Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atau menganalisa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dosen terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa strata 1 di Perguruan Tinggi dalam wilayah Kabupaten Majalengka. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori survey. Survey dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang dibuat melalui google form dan didapat respon sebanyak 250 feedback untuk dianalisa. Data dianalisa melalui uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, uji regresi linear sederhana, dan koefisien determinasi menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Kualitas pelayanan dosen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Variabel bebas tidak dapat menyediakan penjelasan secara menyeluruh dalam menjawab permasalahan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa strata 1 di Perguruan Tinggi dalam wilayah Kabupaten Majalengka. Temuan penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai informasi bagi Perguruan Tinggi di wilayah Kabupaten Majalengka untuk meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dan sebagai bukti empiris yang mungkin berguna bagi penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the sequence of Direct Marketing work processes before and after the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Time and Motion Study method is used to assess the burden of Direct Marketing officers in all aspects of their duties in the Digital Disruption Era. This study's data was gathered through observations, interviews, and "Time and Motion" measurements. This study was carried out in the Direct Marketing departments of two different companies. According to the findings of this study, there are seven elements of the work sequence in the Direct Marketing work process from beginning to end. In addition, the total time required for the Direct Marketing work process after being disrupted by the digital era is 73 minutes 13 seconds, which saves 13 hours 17 minutes compared to before being disrupted

Abstract

The number of competitors coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic is a factor that affects sales turnover at the company, because sales turnover is important to realize the company's goals. CV. Caldera Panen Pertiwi Bandung branch is a meat distributor company and the only branch in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of market segmentation on sales turnover in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, to determine the impact that occurred and the efforts made to increase sales turnover. This research includes inductive qualitative research using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques, where this study tries to explain the solution to existing problems based on existing company data. The results of the study that caused the decline in sales turnover during this pandemic were limited availability or supply of stock from abroad, unstable raw material prices or goods prices, then less demand for goods, then central and regional government policies which of course had an impact on companies or distributors. meat because many places of business are temporarily closed. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the number of members, total deposits, total loans and working capital on the acquisition of Business Profits (SHU) in the KPRI Mitra Koperasi of SMA Negeri 1 Maja, Majalengka. The data source uses secondary data, namely financial statement data. The financial report data used in this thesis is data for the last 6 years from 2015 to 2020 at the KPRI Mitra SMA Negeri 1 Maja, Majalengka. The sampling method used in this study, which is more specifically the type or method of non-probability sampling used in this study, is purposive sampling. Based on the results of research that has been done that the correlation coefficient simultaneously (together) between the total of members, deposits, loans, working capital to the remaining operating results, that the R Square is 0.550. This value is the result of the square of the correlation coefficient. The value of Rsquare x 100% is called the coefficient of determination. In this case it means that 55% of the influence of the total of members, total deposits, total of loans, working capital on the remaining operating results. For the rest, (100% - 55% = 45%) caused by other factors that were not studied. The result of interpretation of the coefficient of determination is 55%. Included in the strong or high influence. Based on the results of the F / ANOVA test, Fcount = 4.769 with a significance level of 0.000. As for the value of Ftable = 0.225 at a significance level of 0.05. So that Fcount > Ftable (4.769 > 0.225) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 which indicates a significant regression model. So the conclusion is Fcount > Ftable, then H0 is rejected, meaning the total of members, total deposits, total loan, working capital simultaneously affect the SHU at the Koperasi KPRI Mitra of SMA Negeri 1 Maja, Majalengka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the disclosure of corporate social responsibility and financial performance in the banking sector in Indonesia. Samples from this study that reveals the company sustainability report and companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). Consisting of 11 companies during the period 2015-2017 and the research had a total of 33 samples. This study uses secondary data from annual reports and sustainability reports banking firm period 2015-2017. In this study testing the effect of disclosure of corporate social responsibility on the financial performance is done using simple linear regression testing. The results showed the disclosure of corporate social responsibility mempegaruhi not significantly affect the financial performance. The results showed the disclosure of corporate social responsibility do not significantly affect the financial performance. This suggests that in addition to the disclosure of corporate social responsibility there are several things that affect financial performance. In this study testing the effect of disclosure of corporate social responsibility on the financial performance is done using simple linear regression testing. The results showed the disclosure of corporate social responsibility do not significantly affect the financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the growth and contribution of revenue sharing for Motor Vehicle Taxes to Road Maintenance and Expansion in Purwakarta, as well as the growth and contribution of revenue sharing from Motor Vehicle Title Transfer Fees to Road Maintenance and Expansion in Purwakarta. from 2015 to 2019. This research method is descriptive research. The results show that the growth of motor vehicle tax revenue each year has increased along with this the growth of road maintenance and expansion in Purwakarta in 2015-2017 also increased while in 2018 it had a decrease. This is due to the APBD Allocation budgeted from the agency, there is a budget reduction and increased again in 2019 Until now, the motor vehicle tax revenue sharing has not been able to meet the needs for maintenance costs and road expansion, negative and in the following year had positive growth and growth. Road maintenance and expansion in Purwakarta in 2015-2017 experienced positive growth while in 2018 it had a decline. This is due to the budget allocation from the agency that budgeted for a reduction in the budget and increased again in 2019. Until now, the profit sharing of the Transfer of Names for Motorized Vehicles has not been able to meet the needs of road maintenance and expansion costs.

Abstract

Abstract : Concern for the quality of life (quality of life) is the center of attention in the current state of the pandemic. Changes in the environment cause attention to be focused on the quality of life. In this study, the researcher will use qualitative methods so that this event can be understood without any theoretical limitations that separate the reader from the subject, but the reader can also feel, appreciate, and seem to be in the life of the subject. Through qualitative methods, events can be seen from the perspective of the author and the research subject. In this study, the research results were grouped into three main categories of responses as employees working during Covid-19. The first category is employees who feel dissatisfied with their situation since Covid-19, the second category is employees who feel dissatisfied with their situation but are still trying to accept it since Covid-19, while the last category is the category of employees who feel fine and supportive. the course of company policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study has answered the research question that EWB is very important for working employees, because EWB affects work engagement and motivation. Decreased work motivation will affect the way employees work as well. Income is thought to be one of the factors that affect welfare because everything does require money. However, EWB can still be fulfilled during this Covid-19 pandemic even though there is a decrease in income.

Abstract

Social media which initially only functioned as a medium to expand friendships and share one's daily activities, is now starting to turn into a platform used by many companies to share information and carry out marketing activities. One of the marketing strategies carried out by the company through social media is to use the services of an endorser to promote its products through the endorser's personal social media account. There are three types of endorsers studied in this study, namely celebrity endorsers, influencer endorsers, and online customer reviewers, each of which has its own advantages. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the difference or comparison of the influence of the credibility of the three types of endorsers above on consumer buying interest in the same product. The products used in this study are skincare products. This research was conducted using purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents for each type of questionnaire based on different types of endorsers so that a total of 300 respondents were obtained. The collected data was then processed using PLS-SEM as a whole and PLS-MGA to test the effect of moderation. The results obtained in this study are that an influencer endorser has the highest moderating effect among other types of endorsers on the relationship between endorser's credibility towards attitude toward the ad and attitude toward the brand. Meanwhile, the differences between these three types of endorsers do not have a moderating effect on the relationship between endorser's credibility, attitude toward the ad, and attitude toward the brand towards purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of trust, application quality, and perceived usefulness on the intention to purchase and actual system use of the KAI ACCESS application between the ages of 19 -39 years in Jabodetabek. From the 204 respondents obtained, data analysis was then carried out and the results showed that the trust variable did not have a significant effect on the intention to purchase, while the application quality and perceived usefulness variables had a significant influence on the intention to purchase variable, then the intention to purchase variable also had a significant effect. significant to the actual system use variable. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is found that the variables of trust, application quality and perceived usefulness can explain the variable intention to purchase by 81.1%, while the remaining 18.9% is explained by other variables and the variable intention to purchase can explain the actual system use variable of 52 .5% and the remaining 47.5% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

The prospect of the textile and garment sector in Indonesia is predicted to continue to decline since the last few years. The purpose of this study is to predict financial difficulties in textile and garment sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The independent variables used in this study are Current Ratio, Enterprise Risk Management, and Labor Costs. The Financial Distress model used in this study is the Altman Z score. This research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The sample used in this study were 12 textile and garment sector companies with saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. The results showed that the Current Ratio had a positive and significant effect on predicting Financial Distress, the proportion of Enterprise Risk Management had no significant effect on predicting Financial Distress, and Labor Costs had a significant negative effect on predicting Financial Distress.
