One of the success key of a company isincreasing the competitiveness of human resources. The important concept that is recognized as a key for a superior human resources is the right people in the right place at the right time. The low performance from the employer can result in low productivity ( profit) of the company. The performance of employer must be noticed by the company, because the performance of employer can give direct impact in all performance of the company. The motive for this study for test and analyzed the impact of Production Emphasis, the development , the development of Carier Protean and Social Compensation of the performance employer with Job Satisfaction for mediation variabel. The research was conducted on PT. Subang Autocomp Indonesia employer and use multiple regresi linier analysis, SPSS 24 version and path analysis. The result of the study indicate partially the Production Emphasis, Carier Protean development and Social Compensation variabel showing a significant increase in employee performance. And simultan the Production Emphasis, Carier Protean development, and Social Compensation variabel on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction that have a significant effect. While the contribution of variabel and variabel intermediation depends on employee performance by 67% while the remaining 33% by other factors

This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is companies owned by state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018, amounting to 20. Sample selection using purposive sampling techniques and obtained 16 companies as research samples. The type of data used is secondary data. The method of library research or library research and documentation is used as a data collection technique. Data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing. Data is processed with IBM SPSS Version 22.0 for windows. Based on the results of the study indicate that the variable Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity, and Corporate Social Responsibility have a significant and significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, the variable Return on Assets and Price Earning Ratio has no effect on stock returns. The value of the determinant coefficient (R2) produced was 0.444 or 44.4%. This shows that the Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity, and Corporate Social Responsibility variables affect the stock returns of state-owned enterprises listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in the 2013-2018 period that is equal to 44.4%, while the remaining 55.6% is influenced by variables other than research.

This study aims whether the variable framing is able to moderate the relationship between the variable Educational Background with Commitment Escalation Variables. This study also wants to find out whether the background of a manager (who understands Accounting VS who understands Management) has differences in making decisions about the continuation of unfavorable projects. . In addition, this study will also see whether the decision to proceed or not unprofitable projects can be moderated by framing. This study uses an experimental design, with 2 x 2 factorial, using the Anova test. The independent variable (factors) is the framing of negative and positive decision choices and educational background. Subjects who participated in this experiment were 80 people grouped into two groups. Subjects originating from the S1 Accounting Study Program at the Singapore University of Karawang (UNSIKA) consisted of 40 people, while students from the S1 Management Study Program of the Singapore University of Karawang (UNSIKA) were taken as many as 40 people. The results of this study indicate that partially educational background is able to influence commitment escalation, on the other hand, although framing partially has not been able to influence commitment escalation, framing is able to be a pure moderator for the relationship between Educational background variables and Commitment Escalation Variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices partially or simultaneously on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The independent variable in this study is Earning Per Share (EPS). The dependent variable in this study is the Stock Price. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 7 (seven) companies and 35 observational data. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The results showed that Earning Per Share (EPS) significantly affected stock prices.

APBD is a plan for the implementation of all Regional Revenues and all Regional Expenditures in the framework of the implementation of Decentralization within a given fiscal year. Collection of all Regional revenues aims to meet the targets set in the APBD. Likewise, all regional expenditures and bonds that burden the regions in the context of the implementation of decentralization are carried out in accordance with the amounts and targets set in the APBD. Because the APBD is the basis for regional financial management, the APBD also forms the basis for regional financial control, inspection and supervision activities Basically, the performance budget is a system for preparing and managing regional budgets which are oriented towards achieving results or performance. The performance must reflect the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, which means it must be oriented to the public interest. This has become the need of regional communities to carry out broad, real and responsible autonomy and regional autonomy must be understood as the right or authority of local communities to manage and manage their own affairs. The aspect or role of the regional government is no longer a mere tool of the interests of the central government but rather a tool to fight for regional aspirations and interests. The method used, the process of collecting data moves from the empirical field in an effort to build theory from the data, the purpose of this study is to find out, understand and analyze how the Reporting and Presentation of 2016-2017 Urban Budget Special Realization (AKK) in Adiarsa Barat District, Karawang Barat District Karawang and analyze how the financial analysis of 2016-2017 Urban Budget Special Realization (AKK) in Adiarsa Barat Village Karawang Barat District Karawang District. By paying attention to these objectives, the research method used is a Quantitative Description Adiarsa Barat Kelurahan shopping performance from T 2016 to T.A 2017 showed good performance. Based on the analysis of the results of the 2016/2017 T.A shopping growth shows there is a growth in spending. Expenditures which most affected the increase in growth in total expenditure were capital and operational expenditure

Based on the National Spatial Planning and Spatial Planning of West Java Province in 2010, the role of Garut Regency is related to the spatial structure policy of the West Java region which sets two regional categories, namely the main area and the supporting area, in this case the Garut Regency as the central supporting region support economic growth in the main region together with the regions of Sukabumi and Cianjur Regencies. In the Provincial Spatial Planning plan that shows the dominant allocation of economic activity, Garut Regency is allocated for dry land agriculture activities, production forests, plantations, and fisheries. Investment Development Policy in Garut Regency is stipulated in the Regional Regulation of Garut Regency Number 14 of 2012 Regarding Investment Chapter III Direction of Investment Policy in the Region. The purpose of the Garut Regency Regional Investment Performance Evaluation Study is to provide convenience for the Regional Government in this case the Integrated Investment and Licensing Office and various other parties such as the general public, prospective investors in determining the choice of various alternative investment opportunities. the methodology to be carried out in the Garut Regency Investment Performance Evaluation Study, carried out several analyzes. These analyzes can be seen from the potential conditions (natural resources, human resources), supporting infrastructure, policies and economic conditions in the area around the Garut Regency Investment Area.

The purpose of this study is to combine conceptual work that combines Sundanese culture based on existing philosophy in the community with entrepreneurial characteristics from various entrepreneurial literature, from this research expected tobe carried out by Sundanese philosophy that encourages and improves Sundanese personality to have the functional as an entrepreneur. The research used descriptive qualitative method, with literature based on journals, magazines, and other relevant ones and conducting limited interviews relevant to the purpose of the study, the analysis used descriptive analysis by discussing with Sundanese society. The results of this study reveal the existence of Sundanese philosophy originating from various sources including oral culture related to the type of entrepreneurship, although not directly and explicitly to become an entrepreneur. Nevertheless, for the future the cultural approach as the basis for forming entrepreneurship is very necessary, including Sundanese entrepreneurship that are trained through the approach of philosophy and other teachings of Sundanese culture including Religion and the value of spirituality that can still be practiced by Sundanese people.

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital, profitability, and leverage on firm value that is moderated by audit opinions on property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Exogenous variables in this study are intellectual capital, profitability and leverage. Endogenous variables in this study are company values, and moderation variables in this study are audit opinions. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital, profitability and leverage have no effect on company value, and audit opinion has a significant effect on firm value, but audit opinion does not moderate the effect of intellectual capital, profitability and leverage on firm value

ABSTRACT Health in the modern era is now an inseparable necessity from the development of healthy and smart Indonesian people. Hospitals as one of the health facilities that provide health services to the community have a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of community health status. Therefore, hospitals are required to provide quality services in accordance with established standards and can reach all levels of society. For this reason, the need for synergy between leaders and employees. Employees still complain about the way leaders handle each employee's complaints, such as complaints of discrepancies between salaries and work performed, employees still feel discriminated in the sense of being discriminated according to social status, the length of the process of determining to become permanent employees, and so forth. From the factors mentioned above that the role of the leader in leading must be wise and fair both for the organization and employees in the organization. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of whether or not the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction is mediated by organizational justice. This study used a correlational quantitative method and the data processing was assisted with SPSS 22. The population of this study was all employees of RSIA Cahaya Bunda including permanent employees and contract employees while the study sample was only 127 permanent employees. Determination of samples using Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a direct positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice has a positive effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational justice and organizational justice is able to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction.
