKUMKM dalam secara umum diarahkan untuk mendukung upaya-upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan dan kesenjangan, penciptaan kesempatan kerja dan peningkatan ekspor, serta revitalisasi pertanian dan pedesaan, yang menjadikan prioritas pembangunan nasional dalam tahun 2006 (Suyahya, 2017). Dalam kerangka itu, pengembangan usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) diarahkan agar memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap penciptaan kesempatan kerja, peningkatan ekspor dan peningkatan daya saing, sementara itu pengembangan usaha skala mikro diarahkan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat berpendapatan rendah, khususnya “Program Pengabdian Masyarakat” untuk Meningkatkan Kelayakan Bisnis UMKM di Kecamatan Cempaka, Kota Banjarbaru. Kegiatan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini di ikuti oleh 20 peserta, dimana 10 peserta dari pelaku UMKM Kecamatan Cempaka, Kota Banjarbaru. Dan 10 peserta dari mahasiswa Uniska. Kegiatan “Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat” yang diselenggarakan oleh Bapak/Ibu Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi, Prodi Manajemen. Universitas Islam Kalimantan MAB Banjarmasin. Bentuk kerja nyata dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberdayakan langsung oleh sebagian besar usaha terutama mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Metode penelitian Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan metode Deskriptif Kualitatif. Dengan tema Pendampingan Kewirausahaan untuk Meningkatkan kelayakan Bisnis UMKM di Kecamatan Cempaka, Kota Banjarbaru. Dapat melibatkan studi lapangan, observasi langsung, serta metode ceramah, tutorial, dan diskusi. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun studi kelayakan bisnis, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengembangan usaha, dan menerapkan strategi yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan pendampingan meningkatkan kelayakan bisnis bagi UMKM di kecamatan cempaka, kota Banjarbaru. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada UMKM dalam pemberian materi dan pendampingan guna meningkatkan kelayakan bisnis UMKM. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian, akan ada pendampingan dan monitoring yang dilakukan untuk memastikan UMKM dapat mengimplementasikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang mereka peroleh dalam pemberian materi dan pendampingan peningkatan kelayakan bisnis. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat akan memberikan bimbingan dan masukan yang berguna dalam mengatasi kendala atau masalah yang mungkin muncul selama proses adaptasi. Dampak setelah dilakukan program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah secara keseluruhan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan, wawasan dan pengalaman bagi UMKM. Diharapkan UMKM dapat menghadapi tantangan bisnis modern dan memperoleh keuntungan yang lebih besar dalam pasar yang kompetitif, dari upaya peningkatan kelayakan bisnis.
