Abstract

In the midst of uncertain economic condition, nowadays people tend to secure the potential assests they have, and think how to take advantage of the assets they have in order to keep it high in value for a long period of time. One of the way is by invest in the form of securities traded in the capital market. That is why every investor in the capital market urgently require a relevant informations on trend of transactions as reference in making investment decisions. One of the required information is stock market index. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect 0f macro economic indicators, US Dollar exchange rate, interest rate, inflation rate, and money supply on stock market index in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used in this research is using multiple linear regression. Data obtained from SEKI - Bank Indonesia (Economic and Financial Statistics - Central Bank of The Republic of Indonesia) and IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange), in the form of secondary data of monthly period in year 2011 – 2015, collected by documentation techniniques. The results showed that partially variable of US Dollar exchange rates, interest rates, inflation rates, and money supply have no effect on the stock price index of financial sector. Whereas universally interest rates have a significant positive effect on the stock price index of financial sector. Over all simultaneously US Dollar exchange rates, interest rates, inflation rates, and money supply have an effect on the stock price index of financial sector. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of creativity on the performance of SMEs. Population in this research is all of micro enterprise in templek stone industry in Purwakarta, number of sample used in this research is 21 micro enterprise, all member of population is used as sample. Primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents ie owners or managers of SMEs, while secondary data obtained from BPS and other relevant agencies related to research, data analysis methods used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the program IBM SPSS version 23 . Based on the results of research and testing has been done show that partially creativity significantly influence the performance of SMEs templek stone, furthermore, the results of research and testing of psychological capital variable is known to have a partial influence not significant to performance, simultaneously or creativity and psychological capital have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Batu Templek micro enterprise in Purwakarta.

Abstract

The Research aimed to determine factors that influencing the purchase decision of oriflame’s product. This research was take in two variables that affect the decision to purchase the green marketing (X1) and Product Quality (X2). Data collection using non-probability technique and the kind of the purposive sampling spread at les 100 respondents in Purwakarta that are active and ever of Oriflame’s consumer products. The research analyzed through the software SPSS 22. The outcome of this research, in partial such green marketing and the product quality have had a significant positive impact of the purchase decision. The whole dependent variable simultaneously influence of the purchase decision with F value count 55,587 and the economic situation of significant 0,000 < 0.05. R square value showed the results of 0,534 having meaning that whole of dependent variable influential simultaneously as many as 53,4 %.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of company growth, capital structure, and dividend policy on firm value in property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The data used are secondary data and the method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 9 program to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable with another variable. The sample in this study consisted of 19 companies that were consistently listed on the IDX for 5 years in the 2013-2017 period with purposive sampling as a sampling method. The results of this study are that the variable capital structure and dividend policy have a significant influence on the firm's value partially at a level of significance of less than 5%. While the company's growth variable does not have a significant effect on the company's value partially. The results of the simultaneous regression analysis found that company growth, capital structure, and dividend policy together affect the value of the company. The predictive ability of the three variables on firm value is 72.1% while the remaining 27.9% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out what factors can influence consumers satisfaction. In this study used two independent variables Waiting Time (X1), and Location (X2), while Customer Satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable. After reviewing the literature and formulating hypotheses, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 97 consumers at Gemah Ripah Purwakarta Restaurant who had carried out the purchase using non probility sampling techniques. For analysis and elaboration of data using SPSS version 21. Then there are several tests performed in analyzing data, such as measuring instruments, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis found that the two independent variables have a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable. Waiting time variable has a positive effect of 0.488 with a significance level of 0,000. Location variables have a positive effect of 0.566 with a significance level of 0.000. Adjusted R Square of the three variables is 0.662 or 66.2% which means that the two variables are able to explain the variation in the dependent variable of 66.2 percent with 33.8 percent explained by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

This study is given to know the impact the quality of the service has on a customer statisfaction, to know how the customer value affects the customer statisfaction, and the quality of the service and customer value of the customer statisfaction on SSB Cendrawasih Purwakarta. The study used a quantitative research model with associative descriptive methods and the sample studied was 100 respondents from the total parents of students at SSB Cendrawasih. The test method uses IBM SPSS 22. This study shows that service quality has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction, then customer value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and for both service quality and customer value variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Kompetensi Dosen dan Fasilitas Pembelajaran sebagai variabel terikat. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Kompetensi Dosen dan Fasilitas Belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar. Dan seluruh variabel terikat berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar dengan F hitung sebesar 58,156 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Dan nilai Rsquare menunjukkan hasil sebesar 0,553 yang berarti seluruh variabel dependen mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 55,3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Worship and Materialism on Compulsive Buying Merchandise in the Millennial Generation in Purwakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study is the Millennial Generation in Purwakarta whose number is known by using a sampling technique, namely incidental sampling of 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is instrument test, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of celebrity endorsements and taglines on brand awareness. In this study, data collection was used in the form of a non-probability sampling technique, namely a sampling technique that does not provide repeat or equal opportunity for each member of the population to be sampled. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that partially celebrity endorsements and taglines have a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. And all the dependent variables have a simultaneous effect on brand awareness with a calculated F value of 35.365 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. And the R square value shows a result of 0.429, which means that all dependent variables have a simultaneous effect of 42.9%. Keywords: Celebrity Endorsement, Tagline, Brand Awareness
