Abstract

The study purpose is to analyse the impact of training, competence, motivation and leadership towards performance either directly or through job satisfaction as a mediator variable. As many as 55 staff are considered as respondents in this research, and census method is used as the sampling method. Primary data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Likert Scale. Secondary data are obtained from the organization structure Sukamandi Apparatus Training Centre (BDA), performance appraisal, staff attendance, information system and personnel management. Structural Equation Modeling Analisis of Moment Structures (SEM-AMOS) is used to process and analyze data. This study shows staff with high education, competence and leadership have a significant effect on performance, While the job satisfaction is significant in mediating the influence of training, competence and leadership on performance. Next on the employee with low education, training, competence, motivation and leadership have a significant influence on performance, while job satisfaction is significant in mediating the effect of competence and leadership on staff performance. Abstract

Kampung Tajur terletak di Desa Pasanggrahan, Kecamatan Bojong, Purwakarta. Kampung ini dicanangkan sebagai desa berbasis ekowisata pada tahun 2004. Kampung Tajur menawarkan wisata alam dan budaya yang menjadi daya tarik wisatawan baik nusantara maupun mancanegara. Ciri khas obyek wisata yang ditawarkan sejenis dengan obyek wisata alam lain, namun daya tarik wisatawan pada wisata Kampung Tajur masih rendah. Artikel ini menggambarkan strategi rencana pengembangan ekowisata untuk Kampung Tajur berbasis kearifan lokal. Quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) dengan angka fuzzy digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas strategi pengembangan ekowisata. Community-based ecotourism (CBET) berbasis sustainable tourism indicator (STI) dimanfaatkan sebagai indikator untuk menentukan beberapa strategi pengembangan sesuai dengan kearifan lokal masyarakat. Hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu memberikan masukan bagi stakeholders untuk pengembangan wisata daerah. Kata kunci : Ekowisata, logika fuzzy, pengembangan wilayah, kearifan lokal.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to understand the organizations culture in improving the performance of employees in Balai Diklat Aparatur Sukamandi. Research was conducted using descriptive methods. Research data collected using a questionnaire completed by 30 employees. Research data analyzed using descriptive technical analysis. Based on the analysis of data obtained the following conclusions: First, perfoemance of employees in Balai Diklat Aparatur Sukamandi relatively good level reached 81.86%. This is shown by how the employees in performing work in a timely manner, have a responsibility in the work, the results show quality of work achieved, to obey the rules, and foster cooperation. Second: organizations culture in Balai Diklat Aparatur Sukamandi relatively low levels reached only 62.98%. This is indicated by the values and norms about the structure of the task, the applicable regulations, the interaction between employees, and appreciation of the achievements that have not been agreed upon in their entirety as a reference in conducting activities to achieve organizational goals, so that should be improved. Third: organizations culture can potentially lead to increase in employee job performance. Agreement on values and norms will encourage the employee organization in conducting the work in accordance with the objectives of the organization. This is indicated particularly by the structure of tasks that employees can demonstrate the quality of the work.

Abstract

The aims of this research to prove and explain the positive influence of ethical orientation, experience and competence on the quality of the audit results either directly or through professional skepticism. Methods of analysis using path analysis with significance level of 0.05 (5%). The population in this research is the auditor who acts as team members in audits at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The sample used were 103 respondents using cluster random sampling method to the audit teams. The test results on the analysis of the level of substructure 1 revealed that ethical orientation and experience have no positive influence to professional skepticism, while competence has positive influence to professional skepticism. The test results on the analysis of the level of the substructure 2 revealed that ethical orientation, experience, and competence have no positive influence to the quality of the audit results, while professional skepticism has positive influence the quality of the audit results. The test results on the analysis of indirect influence revealed that the ethical orientation and experience have no positive influence to the quality of the audit results through professional skepticism, while competence has positive influence to the quality of the audit results through professional skepticism. Abstract

This research has the title "The Influence of Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interest (Case Study of College Students of Economics in Purwakarta)" compiled by Iman Sidik Nusannas. The growing interest in entrepreneurship is determined by many factors. But in this study there are two main factors that are considered to have a major contribution in growing the interest of one's entrepreneurship. In addition, this is strongly influenced by the adequate entry of information about the object of interest. Information on the success of a business raises an understanding to the public that the entrepreneur has a proven prospect of success. This study aims to examine how the Effect of Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interest (Case Study of Higher Education Economics Students In Purwakarta). Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires addressed to 96 students who had attended entrepreneurship education course by using Accidental sampling technique. To test the hypothesis, there are two tests that are T test (partial), F test (simultaneous) with the help of IBM SPSS software version 23. The results showed that the Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment has a positive effect on Entrepreneurship Interest among students. Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on Gross Profit Margin (GPM) in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011 - 2015 so that it is expected to be beneficial for manufacturing companies the food and beverage sub-sector in Indonesia as input in an effort to increase gross profit and is expected to be able to make new policies in its operational activities so that it can increase the gross profit of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector in Indonesia. This type of research is causal research which aims to test the hypothesis about the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2011-2015 period consisting of 14 companies. The sampling technique used is random sampling, which is a random sampling technique. Then it obtained 6 companies, namely PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP), PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF), PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR), Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), PT Siantar Top Tbk (STTP), and PT Ultra Jaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk (ULTJ). The analytical test tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Cash Turnover on Gross Profit Margin (GPM) partially shows the results that there is a significant negative effect, Receivable Turnover on Gross Profit Margin (GPM) partially shows the results that there is a significant negative effect, Inventory Turnover on Gross Profit Margin ( GPM) partially shows the results that there is a significant positive effect. Simultaneously Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover and Inventory Turnover have a significant positive effect on Gross Profit Margin (GPM) of 80.8%. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of creativity on the performance of SMEs. Population in this research is all of micro enterprise in templek stone industry in Purwakarta, number of sample used in this research is 21 micro enterprise, all member of population is used as sample. Primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents ie owners or managers of SMEs, while secondary data obtained from BPS and other relevant agencies related to research, data analysis methods used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the program IBM SPSS version 23 . Based on the results of research and testing has been done show that partially creativity significantly influence the performance of SMEs templek stone, furthermore, the results of research and testing of psychological capital variable is known to have a partial influence not significant to performance, simultaneously or creativity and psychological capital have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Batu Templek micro enterprise in Purwakarta.

Abstract

As an economic entity a bank has an important role in the country’s growth and development. The bank itself depend on their customers, a loyal and old customer . The loyal customers is an asset, so that this research is to find out the relationship berween customer trust and corporate image bya asking 100 customers. The sample was picked by using Simple Random Sampling method of Probability Sampling research technique. This study uses Product Moment analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 24 software for analyzing the primary data. The results of this study show that : 1) Corporate Image has positive and significant effects to Customer Loyality, 2) Customer Trust has positive and significant effect to Customer Loyality, 3) Corporate Image and Customer Trust simultaneously have positively effects to Customers Loyality. It is suggested to further expands the scope of this research to other institutions or business. Customer loyality is not only gained by Corporate Image and Customer Trust, but also the bank has to maintain good service for the existing customers. So the customers will be satisfied and loyal.

Abstract

The perception of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior has a role to increase employee organizational commitment, with perceptions of good organizational support can encourage individual employees to contribute more and give reciprocity by showing organizational citizenship behavior so as to increase employee organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the influence of perceptions of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior on employee organizational commitment. The population in this study were employees of PT. Gunung Putri Perkasa Purwakarta Branch Office. The method of determining the sample used is disproportionate stratified random sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 60 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the perception of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees at PT. Gunung Putri Perkasa Purwakarta Branch Office. With this research, it is expected that companies can show attention, care, be open, give awards, and create a comfortable working atmosphere.

Abstract

After the monetary crisis passed then the banking business turned from corporate sector or business sectors to the sector of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This research uses the method of observation directly to companies and to the bank through the method of interview. The data retrieved is data that is both qualitative and quantitative about the condition of the company and the provisions of the bank. The credit analysis will be based on the 5C framework, which are: Character, Capacity, Capital, Conditions of Economy and Collateral. Outline analysis of creditworthiness is divided into three aspects. The management aspects include the analysis of the history of the company, the relationship with the bank, the legality and integrity of business management, marketing and business prospects, technical aspects inclusions the production/purchase as well as aspects of business facilities. The financial aspects of the company, including an analysis of the financial statements, the vertical and horizontal analysis of financial projections and appraisal of investment analysis by doing an evaluation over the amount of his credit needs. The credit collateral aspects which include the analysis of the legality of collateral, collateral valuation moreover analysis do guarantees. The results of this research over the creditworthiness analysis of The PT.IKS bankable enough votes. Thus, can eventually develop into a major industry with the help of Bank BNI has become a loyal business partner.
